Have
had
little
to
do
with
the
politics
of
the
day
may
our
time
and
efforts
tonight
and
going
forward
be
focused
on
the
tasks
at
hand
and
may
all
viewpoints
be
heard.
Let
us
take
great
care
with
the
people's
trust
and
their
tax
dollars
as
we
prior
prioritize
spending
over
a
billion
dollars
this
year
in
oakland
county's
budget
and
the
american
rescue
plan.
May
our
deliberations
be
serious
and
may
we
work
together
to
serve
the
greatest
needs
all
across
oakland
county?

there
a
motion
moved
by
commissioner
miller
seconded
by
commissioner
long
any
discussion
all
in
favor
of
approving
the
minute
say:
aye,
aye,
aye
opposed,
say,
nay,
let
the
record
reflect
that
the
minutes
are
approved
unanimously
and
now
we're
on
to
the
approval
of
the
agenda
I'll
recognize.

We
have
a
6

economic

business

division,
approving
the
reissuance
of
series,
2010
bonds
for
the
cranbrook

community
project
in
the
city
of
bloomfield
hills
I
at

I
will
declare
that
public
comment
open.
Is
there
anyone
who
wishes
to
speak
to
the
reissuance
of
bonds.
C
See
none.
I
will
close
public
comment.
Next
up,
I've
got.
We
have
a
public
hearing,
county,
executive
creation
of
public
communications
department
and
reorganization
of
positions.
I
will
declare
that
public
hearing
open
at
6
47.
C
anyone
to
come
and
speak
on
the
the
creation
of
the
public
communications
department,
seeing
none.
C
I
will
declare
that
public
comment
closed
and
next
up
we
have
a
presentation
from
the
leader
of
the
detroit
institute
of
arts,
I'd
like
to
welcome
salvador,
sir
lord
pons,
the
executive
director
of
the
detroit
institute
of
arts
to
come
to
forward.
I
know
that
you've
got
a
number
of
guests
here
so
I'll.
Let
you
introduce
them
but
welcome.
I
know
that,
for
those
who
are
I
mean
it
is
a
first
time
visiting
us
the
dia
comes
and
gives
an
update.
C
We
are
very
proud
here
in
oakland
county
to
partner
with
the
dia
and
and
we're
looking
forward
to.
I
mean
the
wonderful
things
that
you
guys
are
doing
here
in
oakland,
county
and
the
region
and
to
give
us
an
update
on
how
these
dollars
are
being
used
to
improve
the
arts
and
culture
of
our
region.
So
thank
you.
L
So
much
what
is
yours.
Thank
you
very
much,
chair
woodward
and
thank
you
to
the
entire
commission
for
allowing
us
to
be
here
today.
My
name
is
sabados
lor
ponce.
L
G
Good
evening,
as
salvador
said
today,
I'm
going
to
provide
a
little
bit
of
summary
information
on
the
impact
over
the
life
of
the
current
millage
and
a
little
bit
of
specific
information
related
to
our
2020
calendar
year
activity
for
the
benefit
of
the
new
commissioners.
G
G
G
So
you
can
see
from
the
beginning
of
the
millage
we
racked
up
a
lot
of
visits
from
oakland
county
residents,
so
almost
800
000
residents
has
taken
advantage
of
this
millage
benefit.
G
G
G
We
had
about
6
500
students
come
on
field
trips
and
then
in
2021
because
of
the
ongoing
covid
epidemic.
We
started
a
virtual
field
trip
program
so
that
kicked
off
in
2021.
G
G
G
We
yeah
look
forward
to
having
our
seniors
back
in
the
museum.
We've
been
doing
some
preliminary
surveys
and
the
appetite
to
come
back
to
the
museum
for
these
groups
is
large,
so
we're
ready
to
welcome
them
back
in
the
interim,
we
have
pivoted
our
thursdays
at
the
museum
program
to
a
virtual
platform
and
we'll
continue
that
for
seniors,
who
would
prefer
to
have
an
experience
in
their
own
home
in
senior
centers
or
their
communal
living
centers.
G
And
the
last
area
of
the
service
agreement
are
community
partnership.
Programs
here
are
some
of
the
community
partnership
programs
that
we
have
I'm
going
to
just
take
a
quick
walk
through
kind
of
two
of
the
big
ones
that
you
may
be
familiar
with.
Our
inside
out
program
brings
high
quality
reproductions
of
artwork
from
the
collection
to
oakland
county
communities
each
year
our
inside
out
program
actually
predates
the
initial
millage
and
it's
expanded
greatly
over
the
years,
including
communities
all
over
the
tri-county
area.
G
The
newest
set
of
installations
you
can
see
at
the
bottom
of
the
slide
are
2021
communities.
Those
just
went
up
early
july.
So
look
for
that
in
a
neighborhood
near
you,
we
have
the
2020
application
for
this
program
going
out
in
the
next
couple
weeks.
So
if
we
haven't
been
to
your
neighborhood,
maybe
we'll
be
able
to
come
in
2022.
G
G
Compliance,
as
I
said
before,
we
report
to
an
art
institute
authority
and
we're
always
happy
to
get
time
on
the
agenda
to
come
and
talk
to
the
commission
make
sure
everyone
knows
what
we're
doing
at
the
museum
and
help
you
promote
this
to
your
constituents
in
oakland
county.
We
keep
a
regular
meeting
schedule.
G
We
have
a
review
by
plant
moran,
and
this
is
just
a
summary
of
where
we
ended
up
in
2020.
Obviously,
museum
operations
were
different
in
2020,
so
with
the
leadership
on
the
art
authority,
we
drafted
letters
of
agreement
where
we
were
not
able
to
hit
our
target
goals.
We
are
taking
that
shortfall
rolling
that
into
our
goal
for
2021
and
then
that
if
there
is
a
subsequent
shortfall
this
year,
that
will
roll
into
our
goal
for
2022..
G
So
I
am
going
to
turn
this
over
to
judith
dolkhart
to
go
through
our
current
exhibitions.
M
Good
evening,
it
gives
me
a
great
pleasure
to
talk
to
you
about
our
exhibition
program.
I,
if
you
haven't,
come
down
to
see
detroit
style
design,
detroit
style
car
design
in
the
motor
city.
I
hope
you
will.
This
is
an
exhibition
that
really
explores
the
design
process
for
the
industry.
That
is
synonymous
with
detroit
you'll,
see
the
entire
process
from
the
pencil
from
pencil
to
production
line,
as
well
as
incredible
concept.
M
Cars,
as
you
see
on
the
screen
here,
this
show
has
been
extended
into
january
of
2022
and
the
curator
of
this
show
he
likes
to
call
it
a
love
letter
to
detroit
so
come
down
and
see
that
and
decide
which
is
your
favorite,
which
you
would
like
to
take
home.
I
would
say
the
1967
mustang
is
always
high
on
my
list.
M
In
the
fall
we
have
two
wonderful
back-to-back
shows.
The
first
is
called
black
is
beautiful,
the
photography
of
kwame
braithwaite.
It
opens
in
october
and
runs
into
january
of
2022,
and
then
new
black
vanguard,
photography
between
art
and
fashion.
It
will
open
in
december
of
2021
and
go
into
april
of
2022..
M
M
He
had
a
modeling
agency
for
black
women
that
promoted
natural
hairstyles,
a
dress
that
featured
african
textiles
and
the
show
is
going
to
be
a
remarkable
look
at
his
entire
career.
It's
the
first
ever
retrospective
of
his
work
in
the
united
states,
and
the
second
show
looks
at
today's
photographers.
M
These
are
15
photographers
from
all
over
the
world.
They
they
operate
in
johannesburg,
lagos,
new
york,
los
angeles
and
again,
the
show
explores
interesting
intersections
between
art,
fashion,
race,
the
body
and
many
of
these
photographers
are
incredibly
popular
and
have
huge
followings
on
social
media.
So
it'll
be
great
to
see
their
works
in
person
here
in
the
galleries.
M
M
This
exhibition
took
its
starting
point
from
one
of
the
great
treasures
of
the
d.I.s
collection
judith
and
her
maidservant
holding
the
head
of
holofernes
by
artemisia
gentileschi,
and
with
this
in
mind,
we
built
a
show
looking
at
several
women
artists
from
1500
to
1800.
This
show
really
explores
how
they
were
able
to
negotiate
their
roles
as
artists,
wives,
spouse,
wives,
mothers
and
carve
out
artistic
identities.
M
Many
of
them
are
little
known,
but
we're
hoping
that
this
exhibition
will
really
put
them
on
the
map
and
then
in
the
fall
of
2022
we
will
be
hosting
van
gogh
in
america.
This
was
a
show
that
was
supposed
to
open
last
summer,
but
of
course
we
were
not
able
to
do
that.
M
We
will
now
have
it
in
the
fall
of
2022
and
this
actually
becomes
even
more
meaningful
to
the
dia,
because
the
dia
was
the
first
institution
in
the
united
states
to
buy
a
work
by
van
gogh,
his
self-portrait,
and
so
this
will
really
be
the
centennial
of
that
landmark
acquisition.
There
will
be
over
70
works
from
all
over
the
world
right
here
in
detroit,
and
it
promises
to
be
spectacular.
L
Thank
you
judith
and
thank
you
julie
for
the
presentation,
two
things
before
I
open
for
questions,
I'd
like
to
say
that
most
of
our
exhibitions
are
free
for
residents
of
oakland
county
and
when
they
are
ticketed,
they
will
have
an
important
discount
and
two
I'd,
like
also
with
the
permission
of
the
chair
of
the
commission,
mr
woodward
I'd
like
to
invite
the
entire
commission
to
come
to
the
dia
in
september
or
october,
to
visit
the
exhibition
detroit
style.
It's
just
really
unbelievable.
L
Show
it
really
connects
with
our
community,
and
you
know,
car
design
was
something
that
was
invented
in
detroit
is
an
art
form
and
art
forms
are
presented
in
museums.
We
are
the
museum
of
the
city.
We
are
the
museum
of
vulcan
county
and
we
want
to
celebrate
that
and
with
that
I'd
like
to
open
the
floor
for
any
questions
that
the
commission
might
have
for
us
great.
C
N
First,
I
want
to
say
thank
you
for
your
preparedness.
When
oak
went
allowed
to
open
for
the
residents
to
come
in,
I
was
able
to
go
there.
Everything
was
perfectly
done.
I
mean
I
went
out
without
a
hitch.
I
appreciate
that
I
want
to
know
about
your
virtual
field
trips.
How
was
the
participation
and
any
feedback?
Because
that's
awesome
like
because
everybody
loves
art?
I
know
I
do
so.
It's
great
that
you're
able
to
do
the
virtual
tours
with
the
seniors
and
the
students.
How
did
that
go.
M
Thank
you
very
much
for
the
question.
We
were
really
delighted
to
be
able
to
offer
virtual
tours
to
k-12
students
and
senior
citizens
for
k-12
students.
We've
been
offering
them
since
january,
and
by
mid-june
we
had
close
to
18
000
students
through
the
tri-counties
who
were
able
to
take
these
tours,
which
was
really
a
great
result
for
us
and
then
with
thursdays
at
the
museum.
This
is
a
every
thursday
at
one
o'clock.
We
offer
this
it's
well
attended.
M
M
N
E
Yes-
and
it
actually
is
a
comment
over
at
catalpa
park,
I've
been
taking
advantage
of
the
beautiful
park
space.
L
Thank
you
so
much
I'd
like
to
mention
one
thing:
when
we
do
our
inside
out
program,
you
know
we're
looking
for
suggestions
as
an
institution
that
is
serving
oakland
county.
We
need
help
and
the
help
we're
hoping
will
come
from
this
commission
and
the
public.
If
you
see
a
district,
an
area
that
would
benefit
from
inside
out
or
the
mural
project,
anything
that
you
see,
please
let
us
know
you
know
your
community
the
best
and
we
want
to
help
serve
that
community
at
the
highest
level.
C
Thank
you
any
further
questions
from
the
commission.
Seeing
none
on
el
salvador
into
the
team.
I
mean
julie
and
judith.
I
we
are
so
appreciative
of
the
partnership.
Oakland
county
has
with
the
dia
oakland
county,
joining
with
macomb
and
wayne
county.
I
think
it's
it's
proven
by
what's
been
able
to
be
accomplished,
the
for
less
than
20
for
the
average
household
in
oakland
county
annually.
C
We're
able
to
create
these
experiences
for
everyone
and
a
special
shout
out
to
tom
gustello,
who
leads
I
mean,
who
helps
negotiate,
that
contract
of
services
that
that
was
so
warmly
presented
this
evening
and,
of
course,
gene
gargero,
who
I
don't
know
if
there's
a
person,
that's
more
synonymous
with
the
dia
and
despite
all
sorts
of
challenges
from
a
macro
level,
a
financial
I
mean
in
the
in
the
world
of
trying
to
keep
this
museum
preserved
for
everybody.
C
C
Thank
you
for
all.
You
do
and
everything
and,
of
course,
your
leadership
at
the
dia.
This
is
an
institution
for
generations
and
I
think
the
first
time
I
met
you
and
the
way
that
you
framed
it
that
this
is
about
bringing
the
the
the
dia
and
the
art
within
it
out
to
the
public,
and
I
think
you've
demonstrated
this
with
all
the
programming,
all
the
work
that
you
guys
do.
So.
Thank
you.
Thank.
C
Okay,
that
will
move
us
to
the
first
public
comment
of
tonight's.
We
are,
this
is
the
opportunity
for
people
who
have
public
comment
on
any
items
on
the
agenda,
the
consent
agenda
and
the
regular
agenda.
We
ask
you
to
keep
your
comments
limited
to
three
minutes.
We
have
a
timer
up
here
to
help
do
that
and
we
will
before
I
do,
that
I
apologize
communications,
other
communications
clerk
brown.
Can
you
read
the
other
communications
that
we
have.
A
Yes,
thank
you.
I
have
just
a
couple
tonight.
The
first
please
accept
this
message,
as
my
formal
resignation
from
the
oakland
county,
historical
commission,
family
and
work
circumstances
currently
require
my
full
time
and
attention.
Please
let
me
know
how
I
can
be
of
assistance
during
this
transition.
A
I
am
so
grateful
for
my
four
plus
years
with
the
commission
and
will
look
back
fondly
on
the
support
and
kindness
I
receive
from
each
of
you
in
the
future.
You
can
reach
me
at
my
personal
email.
I
don't
have
a
cell
phone,
but
in
the
future
you
can
reach
me
on
my
cell
phone.
Thank
you
again
and
I
look
forward
to
staying
in
touch
sincerely
jordan,
bellant
and
then
the
remaining
two
communications.
A
I'm
gonna
sort
of
combine
them
because
they're
in
regards
to
the
same
thing
so
I'll
start
them
I'll
start
them
off
to
the
oakland
county
board
of
commissioners.
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
please
accept
this
letter
as
notification
that
I
have
exercised
the
authority
granted
to
the
chairperson
of
the
board
to
approve
grant
applications
in
excess
of
fifty
thousand
dollars
for
the
purposes
of
meeting
a
submission
deadline
due
to
the
grantor
deadlines
and
the
board's
grant
submission
process
and
calendar.
A
It
was
not
possible
to
submit
the
application
for
full
board
consideration
in
accordance
with
our
normal
procedures.
I
have
authorized
the
submission
of
the
following
grant
application
and
I'm
going
to
add
an
asset
applications,
because
we
have
two
letters,
so
the
first
is
the
name
of
the
grant
was
fiscal
year.
2021
substance
use
disorder,
prevention
services.
A
The
amount
was
for
two
hundred
and
twenty
eight
thousand
four
hundred
and
ninety
one
dollars
with
a
ten
percent
match
of
twenty
thousand
seven
hundred
and
seventy
two
dollars
and
the
grant
application
deadline
was
is
august,
10,
2021
and
the
second.
The
name
of
the
grant
was
the
fiscal
year.
2021
edward
byrne,
memorial
justice
assistance,
jag
grant
program
in
the
amount
of
74
513
dollars
the
grant
application
deadline.
August
6
2021.,
sincerely
david
t,
woodward,
chairman
oakland
county
board
of
commissioners.
C
Thank
you,
madam
clerk.
Is
there
a
motion
to
receive
the
communications
move
by
commissioner
markham
seconded
by
commissioner
wiper?
Any
discussion
on
the
communications
see
none
all
in
favor
receiving
those
communications
say
aye
aye
opposed,
say,
nay,
let
the
record
reflect
that
the
communications
are
received
unanimously.
C
Now
that
will
bring
us
to
public
comment.
This
is
the
opportunity
in
today's
meeting
to
have
public
comment
for
items
on
the
agenda.
That's
the
consent
agenda
and
the
regular
agenda.
If
you
have,
if
you
wish
to
comment
on
any
of
those,
please
keep
your
comments
limited
to
three
minutes.
If
you
approach
the
three
minutes,
we
have
a
timer
here
to
keep
you
on
track.
C
If
you
exceed
the
three
minutes
I'll
ask
you
to
wrap
up
your
comments
so
that
we
can
hear
from
everyone
tonight
so
I'll,
open
public
comment,
please
for
those
who
want
to
speak
to
items
on
the
agenda.
Please
come
to
the
mic
at
the
back
of
the
auditorium
here.
C
See
none
who
want
to
come
for
public
comment
on
items
on
the
consent
agenda
or
the
regular
agenda
I'll
declare
this
first
part
of
public
comment
close
that
will
move
us
on
to
reports
of
standing
committees.
The
first
item
is
the
consent
agenda.
Can
I
get
a
motion
to
adopt
the
consensus
on
a
move
by
commissioner
gingel
seconded
by
commissioner
lubes?
Any
discussion
on
items
on
the
consent
agenda.
C
C
A
I
I
N
A
F
J
C
N
Thank
you,
mr
chair.
I
have
three
agenda
items
on
the
regular
agenda
today.
The
first
one
I
have
is
board
of
commissioners
facilities,
management
facilities,
planning
engineering,
sheriff's
office,
emergency
management,
this
feasibility
study
for
new
sheriff's
operations,
center
oakland,
county
emergency
operations,
center
sheriff's
office,
training,
center
and
strategic
storage
facility.
N
And
we
have
a
a
report
from
the
finance
committee
recommending
an
amendment
to
the
title
of
the
resolution.
C
Okay,
so
we're
going
to
take
up
item
l
on
the
regular
agenda
first
motion
by
commissioner
miller
seconded
by
commissioner
gingel,
but
welcomes
first
to
receive
the
report
from
the
finance
committee.
All
in
favor
of
that's
moved
by
commissioner
miller
seconded
by
commissioner
genji.
All
in
favor
of
receiving
the
finance
report
say
aye
aye.
O
C
Opposed
say,
nay,
let
the
record
reflect
that
the
report
is
received
unanimously
and
now
we
have
a
a
motion
by
commissioner
miller
seconded
by
commissioner
gingel
to
adopt
the
resolution
that
was
amended
through
committee.
Any
discussion.

That's

Is
there
any

on
this
a
resolution,
commissioner

I

Sufficient
number
voting
the

The
resolution
is
adopted,
commissioner

C
Opposed
say,
nay,
let
the
record
reflect
that
the
reports
received
unanimously
and
commissioner
lubes
seconded
by
commissioner
jackson
moves
the
resolution.
I
believe
that
we
have
a
couple
amendments
as
well
correct,
correct
all
right.
So,
commissioner
jackson,
I
recognize
commissioner
jackson
for
the
first
amendment.
I
Yes,
the
first
amendment
will
change
wording
from
a
whole
all
homeless,
persons
who
receive
a
housing
choice,
voucher
with
a
homeless
preference
or
permanent
supportive
housing
through
the
alliance
for
housing.
Special
programs
will
be
eligible
under
the
program
changed
to
rental
units
where
tenants
receive
a
housing
choice,
voucher
with
homeless
preference,
hcv
hp,
a
veterans,
housing,
voucher,
hud,
vash
or
permanent
supportive
housing
psh
through
the
allowance
for
a
hot
alliance
for
housing
will
be
eligible
under
the
program.
The
unlocking
doors
program.
C
The
amendment's
moved
by
commissioner
jackson
seconded
by
commissioner
covell.
I
believe
that
this
is
this
was
discussed
in
committee.
This
is
just
tweaking
the
language,
the
one
of
the
first
qualifiers
in
the
eligible
units
that
are
for
these,
these
funds
going
forward.
Is
there
any
further
discussion
on
on
the
amendment.
C
F
C
F
C
B
C
C
I
mean
this
speaks
specifically
the
person
who
has
the
housing
voucher,
the
tenant
with
the
housing
voucher.
That
is,
I
mean
using
the
unit,
so
I
mean
it's
probably.
I
would
assume
it's
the
leasee
in
that
situation.
The
tenant
with
the
housing
voucher.
B
L
C
Okay,
are
we
good
we're
good?
Okay,
any
further
discussion
see
no
further
discussion.
All
in
favor
say
aye.
I
C
Opposed
say,
nay:
well
let
the
record
reflect
that
the
amendment
is
adopted
unanimously.
Commissioner
jackson,
I
think
there's
a
second
amendment.
I
All
right,
well,
basically,
the
second
amendment
are
just
wording
changes.
I
could.
I
C
I
think
the
question
the
question
is:
can
you
clarify
that
landlords
are
responsible
for
all
unpaid
utility
costs?
I
mean,
I
think
that
remember
this
amendment
actually
speaks
to
the
attachment.
The
implementation
of
the
policy.
The
the
three
thousand
dollar
limit
right
cannot
be
used
to
pay
unpaid
utility
costs,
largely
in
the
name
of
the
the
property
owner,
particularly
multi-unit.
B
C
That
have
attachment
a
if
you
look
at
original
attachment
a
I
mean
there
was
adding
this
additional
bit
of
info
the
additional
eligibility
to
reimburse
up
to
50
of
rent
up
to
three
months.
If
someone
who
is
in
there
with
a
voucher
and
leaves
and
breaks
their
lease
to
help
mitigate
the
risk
to
landlords
the
whole
goal,
to
encourage
more
landlords
to
make
properties
available
to
low-income
individuals,
this
explicitly
says
that
landlords
are
responsible
for
unpaid
utilities
and
that
these
dollars
will
not
be
used
for
that.
B
Right,
so
I'm
sorry
go
back
to
what
the
first
part
of
your
statement.
So
this
is
under
the
assumption
that
the
tenants
have
left
the
property
and
are
no
longer
there
that
we,
this
program
will
reimburse
the
landlord
up
to
fifty
percent
of
the
fees
max
out
of
three
thousand
dollars,
but
will
not
include
anything
that
has
to
do
with
utilities.
Correct.
So,
okay,.
C
Any
further
discussion,
seeing
none
all
in
favor
of
adopting
this
amendment,
say
aye
aye,
aye,
opposing
nay,
nay.
Madam
clerk,
can
you
please
call
the
role
on
the
amendment.
P
N
A
F
B
B
C
A
J
I
C
A
sufficient
number
voted
in
the
affirmative.
The
amendment
is
adopted.
It
brings
us
back
to
the
main
motion
any
discussion
on
the
unlocking
doors
oakland
program,
commissioners
biz,
followed
by
commissioner
covell.
B
C
G
Yeah,
this
is,
I
think,
just
maybe
I'm
looking
at.
I
C
Pilot
and
then
you
I
mean,
take
the
opportunity
over
that
period,
time
to
evaluate
need
and
usage
and
to
inform
future
policy
decision
making.
Commissioner
gingil.
B
Yeah
just
for
clarity,
so
this
program
is
not
requiring
or
adding
stipulations
to
landlords,
to
rent
properties,
to
people
with
vouchers.
It's
still
voluntary
at
the
landlord
level
and
in
regards
to
being
able
to
evict
people
that
may
not
be
paying
their
rent.
This
has
nothing
to
do
with
that,
meaning
stipulating
a
landlord
or
restricting
them
from
evicting
somebody,
that's
not
paying
rent
and
leaving
that
individual.
That's
put
all
the
capital
out
for
the
building
and
running
a
business
in
able
to
run
the
business.
C
Correct.
Thank
you
any
further
discussion.
C
Seeing
none.
Madam
clerk,
please
call
the
role
on
the
resolution.

The

first
there's
a
report
so
I'll,
commissioner
lubs
moves
the
report

by
commissioner
miller.
All
in
favor
receiving
the
report
say:
aye.
K
C
B
I
know
this
has
been
a
work
in
progress
and
I
would
just
urge
that
we
continue
to
work
with
the
sheriff's
department.
I
know
the
sheriff
has
concerns
about
individual
citizens,
privacy
and
safety
relative
to
the
implementation
of
body
cams,
and
I
think
it's
important
that,
since
the
sheriff
is
the
one
that
has
to
utilize
these
in
the
public
that
he
remains,
he
has
the
ability
to
remain
a
strong
voice
throughout
the
rest
of
the
process
and
implementation.
C

Q

C
Sufficient
number

resolution

Madam
clerk,
can
I
did
I
ask
for
a
motion
to
receive
the
report
for
the
previous
item
miscellaneous
resolution-
21
176.,
on
the
unlocking
doors?
Yes
yeah,
I
did
okay,
I
just
I.
I
did
not
make
the
note
on
my
on
my
paper
here.
So
okay.
Thank
you,
commissioner.
Luz.
C
Thank
you,
commissioner.
I
will
now
call
on
commissioner
nelson,
the
chair
of
the
legislative
affairs
and
government
operations
committee.
C
A
move
by
commissioner
nelson
seconded
by
commissioner

Madam
clerk,
please
call
the
role
on
the

J
C
All
right,
thank
you
very
much,
commissioner.
This
will
move
us
to
reports
of
standing
committees
where
there
is
none
special
order
of
business,
none
unfinished
business,
none
that
moves
us
to
new
and
miscellaneous
business.
First
item
up:
we
have
a
resolution
for
the
remembrance
of
the
late
u.s
senator
carl
levin.
C
Is
there
a
motion
to
suspend
the
rules
to
take
up
the
item
immediately
moved
by
commissioner
mcgilvery
seconded
by
commissioner
gingel,
all
in
favor
of
suspending
the
rules
to
take
up
that
resolution
say
aye
aye,
aye,
all
opposed,
say,
nay.
The
rules
are
suspended
to
take
up
this
resolution
and
can
get
a
motion
to
move
moved
by
commissioner
mcgilvery
seconded
by
commissioner
moss
to
adopt
this
resolution
in
remembrance
of
u.s
senator
carl
levin
any
discussion.
C
I
will
just
say
that
senator
carl
levin
was
a
dear
friend
not
only
to
oakland
county,
but
to
many
of
us
in
this
chamber.
Really
I
mean
set
a
standard
of
public
service,
his
entire
career,
something
that
we
can
all
continue
to
strive
towards.
C
N
J

C
Sufficient
number
voting
affirmative
the
resolution
is
adopted.
I
will
we
have.
I
believe
we
have
four
resolutions
for
introduction.
I
will
first
call
on
commissioner
powell.
J
N
C
Great
referred
without
objection.
Thank
you.
I
have
a
resolution.
Actually
can
you
I'm
gonna,
ask
the
vice
chair
to
yep.
C
And
we'll
refer
that
to
legislative
affairs
in
government
operations
without
objection.
C
One
commissioner,
nelson,
thank
you.
C
Government
referred
without
objection:
is
there
any
additional
new
and
miscellaneous
business
that
needs
to
be
taken
up
this
evening?
C

not
just
in
oak

but
in
south

as
well,
over

catholic

I
want
to
congratulate
my
county
commissioner,
charlie

on
his
recent

He
was
just
married
this
past
saturday
and
I
wish
him
every

and
good
luck.
You
know
in
his
new
venture
in.
F
F
C
My
mic
was
off.
I
apologize.
I
think
I
would
just
like
to
ask
the
public
to
refrain
from
public
displays
so
that
we
can
hear
everyone.
We
don't
want
to
discourage
anyone
from
coming
forward,
everyone
we,
we
will
be
here
and
everyone
who
wants
to
speak
before
the
board
of
commissioners
will
be
invited
and
we
will
move
on
to
the
next
person.
I've
got
brandon
eldridge,
followed
by
dr
talia.
C
P
Hello,
my
name
is
brandon
eldridge
and
I'm
from
west
bloomfield,
who
here
has
heard
of
joseph

known
as
the

of
death
hitler
assigned
him
to
conduct
mass
experiments
on
people
and
concentration
camps
around
germany
and
german
occupied
countries
during
his
time.
In
this
position
there
were
many
different
types
of
experiments
that
were
done
that
make
my
stomach
turn
some
of
the
most
cruel
and
inhumane
things
were
done
to
these
innocent
people,
but
there
is
one
thing
that
they
did
that
I
want
to
draw
your
attention
to.
P
P
Karen
kingston,
a
former
pfizer
employee
and
current
current
analyst
for
the
pharmaceutical

Industries
has
submitted
undeniable
documentation
that
pfizer
and
astrazeneca's
corona
vaccines
are
largely
made
up
of
graphene
oxide,
which
is
a
toxic
poison
to
humans.
With
her
proof,
she
said,
quote:
they're

how
much
they
can

humans
before
they
die.
We
are

P
She
went
on
to
speculate
whether
this
is
another
attempt
at
genocide
reach
out
to
me
if
you're
interested
in
the
information,
but
I
bring
this
up
because,
on
october
1st
1946
the
nuremberg
code
was
signed
to
stop
these
inhumane
procedures
from
being
done.
The
first
principle
of
the
nuremberg,
the
nuremberg
code,
is
quote.
The
voluntary
consent
of
the
human
subject
is
absolutely
essential.
P
P
Do
you
want
to
see
those
entities
pass
vaccine
mandates
in
response
he
said
well,
I
like
to
see
them
continue
to
move
in
that
direction,
and
that's
why
I
pointed
it
out.
I
had
asked
the
justice
department
to
determine
whether
they
are
able
to
do
that
legally
and
they
can
local
communities
can
do
that.
Local
businesses
can
do
that.
It's
still
a
question
whether
the
federal
government
can
mandate
the
whole
country.
P
I
don't
know
that
yet
we
have
been
told
in
previous
meetings
that
vaccine
passports
are
not
being
discussed
for
oakland
county,
but
here
is
proof
that
the
president
is
wanting
to
enact
vaccine
passports
from
a
federal
level.
Mr
chairman
county
commissioners,
you
represent
the
voices
of
the
county
residents,
hear
our
petition
work
with
us.
We
are
all
working
on
the
same
goal
to
end
discrimination
in
any
form
within
oakland
county.
We
want
to
pass.
We
want
you
to
pass
a
legally
binding
ordinance
to
prevent
discrimination
against
oakland
county
residents
in
businesses
and
government
agencies.
C
C
You
I
will
ask
again,
please
no
public
demonstrations.
We
want
to
make
certain
that
any
person
is
welcome
to
come
here
and
address
the
the
the
board
of
commissioners,
dr
talia,
followed
by
ellen
pruitt.
O
O
I've
investigated
both
subjects
extensively
via
the
web.
I
hope
you
will
gain
some
insight
into
what
we
are
dealing
with
in
february
of
2003.
The
sars
virus
hits
asia
that
same
year,
the
cdc
applied
for
patent
rights
to
the
sars
virus,
claiming
that
it
was
intended
to
ensure
open
access
for
all
researchers
and
not
for
profit,
but
in
reality
it
was
about
money.
The
law
states
that
one
person
cannot
claim
a
patent
on
anything
that
is
natural
in
2007.
The
cdc
petitioned
the
patent
office
to
keep
the
cdc
patent
application
confidential.
O
O
He
has
collaborated
for
years
with
the
quote
bat
lady,
who
heads
the
wuhan
lab
now
on
to
gain
a
function
with
some
of
you
have
heard
about.
This
is
a
process
where
you
make
a
virus
jump
species
from
its
hosts
into
humans.
In
this
case,
they
use
ferrets
and
monkeys
as
intermediaries
to
get
the
virus
to
jump
from
bats
to
humans.
Ferrets
and
monkeys
have
the
same
ace
receptors
in
their
lungs
that
humans
do
the
claim
by
fauci
and
nih,
is
that
the
purpose
of
the
gain
of
function
was
to
prepare
vaccines.
O
Should
there
ever
be
a
pandemic,
and
here
we
are
today
in
2011,
nih
gets
involved
in
the
gain
of
function,
but
many
infectious
disease
specialists,
epidemiologists
and
scientists
were
very
much
against
the
gain
of
function.
Work
fearing
that
the
research
may
ultimately
cause
a
pandemic
by
accident
or
by
intent
in
2014.
The
work
was
halted
in
the
us
and
nih
decided
to
bypass
the
restrictions
and
continue
the
work
outside
the
country
in
wuhan,
china
wuhan
was
funded
by
the
nih,
as
well
as
the
niaid,
the
division
run
by
dr
fauci
since
1984..
O
Reportedly,
they
gave
over
seven
million
dollars
of
taxpayer
money
to
wuhan
over
several
years.
The
vaccine
is
not
the
standard
vaccine
we
have
had
in
the
past.
Most
vaccines
used
consists
of
either
an
attenuated
or
a
weakened
virus
or
part
of
a
virus
that
will
not
cause
the
illness
but
will
stimulate
the
immune
system.
O
The
coronavirus
uses
the
so-called
spike
protein
as
a
key
to
gain
entry
into
human
cells
and
replicate
itself
in
the
current
vaccines
by
pfizer
and
moderna.
A
synthetic
messenger
rna
is
used
to
have
the
cells
in
our
body
make
the
spike
protein
so
that
the
immune
system
recognizes
it
on
the
virus
when
it
sees
it
in
the
future.
When
the
real
virus
invades
the
body,
the
immune
system
would
be
ready
to
theoretically
eradicate
it.
O
O
I'll
finish
it
off,
which
is
the
same
thing
as
what's
in
antifreeze.
This
allows
the
messenger
rna
to
penetrate
into
the
cells
and
directly
to
to
make
the
spike
protein
and
I'll
finish
off
over
here.
Thank
you.
C
You
thank
you.
Aaron
pruitt,
followed
by
connie
johnson,
welcome.
E
I'm
going
to
finish
dr
talia's
comments.
This
will
not
allow
the
mrna
to
penetrate
into
the
cell
and
direct
it
to
make
the
spike
protein.
Nano
particles
have
never
been
tested
in
humans
to
see
what
the
short-term
or
long-term
effects
are,
but
they
do
know
that
they
will
last
in
the
body
for
years
or
decades.
E
First
time
they
were
injected
in
humans
was
in
july,
2020..
The
32
000
people
who
were
in
the
phase
1
2
and
3
trials,
were
the
first
guinea
pigs
of
this
new
form
of
vaccine,
depending
on
the
size,
shape
and
composition
of
the
nanoparticles.
Some
can
penetrate
the
blood-brain
barrier
and
allow
the
particle
to
enter
the
brain.
E
Some
of
the
short-term
side
effects
associated
with
the
vaccine
that
we've
heard
about
include
myocarditis
guillain-barre
syndrome,
blood
clots,
miscarriages,
heart
attacks,
strokes,
anaphylactic
reactions,
death,
long-term
consequences
are
unknown,
as
these
vaccines
have
only
been
in
our
human
use
for
one
year.
Potential
problems
include
autoimmune
disease,
parkinson's,
als,
autism,
cancer,
birth
defects,
infertility,
long-term
consequences
may
not
be
seen
for
years
when
these
vaccines
are
being
pushed
on
children,
adolescents
and
young
adults.
Their
future
health
is
at
risk.
You
would
be
hard-pressed
to
connect
with
disease,
they
have
then
to
the
vaccine.
E
C
Thank
you.
Next,
I
got
connie
johnson,
followed
by
anna
muzzy.
H
H
This
act
covers
the
eua
medical
interventions
and
countermeasures
in
the
time
of
pandemic,
including
the
coven
19
jab.
The
sole
purpose
of
the
prep
act
is
for
to
free
entities
like
pharmaceutical
companies,
local
governments
and
patient
facing
health
care
workers
from
liability
of
these
countermeasures,
should
they
injure
or
kill
them.
H
If
you
or
someone
you
know
were
to
suffer
from
an
injury
after
the
kova
jab
that
made
you
very
sick
or
led
to
death,
you
would
be
on
your
own.
There
is
no
compensatory
mechanism
in
place
to
protect
you
as
a
private
citizen.
As
of
friday
july
30th.
According
to
vares
11
940
people
were
associated
with
death
from
this
jab.
H
Two
million
three
hundred
forty
eight
thousand
three
hundred
and
ninety
six
adverse
events
were
reported
by
five
hundred
and
eighteen
thousand
seven
hundred
and
seventy
people,
if
you
do
the
math,
each
of
those
500k
plus
people
had
probably
between
four
and
five
adverse
events.
Each
there's
a
report
that
you
heard
about
a
few
weeks
ago.
H
H
These
people
will
not
be
bullied
into
complying
with
an
experimental
jab
because
of
loss
of
work.
They
will
walk
away
from
it.
We
will
have
no
health
care
workers,
you
have
the
privilege
and
the
responsibility
to
sit
as
an
elected
official
in
this
commission.
I
speak
on
behalf
of
thousands
of
people
who
feel
they
don't
have
a
voice.
Like
the
the
former
gentleman
said,
people
like
you
with
jobs,
families,
houses,
things
to
take
care
of,
and
a
life
people
are
being
told
more
and
more
every
day,
get
the
vaccine,
or
else.
H
H
H
C
Is
the
last
time
I'm
going
to
ask
please,
I
know
of
public
displays
like
that
anna
muzzy,
followed
by
katie
kern.
D
D
And
shortly
after
she
died,
she
lived
in
oakland
county
too.
She
loved
three
young
boys,
a
seven-year-old.
H
D
I'm
sorry
it's
just
very
hurtful,
and
I
just
hope
that
you
would
please
please
support
measures.
Q
R
The
threat
from
my
employer
all
started
in
march
of
2020
when
I,
like
many
others,
received
an
email
stating
that
I
was
deployed
inpatient
to
help
during
the
pandemic
and
to
care
for
covet
patients.
If
I
did
not
accept,
I
would
be
suspended
for
three
days
offered
the
same
assignment
and
if
I
refused,
I
would
be
fired.
I
was
deployed
for
three
months
and
received
no
covet
pay.
While
caring
for
covet
patients,
we
did
run
out
of
ppe,
received
one
surgical
mass
per
week
and
even
had
to
wear
trash
bags
as
gowns.
R
At
one
point
in
june
of
2021,
I
received
an
email
from
henry
ford
threatening
termination
of
employment,
this
time
for
non-compliance
with
their
cova
vaccine
mandate
by
september
10th.
The
hospital
offered
coveted
listening
sessions
for
staff
to
ask
questions.
I
attended,
and
I
did
ask
questions
respectfully
shortly
after
I
was
greeted
by
the
chief
nursing
officer
and
administration
stating
they
noticed.
I
was
at
the
sessions
and
that
I
seemed
distressed.
R
R
When
I
did
return,
I
was
pulled
aside
for
a
meeting
with
the
cno
hr
and
leadership
in
the
middle
of
my
12-hour
shift
with
a
six
patient
assignment
and
a
nursing
student,
I
was
warned
that
I
could
have
been
fired
for
my
questions
at
the
listening
session.
I
was
warned
that
as
a
leader,
I
must
get
on
board
with
what
the
system
is
doing.
I
was
told
not
to
answer
any
further
questions
regarding
the
covid
vaccine.
R
I
was
offered
help
finding
another
job
and
told
that
if
I
disagree
with
this
mandate,
I
should
be
respectful
to
leadership
in
administration
and
resign.
My
position
since
then
I've
been
pulled
aside.
Almost
every
shift
by
management
and
asked.
Do
you
have
questions
about
the
mandate
or
your
termination?
How
do
you
feel
about
me
posting
your
position?
It's
constant
harassment.
R
All
managers
have
been
sent
a
list
of
employees
on
their
unit
who
have
not
been
vaccinated.
These
staff
are
now
being
pulled
aside,
one
by
one
in
question.
They
are
being
pressured
coerced
and
intimidated
into
receiving
the
vaccine.
They
are
being
told
they
won't
be
able
to
find
other
jobs
in
health
care
and
those
in
school
are
being
told
they
must
comply
in
order
to
receive
future
education.
R
We
have
now
been
branded
anti-vaxxers
and
have
a
scarlet
letter
on
our
chest.
I
ask
you:
what
happened
to
hipaa
is
medical
segregation.
Okay,
now
henry
ford
is
offering
a
ten
thousand
dollar
sign-on
bonus
for
nurses
and
twenty-five
dollars
extra
an
hour
for
extra
shifts.
They
are
actively
recruiting
canadian
nurses
and
agency
nurses
to
fill
our
positions.
We
went
from
hero
to
zero
essential
to
expendable.
R
Please
I
ask
you
to
consider
who
will
care
for
you
when
henry
ford
forces
us
to
voluntarily
resign
our
position
for
refusal
of
vaccine
mandate
after
working
through
this
entire
pandemic,
risking
our
lives
and
staying
healthy?
They
will
even
make
receiving
unemployment
a
challenge.
Please
help
us
support
our
freedom
of
choice.
It
is
the
best
things
you
can
give
to
all
health
care
workers
and
to
your
community,
our
body,
our
choice
and,
as
we
said
when
we
came
here
for
liberty
and
justice
for
all.
R
My
name
is
kristen,
I
am
a
resident
of
oakland
county.
I've
been
a
registered
nurse
for
10
years.
All
10
years
of
my
career.
I
have
been
employed
with
henry
ford
health
system.
I
was
not
going
to
speak
tonight
number
one
because
I
am
terrified
of
public
speaking
number
two,
because
this
is
the
most
hectic
time
of
the
day
for
my
family.
But,
being
here
and
letting
my
voice
be
heard
is
more
important.
R
The
week
I
returned
from
maternity
leave
in
june,
I
found
out
about
the
system
mandating
the
cobit
vaccines
to
employees,
volunteers,
contractors
and
students.
I'm
appalled
of
such
a
decision
to
mandate
these
non-fda
approved
vaccines,
or
we
face
termination
katie
and
I
are
co-workers
and
are
pretty
much
the
only
ones
on
our
floor
who
are
publicly
protesting
and
speaking
out,
we
are
being
the
voice
for
others
who
are
too
afraid
afraid
of
having
a
target
on
their
back
to
be
harassed,
discriminated
against
or
coerced
afraid.
R
If
they
do
not
comply,
they
will
lose
health
insurance
for
their
families,
afraid
they
will
not
be
able
to
pay
their
bills
or
put
food
on
the
tables.
I
myself
was
one
of
these
individuals
afraid
to
speak
up
my
husband
and
I
had
many
conversations
about
whether
I
should
take
the
vaccine
or
not
mainly
for
financial
reasons.
Ultimately,
we
decided,
I
would
leave
my
job
standing
up
for
my
freedom
of
choice.
R
R
I
am
here
asking
you
to
help
us.
Instead
of
helping
divide
us.
These
are
people's
livelihoods
and
lives.
We
are
talking
about
as
nurses.
We
are
taught
that
we
are
a
patient's
advocate
and
to
always
speak
up
for
them,
but
here
I
am
in
this
moment.
I
cannot
advocate
for
myself
for
my
body
or
for
my
choice
with
my
employer.
R
If
these
health
systems
are
so
worried
about
the
safety
of
their
patients
by
mandating
all
of
us
to
be
vaccinated,
then
why
can
a
sick,
immunocompromised
patient
on
a
general
practice
unit
have
no
limit
on
visitors
or
restricted
visiting
hours,
and
visitors
do
not
have
to
prove
vaccination
status?
Why?
Because
that
would
be
a
violation
of
hipaa
for
them
to
disclose
their
information.
R
So
I
ask:
who?
Are
we
really
protecting
if
you'd
agree
disagree
with
me?
That
is
the
great
part
about
living
in
america,
the
land
of
the
free?
You
are
given
choices.
Hopefully
you
will
be
so
lucky
that
you
do
not
have
to
choose
between
your
job
or
being
vaccinated.
I
ask
that
you
will
do
your
own
research
outside
of
the
mainstream
media.
R
My
life
is
more
important.
Being
able
to
watch
my
kids
grow
up
and
be
there,
for
them
is
more
important
than
a
job.
I
am
willing
to
give
up.
All
of
that,
I
am
not
willing
to
give
up
all
of
that
for
the
possibility
of
developing
a
debilitating
side
effect
or
the
possibility
of
death.
Thank
you
for
your
time.
J
J
Obviously
you
don't
have
to
answer
that
question
if
it
made
you
uncomfortable
and
you're
thinking.
That
is
not
your
business
you're
right,
it
is
of
most
important.
We
here
in
oakland,
county
ban
vaccine
passports.
Obviously
this
is
issue
of
importance
in
protecting
our
medical
privacy
and
bodily
autonomy.
It
does
protect
our
medical
freedom.
J
This
is
very
important
to
me
personally,
I'm
in
a
v
I'm
an
individual
who
sees
an
infectious
disease
doctor.
We
discussed
the
vaccine
and
I
was
told
by
my
doctor
a
medical
expert,
because
I
had
a
family
because
I
and
my
family
have
had
sars
kobe
2.
I
do
not
need
the
vaccine,
in
fact,
my
antibodies
from
having
this
are
better
than
what
the
vaccine
has
to
offer.
The
nih
the
national
institute
of
health,
which
dr
fauci
is
ahead
of,
has
come
out
and
stated
the
same
thing.
J
I
have
all
the
articles
here
in
my
hand,
also
washington,
university
school
of
medicine
in
st
louis
has
also
come
out
with
recent
articles
as
well,
and
it
is
supported
by
the
nih,
and
I
have
that
here
as
well
as
well
as
professor
at
john
hopkins
university.
Dr
marty
mcrae,
has
come
out
and
said
we
are
forgetting
about
natural
immunity
which
over
half
of
the
americans,
have
he
just
said
today.
J
This
should
not
be
about
vaccinated
versus
the
unvaccinated,
rather,
the
immune
versus
the
unimuned
for
someone
as
myself
and
my
family,
a
vaccine
passport
would
not
only
infringe
on
personal
choice
and
freedom.
It
discriminates
against
me
and
those
like
me,
who
decided
not
to
vaccinate
vaccinate
against
sars
kovi
ii
or
boosters
to
come
to
say
we
are
not
following
the
science
is
quite
contrary.
J
I
have
better
protection
with
my
own
antibodies
and
I
am
following
medical
advice.
Science.
I
hope
you
see
the
importance
of
this
resolution.
We
are
now
witnessing
the
threat
of
job
loss,
scholarships
being
taken
away
from
students.
In
fact,
my
son's
friend,
who
was
to
play
at
lawrence
tech
was
stripped
of
his
scholarships
just
this
week.
J
It's
discrimination
of
a
vaccinated
versus
non-vaccinated.
If
we
follow
the
science
science
ages,
0
to
19
have
a
99.997
percent
chance
of
survival
as
of
april
2021,
and
I
have
that
chart
right
here
from
the
mdhhs
website.
This
resolution
should
be
past
hand
downs
by
all
of
you
to
protect
our
freedom
of
choice.
J
We,
as
your
constituents
are
asking
you
to
vote
in
favor
of
this
resolution,
not
to
try
to
dismiss
it.
We
can
see
this
discrimination
happening
now.
Let's
have
oakland
county,
be
an
example
to
all
that
we
are
not
going
to
be
a
county
that
violates
individual
freedoms.
We've
done
our
research
as
well
as
our
homework.
Looking
at
the
numbers
and
data
any
individual
knows
and
can
see.
This
is
not
about
science,
it
is
about
compliance.
J
C
Thank
you,
victoria
zilch,

Q
Q
It's
now
official
the
largest
public
health
threat,
as
of
right
now,
is
fully
vaccinated
people
whom
the
center
for
disease
control
and
prevention.
The
cdc
now
warns
our
super
spreaders,
polluting
society
with
coronavirus
variants.
Yahoo
news
has
an
article
with
the
headline
cdc
says:
fully
vaccinated
people
spread
the
delta
variant
and
should
wear
masks.
The
new
science
is
worrisome.
Q
Can
anyone
name
a
single
thing
that
the
cdc
has
done
in
the
past
year
and
a
half
to
help
knock
down
the
covid
case
count?
Can
you
say
that
the
agency
saved
any
lives?
Actually
we
can't.
What
we
do
know
is
that
by
pushing
face
masks
in
the
dr
fouchy
stein
flu
shots,
the
cdc
has
actually
cost
lives
and
they
did
it
while
robbing
people
of
vital
information
about
how
to
protect
their
immune
systems.
Q
They
were
berated
and
treated
as
spreaders
of
misinformation.
Stop
and
think
about
that.
For
a
moment,
medical
doctors,
people
who
went
to
medical
school
and
have
successful
medical
practices
were
telling
the
world
that
they
were
treating
covid19
patients
with
ivermectin
and
hydroxychloroquine
protocols
with
great
success,
and
they
were
looked
upon
as
if
their
information
was
deadly
to
human
beings.
Who
heard
it
now
ask
yourself
what
kind
of
malicious
people
would
treat
doctors
who
are
trying
to
help
save
lives.
Q
In
other
words,
these
people
believe
that,
if
you
mention
hydroxychloroquine
you're
guilty
of
murder,
can
you
believe
it?
We
can
play
the
same
game
except.
Our
argument
makes
a
lot
more
sense
when
we
say
that
censoring
or
blocking
information
about
credible
treatments
for
covid19
that
are
being
shown
that
save
lives
is
akin
to
killing
people.
C
Q
R
Good
evening,
county
commissioners,
thank
you,
commissioner,
spies
for
speaking
up
for
us.
In
the
beginning,
it
took
37
minutes
to
start
this
meeting
tonight,
and
you
could
have
heard
plenty
of
public
comment
then.
Instead
of
making
us
wait,
as
you
have
heard
from
our
citizens
tonight,
covet
19
is
being
used
to
eliminate
human
rights
and
is
threatening
democracy.
R
Armstrong.
An
economic
research
journal
states
that
there's
a
global
and
national
push
to
destroy
capitalism
and
to
move
authoritarianism
to
retain
power,
but
they're,
using
covid's
as
scare
technique
as
scare
tactics,
such
as
the
handy
new
delta
variant,
which
is
scientifically
weaker
and
even
less
harmful
than
covid19
watch
as
our
public
policy
and
our
county
funding
runs
to
the
rescue
to
finance
these
scare
tactics.
R
Our
current
leadership
in
state,
federal
and
local
governments
are
soon
going
to
impose
booster
shots
and
then
require
coveted
passports
or
mandates
with
renewed
shots
at
least
annually.
If
not
every
six
months,
some
people
are
dying
right
now
from
that
shot,
others
are
serious
injured.
Yet
a
small
group
of
governing
officials
is
winning
the
battle
getting
people
to
be
vaccinated.
R
R
R
Who
is
pushing
for
endless
changing
coveted
rules
and
parroting
the
fear,
tactics
and
the
paid
for
propaganda?
Media
outlets,
who's
cooperating
with
a
massive
health
department,
overreach
agenda
against
you
and
me
as
citizens,
in
our
way
of
life,
who's
benefiting
the
most
financially
from
pushing
70
percent
vaccination.
R
The
new
job
losses,
shocking,
discriminatory
and
terrorizing
employer
behavior
towards
students
and
employees
has
prompted
a
citizen's
response.
We
have
drawn
up
a
new
ordinance
preventing
medical
discrimination
against
oakland
county
residents
because
our
re,
our
resolution
has
been
discriminated
against
modeled
after
hb
4667.
It
will
reinforce,
reinforce
our
already
existing
constitutional
freedoms.
We
request
that
you
support
it.
Thank
you.
C
Ms
williams,
christina
caramo,
followed
by
scott.
E
Hi,
I
first
want
to
address
the
fact
that
it
took
37
minutes
for
this
meeting
to
start
and
then
after
it
took
37
minutes
for
this
meeting
to
start.
Thank
you,
commissioner,
for
your
point
of
order.
Then
the
chairman
woodward
announces
how
he's
going
to
vote
before
the
other
commissioner's
vote.
Why
do
I
mention
that?
Because
partisan
politics
is
governing
policy
instead
of
what's
best
for
the
citizens,
we,
the
people,
have
a
right
to
our
bodies,
my
body,
my
choice.
E
E
I
mean
it
took
johnson
and
johnson
years
to
admit
that
talcum
powder
caused
all
types
of
female
reproductive
cancers,
so
citizens
have
great
reason
to
be
fearful
of
a
shot
that
we
have
no
idea
of
the
long-term
consequences
of
see
the
thing
about
it
is,
according
to
article
one
of
the
michigan
constitution,
it
states
that
all
political
power
is
inherent
in
the
people
and
the
government
exists
to
protect
my
rights.
The
government
does
not
exist
to
oppose
communist
style
mandates
on
me,
otherwise
I
won't
be
able
to
participate
in
society.
E
So
I
encourage
you
all
to
look
at
what's
best
for
the
people
of
this
county,
which
I
am
a
resident
of
to
do
what's
necessary
to
protect
our
rights
people
with
being
afraid
of
losing
their
jobs,
losing
their
homes
not
being
able
to
participate
in
society,
and
where
will
it
end?
Because
there
will
be
another
government
crisis
where
the
government
will
say.
The
best
thing
to
do
is
to
impose
some
kind
of
medical
treatment
chip
shot
whatever
else
on
people,
and
it
will
never
stop.
E
So
I
don't
care
what
your
political
allegiances
are
and
that's
the
problem
in
our
nation
in
our
state
in
our
county,
that
people
are
more
concerned
with
showing
their
allegiance
to
people
and
parties
instead
of
representing
the
people
who
elected
them.
So
please
represent
us
and
please
pass
an
ordinance
to
prevent
any
type
of
mandate
of
any
medical
treatment
in
any
vaccine.
This
is
not
about
vaccinated
versus
unfascinated.
E
B
Mr
woodward
and
commissioners,
thank
you
for
hearing
me
this
evening.
My
name
is
scott
trunowski,
I'm
a
resident
for
armington
hills
and
I'm
a
business
owner
in
oakland
county.
I
wanted
to
make
a
public
comment
this
evening
about
potential
restrictions
on
individual
freedoms
and
inalienable
rights
guaranteed
by
the
u.s
constitution.
B
The
subject
of
vaccine
passports
is
a
great
concern
to
me.
The
constant
demand
of
100
compliance
and
receiving
the
job
is
missing
some
important
facts.
There
are
thousands
of
people
who
have
medical
conditions
that
prevent
them
from
receiving
the
injections
based
on
advice
from
their
doctors,
I'm
one
of
them.
So
is
my
business
partner.
F
B
And
will
rob
me
and
thousands
like
me,
of
our
of
our
abilities,
our
on
our
unchangeable
rights
given
us
by
god,
and,
secondly,
attended
attested
to
us
by
the
delegation
declaration
of
independence.
B
B
D
D
She
works
for
wayne,
state
psych
research
and
has
been
bullied
all
summer
to
get
the
shot
to
show
her
passport
to
maintain
her
employment.
She
just
received
an
email
saying
if
she
doesn't
show
proof
of
vaccination
by
august
31st.
She
no
longer
has
a
job
and
she's
no
longer
able
to
attend
college
she's
being
forced
to
vax.
D
Everyone
should
have
a
choice.
The
other
is
about
my
daughter,
she's,
a
senior
in
college,
and
she
is
concerned
that
she
may
not
be
able
to
graduate
from
from
her
fourth
year
of
college
because
she
won't
get
the
shot
our
bodies,
our
choice,
say
no
to
the
passport,
listen
to
your
people
in
oakland
county.
What?
If
it
was
your
daughter,
keep
that
in
mind.
C
Thank
jay
taylor,
followed
by
katie
delattia.
I
apologize
if
I
said
that
name
wrong.
T
Katie
good
evening,
my
name
is
jay
taylor.
I
was
able
to
address
this
group
once
before.
Thanks
for
the
opportunity
to
speak
tonight,
I
want
to
start
by
reading
a
quote
from
a
famous
guy
dr
drew,
who
tweeted
yesterday
quote
the
cd
cdc
reported
today
that
only
28.4
percent
of
the
black
community
has
received
the
covet
vaccine
with
states
like
california
and
new
york
mandating
passports
to
enter
restaurants
and
businesses.
The
black
community
would
be
the
most
affected
by
this
modern
day.
T
Segregation
think
about
that
over
70
percent
of
african
americans
and
half
of
the
people,
the
voters
of
oakland
county
are
already
experiencing
or
will
soon
experience
some
medical
discrimination.
Don't
believe
me,
let
me
explain
allowing
or
encouraging
businesses
and
others
who
are
funded
by
oakland
county
taxpayers
to
implement
discriminatory
discriminatory
policies
is
wrong.
T
T
Even
their
own
research
shows,
this
cdc
data
which
recently
leaked
to
the
washington
post,
totally
contradicts
the
cdc
claim
that
quote.
Vaccination
provides
substantial
protection
against
the
virus.
Their
own
data
shows
no
change
in
deaths.
For
example,
did
you
know
that
cdc's
own
report
says
that
quote
vaccine
breakthrough
cases
are
expected
to
increase
as
a
percentage
of
total
cases
as
vaccine
programs
expand?
T
So
what
are
we
seeing
today
in
massachusetts?
For
example,
as
reported
by
the
cdc
74
percent
of
new
covet
cases,
are
in
fully
vaccinated
people.
The
man
who
developed
the
mrna
technology
says
that
what
we're
seeing
is
quote
an
antibody
dependent
enhancement
where
the
vaccine
itself
creates
the
variant.
This
is
the
guy
that
invented
this
technology.
He
says
that
this
is
the
vaccinologist's
worst
nightmare.
T
Sooner
or
later,
the
cdc
and
the
national
institute
of
health
will
have
to
consider
whether
the
so-called
delta
variant
itself
is
caused
by
the
injections.
This
illness
is
then
passed
on
to
others
like
me,
that
are
unvaccinated
even
the
pcr
test,
which
was
used
to
create
these
huge
number
of
cases.
All
this
last
year
is
being
scrapped
by
the
cdc
this
december,
because
it
produces
inaccurate
results
and
lots
of
false
positives.
T
T
I
want
the
commission
to
just
do.
One
thing:
protect
our
damn
rights
pass,
an
ordinance
that
prohibits
county
employees
as
well
as
the
companies
that
accept
county
funding
for
to
stop
them
from
adopting,
implementing
or
enforcing
policies
or
practices
that
impair
deny
or
restrict
a
person's
medical
freedom.
That's
all
I
ask
that
you're
on
the
wrong
side
of
history.
C
K
K
K
K
The
code
states
that
the
voluntary
consent
of
the
human
subject
is
absolutely
essential.
This
means
that
the
person
involved
should
be
able
to
exercise
free
power
of
choice
without
the
intervention
of
any
element
of
force,
fraud,
deceit,
duress,
overreaching
or
other
ulterior
form
of
constraint
or
coercion.
K
They
are
no
longer
forced
to
required
to
report,
so
we
don't
know
how
many
there
really
are.
It's
got
to
be
more
the
seat
with
these
stats
that
I
just
mentioned.
It
is
clear
that
there
is
reason
to
believe
that
these
shots
are
dangerous
and
could
lead
to
death
violating
the
second
item
of
the
nuremberg
code
that
I
mentioned
above
forcing
this
shot
is
also
a
violation
of
my
freedom
of
choice,
which
is
against
the
first
amendment
of
the
constitution,
I'm
a
human
being
created
by
god
and
under
protection
of
the
constitution.
K
I
have
freedom
to
practice.
My
religious
belief.
This
shot
not
only
contains
a
poison
that
graphene
oxide.
It
is
also
made
from
cells
and
tissue
harvested
from
the
murder
of
unborn
aborted
babies.
My
faith
prohibits
abortion
and
therefore
against
my
religious
beliefs.
Gentlemen
and
ladies,
if
you
are
true
leaders,
you
have
a
duty
to
protect.
Our
community.
F
B
Okay,
good
evening,
everyone
first
I'd
like
to
thank
you
to
all
you,
commissioners.
I
understand
your
positions
are
often
probably
a
thankless
job,
so
I
just
want
to
express
some
gratitude
to
you
guys
for
the
positions
you
hold
in
your
time
in
your
service
to
our
community.
B
Since
I
am
speaking
on
a
civil
rights
matter,
I
feel
it's
only
appropriate
to
quote
dr
king
to
open
this
up.
Our
lives
begin
to
end
the
day.
We
become
silent
about
things
that
matter
for
the
past
couple
months,
your
constituents
have
been
expressing
their
concerns
and
experiences
with
current
policies
being
enacted
surrounding
the
covet
19
vaccinations
individuals
in
our
community
are
being
harassed,
coerced,
threatened,
cast
out
and
largely
dismissed
by
this
chamber.
B
B
I
understand
there
are
some
in
this
chamber
that
claim
or
believe
a
resolution
of
banned
vaccine
passports
may
fall
outside
the
jurisdiction
of
this
commission.
However,
inaction
in
this
moment
is
the
path
chosen
by
cowards
and
hypocrites
to
whom
much
is
given
much
is
expected
as
one
of
the
most
prosperous
counties
in
the
nation.
It
is
our
responsibility
to
lead
by
example.
B
T
Evening,
everyone
see
we're
having
another
good
day
to
hear
today.
I
want
to
show
you
my
notes,
real
quick.
I
didn't
have
anything
nice
printed
out
just
my
thoughts
now.
I
know
this
isn't
much
of
a
dialogue,
so
not
going
to
be
a
lot
of
back
and
forth,
but
I
would
like
you
to
at
least
please
think
consider
the
truth
is
always
the
truth.
T
T
T
T
Why
is
it
that
we're
still
having
refugees
being
brought
here
during
a
pandemic,
a
crisis
of
unprecedented
proportions?
We're
told
this
other
questions.
These
are
things
I
would
like
you
to
think
about.
I
can't
make
you
think
about
it,
but
a
mandate
is
something
that
I
think
we'd
all
appreciate.
Frankly,
we
don't
have
to
be
here.
I'm
sure
you
wouldn't
want
us
here.
Taking
up
your
time,
maybe
you'd
rather
be
coughing
bowling.
C
Thank
you,
jennifer
shaska,
followed
by
daniel
unger.
D
This
vaccination
is
indeed
extraordinary.
There
have
been
more
deaths
and
injuries
reported
to
the
vaccine,
adverse
events
reporting
system
in
the
first
six
months
for
this
vaccine
than
for
all
the
other
vaccines
combined
for
all
of
history.
Some
of
you
think
that
the
vares
system
is
in
a
very
reliable
reporting
system.
I
agree
it's
not
perfect,
but
I
humbly
ask:
if
we're
going
to
dismiss
bears?
Which
system
are
we
going
to
use
to
monitor
the
safety
of
this
injection?
D
D
But
the
makers
of
these
products
refuse
to
hold
liability,
and
our
lobbying
representatives
protect
their
big
corporate
interests
as
long
as
they
are
allowed
to
refuse
to
be
held
liable
for
their
own
products.
We
should
be
allowed
to
refuse
an
invasive
medical
procedure
which
does
contain
some
risk.
No
one
should
be
discriminated
against
for
turning
down
a
medical
procedure.
It's
your
job
as
elected
representatives
to
protect
individuals
from
a
bullying
majority.
D
D
Please
show
us
that
you
disagree
with
medical
discrimination
in
the
same
way
that
you
showed
that
you
disagree
with
discrimination
based
on
hairstyle
that
has
no
place
in
this
county,
and
neither
does
medical
discrimination
when
in
history
has
the
side
that
censored,
doctors
and
scientists
and
encouraged
discrimination
against
a
minority
ever
been
on
the
correct
side.
History
will
remember
what
this
county
does.
Please
stand
on
the
morally
right
side
of
history.
J
Coxera
commissioners,
thank
you
for
the
opportunity
to
speak
to
you
tonight.
My
story
is
a
very
personal
story,
because
somebody
mentioned
guillain-barre
syndrome
earlier
and
I
am
one
of
those
victims.
I
do
believe
I
contracted
it
from
a
vaccine,
not
the
covid
vaccine.
But
are
you
aware
that
there
are
16
vaccines
that
can
cause
guillain-barre
syndrome?
J
J
J
J
J
J
I
have
not
heard
anything
so
if
this
vaccine
is
mandated
people
like
me
and
others
that
have
health
issues
and
their
doctors
say
they
should
not
be
vaccinated.
What
will
we
do?
Will
I
not
be
able
to
travel?
Will
I
not
be
able
to
buy
groceries?
Will
I
not
be
able
to
go
anywhere,
because
I
don't
have
a
vaccine
passport
what's
going
to
happen
to
people
like
me?
J
T
T
I'm
going
to
address
my
comment
specifically
to
commissioner
woodward,
commissioner
woodward.
Several
weeks
ago
I
left
a
message
on
your
voicemail
regarding
my
concern
with
medical
discrimination
in
oakland
county.
You
were
kind
enough
to
return.
My
call,
and
during
our
conversation
you
told
me
that
the
reason
the
resolution
against
medical
discrimination
was
not
being
addressed
was
that
it
was
a
non-issue.
T
T
T
T
C
Next
up,
lisa
brown:
can
you
can
do
it
from
there.
C
A
Go
ahead,
thank
you
really.
I
just
wanted
to
address
the
commissioners
and
share
with
you.
What's
going
on
with
the
directories,
it's
been
extremely
frustrating
for
me.
We
had
to
do
an
rfp
for
this
year.
We
do
it
in
every
three
years
and
when
the
lowest
bidder
came
out,
we
were
told
by
purchasing
that
another
county
department
has
had
problems
with
that
vendor,
but
because
they
were
the
lowest
bidder,
we
had
to
go
with
them.
A
Knowing
that
another
department
had
a
problem
with
them,
I
think
should
be
like
a
red
flag
and
you
know
a
way
for
us
to
say
you
know
we
can
discard
their
bid.
The
the
next
lowest
bidder
was
the
person
we
used
before.
So
we
are
now.
You
know,
behind
the
eight
ball
of
printing
the
director
I
mean
this
has
been
going
on
right,
so
I
mean
they
kept
telling
us.
Oh
yeah,
we
got
this.
We
got
that
it's
been
very
frustrating.
A
I
know
you
guys
all
like
the
directories
as
well,
and
I
just
wanted
to
share
with
you.
So
you
know
a
what's
going
on
and
b.
Perhaps
we
revisit,
I
say
we,
but
you
maybe
revisit
like
the
rfp
process,
or
you
know
when
somebody
can
be
disregarded
for
their
bid
if
they
have
had
issues
with
or
another
department
has
had
issues
with
them
before.
Thank
you.
C
Thank
you,
clerk
brown
moving
on
to
rebecca
han
hand,
and
I
believe,
georgia.
C
J
Thank
you
thank
you
is
a
little
bit
challenging
for
me,
and
this
will
be
also
the
first
time
for
me
to
speak
publicly,
because
you
know
I'm
a
chinese
right.
This
is
my
second
country
and
I
love
this
country
so
dearly.
That's
why
I
came
here.
You
know
other
other
than
spending
time
with
my
family,
and
I
see
this
country
is
not
heading
into
the
right
direction.
That's
why
I'm
here,
okay,
so
to
make
sure
I'm
not
stumbling
too
much.
I
wrote
myself
a
note.
J
My
official
name
is
rihua.
I
put
rebecca
there,
so
you
know
everybody
can
recognize
me.
Okay
and
I'm
a
resident
will
try
for
21
years
now,
and
I
came
from
china
26
years
ago
and
I
have
enjoyed
the
best
of
this
country.
That's
how
I
told
my
children.
I
have
enjoyed
the
best
of
this
country
and
I
want
to
keep
this
way.
Okay
and
briefly
about
myself.
That's
why
I'm
here?
Okay,
I
am
the
youngest
of
three
and
almost
god
eliminated
them
due
to
the
family
planning
policy.
J
I
think
all
of
you
know
that
I'm
the
lucky
one
okay
and
that's
why
I
like
america
so
much.
I
have
three
children
myself.
Nobody
got
to
discipline
me
about
my
children,
okay
and
also
my
brother.
Just
briefly
might
have
family.
You
know
carrots,
my
brother
couldn't
go
to
college
because
the
political
class,
you
know
there
are
five
plato
classes
in
china.
We
are
like
the
next
to
the
top
okay,
because
the
plato
class
are
signed
by
the
communist
party
to
our
family.
So
my
brother
couldn't
go
to
college.
J
You
know
the
passport
policy
who
can
go
to
a
gym
restaurant
entertainment-
I
hope
I
serious
hope,
oklahoma,
county
or
michigan.
Okay
will
not
enforce
kobe
vaccine
onto
us
and
onto
our
children.
Oakland
will
not
rob
unvaccinated
citizens
of
any
right
to
live
their
life.
Also.
I
would
like
to
provide
some
news
from
china,
so
I
read
news
here
because
many
news
here
are
censored.
All
of
you
know:
okay,
and
I
also
read
news
in
china.
I
read
news
from
uk.
I
read
news
from
israel.
Okay,
I
read
all
kinds
of
news.
J
O
H
J
J
J
J
J
C
Thank
you,
dixon,
followed
by
mila.
H
H
Okay,
I
was
here
last
month
or
a
session
or
two
ago,
and
I
talked
about
my
daughter-in-law's
sister,
who
was
in
her
first
or
second
trimester,
expecting
she
had
the
vaccine
and
what
at
her
next
prenatal
appointment,
the
baby
was
dead,
in
my
opinion
and
from
what
I
have
read
and
I'm
sure
everybody's
read
all
different
sorts
of
things.
I
am
not
an
expert,
but
I
do
believe
that
this
vaccine
is
poisonous
to
some.
I
don't
know
why
you
would
want
to
push
something:
that's
not
tested
and
could
potentially
be
poisonous.
H
Why
would
you
want
to
do
that
to
the
people
of
oakland
county?
Why
would
we
be
coerced
and
bullied
to
get
something?
That's
not
been
proven
in
time
tested
it's
against
our
better
interest,
I'm
just
astounded
that
you
would
do
something
like
that
to
oakland
county
now
I
have
had
the
vaccination
and
I
was
bullied
and
coerced
to
get
it
by
my
son
who
lives
in
florida.
H
He
has
the
vax.
His
wife
has
the
backs
and
we
were
not
allowed
to
visit
him
in
florida
unless
we
got
the
shot.
So
we
did
because
my
husband
and
I
are
lay
people,
my
husband,
my
son
and
his
wife-
are
doctors.
They
work
for
health
care
systems
in
florida.
They
had
to
get
it
if
they
didn't,
they
would
have
been
terminated
from
their
employment.
H
H
H
And
in
my
humble
opinion,
when
someone
mentioned
the
health
department
in
the
invocation,
I
believe
that
that's
the
governor's
henchmen
to
do
dirty
to
the
citizens
of
the
state
of
michigan,
my
own
opinion.
But
I
don't
think
it
belongs
in
this
forum
here
in
an
invocation
and
saying
the
pledge
of
allegiance
wrong
place
wrong
time
and
I
object.
C
Thank
you,
mila
flores,.
J
My
name
is
mila
flores,
I'm
a
board.
Cert
excuse
me:
I'm
a
board
certified
internal
medicine
and
cardiovascular
diseases
retired
anyway.
My
cousin
is
very
close
to
me.
63
years
old,
very
healthy.
She
did
have
an
aortic
valve
replacement
two
days
after
pfizer
backs
his
back
since
he
just
suddenly
died.
J
J
J
J
Every
individual
is
different.
I
have
people
from
out
of
state
colorado,
nebraska
friends
who
call
me
they
said
we
have
positive
tests
and
they
have
a
little
symptom
sniffles.
We
put
them
in
touch
with
doctors
who
are
giving
iberomectin
and
hydro
hydroxychloroquine
and
they
get
better
with
the
other
ascorbic
acid,
zinc
and
all
those
things
and
they
get
better.
J
J
C
C
Up
nope,
oh
okay,
that
that's
all
that
I
had
that
signed
up.
If
anybody
else
would
like
to
address
this
during
public
comment,
if
you
could
line
up
by
the
microphone,
this
would
be
an
opportunity.
Please
also
again,
remember
keep
your
comments
in
three
minutes.
C
And
if
you
can
name
your
state,
your
name
and
city
of
residence
appreciate
it
for
the
record
kathy.
J
J
Anything,
I
can't
believe
it.
You
could
at
least
stand
and
say
this
is
wrong,
we're
not
going
to
do
it
in
oakland
county.
I
all
of
you
should
be
able
to
stand
and
say
it's
wrong.
We're
not
going
to
do
this
in
oakland
county.
I
don't
understand
it.
I
I
mean
we
had
choices.
At
least
I
was
always
taught
that
we
had
choices,
and
I
was
told
that
I
know
this
is
a
thankless
job.
It
is
not
to
you,
you
are
paid
to
do
this,
so
thank
you
for
stepping
up
and
doing
it.
J
J
C
S
Hi,
I'm
deborah
myers
a
long
time,
oakland
county
resident.
I
just
wanted
to
state
a
few
things
that
you
may
not
have
been
aware
of.
This
does
not
qualify
as
a
vaccine
according
to
our
own
government
on
their
website.
It
is
gene
therapy.
The
manufacturers
say
that
it's
gene
therapy
you
go
to
moderna
on
there.
They
talk
about
it,
and
that
is
what
they
call
the
mrna
jab
pfizer
during
their
trials.
They
did
an
eight-week
study
to
get
enough
to
get
the
emergency
use
authorization
in
that
study.
They
presented
it
back
to
the
cdc.
S
The
cdc
then
decided
in
that
study.
They
scolded
or
reprimanded
them
and
said
you
did
not
inform
the
trial
recipients
of
the
fact
that
they
may
be
more
likely
to
contact
to
contract
covid
after
they
get
vaccinated
or
the
fact
that
they
are
more
likely
to
get
ade,
which
is
antibody
dependent
enhancement,
which
means
after
they
get
vaccinated.
They
may
get
a
much
more
severe
case
of
covid
than
they
would
have
gotten
had
they
not
gotten
vaccinated
at
all.
S
S
S
When
people
were
getting
their
information
supposedly
from
the
msm
mainstream
media,
they
were
told,
get
vaccinated,
you're
going
to
get
a
lesser
case,
a
less
severe
case.
That's
not
what
the
website
says.
I've
been
home
on
a
medical
for
very
long
time.
I
had
time
to
do
my
homework.
I
went
to
the
site.
I
read
the
studies.
I
read
the
cdc
site,
that's
why
people
are
now
that
are
vaccinated.
S
You
know
why
you're
hearing
that
a
little
over
a
month
ago,
they
decided
well
guess
what
we're
not
going
to
count
the
vaccinated
breakout
cases
anymore,
we're
not
going
to
keep
track
of
them.
Well,
of
course,
they're.
Not
they
knew
this
was
coming.
They
knew
that
this
was
going
to
happen.
So
the
only
reason
you're
hearing,
that
the
unvaccinated
are
the
ones
that
are
in
the
hospital
is
because
they're
not
counting
the
vaccinated
ones.
You
can
look
this
stuff
up.
It's
not
easy.
S
Don't
google,
it
do
a
duckduckgo
search
you're,
not
going
to
find
what
you're
looking
for
on
google.
They
block
everything
a
lot
of
stuff
that
that
is
not
being
told.
I
just
want
to
say
the
government
is
not
your
friend.
This
is
happening
worldwide
way
worse
than
australia,
france,
canada,
you
don't
hear
about
it.
You
got
to
search
it
out.
Please
look
this
stuff
up.
This
isn't
just
in
america.
Please.
E
S
N
All
right,
kevin
odell,
we're
oakland
county
residents
for
the
last
majority
of
my
life
born
and
raised
in
michigan
wayne
county
in
oakland.
It's
my
daughter,
daisy.
We
we're
doctors
in
the
area.
We've
worked
all
through
the
pandemic,
we're
one
of
the
three
million
people
in
michigan
that
already
certainly
have
contracted
covid
and
have
natural
antibodies,
which
for
some
reason,
aren't
you
know
being
discussed
or
recognized,
which
is
a
shame.
You
ever
heard
the
phrase
there's
no
cure
for
the
common
cold.
N
Well,
there
still
isn't
there's,
certainly
not
a
vaccine
for
it.
Unfortunately,
the
vaccine,
which
there's
one
one
other
vaccine,
which
was
in
2019
the
dang
fever
vaccine,
which
also
used
the
mrna
technology,
which
was
taken
off
the
market
after
hundreds
of
deaths
in
the
philippine
community
and
they're
in
lawsuits,
and
you
know
tens
of
thousands
of
severe
problems.
So
this
is
an
experimental
product.
Even
if
it
wasn't,
we
do
believe
in
choice.
We've
always
believed
in
choice
of
what
you
you
know,
I'm
a
doctor.
N
So
every
day,
there's
people
that
can't
eat
strawberries,
they
can't
eat
gluten,
they
can't
eat
dairy,
they
can't
have
peanuts.
That
is
not
one
size
fits
all
and
vaccines
have
the
same
exact
issue.
Every
drug
has
the
issue.
We
are
all
unique
if
we
don't
honor
that
it's
easy
to
say
justice
for
all,
but
you
can't
treat
everybody
the
same.
We
all
have
to
have.
N
We
have
uniqueness
about
us
and
this
needs
to
be
honored
in
medicine
and
I've
been
on
boards
over
the
years
and
it
seems
like
an
easy
go
for
this
board
to
sort
of
pass.
It's
like
a
warm
welcome
that
we
honor
the
uniqueness
or
a
resolution
that
people
have
choice
that
they're
not
mandated
of
course
or
lose
their
jobs,
or
my
daughter
here
has
to
you
know
we're
going
to
leave
the
state,
so
she
can
go
to
a
higher
education.
N
I
mean
I
don't
want
to
speak
on
your
behalf,
I'll,
let
daisy
maybe
speak
on
it.
I
think
she
will
and
that's
a
shame.
You
know
we
spent
35
000
at
michigan
state
university
online,
which
we
could
have
gotten
for
free
on
youtube.
N
We
never
once
went
on
campus,
that's
a
shame
so
now
we
have
to
do
that
again
next
year.
No
because
we
have
to
be
vaccinated
for
something
which
is
against
our
religious.
You
know
ideals,
our
personal
beliefs,
you
know,
and
max
vaccines
have
never
been
mandatory
ever
in
any
state
in
the
united
states
until
california,
a
couple
years
ago
for
kids,
no
child
ever
had
to
be
so.
This
idea
of
mandates
is
brand
new
and
it's
being
pushed
hard,
so
she
went
to
school
and
never
had
vaccines.
N
I
went
to
school,
I
never
had
vaccines,
nobody
ever
had
to
have
vaccines
anywhere.
When
I
was
a
kid
1977
30
seconds,
we
went
up
with
tens
of
thousands
of
people
the
capital
and
fought
this
vaccine
mandate.
Almost
45
years
ago.
We
went
up
there
because
they
were
trying
to
take
away
religious
and
philosophical.
We
fought
it
when
we
won.
They
said
no,
maybe
we'll
keep
medical
exemptions
for
the
dpt
shot
and
the
measles
shot
and
the
smallpox
shot,
which
and
it's
it's
incredible.
N
45
years
later,
we
have
to
still
do
this
when
it
seems
so
easy
and
so
obvious
to
each
of
us
that
we're
unique
and
yeah.
We
have
no
need
to
honor
that
okay,
thank
you.
R
Hi,
I'm
daisy,
I'm
19
and
I've
lived
here.
My
whole
life
just
wanted
to
say
that
I
was,
as
my
dad
said,
I've
been
at
michigan
state
these
this
past
year
from
my
bedroom,
so
super
exciting.
But
now
I
can't
go
to
college
because
I
would
have
to
get
the
vaccine
and
I
worked
very
hard
in
high
school
four
years.
R
You
know
got
into
college
did
my
best,
but
now
I
can't
go
and
the
only
place
left
is
occ
oakland
community
college,
which
I
am
very
grateful.
That
is
there
it's
a
great
institution
but,
as
I
said,
I
worked
hard
to
get
into
where
I
wanted
to
be.
I
look
forward
to
it
my
whole
life,
and
now
I
can't
so
when
you
say
these
mandates
aren't
happening.
Yet
they
are
so.
I
just
want
to
ask
you
please
pass
this
and
yeah.
Thank
you.

Hello:
everyone
I'm
anna
biarti
from
farmington
michigan.
I
know
you
have
your
three-minute
timer
and
I
think
this
lady
are
you
still
here
who
was
originated
from
china?
H
I
think
the
poor
lady
was
just
trying
to
drive
a
point
home
to
all
of
us
and
I
think
we're
all
here
on
the
same
page,
we're
not
sure
where
you
guys
are,
but
her
point
is.
She
left
china-
and
I
bet
you
if
I
wouldn't
found
her
in
the
parking
lot
and
I
can
understand
what
the
cute
thing
was
saying,
with
her
a
beautiful
accent.
H
America
is
turning
into
china,
we're
losing
our
freedoms,
I'm
gonna
try
not
to
cry.
I
have
three
kids
and
my
three
kids
think
I
am
nuts
because
I'm
not
vaccinated
we're
all
humans,
we're
all
just
asking
for
our
rights
as
a
human
being,
you
know
what
you
got
to
go,
get
vaccinated
or
you're
fired
who's.
You
just
got
married
right.
Well,
you
know
what
you
got
to
go.
H
H
H
That's
all
it
comes
down
to
there's
people
in
the
group
that
are
vaccinated,
there's
people
that
aren't
vaccinated,
but
it's
just
our
basic
rights
as
americans
and
if
my
little
chinese
friend
could
have
finished,
you
know
what
it's
a.
I
can't
swear.
It's
a
blank
show
over
in
china
and
the
rest
of
the
world,
we're
losing
our
freedoms
as
americans,
and
you
always
have
to
go
back
to
the
old
saying
which
this
lady
just
said.
H

D
D
Okay,
well
recently,
my
husband
had
a
heart
attack
and
we
went
to
the
hospital
to
seek
treatment.
He
didn't
want
to
go
because
he
didn't
want
the
kova
test,
because
he
was
everything
in
the
news.
They'll
turn
you
away
think
things
like
that
anyway,
so
they
said
that
they
would
treat
him
if
he
was
positive
and
he
said
okay
treat
me
as
if
I'm
positive
well,
they
said
they
would
not
treat
him
for
a
heart
attack
unless
he
had
the
kova
test.
