Description

If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
Okay,
so
the
first
item
of
business
in
the
in
the
public
meeting
today
is
to
let
everybody
know
about
our
meeting
scheduled
for
the
rest
of
2019.
We
have
these
meetings
that
are
on
the
calendar
and
generally
we're
going
to
try
and
stick
with
Fridays
at
2:00
p.m.
Eastern
Time
11:00
a.m.
Pacific,
with
the
exception
of
March
11th
when
we'll
be
meeting
at
4:00
p.m.
Pacific
and
that's
reflecting
a
meeting
change
for
the
private
session
of
the
Board
of
Directors.
A
C
D
C
C
C
D
C
Okay
motion
passes.
Thank
you.
If
we
move
to
the
next
slide
right,
so
this
had
come
up
previously
around
the
individual
membership
and
the
election
cycle.
We
had
discussed
with
the
pending
merger
that
it
might
make
sense
to
defer
the
individual
member
election
as
we're
already
well
underway
in
terms
of
the
planning
for
the
merged
foundation
and
the
governance
structure
around
that
and
what
the
the
structure
might
look
like
for
those
who
haven't
been
following
along.
We
do
have
the
Bhoots
draft
committee
meeting
every
Monday,
either
at
9:00
or
2:00
p.m.
C
Eastern,
Time,
6:00
or
11:00
a.m.
Pacific
time,
and
a
number
of
people
had
involved.
In
those
conversations,
the
question
came
up
whether
we
should
institute
or
start
doing
another
individual
membership
election
at
this
point
and
I
think
there
was
interest
in
deferring
that
until
we
we
finalized
the
merger
I'll
open
it
up
now,
if
there's
any
conversation,
anybody
wants
to
have
or
any
comments
or
questions,
and
if
not,
we
can
discuss
doing
a
motion.
A
E
C
F
C
B
So
we
did
focus
on
those
venues
and
this
time
we
received
some
feedback
as
well
that
the
East
Coast
in
general
is
preferred,
maybe
to
make
it
a
little
easier
to
for
some
of
our
attendees
from
Europe
and
to
change
it
up
from
last
year.
So
this
this
has
been
going
on.
We've
been
collecting
these
feedback
for
the
past
week
or
two,
and
then
we
have
been
discussing
this
on
the
board
as
well
to
determine
whether
it
makes
well
which
which
venues
we
should
pursue.
B
So
we
just
finished
a
discussion
about
the
various
merits
of
the
different
locations
and
the
Board
of
Directors
at
this
point
has
really
really
focused
on
both
Montreal
and
Toronto,
as
very
very
solid
choices,
so
I
will
open
it
up
at
this
point.
If
any
of
the
directors
would
like
to
comment
on
these
choices
or
on
on
some
of
the
thinking
here,.
G
For
anyone
who
is
afraid
how
cold
it's
gonna
be
in
Montreal
in
December,
the
venue
is
in
the
downtown
corridor,
part
of
Montreal,
which
is
actually
all
underground.
It's
accessible
by
nine
hotels
without
going
outside.
So
that's
one
of
the
main
benefits.
It
also
is
the
central
downtown
corridor
of
Montreal
and
of
the
venues
we
looked
at.
It
had
the
best
location
within
the
city
and.
F
I
think
again,
just
to
reiterate
what
we've
heard
and
concerns
around
traveling
to
different
parts
of
the
world
to
attend
the
event
and
where
we've
held
the
events
prior,
that
we
had
gotten
a
ton
of
feedback
from
people
about
trying
to
make
it
easier
to
access
this
go-round
from
our
European
friends.
And
so
you
know.
Last
time
we
had
optimized
for
people
a
pack
attending.
F
E
B
H
C
G
B
F
So
we're
talking
along
I,
don't
think
we're
having
too
much
from
the
board
perspective
in
comm
come
right
now.
You
know
the
work
with
the
website.
Redesign
is
still
full
steam
ahead.
F
So
you
know
we're
excited
about
that.
It's
a
lot
of
groups
who
are
convening
on
lots
of
collaborative
efforts
led
by
none
other
than
Adam
Miller
amongst
many
other
people,
but
he's
really
been
a
great
person
in
championing
the
momentum
on
that.
We
also
have
our
mentorship
program,
which
is
moving
into
its
cohort.
I.
F
You
know
election.
We
had
been
in
the
last
session.
We
had
discussed
here
the
individual
membership
program
moving
forward,
as
well
as
the
individual,
Membership
Director
seat,
and
what
we've
done
with
that
work
that
all
of
us
had
been
working
on
over
this
past
year
and
the
joint
strategy
subcommittee
and
in
the
project.
H
So,
for
the
most
part
you
know
things
have
been
business
as
usual
over
in
the
TOC.
You
know
coming
out
of
the
holidays
and
just
starting
to
ramp.
Up
again,
you
know:
we've
had
some
exciting
things
that
have
launched
from
the
technical
project.
We
recently
landed.
H
They
can
flip
a
note
from
you
know,
a
less
technical
perspective.
The
committee
has
had
some
rotation
and
members
stepping
down
and
stepping
back
up
and
like
you
know,
people
have
been
long-term
on
the
TSC
setting.
You
know
really
good
examples
of
hey.
You
know
I'm.
I
am
too
busy
to
work
on
this
for
right
now,
so
I'm
going
to
step
down
and
maybe
asked
to
be
reacted
later
other
than
that
you
know.
H
F
Yeah
I
sorry
I'm,
gonna,
chime
in
one
more
I
just
realized
in
the
switch
that
I
had
forgotten.
To
mention
also
that
the
conflict
management
training
that
we
needed
tested
earlier,
the
team
that
trained
us
is
working
on
reiterating
over
the
curriculum
and
we'll
be
opening
up
signups
to
the
next
round
of
the
collaborators.
The
much
wider
use
case
very
soon.
So
that's
an
exciting
I
think
step
forward
as
well
for
us
to
have
a
really
healthy
dialogue
as
were
working
together
in
our
project.
We
pose.
B
Miles
one
just
as
a
reminder
for
anybody
who
might
be
listening
to
us
on
the
live
stream
for
the
bootstrap
work.
We
are
you
know,
as
you
mentioned,
we
are
getting
reasonably
close
to
a
resolution
and
a
great
many
things.
Can
you
please
remind
us
when
those
meetings
are
in
case
there
are
people
who
would
like
to
join
and
and
become
informed
on
where
we
stand,
yeah.
H
Absolutely
so
these
are
bi-weekly.
These
are
weekly
meetings
with
a
biweekly
schedule,
so
they're
9:00
a.m.
and
2:00
a.m.
switching
every
Monday.
So
not,
for
example,
this
coming
Monday
will
be
at
2:00
p.m.
Eastern
Time.
The
following
Monday
will
be
9:00
a.m.
Eastern
Time.
We've
done
this
to
make
sure
that
collaborators
from
around
the
world
are
able
to
participate,
so
we'll
actually
have
collaborators
showing
up
from
Australia
and
Africa
to
the
90m
meetings
and
we'll
have
in
Europe
and
sometimes
we'll
have
so
you
know
the
people
from
the
west
coast.
H
H
Anyone
who
is
a
member
of
any
project
in
either
the
JSF
or
nodejs
foundations
are
invited
to
call
and
participate.
All
the
information
for
how
you
get
involved
is
available
publicly.
We
spin
up
agendas
up
on
the
github
and
an
issue
we
also
stream
live
on
YouTube,
so
any
similar
to
what
we're
doing
right
now.
Actually,
the
exact
same
address
you
can
watch
those
live
when
the
meetings
are
happening
and
the
meetings
are
all
recorded
and
available
online.
H
B
I
You
Bryan
wanted
to
give
a
few
updates
and
some
of
the
work
that's
been
happening
and
also
talk
about
some
of
the
planning
that
we're
doing
one
in
anticipation
just
for
q1,
and
then
you
know
a
little
further
down
the
road
this
year,
so
the
node
marketing
activities
we
continue
to
work
on
the
newsletter
and
that
continues
to
perform
really
well
and
gain
new
subscribers
and
great
open
rates.
The
other
thing
that
the
marketing
team
is
working
on
is
joining
some
of
the
website.
I
Redesign
working
group
meetings
that
the
node
project
is
has
been
working
on
for
several
months
now,
and
the
goal
of
our
participation
here
is
to
try
to
align
the
node
foundation
website
and
Avenue
project
website
and
make
sure
that
there's
the
information
that
needs
to
be
shared
across
both
properties
is
taken
care
of
and
that
those
two
efforts
are
in
sync
as
much
as
possible.
So
if
you
want
to
go
to
the
next
page,
we
continue
to
have
a
lot
of
success
with
our
blog.
I
That's
a
medium
publication
in
a
asheville
broad
on
the
medium
channel
and
that
entity.
One
of
the
things
that
we're
working
with
the
comm
come
on
is
trying
to
get
a
refresh
of
the
node
collection
and
that
content
can
take
that
content
activity
and
we're
also
seeking
more
editors
for
that.
So
please
stay
tuned
and
there
will
be
more
information
that
will
gone
and
github
on
ways
that
you
can
get
involved.
I
Incentives
we're
gonna,
try
to
build
into
that
in
ways
that
we're
gonna
try
to
refresh
the
content
that
goes
out
through
that
channel
by
doing
a
series
of
reader
surveys
and
just
doing
some
Twitter
polls
and
just
seeing
what
we
can
do
to
refresh
it
and
update
it
a
little
bit
this
year.
So
that's
some
of
the
plant
name
work
that
we're
doing
to
give
that
a
little
bit
of
a
second
life
so
to
speak.
I
We
have.
This
is
more
information
on
some
of
the
the
top
blogs
that
have
been
appearing
and
the
leadership
views.
So
again.
This
continues
to
perform
well
and
always
an
open
call
to
contribute
we're
working
with
several
people
of
Omnicom
command
in
the
larger
community,
not
necessarily
just
through
that
committee,
but
for
placement
at
different
events
throughout
the
year
and
so
we're
a
more
coordinated
effort
with
the
speaker's
bureau.
I
So
that's
something
that's
on
the
node
foundation
website
and
we
also
join
the
Comicon
meetings
to
try
to
enlist
people
who
might
want
to
submit
and
need
our
systems
there.
And
if
you
want
to
go
forward
really
active
on
Twitter
these
days
and
we've
had
trying
some
new
tactics
with
more
to
sort
of
a
list.
More
engagement,
we've
been
doing
polls.
Those
have
proved
very
popular
in
community-
is
really
receptive
to
that.
I
It
has
a
lot
of
fun
with
it,
so
those
are
going
to
continue
and
we
have
a
couple
of
other
new
sort
of
social
campaigns
that
are
going
to
be
coming
out.
One's
gonna
be
themed
and
will
occur.
Every
Friday,
where
we're
gonna,
try
to
pull
in
job
opportunities
and
career
tips
and
make
that
sort
of
a
regular
Friday
finds
type
of
social
push.
I
Hopefully,
will
appeal
to
all
our
followers
under
the
community
as
well,
if
you
want
to
keep
going
so
this
is
more
just
the
the
performance
here
recently
on
Facebook
and
then
the
two
stronger
social
channels
for
us
really
are
Twitter
and
then,
if
you
go
to
the
last
slide
with
LinkedIn,
this
is
definitely
where
we're
going
to
try
that
Friday
finds
with
a
real
career
focus
and
see.
If
that,
how
that
performs-
and
if
that
is
well
received
for
that
campaign-
is
definitely
high,
cuz
LinkedIn
in
mind
as
well.
I
Than
the
other,
just
the
last
sort
of
takeaways
that
we're
working
on
a
marketing
plan
for
probably
the
first
half
of
the
year.
Recognizing
that
there
is
you
know
some
changes
on
the
horizon,
but
that
will
just
capture
us
for
the
next
couple
months.
So
we'll
be
sharing
that
out
in
the
next
board
meeting
yeah.
A
I
For
right,
it's
been
largely
through
social
channels
and
then
through
the
medium
collection,
and
then
those
are
the
two
primary
ways
that
we've
promoted
it.
We
like
I,
said
we
don't
the
latest
content
that
we
have
that's
new
is
probably
from
the
event,
and
one
of
the
things
that
we
were
going
to
do
is
sort
of
go
through
those
and
just
pull
out
the
most
popular
content.
I
You
know
based
on
attendance
at
the
event
and
do
some
more
isolated
promotion
around
those
topics
and
videos,
and
just
sort
of
that
gives
us
some
good
evergreen
type
of
content.
But
it's
primarily,
we
haven't
engaged
members
too
much
in
that
promotion,
but
that
might
be
something
to
try
see
if
there
could
be
a
way
to
freedom.
A
H
I
That's
a
great
question:
I
think:
that's
why
we're
sort
of
doing
the
maybe
one
to
two
quarter
mini
plan
for
the
year
and
then
I
think
we
do
need
to
reassess
and
go
broader,
probably
with
our
focus
and
see
how
we
balance
that
out.
You
know
there's
also
the
annual
node
user
survey,
so
that
is
something
that
I'm
gonna
I
was
gonna,
bring
up
to
the
con
comm
and
also
the
marketing
committee
within
the
node
foundation,
those
members
to
sort
of
start
thinking
about
how
we
might
want
to
approach
that
a
little
differently
this
year.
I
B
F
We
have
one
question
I'm
asking:
would
there
be
a
node
certification
exam
this
year?
So
I
can
say
it
is
still
happening.
We
will
have
communication
going
out
on
github,
you
know
and
some
mailing
list
soon,
but
so
I
would
say.
Stay
tuned,
I
promise
it's
coming
very
soon.
I
have
personally
seen
this
happening.
