If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
D
And
a
couple
of
things
I'm
going
to
sit
over
here,
I
have
laid
out
the
signs
on
the
table.
So
after
we're
done
presenting
your
property,
please
feel
free
to
come
up
and
get
yours
just
to
minimize
the
the
contact
and
for
each
of
you,
I
printed
out
the
pages
from
the
powerpoint,
because
it
has
some
information
that
I
dug
up
on
your
properties.
That
way
you
have
it.
D
If
you
want
it
or
you
can
use
it
to
start
a
fire
when
you
get
home
whatever,
but
so
don't
whatever
you
see
on
the
screen
is
in
the
for
your
house,
it's
in
an
envelope
with
your
sign
and
they
are
in
order
from
right
to
left.
So
it'll
be
one
two
three
four
five
the
addresses
are
on
there,
but
if
you
have
any
problems,
just
I'll
come
over
and
help
you.
D
C
D
Okay,
we
can
go
ahead
to
the
so.
The
these
are
the
the
properties
this
evening
that
are
going
to
receive
the
first
of
our
new
sign
design.
Next
slide,
please
102
north
lewis
street.
D
Okay,
I
can't
my
eyes
are
getting
a
little
old.
I
can't
see
very
well
1920
kind
of
nice
craftsman.
D
Bungalow,
the
the
form
is
kind
of
a
holdover
from
the
late
victorian
queen
anne
form,
but
this
this
house
did
receive
the
hpc's
restoration
award
in
2017.,
so
it's
got
a
asphalt,
shingle,
roof
original
porch,
oh
good!
That's
much
better!
I
don't
have
to
try
to
read
the
nice
vertical
five
over
one
windows
on
a
brick
foundation.
D
This
one
was
really
fascinating
to
me,
so
we
we
have
just
recently
gotten
some
city
directories,
so
I
went
through
on
on
all
the
properties
to
check
to
see
who
was
living
in
these
houses
and
this
one
in
particular,
you
see
it's
the
same
occupant
and
at
least
at
one
point
they
were
rent.
They
were
renting,
they
didn't
own
the
property,
but
they
lived
there
from
1940
to
1965
at
the
very
least
and
you,
but
you
can
see
the
change
in
his
vocation.
D
Heights
is
gone,
so
it's
just
kind
of
an
interesting
convergence
of
little
tidbits
that
start
piecing
together.
The
fabric
of
the
history
of
the
property,
so
susie
and
robert
highland
come
on
down,
get
your
sign.
D
House
next
slide
belongs
to
our
very
own
commissioner
and
my
next-door
neighbor
carole
king
1912
very
nicely
articulated
arts
and
crafts
bungalow.
With
some
nice
pendant
details
on
that
front
window.
It's
got
a
pork,
casher
wood
siding
generally
six
over
one
windows.
I
think
you've
got
some
four
over
something
somewhere.
Don't
you?
You
got
some
different
windows
on
the
side.
D
So
going
through
her
her
city
directory
information,
she
knew
who
the
previous
owners
were,
but
I
found
an
ad
in
the
city
directory
for
the
occupant
who
is
running
his
investigation
business
out
of
this
this
house
and
had
a
separate
phone
number
for
his
business.
So
the
house
actually
had
two
phone
numbers.
This
was
in
1960.
D
So
if
you
needed
skip
tracing
shadowing
repossessing,
mr
lightner
was
apparently
your
your
go-to
guy
in
capital
heights.
So
carol
come
on
down.
D
D
D
944
cloverdale
road
kind
of
a
nice
low
flung
bungalow.
It's
got
nice
craftsman,
details
to
the
nine
over
one
windows,
the
15
light
door.
D
D
D
This
was
interesting
too.
You
have
the
same
occupant,
mr
thompson
and
then
and
ernest
thompson
jr
and
then
in
1950
you
see,
there's
an
ernest
thompson,
jr
and
eliza,
so
he's
junior's,
gotten
married
and
by
1955
junior
and
new
bride
have
moved
into
their
own
abode
somewhere,
although
they're
not
in
the
montgomery
directory.
So
it
appears
that
they
may
have
left
town
next
slide.
D
You
can
see
on
the
far
end,
on
the
right
hand,
side
the
the
porch
was
screened
in
and
that's
just
a
detailed
photo
of
the
door.
So
it's
a
very
nice
house
that
I
believe
was
neglected.
B
D
Next
slide,
please
929
park
avenue.
This
is
really
I
really
like
this
house.
I
love
love,
love
the
windows,
it's
very
unusual
for
montgomery,
very
prairie
style
in
the
the
configuration
so
nice
bungalow
front,
classical
columns
and
nice
eve
brackets
next
slide.
D
Lovely
craftsman
door,
let's
see,
detach
guest
house.
These
are
these
are
notes
that
were
submitted.
I
believe-
and
there
were
some
modifications
to
the
front
porch
that
were
approved
to
the
were
approved
by
the
architectural
review
board,
where
the,
where
you
see
those
shutters,
I
think
that
was
open.
Wasn't
it
yeah,
it
was
open,
and
so
it's
got
a
shuttered
enclosure
to
to
create
some
more
private
space
on
the
front
of
the
house.
D
Again
same
occupant,
for
a
long
long
time,
mr
keaton
was
the
president
of
union
bank
and
trust
which
in
the
next
slide,
found
his
ad
in
the
city
directory.
Oh,
it
got
cut
out.
Okay,
sorry,
my
program
crashed,
I
think,
in
your
packet.
I
found
I
found
the
ad
for
that
bank
and
it
has
his
name
in
it.
You
know,
president
of
the
union
bank
and
trust.
D
So
it's
just
another
interesting
if
you're
not
familiar
with
city
directories,
they're
kind
of
like
the
phone
book
with
a
lot
of
detail
in
it,
and
it's
it's
just
interesting
to
piece
together
some
of
what
was
happening
in
these
properties.
So
since
that
slide
is
missing,
that
portion
is
done
so
mr
thompson
come
on
down.
D
D
D
They
did
some
work.
They
had
some
approved
work
done
on
the
side
porch,
which
is
on
the
left
side.
D
D
Nice
arched
front
door
very
english
entrance
that
brickwork's.
D
Yeah,
that's
and
the
nice
og
arch,
that's
very
tutor
over
that
pair
of
front
windows.
D
D
It's
very
consistent
in
in
the
design
elements.
So
again
we
had
someone
who
lived
there,
who
was
a
baker,
and
then
we
had
a
resident
who
was
there
for
the
next
at
least
20
years,
so
folks,
weren't
didn't
seem
to
be
moving
around
a
whole
lot
in
these
houses.
D
D
That's
it!
Our
next
application
deadline
is
march
1st
for
signs
to
be
presented
at
a
june
8th
meeting.
You
all
are
welcome
to
stay
but
feel
for
the
rest
of
the
meeting,
but
feel
free
to
go.
C
Christy,
I
want
to
say
something
just
as
an
applicant
or
as
a
commissioner
as
a
commissioner.
People
are
going
to
see
your
sign,
and
this
is
the
inaugural,
where
the
experimentals
so
talk
it
up
in
your
neighborhoods.
C
You
know,
promote
it
and
and
and
we'll
we're
we've
sent.
We
send
all
the
information
through
the
neighborhood
associations
as
well,
but
it's
it's
them
seeing
your
sign.
That's
really
going
to
create
the
buzz
in
the
neighborhood.
So
please
help
support
getting
this
new
design
out
thanks.
B
A
Thank
you
very
much,
chris
steve
to
our
other
commissioners.
Anyone
has
a
comment
you'd
like
to
make
regarding
the
presentation
of
signs
any
comments.
D
Well,
I
don't
have
one
when
I
did
the
agenda,
I
thought
I
was
going
to
have
one
and
it
sounded
like
the
mayor
was
going
to
re-initiate
the
review
process
with
the
historical
commission,
and
I
was
supposed
to
get
a
letter
to
that
effect.
To
start
that
process
with
the
historical
commission,
and
I
have
yet
to
receive
it.
So
I
do
I
don't
that's
my
update.
There's
that
it's
I
was
hoping.
I
was
going
to
be
able
to
tell
you.
D
It
is
a
program
that
is
run
through
the
national
park
service
and
part
of
what
that
program
does
is
entitles
us
to
grant
funds
through
the
alabama
historical
commission,
because
they
are
required
to
allocate
10
percent
of
their
federal
appropriation
every
year
to
the
certified
local
governments
in
the
state,
so
that
we
we
are
already
doing
everything
else.
That's
required
to
be
a
clg.
D
A
D
Well,
I
went
through
and
updated
the
composition
of
the
board
and
found
a
number
of
references
where
it
said
still
said
historic
development
commission.
D
So
I
I
have
changed
like
meeting
times
and
location
and
all
that
stuff.
I
have
not
made
any
alterations
to
it
and
I
and
I
tracked
the
changes,
so
you
could
see
what
I've,
what
I've
changed
and
where
I've
not
made
any
alterations
to
it
in
substance,
but
one
of
the
things
that
was
discussed
at
I
believe
the
october
meeting
was
you
know
what
to
do.
D
If,
if
there
really
isn't
anything
to
discuss-
and
I
would
so-
I
am
if
you
want
to
put
that
in
your
bylaws-
so
we
have
a
procedure
for
doing
that
or
leave
it
to
dr
bailey
or
try
to
focus
on
committee
work
to
get
some
of
this
stuff
done.
And
if
we
don't
have
you
know
a
report,
then
you
know
do
we
meet.
So
this
is
your
opportunity
to
to
formalize
some
of
what
you
have
expressed
about,
whether
or
not
we
need
to
meet
if
there's
not
a
whole
lot
to
talk
about.
A
A
D
Yes,
yes,
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
you
all
had
it
tonight,
so
I
brought
it
tonight
so
yes,
this
is
for
you
to
look
at
and
give
some
thought
to
feel
free
to
send
me
any
suggestions
you
might
have.
I
can
come
start
compiling
those
or
be
ready
to
discuss
it
at
the
next
meeting
which
which
serves
as
our
annual
meeting,
which
we
need
to
have,
because
that
is,
that
is
what
is
specified
for
the
election
of
officers.
B
D
A
D
I
have
had
several
meetings
with
carol
and
collier
to
go
ahead
and
start
laying
the
groundwork,
and
I
meant
to
bring
you
all
brochures
and
I
forgot
on
just
in
a
fit
of
wild
optimism
that
we
will
have
this
class
in
the
spring
to
be
held
at
old
alabama
town
collier
thinks
that
they've
got
enough
space
that
we
could.
We
could
social
distance
it
in
the
space
available.
B
D
Based
on
the
the
feedback
we
got
after
the
last
class,
the
first
round
of
solicitations
for
donations
has
gone
out
to
the
neighborhoods
and
to
the
sponsors
we
had
last
year.
We
do
have
a
couple
of
others
we're
going
to
ask
that
would
be
new
sponsors,
some
entities,
I've
been
working
with
closely
in
the
last
year
or
so
that
I
think
it
might
be
a
good
way
to
get
them
more
involved
and
all
that
is
going
to
go
through
landmarks,
so
kind
of
removes
it
from
the
the
stickiness
of
dealing
with
city
funds.
A
D
This
periodically
I'd
ask
that
you
all
consider
adopting
a
work
plan
and
setting
some
goals
for
what
you
would
like
to
accomplish
in
a
given
year.
So
these
are
just
some
suggestions
of
of
things
to
work
on
and
dr
bailey
you've
mentioned
something
before
the
meeting
that
might
fall
under
this
as
well.
D
So
any
thoughts
so
adopt
the
new
bi,
revise
and
update
the
bylaws
revised
design
guidelines
that
I'm
working
on
that.
I
did
a
revision
a
long
time
ago.
I'm
working
on
updating
that
and
changing
some
things
based
on.
You
know
hindsight
being
2020
and
then
that
that
will
that
will
involve
having
discussions
with
the
neighborhood
to
talk
about
what
the
guidelines
do,
what
they
don't
do,
what
they
think
they
should
do.
D
This
will
this
will
come
back
to
all
of
you
once
I
get
those
revisions,
those
updates
done
and
we'll
have
to
start
talking
to
the
neighborhoods
about
it,
whether
we
invite
them
here
for
a
discussion
or
we
take
the
dog
and
pony
show
on
the
road
and
and
you
pair
up
and
visit
some
neighborhood
meetings,
because
I
know
some
of
them.
Some
of
them
are
meeting
by
phone,
but
some
of
them
are
physically.
D
I
know
cleverdale
and
cloverdale
idlewild
are
meeting
at
the
capri
to
hold
their
their
neighborhood
meetings,
so
they
are
folks,
are
getting
together.
A
B
C
D
C
A
So
what
is
our
bottom
line
for
the
days?
Let's
see
if
we
can
see
in
on
this
preservation
leadership
class,
it's
in
progress.
A
D
D
D
A
Thank
you
very
much
anything.
A
C
I
was
gonna
say
up
at
five
points
in
cottage
hill
in
the
in
renovation
and
process
on
goldweight
street
1357.
I
think
goldweight
street
they're
having
pop-ups
every
sunday
afternoon
from
12
to
4.
A
C
A
Good
all
right
anybody,
other
commissioners,
comments.
Okay,
we
have
one
or
two
guests
tonight
and
if
one
of
you
would
like
to
make
or
each
of
you
in
fact
like
to
make
a
comment
or
approach
the
podium,
it
won't
cost
you
a.
A
B
Thank
you
thank
you
for
allowing
me
to
speak.
B
My
name
is
greta
sales.
I
live
at
709
mill
at
fuller
drive,
and
this
is
my
first
time
attending
a
meeting
like
this.
I
just
kind
of
stopped
by
to
see
what
was
kind
of
happening
in
city
hall
and
I'm
always
kind
of
trying
to
check
the
agenda
because
of
issues
that
we
have
in
our
neighborhood.
So
I'm
just
kind
of
getting
some
information
to
take
back
to
neighbors
and
see
if
we
can
get
our
neighborhood
association
really
up
and
going
because
we
need
a
lot
of
help
where
we
live.
C
C
D
B
D
C
We
have,
we
have
the
molten
house,
you
know
it
was
the
working
women's
home
that
was
located
at
union
and
adams,
which
is
it's
not
it's
right
now
where
the
rsa
headquarters
is,
but
it
was
a
in
antebellum
and
outbuildings
and
and
when
all
that
happened,
we
moved
it.
So
I
mean
looking
at
marianne's,
stuff,
mary
and
neely's
stuff.
C
She
doesn't
usually
put
the
you
in
there
so
and
whether
moulton
street
is
named,
for
I
want
to
say
his
name's
john,
but
I'm
not
real
sure
whether
it's
named
for
him
or
not.
I
I
don't
know,
but
I
would
think
so,
but
I
think
everyone
has
just
always
flip-flopped
it.
B
C
A
You
thank
you
very
much.
Is
there
anything
else?
Anyone
else
has
any
comment
you'd
like
to
make
right.
Let
me
just
thank
mike
mann
for
taking
time
from
his
schedule
to
drop
by
here
today.
Miss
christie
anderson
is
paula
wave,
the
land
use
division
to
our
other
commissions
for
coming
out
and
not
being
no
further
business.
This
meeting
here
by.
