It
makes
various
changes
related
to
behavioral
health.
The
bill
removes
provisions
for
the
licensing
and
regulation
of
peer
support,
recovery
organizations
and
instead
prescribes
requirements
for
the
certification
and
regulation
of
persons
who
provide
peer
support
recovery
services
for
compensation
as
a
regular
part
of
their
job
duties.

makes
the
nevada
certification
board
responsible
for
certifying
peer
recovery
support
specialists
and
peer
recovery
support
specialist
supervisors.
Additionally,
sbe

requires
nevada's
department
of
education
to
develop,
maintain
and
publish
a
list

evidence-based
curricula
and
programs
concerning
substance
misuse
and
substance
use
disorders.

bill
also
requires
public
schools
to
participate

the

by
the

bill
describes
various
processes

criteria
related
to
assistant,
outpatient
treatment.

Hospitals,

laboratories,

and
healthcare
providers
must
report
certain
information
about
each
case
of
lupus
and
its
variants
diagnosed
or
treated
as
prescribed
by
the
state
board
of
health.

based
on
information
received

gifts,

and
donations
to
carry
out
the
program,
coordinate
with
related

programs,
