A
I
rise

Regretfully
I
I
support
the
intent
and
the
purpose
for
clark
county
to
do
this.
I
just
am
a
no
on
authorizing
it
from
my
jurisdiction,
I
being
here
in
the
north.
Don't
necessarily
think
I
have
that
authority.
I
think
it's
more
of
a
local
issue.
So
while
I
again
support
completely
the
intent
behind
it
and
the
good
it
can
do,
I
would
rather
leave
it
to
the
to

J
J
K
Thank
you,
mr
speaker,
not
to
take
away
from
my
colleagues
fine
day,
but
I
I
have
someone
in
the
building
who
can't
be
on
the
floor.
So
she's
up
in
my
office
and
it's
my
mother,
my
colleen
bilbray.
So
I
know
she's
watching
in
my
office
and
I
just
want
to
welcome
her
to
the
legislature.
I'm
so
happy
you're
here
and
if
anybody
wants
to
come
by
and
say
hi
we'll
be
in
there.
So
hi
mom.
B
Eva
miller,
thank
you,
mr
speaker.
Today
is
my
favorite
son's
birthday.
He
happens
to
be
my
only
son,
so
it
works
out
really
really
well.
I
just
learned
that
he
is
actually
older
than
my
colleague
over
there
who's
also
celebrating
a
birthday
he
turned
24
today,
so
I
want
to
tell
him
happy
birthday
and
just
let
him
know
that
I
am
proud
of
the
man
he's
become
and
I'm
excited
of
the
man
he's
growing
into.
A
Thank
you,
mr
speaker.
After
all
that
happy
stuff,
don't
throw
anything
at
me.
So,
under
order
of
business
number
15
we've
hit
that
time
of
year
ways
and
means
we'll
be
meeting
on
saturday
jointly
with
the
senate.
We're
going
to
be
accepting
some
subcommittee
closing
recommendations,
and
this
is
the
beginning
of
the
end
so
ways
and
means
just
be
prepared.
We
plan
on
meeting
next
monday
evening,
possibly
wednesday
evening.
A
I'm
doing
everything
within
my
power
to
make
sure
that
ways
and
means
is,
does
not
meet
on
the
weekend
of
mother's
day,
because
we
realize
how
important
that
is,
and
then,
after
mother's
day
we're
pretty
much
locked
in
and
having
to
close
things
down
on
monday
evening.
A
number
of
the
bills
that
you
just
saw
introduced
will
be
added
to
the
agenda,
so
just
for
the
public's
notification
and
the
body's
edification
things
will
start
moving
very
very
quickly.
B
D
D
When
we
come
back,
it
will
be
may
and
we
will
be
in
the
home
stretch,
and
so,
as
you
heard,
the
chairwoman
of
ways
I
mean
suggests
there
will
be
only
so
many
hours
in
the
days
for
committees
to
to
work
and
to
do
their
work.
So
all
of
the
hours
in
a
day
are
fair
game
at
this
point.
For
this
last
month
of
session,
once
when
we
come
back,
that
being
said,
mr
speaker,
I
would
move
that
the
assembly
adjourn
until
monday
may
3rd
2021
at
the
hour
of
11
30
a.m.
