Description

This episode of the Whiteboard Series dives into Sui, a blockchain built by Mysten Labs using the Move programming language. Illia Polosukhin, co-founder of NEAR, hosts Kostas Chalkias, Co-Founder & Chief Cryptographer at Mysten Labs. Kostas was previously a cryptographer at Facebook, working on Libra, encryption of WhatsApp, and more.

Mysten Labs was founded in 2021 by a team of ex-Facebook engineers. Mysten are also working to accelerate adoption of Move, an open-source programming language for building smart contracts originally developed as part of the Libra project.
