A
Thank
you
so
much
we'll
bring
the
may
4th
2021
meeting
of
the
economic
government
forum
back
into
session
out
of
recess
turn
it
over
to
mr
guindon
to
walk
through
the
actual
results.
B
B
You
is
the
what
we
call
the
economic
forum's
forecast
table
and
then
there's
the
summary
table
that
provides
the
economic
forum's
may
4
2021
forecast
for
the
majors
that
were
considered
approved
by
this
body
today
and
then
rolling
up
some
of
the
other
categories
coming
from
the
tax
sheet,
as
well
as
I'll
go
through
one
other
item
here
and
then
you
can
see
in
the
middle
block
is
the
economic
forms
december
3rd,
2020
forecast
and
then
down
below
is
the
difference
and
then
also
you
have
the
copies
of
the
letter
that
go
out
to
the
governor
and
the
members
of
the
legislature,
and
then
you
can
see
we
have
the
language
in
there
like
we
did
at
the
december
meeting
about
because
of
the
virtual
nature
of
the
meeting
that
it'll
be
distributed
without
your
signatures,
and
so
what
you
can
see
here,
then,
is
the
forecast
at
the
bottom
of
the
table
that
the
economic
forum's
forecast
for
fy
21
is
4
billion.
B
Twelve
million
two
hundred
sixty
six
thousand
two
hundred
ninety
four
dollars
and
that's
approximately
281.7
million
dollars.
Whoops
excuse
me
323.5
million
dollars
more
than
the
december
forecast,
and
so
then
for
fy
2022,
it's
4
billion,
115
million
699
thousand
and
twenty
four
dollars,
which
you
can
see
in
the
summary
table.
That's
about
281.7
million
dollars
more
than
the
december
forecast
and
then
for
fy23,
it's
four
billion
391
million
779
121,
which
again
you
can
see
in
the
summary
table.
B
That's
about
304.5
million
dollars
more
than
the
december
forecast,
and
so
you
can
see
for
the
three
years
combined
in
the
far
right
column.
It's
approximately
an
upward
revision
of
909.7
million
dollars
compared
to
the
december
forecast,
and
so
one
of
the
things
when
you
look
at
the
summary
table
that
you
see
the
majors
listed
out
there
that
were
considered
and
approved
by
this
body.
And
then
you
see
the
tax
credits
for
the
commerce
tax
credits
and
then
the
all
other
that
come
is
coming
from
the
attack
table.
B
Six
that
was
approved
by
this
body.
The
all
other
revenue
sources
is
actually
the
sum
of
the
revenues
before
the
tax
credits
from
table
six
plus
the
the
amount
for
the
four
sales
tax
commissions
that
you
see
listed
at
the
under
the
sales
and
use
tax
section
of
the
economic
forums
table.
B
So
you
can
see
those
listed
there
and
just
to
go
through
what
those
are
is
for
the
lsst
portion,
that's
a
commission
of
0.75
and
then
for
the
other
three
listed
there.
It's
a
commission
of
seven
1.75
percent,
and
so
we
have
the
formula
that
takes
the
two
percent
sales
tax
forecast
and
then
calculates
what
the
corresponding
commission
should
be
or
the
each
share
based
on
the
commission
and
so
that
that's
the
results.
Madam
chair,
well,
we're
having
an
issue
here
established.
B
We
realized
a
question
that
you
had
posed
to
us
is
that
the
amounts
in
the
last
paragraph
of
the
letter.
Those
differences
are
the
tax
differences,
the
revenue
and
you
can
see.
Then
they
don't
balance
against
the
difference
for
all
other
revenue
because
of
the
commissions,
but
we're
having
an
issue
with
the
once.
We
add
back
in
the
commissions
and
compare
that
to
the
december
getting
it
to
balance.
B
B
Okay,
so
so
with
that
matter
by
chair,
then
that
the
the
motion
would
be
then
to
approve
the
revenue
forecasts
in
the
economic
forum's
forecast
table
and
the
summary
table
that
we
have
and
the
letter
contingent
upon
staff
bringing
out
our
math
formula
difference
in
terms
of
calculating
the
differences
between
the
may
and
december
and
then
making
the
appropriate
adjustment.
When
that
error
is
found.
B
And
then
that
will
be
the
final
set
of
letters
and
numbers
are
the
summary
table
and
the
forecast
forms
forecast
table
that
will
be
distributed
to
the
governor
and
the
members
of
the
legislature
and
placed
on
the
website
all
right.
So
basically
that
would
be
for
you,
as
the
chair
and
the
members,
to
make
the
motion
to
approve
the
forecast
tables
and
then
allowing
staff
to
make
the
adjustments
to
the
summary
results
that
are
provided
in
the
letter.
As
the
overview
of
the
forecast.
A
B
Yes,
thank
you.
So
again
the
motion
was
as
stated,
and
the
motion
was
made
by
marvin
levitt
and
segmented
by
jennifer
lewis,
so
mr
levitt
hi
miss
lewis.
A
B
Mr
stressly
hi
miss
rosenthal
and
so
the
vice
chair,
let
the
record
show
that
the
motion
to
approve
the
forecast
in
the
forecast
table
and
then
allow
staff
to
find
the
error
in
the
difference
calculation
and
make
the
appropriate
adjustment
in
the
the
summary
table
and
the
letters
was
approved
unanimously
by
the
four
members
present
at
today's
meeting,
and
so
with
that.
Madam
vice
chair.
That
concludes
the
business
under
agenda
item
13.
B
And
we
met-
and
vice
chair-
we
really
don't
have
to
worry
about
that
one
quite
yet.
We
just
put
it
on
there
so
that
we
can
have
the
discussion
about
under
the
statute.
The
economic
forum
is
required
to
have
a
meeting
this
calendar
year
on
before
december,
10
of
2021.
B
So
as
we
approach
that
we
will
be
reaching
out
to
all
the
members
to
find
out
the
best
date,
given
the
logistics
of
getting
the
data
from
the
agencies
and
then
working
with
chair
billings
to
get
the
agenda
put
together
once
we
can
find
a
date
that
accommodates
everybody's
schedule
on
before
that
december,
10
deadline.
A
A
B
Madam
vice
chair,
there
are
none
from
your
staff's
point
of
view.
I
just
want
to
thank
all
of
you,
for
you
know,
being
able
to
take
time
out
of
your
schedules
today
to
perform
the
duties
of
the
economic
forum
here.
A
You're
most
welcome,
and
you
know
from
all
the
forum
members,
I'm
sure
we
again
very
much
appreciate
the
staff,
the
presenters
and
everybody
involved
in
this
process
who
helps
us.
You
know
keep
this
going,
especially
during
these
crazy
times
where
we've
had
to
improvise
a
bit.
So
your
your
efforts
are
much
appreciated
and
with
that
we'll
adjourn,
the
may
4th
2021
meeting
of
the
economic
forum.
