A
Yeah
just
walking
through
pretty
much
what
we
did
in
March
our
salaries,
we're
where
we
are
today
where
we
want
to
go,
how
many
people
have
today
really
want
to
get
to,
and
you
know
what's
that
overall
number
that
we're
looking
at
as
a
council
and
the
mayor
to
try
to
find.
If
this
is
something
that
what
that
being
said,.

We
set
out
to
do
a
little
research
with
not
personally
also
how
it's
going
to
become.
Our
research
has
come
close,
so
we
determine
it.
Tuscaloosa
Firehawk
anticipate
our
apartments
as
they
are
based
on
lab
research,
all
their
starting
pages
or
$47,000,
and
so
to
match.
Now
that's
a
20%.
We
need
is
research
party.

D
Won't
be
difficult
to
implement,
we'll
just
have
to
coordinate
it
with
payroll
likes.
We've
had
some
earlier
discussions
and
our
captain
and
what
we're
in
the
process
of
doing
now
we're
actually
doing
it
a
second
and
as
I
told
over
in
the
end,
it
will
be
decided
you
want
to
leave
the
market,
we
do
market
for
last
market.
Okay,
so
we'll
we're
gathering
the
information,
marques,
Omar,
Khayyam
classification.
D
Our
goal
is
to
have
everything
ready
because
with
for
the
entire
plan
and
have
that
ready
for
budget
prep
time
and
it's
a
in-depth
detailed
process,
so
we
are
working
on
it.
It's
a
big
topic
and
Human
Resources,
the
major
city,
seven
counties,
HR
group
that
I
belong
to
it's
a
nationwide
issue,
something
that
we're
all
trying
to
address
and
try
to
find
ways
to.
You
know
make
it
better.
So
it
is
a
hot
topic
and
something
that's
on
our
radar.
A
A
B
C
C
B
B
Great
partnership
with
plants-
and
we
also
come
on
with
them-
account
they
have
their
simple
plans
and
so
we're
seeing
students
that
stick
program
and
apply.
This
is
some
of
the
thing.
That's
happened
because
of
the
process
of
the
system.
We
had
the
kitchen
earlier
or
we
gotta
have
some
beer
attracting
around
and
not
you
the
Air
Force
or
not
you
something
else.

B
E

G

G
A
D
G
G
G
Okay,
what
about
the
state
employees?
What
about
what
about
the
state
legislature,
the
governor?
What
about
city
employees?
You
know,
there's
people
who
make
the
minimum
wage
up
here.
Can
they
take
a
1%
eka
it
so
much?
It
was
question.
There's
several
questions
in
one,
but
I've
got
more
questions
to
you.
Only
I
will.
A
Let
you
go
ahead
and
did
that
last
part
God
or
would
Biggs
yeah,
and
that's
why
I
was
telling
you
if
we're
not
even
to
that
park,
where
we
have
an
ordinance
to
put
on
the
table.
We've
actually
put
a
cap
on
or
talked
about
putting
the
cap
on,
people
that
make
X
number
of
dollars
wouldn't
have
to
address
the
question
that
you
insinuated
I
wouldn't
pay
for.
That's
totally,
not
true.
We
would
go
in
and
we
fix
the
business
license
side
of
it,
so
everybody
would
have
to
pay
so.
D
A
C
The
first
key
would
be
if
you
got
a
w-2
okay
with
military
exam
and
professionals,
so
the
professionals
and
the
onus
that
don't
get
up,
don't
you
two
would
have
to
have
a
business
license
adjust.
So
what
we're
trying
to
do
is
the
first
meetings
that
we
were
hoping
to
have
was
to
say:
do
we
need
this
money?
That's
the
first
key.
We
have
a
shortfall.
That's
just
been
this.
That's
not
in
several
other
items
that
we
want
to
discuss,
which
would
be
middle
schools
or
maybe
thinks
that
we've
added
up
community
centers.
C
C
G
Question
a
lot
of
people
I
have
talked
to
Montgomery
and
work
here
in
Montgomery,
and
they
don't
know
they
don't
realize
that
this
tax
will
affect
them
as
well.
They
think
it's
the
way.
The
way
they've
heard
it
on
the
news.
It
sounds
like
it's
just
on
the
fact
those
people
coming
out
of
town,
but
it's
my
understanding.
It
will
affect
every
person
who
works
in
Atlanta,
that's
correct,
so
that
needs
to
be
that
information
needs
to
get
out
there
to
the
public.
D
Our
job
as
the
council
to
set
the
budget
get
the
funding
to
operate
the
place
as
components
so
that
there's
a
meeting
I.
Guess
that's
what
we
talked
about.
Let's
see,
if
there's
a
need,
whether
we
want
to
set
up
a
half
percent
discuss
what
we
need,
these
people
that
everybody
devastated
when
thermos
and
we
need
better
plug
safer
for
more
better
schools.
So
we
got
to
see
these.
G
D
A
That
is,
we
don't
anything
set
in
stone,
not
wake
up
tomorrow
and
occupational
tax.
What
this
is
is
like
council
bonds
are
said,
is:
do
we
need
this
in
the
next
committee
that
we're
going
to
have
just
so
everybody's
aware
that
we
want
to
look
at
our
community
centers,
and
everybody
knows
that
we
have
an
issue
with
our.
C
G
Right
previously
in
the
City
Council
looked
at
this
same
issue,
I
understand
last
year,
and
it
was
recommendation,
came
up
that
the
city
manager
position
possibly
be
eliminated
or
maybe
looking
at
other
positions
that
are,
we
don't
have
nominated
the
person
who
is,
but
the
police
importance,
Fire
Department
report
directly
to
the
mayor
and
I.
Don't
know
what
happened
with
that
Court
that
was
even
considered,
but
as
a
committee
been
appointed
to
make
it,
employees
that
are
already
working
for
the
city
and
I
want
to
speak
about
reso
together.
A
B
G
A
G
D
H
D
A
A
D
F
Their
grades
are
no
better
than
their
42
degrees,
but
they
are
not
here
that
same
criteria
bow
to
you
and
so
what
would
life
light
and
with
the
accountant?
Guilt
act
has
caused
immeasurable
pain
and
vert
shock
pro
to
school
system
and
sixty
four
thousand
people
driving
to
Montgomery
Brian
out
with
the
money
every
week
and
and
go
to
lower
taxes
and
better
schools.
All.
F
F
D
A
H
H
A
H
H
City
services,
why
my
example
several
federal
pension,
and
sometimes
they
can
see
two
million
dollars
a
year?
Does
everything
it's
got
to
be
more
fair
and
my
last
point
is
y'all
need
them
to
do
a
better
job
of
it
know
what
these
things
repel
and
what's
gonna
happen,
because
as
these
three
weeks,
they're
great
for
and
y'all
are
talking
about
passing
this
thing,
get
it
all
done
different
hashtags,
my
favorite
for
summertime.
You
know,
oh
wait.
The
legislature
listed
second
him
Sam.
We
all
came
through
that
initial
package.
That's
three
weeks
and.
D
H
H
D
A
Walk
in
the
background,
oh
man,
we're
not
gonna
walk
in
the
bathroom
and
just
so
the
news
media
knows
next
Tuesday
at
1
o'clock,
we're
going
to
talk
to
our
parks,
correct
Department,
about
our
community
centers
and
then
the
following
Tuesday,
we'll
probably
do
another
department.
But
no
that's
what
we're
having
these
meetings
to
put
every
single
thing
out
in
the
in
the
paper
in
the
newspaper,
Public
Safety.
A
A
Safety
said
you
know
today
we
need
ten
million
dollars
and
we
had
that
magic
wand.
We
would
earmark
that
ten
million
dollars
to
folks
safeties
motion
mannequins
we're
not
taking
ten
million
out
of
their
current
budget
and
put
it
in
the
ten
million
dollars
so
they're
equal.
It
will
be
added.
It
will
be
earmarked
specifically
for
certain
things,
so.
H
I
D
What
I
heard
when
I
came
here
I
want
to
know
about
whether
or
not
what
they
are
saying.
This
community
has
cameras
that
take
features
of
the
licenses
of
the
car
that
come
through
their
neighborhood
and
I
wanted
to
know.
How
is
it
that
we
we
have
apply
and
possibly
get
something
like
that
in
our
communities
that
would
help
out
there
whatever
know
it
for
public
site
to
be,
and
is
it
easy
to
do,
or
what
do
we
have
to
do
so,
I'm
going
to
take
it
back
to
the
people
and.
A
Resolution
that
I
was
predicated
to
me.
They
said
we
will
do
a
study
on
adverbs.
Your
study
from
proposed
allocations
committee
will
mean
over
the
next
several
weeks
and
report
to
the
counselors
at
home
of
its
findings
that
similarly,
fourth
me
so
the
rate
I've
say
forty
fourth
deadline
to
vote.
That
was
the
resolution
that
I
wrote.
So
he
opened.
A
C
G
I
It's
not
an
issue
to
me.
It
is
a
quality
of
life,
yes
right
and
if
we
want
a
quality
of
life
and
confusing,
and
if
you
don't
get
that
for
nothing
right
and
we've
got
to
all
people
in
to
come
to
the
table
I.
Would
you
call
what
I
would
like
to
call
work
in
their
way,
I'm
willing
to
pay
what
it's
going
to
take?
I
If
there
is
transparency
and
I
think
like
already
stand
up,
because
I've
talked
to
some
people
in
already
left,
take
the
request
information,
but
those
of
you
who
are
in
office
can
talk
to
them,
see
how
that
occupational
license
fee
is
set
up,
because
if
I
think
event
is
we
look
at
it
here,
it
is
not
exempting
what
we
want
to
be
fair
to
everybody.
You
don't
have
people,
because
we
are,
as
a
major
city,
have
one
of
the
most,
but
we
have
more
government
a
lot
liaison
offices
here
than
than
anyone.
I
You
can
exempt
those
people
from
this
licensee.
If
you
were
to
put
me
and
my
husband
and
x5
in
the
aisle
by
training,
profession
and
educator-
and
we
want
to
pay,
everybody
needs
to
pay,
it
needs
to
be
a
fair
sharing
needs
to
be
something
we
don't
hear
much
equity
and
those
at
the
top.
Let's
say
just
like
those
of
us
didn't
built
and
at
the
bottom,
so
that's
my
deal,
it
must
be
equitable,
it
must
comfort
at
that
time.
A
Hey
we're
going
to
recess
we're
gonna
reconvene
next
Tuesday
wait
for
the
day
two
o'clock,
you
talk
specifically
about
parks
and
recs
and
our
community
centers,
and
what
we
need
in
our
community
centers
today
to
be
able
to
operate
in
a
capacity
of
the
operator.
So
appreciating
their
body
timing,
your
talk,
we'll
talk,
returned.
