From YouTube: Node.js User Feedback Initiative Meeting
Description
A
A
So
today
you
know:
Michael
Dawson
won't
be
able
to
join
us.
He
is
unable
to
make
Friday
meetings
over
the
summer,
so
we'll
go
through.
I
have
a
few
10
items
that
really
need
to
be
taken
care
of
before
we
go
there.
You
know
big
shout
out
to
aqua
Nasri,
really
excited
to
see
Achmed
step
up
and
take
over
the
enterprise
user
focus,
so
you
know
really
happy
for
for
the
work
that's
being
done
there,
and
you
know
that
that
group
is
it's
really
driving
forward
toward.
A
A
So
you
know,
that's
that's
moving
forward,
then
Christopher
Hillier
and
the
tooling
focus
area.
Is
you
know
that
group
just
landed
the
some
changes
into
node
s
core
based
on
the
feedback
we
got
from
the
tooling
folks,
make
derpy
and
ands
mother.
You
know
very
common,
you
know
abstractions,
as
extensions
of
you
know
the
fs
module.
A
A
A
A
A
Second
Wednesday
of
October
actually
falls
in
the
first
day
of
no
Jess
interactive,
so
yeah,
not
sir
yeah.
If
we're
gonna
be
able
to
pull
that
one
off
that'd
be
fun
if
we
could
get
together
and
do
that
at
at
the
event.
But
you
know
we
also
have
to
consider
that
everyone's
gonna
be
in
the
event
and
tied
up.
So
that
might
not
be
practical.
So.
A
A
September
12th
thank
you
and
we're
doing
a
2
p.m.
so
5
p.m.
eastern
time
slot.
So
you
know
trying
to
try
to
hit.
You
know
that
that
sort
of
meet
up
each
time
after
work
rather
than
you
know
during
you
know,
business
our
schedule.
You
know
for
an
online
session
and
I've
chosen,
Eastern
Time
and
you
know
we'll
definitely
be
looking
for.
You
know
speakers
and
talks
there.
So
you
know
I,
don't
know
if
you
want
to.
You
know,
maybe
share
a
few
words
about.
You
know
the
enterprise
focus
area.
A
C
A
B
B
A
Not
in
its
originally
intended
way
like
we
invite
everybody
inside
the
house,
you
know
with
the
webinar
and
you
know
the
normal
way
of
ours
that
you
know
the
attendees
are
you
know
in
you
know
attendee
viewing
mode
and
you're
not
not
promoted,
to
be
panelists,
so
I
think
we
should
be
covered,
but
you
know
I
I,
don't
actually
don't
know
of
any
instances
where
we're
really
using
you
know,
webinar
features.
I
have.
C
A
suggestion
on
that
nothing
good
from
previous
history
I'm,
just
looking
at
up
real
quick
what
June
provides
200
to
500
attendee
limits,
so
that
should
be
good
from
an
attendee
perspective.
If
we
have
a
documented
process
or
method
for
people
to
raise
their
hand
and
say
they
want
to
speak
or
ask
a
question
or
present
something,
then
that
way
you
don't
have
to
worry
about
how
many
participants
there
are.
They
can
be
as
many
attendees
as
we
want
them
to
be,
and
only
at
the
time
what
persons
need
to
talk.
C
A
The
counterpoint
to
that
is,
you
know.
Our
current
sort
of
viewer
pattern
is
actually
not
inside
of
zoom
it's
inside
of
YouTube,
so
we
brought
broadcasts
every
meeting
out
to
YouTube
and
you
know,
that's
generally
a
good
experience.
You
know
in
terms
of
consuming
Zoar
passively
watching
but
suboptimal
for
that
asking
a
question
right.
You
know
our
tension
really
isn't
there
and
we
usually
only
circle
back
at
the
end,
but
you
know
III,
don't
know
that
we're
gonna
want
to.
If
we
have,
you
know,
hundreds
attendees
and
folks
are
raising
their
hands
left
and
right.
C
A
A
C
C
A
Great
yeah,
we
already
have
an
existing
sort
of
multi
meetup,
a
network
here
in
SF,
so
you
know
who
loose
leaf
iterated,
but
you
know
the
nose
school
in
San,
Francisco,
no
school
Oakland
and
Berkeley
JavaScript
dojo.
You
know
I'll
work
together
and
you
know
a
little
little,
even
looser
affiliation
with
waffle.
Yes,
we're
always
kind
of
supporting.
You
know
that
Brooklyn
Jazz
style
meet
up
in
here
in
San
Francisco.
So
this
would
be
perfect.
Yeah
I.
D
C
C
B
A
C
A
Yeah
we're
kind
of
70%.
It's
like
we're
intentionally
in
SF
node,
try
to
move
around,
you
know
the
city
to
you,
know
different
hosts,
and
it's
about
70
percent
that
have
AV
capabilities
and
then
there's
30
percent.
Where
you
know
we're
just
winging.
It
definitely
need
to
make
sure
you're
triple
check
that
where
we
land
has
AV
cables.
A
A
That'd,
be
amazing,
cool,
so
I'll.
Take
the
action
of
you
know,
setting
up
the
issue
for
the
September
12
meet
up,
then
you
know
Ahmed,
will
you
know,
lay
out
sort
of
the
first
pass
of
you
know
how
all
encourage
the
interaction
and
I'll
probably
come
back
after
you
know
this
initial
test
run
in
September
and.
A
A
Right
yeah,
so
you
know
in
terms
of
sort
of
kicking,
kicking
things
off
and
getting
things
started.
You
know,
I
was
I
was
gonna,
you
know
facilitate
myself
of
in
terms
of
moderation,
and
you
know
so
attendees
can't
spam
I,
don't
think,
but
you
know
we're
definitely
gonna.
You
know
need
that.
We
never
we
never
sort
of
rate
limit
or
you
know,
really
control
or
monitor.
B
A
Right
right,
which
is
really
hard
when
you're
you
know
I'm
seeing
so,
we
will
definitely
need
to
to
lay
out
some
of
that.
Do
you
wanna?
Do
you
want
to
volunteer
for
this
first
one
behind
it
to
sort
of
watch
that,
or
is
that
something
that
you
know
while
you're,
while
you're
applications
like
that,
you
can
be
like
you,
you
need
to
take
care
of
it.
B
B
A
A
So
we
have
you
know
kind
of
everything.
Teed
up
to
you
know,
go
and
you
know
start
a
whole
workflow
around
this.
You
know
lots
of
engagement,
especially
from
the
you
know,
the
folks
that
that
have
been
involved
in
post-mortem
debugging.
So
you
know
post-mortem
debugging
for
those
who
aren't
familiar
with.
You
know
what
that
means.
It
node,
you
know,
often
is
you
know,
application
crashes
and
dumps
code
and
the
other
your
ability
to
sort
of
go.
Take
the
core
dump
reassemble
the
state
of
the
universe
and
make
some
sense
of
it.
A
That
has
been
the
the
biggest
single
biggest
challenge
that
I've
heard
around
promises.
Where
you
know,
because
you
know
the
abstraction
of
promises
can
hide.
Some
of
the
internals
of
you
know
that
the
state
in
how
that's
being
dumped
out
you
know
that's
been
a
challenge.
So
it's
great
to
see
you
know
kind
of
your.
A
A
A
Kind
of
applying
that
concept
to
typescript,
so
you
know
that
there
that
hasn't
gotten
as
much
traction,
but
you
know
I
I,
think
that
there's
you
know
good
long-term
dialogue
that
you
know
can
be
had
here,
I'm
seeing
more
more
folks,
you
know
kind
of
taking
typescript.
As
you
know,
de-facto
starting
place.
You
know
which
is
really
interesting,
and
you
know
others
that
are
that.
Are
you
know
really
you
know
kind
of
taking
some
of
the
Rhine
dolls
Dino.
A
A
We,
you
know
I
I'd
love
to
have
you
up
on
the
stage
of
course,
but
you
know
beyond
yourself
and
sort
of
getting.
You
know
a
broader
view
of
nodejs.
It
tell
us
it.
Would
you
be
comfortable
bringing
a
you
know,
a
few,
a
continue
to
folks
from
maybe
two
or
three
different
teams
to
share
their
experiences.
C
C
C
A
The
light
the
live
feedback
session
that
we
did
at
index,
Kampf
with
Joel
Chen
of
Walmart.
It
was
great,
so
you
know
Joel,
you
know
kind
of
anchored.
You
know,
Joel
Joel
has
that
you
know
purview
of
all
the
systems
and
it
was
great
to
have
Joel
anchoring
that.
But
in
addition
to
that,
you
know
having
data
science
team-
and
you
know
command
line
system,
see
platform
team
members
you
know,
sharing
the
their
differing
perspectives
was
really
enlightening.
C
Agreed
I
think
there's
especially
on
the
data
science
side
is
not
maturity
to
surface.
You
know
more
presence
of
the
nodejs
community
on
that
from
that
side
of
our
industry,
but
it's
not
quite
often
talked
about
rhythm.
A
A
B
A
Right
well
so,
there's
they're
there
to
two
different
areas
that
we
can.
You
know
proposed
talks,
there's
the
community
corner,
which
is
during
the
event
and
then
there's
the
Z
collaborator
summit.
So
absolutely
we
should,
you
know,
have
a
presence
there
and
it
would
be
great
to
you
know
to
have
you
know
a
spectrum
of
other
things.
You
know
she's
good
document
for
yet
another
thing.
A
B
A
That's
good
and
and
in
Berlin
you
know
we
had
a
lot
of
folks
that
you
know
really
wanted
to
engage
the
ecosystem,
but
didn't
know
how.
So
by
providing
that
sort
of
anchor
presentation
of
you
know
what
we
can
do.
We
won't
be
sort
of
side
loading
that
oh
well,
you
could
you
know
if
you
want
to
go,
do
that
you
can
do
that.
We
anchor
it
with
a
you
know,
an
overview
of
what
we
do,
how
we
can
help
and
where
folks
can
go
for
that
I
think
it's
a
fantastic
idea.
