Yeah
I'm
Mitchell
Hayden
I'm
representing
mr.
Haskell
mr.
Thompson,
that
to
two
of
them
back
up
to
each
other
and
mr.
Haskell
is
gonna,
give
or
not
guilty
cell
mr.
Thompson,
a
small
portion
of
his
flock
in
order
to
give
him
more
backyard.
His
house
is
sitting
way
back
on
the
lot
and
he's
lot
lines
right
in
his
back
door.
So
they've
worked
out
a
deal
together
to
do
this.

E
Berry
Hill
at
East
chase
there's
a
map
on
the
screen
there.
This
is
the
building
of
representation,
is
from
the
building.
The
building
is
going
to
be
the
front
of
the
building
will
be
oriented
towards
the
north,
of
course,
goals
and
dillards
the
which
is
the
primary
commercial
area.
The
back
of
the
building
will
be
to
the
south
and
east
towards
the,
which
is
where
the
school
and
the
residential
area
are
the
distances
from
the
building.
By
the
way,
this
is
we're
surrounded
that
there's
30
acres.
There
I
should
mention
this
thirty
acres.
E
E
Marriott
has
it
has
more
color,
more
update,
more
they're
advertising,
they
call
it
sassy,
but
it's
a
smart
development.
It
operates
more
towards
the
Internet
social
media
type
areas,
and
then
they
have
the
traditional
areas
as
well.
The
distance
from
the
back
of
the
building
to
the
school
is
equivalent
about
two
football
fields
and
to
the
east.
It
would
be
equivalent
to
about
three
football
fields,
so
600
feet
and
900
feet
to
the
east.
E
E
A
F
Good
evening
my
name
is
Christian
Worley
I'm
here
as
a
resident
and
vice
president
of
the
halcyon
East
halcyon
meadows,
homeowners,
association,
I'm
joined
by
other
officers
of
these
neighborhoods,
as
well
as
officers
and
residents
of
Winn
Lakes.
We
hope
that
you've
received
our
letter
of
the
objection
to
the
proposal
of
the
construction
of
the
hotel
at
the
corner
of
East
chase
Lane
and
Berryhill
Road
as
residents.
We
understand
that
Berry
Hill
Road
is
zoned
for
business.
F
However,
what
we
don't
understand
is
why
a
three
or
possibly
a
four
story
hotel,
was
in
the
Planned
Unit
development
next
to
an
elementary
school
and
backed
up
to
a
residential
neighborhood
of
Winn
lakes,
particularly
old
Southwick
place.
We
are
extremely
concerned
for
the
safety
of
our
children
at
Halcyon
elementary
school
due
to
the
increase
in
unknown
visitors
that
a
hotel
of
this
capacity
would
bring
to
an
area
directly
surrounding
the
school.
F
Also,
if
the
plan
Planning
Commission
is
changing
the
zoning
from
the
Planned
Unit
development,
it
will
decrease
the
property
value
of
the
adjacent
neighborhood
to
the
shopping
area.
We
understand
the
city's
want
need
to
create
tax
revenue,
but
this
structure
is
only
a
temporary
fix
when
property
values
decrease
in
both
the
neighborhoods
and
the
shopping
district
crime
increases
and
once
neighborhoods
decline,
so
do
retail
sales
and
overall
growth
in
that
area,
not
leaving
a
good
impression
on
potential
new
business
that
we
look
at
our
city,
possibly
to
choose
Montgomery
as
a
place
to
expand.
F
G
C
C
G
Well,
I
agree
with
the
residents
out
there
that
this
makes
no
sense
to
me.
I
do
understand
you,
sir,
and
the
people
that
you
represent
in
your
neighborhood.
It's
just
just
one
of
the
ills
of
our
planning
process,
but
unfortunately
it's
done
paying
well
for
the
neighborhood
I
wish
there
was
something
else
that
I
could
save
it,
make
it
go
away,
but,
as
James
explained,
this
body
approved
the
rezoning
for
what
it
is
now.
But
I
will
say
this,
and
this
goes
back
to
the
Planning
Commission
and
the
Planning
Department
at
the
city.
G
C
G
G
F
G
It
sounds
like
to
me
is
that
a
mr.
silence
would
be
amenable
to
sitting
down
with
you
in
the
neighborhood
to
get
some
of
these
amenities
added
to
this
design,
the
site
design
that
will
help.
You
guys
understand
a
little
bit
more
about
what
he's
doing,
and
he
can
understand
a
little
bit
more
about
your
concerns
and
then,
and
he
incorporate
that
into
his
design.
But
you
guys
haven't
had
a
chance
to
talk
yet
have
you.
F
F
G
Of
them
before
you
go,
though,
sir
I
think
the
gentleman
who
designed
this
place
needs
to
at
least
address
you're
concerned
about
some
of
the
buffers
in
the
fact
design
elements
that
you're
requesting
I
just
think.
That's
the
gentleman
thing
to
do
he's
coming
from
Birmingham
and
I
think
that
he
needs
to
understand
what
these
local
folks
want
to
do
with
their
with
their
property
concern.
F
F
F
G
E
One
of
the
first
points
he
made
was
to,
or
one
of
the
points
he
made
was
to
move
the
the
building
as
far
or
at
the
corner.
If
you
look
at
the
red
outline
on
the
screen
on
the
wall
behind
us,
you'll
see
that
we
have
put
it
in
its
closed.
It
is
adjacent
to
touching
the
right-of-way
of
east
chase
lane
and
Berryhill,
so
it
is
as
far
away
from
the
other
areas
as
it
can
be.
E
The
again
I'll
restate
the
distances
from
the
site
to
the
school
is
approximately
600
feet,
two
football
fields
and
to
the
other,
to
the
east.
There,
a
residential
area,
if
I
875
right
at
900
feet
a
three
football
fields,
so
distance
is
a
buffer
as
well
in
our
mind.
So,
but
we
are
zoned.
We
are
now
permitted
to
have
a
four-story
building.
We've
pushed
the
building
as
far
up
in
the
corner
of
the
intersection,
as
we
possibly
can.
E
The
remaining
property
is
zoned
for
office
which,
when
those
were
constructed,
would
be
somewhat
of
a
buffer
as
well,
so
we've
done,
what
we
think
could
be
done
can
be
done
to
do
exactly
what
he.
The
gentleman
was
asking
for
and
distance
I
mean
I
know,
there's
not
trees
there,
but
there
is
a
distance
as
a
buffer
as
well,
which
we
have
I.
B
H
Carl
Bartlett
with
jim
wilson
and
associates
we
developed
each
chase,
one
of
the
items
that
Jerry's
not
an
engineer.
You
asked
for
a
buffer
there's
about
three
acres
site
there.
That
will
always
always
be
green
because
we
can't
the
dirt
is
a.
It
is
not
able
to
be
built
upon
that
will
be
maintained
and
that
is
but
directly
between
the
the
building
that
you're
seeing
there's
a
part
of
land
that
is
developed.
H
Then
there's
three
acres
that
land
was
originally
given
to
the
school
to
be
used
in
the
school
did
not
use
it
within
the
time
line
that
they
needed
to
use
it,
and
they
asked
that
they
be
given
back
to
us,
which
it
reverted
back
to
the
developer.
But
we
still
can't
build
on
it.
The
best
we
can
do
probably
is
going
to
keep
it
well,
manicured,
so
you're
asking
for
a
buffer.
That's
one
way
that
there
will
be
a
buffer
there
for
all
the
time.
H
The
rest
of
the
site
that
the
hotel
has
put
together
has
a
fully
vetted
landscape
plan
that
works
not
only
for
the
city
landscaping,
but
also
for
the
East
Chase
landscaping
world,
which
is
more
restrictive
than
that.
Those
two
things
give
you
the
buffer.
They
manage
the
process
as
well
as
possible
and
they
create
a
distance
also
and
by
further
they
are
being
further
away
from
the
school.
So
I
hope
that
helps
gives
you
a
little
bit
of
education.
H
H
H
F
H
F
G
H
G
I
Yes,
I
mean
I've
been
in
cahoots
with
Shane
and
Schmidt
she's,
the
principal
at
Halcyon
I
emailed
her
yesterday.
She
knew
absolutely
nothing
about
anything
being
built
in
the
backyard
of
her
school.
She
was
supposed
to
try
to
come
tonight.
I,
don't
I,
don't
know,
but
she
is
already
contacted
the
security
chad
anderson
with
NPS-
and
I
know
it's
not
in
my
backyard,
but
the
traffic
in
each
phase
is
horrendous.
I
I
live
right
in
front
of
the
school
and
there's
we
can't
even
get
out
of
our
street,
sometimes
because
our
neighborhood
is
now
nothing
but
a
cut-through
I
have
talked
to
the
city
about
getting
speed.
Bumps
installed.
Nothing's
been
done,
I've
talked
to
generate
about
getting
the
speed
to
take
their
signs,
they
put
them
up
for
four
days:
I
emailed
the
city,
planner
and
everybody
emailed
me
back.
The
traffic
is
horrible
and
berryhill
is
nothing,
but
a
cluster
I
have
witnessed
three
accidents
at
the
4-way
stop
sign.
I
We
have
requested
red
lights
to
be
put
there.
I
have
requested
a
crossing
walk
or
a
crosswalk
for
the
children
who
live
in
the
apartment
that
we
were
complaining
that
they
built
and
we
were
told
that
they
would
be
high
price
and
that
children
there
wouldn't
be
a
large
capacity
of
children.
Well,
I
teach
school.
I
A
I
When
we
pitched
a
fit
about
the
apartments
being
built
because
of
the
traffic,
they
were
told,
they
were
going
to
be
high-end
apartments
and
whatever
whatever,
and
that
it
would
not
affect
that
the
children
walking
there's
two
out
I
teach
it
bare.
So
I
get
to
school
later
than
house.
Eon
starts.
There's
a
group
of
children
in
several
that
walk
across
that
bore
way
intersection.
There's
no
stock!
There's
no
crossing
guard,
there's
no
crosswalk!
The
city
has
done
nothing.
Okay,
he's
chase
is
already
a
cluster
at
Christmastime.
I
We
cannot
get
out
of
our
neighborhood,
and
here
you're
gonna
have
in
a
four
story:
hotel
God
knows
who's
gonna
come
and
go.
You
have
children,
you
have
sex
offenders.
You
have
registered
sex
offenders
in
the
neighborhood
that
can't
live
there
because
they're
registered
you
can't
control
who's
coming
in
these
hotels,
all
right,
if
I,
have
a
pool
in
my
backyard
I
don't
want
somebody
in
the
hotel
looking
out
their
window
at
my
children,
I
mean
it's
just
it's
a
safety
issue.
I
It's
a
traffic
issue,
they've
already
built
the
nursing
home
right
there,
that's
one
thing,
but
it's
a
cluster
and
it's
junkie,
junkie,
junkie
and
we
already
have
15
hotels
at
Chantilly.
Go
to
Chantilly
and
add
on
I
mean
it's
ridiculous.
We
don't
need
a
hotel
in
the
backyard
of
our
school
or
in
our
neighborhood
I.
I
We
pitched
a
fit
about
Walmart
being
built.
We
we're
told
there
wouldn't
be
a
cut
three
now
there's
a
cut
there.
We
can't
even
come
out
of
Walmart
mini-market
and
turn
left
into
our
neighborhood.
We
have
to
go
all
the
way
around
what
they
do,
build
a
strip
mall
right
in
front
of
it
and
they're
the
ready
to
sit
an
empty
y'all
are
building
more
strip
malls
to
make
more
money
when
half
of
the
buildings
are
empty
around
town.
I
It's
ridiculous.
Our
neighborhood
is
turning
into
wood
near
it's
a
cut
through
it's
a
speed
zone,
I
walk
every
afternoon.
I
have
witnessed
five
racks
in
my
neighborhood
five
and
I
have
children
that
play
and
ride
bikes.
It's
a
speed
zone
and
you're
gonna,
add
more
and
cut
three
and
now
I'm
gonna
have
strangers
in
my
backyard,
bringing
in
whoever
knows
whatever
what
it
mean
is
ridiculous
and
as
a
teacher
and
I
have
children
on
a
playground,
and
they
do
use
that
field
they
play
kickball
in
that
field.
I
I
G
All
right,
mr.
Prez
I
still
I
still
have
not
understood
mr.
south
and
his
reluctant
reluctance
to
even
have
a
conversation
with
the
neighborhood,
but
he
gave
us
a
long
speech
that
eventually
said
no
and
I.
Just
don't
understand
why
you
would
take
that
position,
sir.
Well,
what
you're
about
to
do
is
a
pic
excuse
me
effect
what
this
lady
just
explained.
G
E
Have
been
doing
this
for
a
long
time
and
I
understand
what
the
concerns
are
and
I
feel
like
they
work.
I
can
talk,
I'm
sure
I
can
but
I
feel
like
I
knew
what
the
objections
would
be.
The
concerns
would
be
and
I
feel
like
we
address
them
coming
in
with
what
we've
presented
so
I'm,
not
refusing
to
discuss
it.
I'm
just
saying
it
I
believe
that
we've
already
addressed
what
they
are
concerned
about
and
we've
got,
but
but.
G
Who'd
you
talk
to
to
address
it.
That's
what
I'm
trying
to
figure
out.
Where
is
the
connection
from
a
communication
standpoint
between
what
you're
designing
and
what
you're
leaving
here
with
these
people
in
that
neighborhood?
When
did
you
communicate
connect
with
these
folks
to
get
some
idea
what
they
will
like
to
have
in
their
backyard?
The.
E
G
What
you're
telling
me
tonight,
sir,
that
you
won't
answer
my
question
you're
going
back
to
where
the
zone,
but
you
are
you
a
civil
engineer?
What's
your
what
should
be
a
civil
engineer,
so
you
have
no
sensitivity
to
the
livelihood
of
these
people
based
on
what
your
design
is
going
to
carry
from
very
very
long
time.
Sure.
E
G
I
It's
probably
gonna,
be
very
nice
I,
just
don't
want
it
in
the
backyard.
I,
don't
want
it
in
the
school
as
an
educator.
You
know
you
you
just
you
don't
you
can't
keep
track
of
who
is
coming.
Who
is
going?
You
don't
know,
I
mean
not
to
mention.
There's
people
coming
back
through
the
neighborhood
heading
through
the
neighborhood
I
guarantee
you
70%
of
the
traffic
and
halcion
are
not
resident.
They're
not,
and
we
have
been
trying
to
get
something
done.
Is.
G
G
I
E
Well,
your
your
peak
traffic
flows
or
8:00
a.m.
roughly
hour
3045
minutes
anyway,
and
then
at
noon
and
then
at
at
5:00
to
6:00
p.m.
you
have
your
high.
The
hotel's
peak
times
are
at
different
their
check-in
times
or
three
o'clock
to
checkout
times
11
o'clock
you
have
different.
You
have
a
different
venue.
Different
time
frames
that
you're
working
in
this
is
a
corporate
type
of
hotel
for
corporate
business.
So
they're
operating
and
you
know,
they're
not
taking
children
to
school
they're,
not
taking
Pete.
G
F
Let's
get
the
facts
out
here:
this
is
not
a
corporate
deal,
it
is
a
franchise
if
it's
not
profitable,
they
can
sell
this
hotel
to
somebody
else
and
rename
it
another
hotel
which
is
not
of
the
same
brand
and
standards.
Okay.
That
is
not
our
concerns.
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
we
understand
this
is
zone
for
business.
F
We
cannot
control
that
the
amount
of
traffic
yes
we'd,
like
some
help
and
maybe
a
stoplight,
stop
signs
that
in
our
thoroughfare
wean
asking
you
all
to
put
gates
up
and
that
kind
of
thing
we
do
not
want
a
hotel
in
our
backyard.
It
invades
the
privacy
of
the
residents
and
it
invades
the
privacy
of
these
children.
I
I
A
Okay,
this
is
a
development
plan
they
unless
they
want
to
delay
it
unless
the
people
that
are
making
a
development
plan
wish
to
delay
it.
Not
anything
we
do
about
this.
It's
a
development
plan
there.
There
won't
be
any
vote
on
this,
and
that's
that's
the
end
of
that
now.
The
X
dot
next
item
is
a
plat
on
the
same
piece
of
property.
There
is
a
vote
on
that,
but
before
we
do
the
vote
want
everybody
to
know.
A
We
can
sit
here
and
vote,
but
it's
going
to
go
into
effect
unless
there's
some
objection
that
we've
got
that
the
city
has
got
with
the
way
that
the
vote
goes
down
or
there's
some
problem
with
the
plat.
That's
going
to
go
into
effect
in
30
days,
so
I
mean
you
can
call
it
a
development
plan.
You
called
the
plat,
but
this
is
going
to
happen
in
30
days
unless
the
developer
is
willing
to
go
back
and
talk
with
the
people
in
the
neighborhood
again
and
whatever
all
right
all
right.
Thank
you.
C
B
Maximum
good
imposing
Cawood
I
just
want
to
take
a
moment
to
thank
all
y'all
for
coming
and
being
here
tonight.
I
know
it's
a
difficult
time
for
everybody,
but
just
for
what
we
do
for
a
living
and
for
this
community
appreciate
all
y'all
efforts
being
here
tonight,
but
I
want
to
present
this
plaid.
It's
a
two
point:
seven
seven
acre
plat
that
for
the
for
the
previous
item
that
so
it's
a
simple
plat
that
you
have
to
answer
anybody's
questions.
D
G
H
If
your
question
was
will
be
be
willing
to,
we
have
open
dialogue
on
many
different
things.
This
property
is
properly
zoned.
This
use
is
properly
used
within
that
zoning.
The
development
plan
has
been
scrutinized
by
our
office
and
by
the
the
proposed
purchaser.
We
are
very
comfortable
with
where
we
are
I,
don't
see
us
changing
the
whole
like
the
program
and
the
development
plan.
At
this
time,.
G
G
A
A
The
motion
to
approve
the
plan
failed
for
lack
of
a
second,
so
the
motion
failed,
but
unfortunately
that
doesn't
make
any
difference.
As
far
as
the
Platt
being
approved,
the
Platt
will
be
approved
by
the
city
within
30
days.
Had
there
been
a
problem
with
the
plat
art
there
we'll
be
able
to
go.
Yes,
the
hotel
would
be
approved,
I
mean
we
don't
have
a
problem
with
this
was
a
approving
of
the
plat
itself,
not
the
development
plan.
That's
already
been,
it's
already
been
done.

we're

this

a

What
we're
trying
to
do
is
mr.
Harris
wants
to
develop
an
office,
a
small
office
building
on
this
lot,
and
he
already
owns
a
lot
he's
just
he
needed
some
extra

for

so
when
he

he's
amending

them
to
allow
him

he

for
this

works
wanted
us
to
separate

the

you'll,
hear
we're
doing
another

and
we're
putting
a

to
the

and
this
was

to

they

It
shows

it

A

L
Lot
has
a
home
to
the
to
the
right,
I
think
and
then
to
the
left.
It's
actually
another
lot
right
beside
it,
so
the
light
is
actually,
if
you
look
at
the
landscape,
it's
like
the
light
is
being
split
in
half
when
we
only
have
half
and
it's
owned
by
another
individual,
the
other
half
and
then
on
the
other
side.
It's
it's
another
house,
but
the
whole
street
right
now
on
the
back
in
where
you
see
the
lot
is,
is
pretty
much
the
houses
are
abandoned
or
falling
in.
So
there's
not
actually
people
living
there.
G

L
Our
lot
sits
so
the
one
on
the
very
end
to
your
to
your
right,
there's
a
house,
so
it
has
it
and
over
to
the
right.
But
when
we
went
to
speak
with
the
young
lady
in
reference
to
the
land
itself,
they
couldn't
confirm
a
house
at
there.
But
since
my
parents
grew
up
there,
they
think
it
was
a
house
there.
Many
many
many
years
ago.
A
L
Okay,
right
now,
the
property
is
restricted
just
for
car
sales,
like
I
wanna
I'm,
trying
to
get
that
lifted
up
so
I
can
be
just
commercial
use
because,
as
of
now,
the
property
is
just
sitting
there
and
I
need
I
want
to
be
able
to
either
lease
it
out,
or
you
know,
open
up
a
business
for
myself.
Okay,.

is
that
is
the
rezoning
of
Todd

okay
you're?
Not
here
for
that?
Okay.
So
there's
no
objections
to
this
rezoning
that
I
hear
from
the
audience.
Okay.
Is
there
a
motion
so
move?
Is
there
a

Second?
All
in

all
opposed.

G
So
if
that
favorable
to
you
mr.
Jose
walked,
you
asked
him
what
kind
of
comments
they
would
have
if
you
put
this
establishment
in
place
since
that's
your
favorite
place
and
it's
all
about
Dexter
King,
Memorial,
Baptist
Church,
why
won't
you
talk
to
them
to
see
what
kind
of
input
they
have
about
your
potential
project,
I.
G
M
Talked
with
them
and
I
told
him
that
I
was
proud
of
doing
some
of
the
things
that
I'm
doing
now,
I've
been
in
a
means
and
all
of
that,
okay.
G
M
M
A
G
G
M
M
Uh-Huh
and
it's
not
gonna,
be
anything
I
want
to
learn
on
Bell
Road,
now
2758,
Bell,
Road
and
I'm,
very
full
of
integrity,
I
care
about
my
business
I.
Don't
let
people
hang
out
under
any
of
that
anyway?
Now
so
you
know
just
for
the
record
I'm
a
pristine
kind
of
guy
I.
Don't
really
do
a
lot
of
young
little!
You
know
little
people,
you
know
I,
do
business
people
and
that's
what
I've
been
doing
for
years
matter
of
fact,
I've
been
doing
hair
now
I've
been
in
business
for
myself
over
30
years.
M
This
all
I've
done
is
happen,
and
now
what
I'm
doing
now
with
the
Learning
Center
is
I'm
putting
back
you
know
it's
a
neighborhood,
that's
needed.
They
need
help.
They
need
help
right
now,
I
have
a
Learning
Center.
There
I
help
out
a
tutor.
The
kid
out,
the
school
program
I
talk
to
them
about
who
they're
gonna
be
I,
tell
them
they
need
to
dream.
I
tell
them
that
they're
gonna
be
somebody
gonna,
be
doctors,
lawyers,
judges,
commissioners,
I,
tell
them
all
of
that
and
I
also.
M
Let
them
know
what
they're
not
gonna
be
I
have
I
give
speeches
every
day
like
to
my
out
to
school
program,
not
the
daycare
but
the
out
school
program.
I
get
speeches
to
them
about
making
sure
that
a
disease
you
know
etiquette
I,
give
I
talk
to
them
on
just
just
who
they
are
I
talked
to
them
about
hope,
I
talking
about
believing
themselves,
I
taught
them
about
they're
gonna,
make
it
they're
gonna,
be
some
I.
Do
all
that.
So.
G
M
Sir,
but
if
you
but
I,
can
tell
you
why
I'm
here
will
be
nice,
cuz,
I'm,
working
on
computers
and
working
all
these
things
for
the
children
at
the
Learning
Center,
especially
since
the
system
have
changed,
they
have
to
do
homework.
So
when
we
open
back
up,
you
know
it's.
These
are
things
that
they
can.
It
need
to
be
implemented
in
that
neighborhood.
You
know
I'm
from
the
project.
You
know
I
thank
God.
M
That
I
was
one
of
the
ones
that
that
God
seen
fit
to
to
give
him
my
own
business
to
maintenance,
successful
speaker,
preacher.
You
know
and
I
thank
God
for
that,
so
our
other
thing,
I'm
gonna,
do
there
and
my
grandfather,
which,
which
grew
up
with
King.
You
know
these
are
the
things
that
you
know.
One
of
the
things
I
do
is
pull
back
and
I
bring
them
back
in
and
and
try
to
reach
back
to
positive
to
let
you
know
the
kids
know
that
to
dream.
You
know.
