C
A
C
Is
here
and
I
have
a
point
of
what,
during
the
Roll
Call.
D
A
C
A
C
A
C
D
D
D
And
it's
documented:
do
we
have
a
copy
of,
or
at
least
what
it
is
what's
going
on?
It's.
B
Okay,
all
right!
Thank
you.
All
right,
I
mean
tonight's
meeting
a
somber.
A
gathering
I
would
like
to
call
on
commissioner
Michael
spizz
to
lead
us
on
in
the
invocation
and
pull
us
together.
H
Thank
you,
Mr,
chair,
actually,
to
please
stay
seated,
we're
going
to
do
a
little
bit
different
type
of
invocation
tonight,
it's
going
to
take
a
little
bit
longer
than
normal,
so
versus
standing
I
think
you'd
be
better
off
being
seated
at
this
time.
So,
thank
you.
Give
me
one
minute,
while
I
get
set
up
here.
H
H
When
I
first
saw
my
name
on
the
list
to
do
the
invocation.
A
few
months
back,
I'm
like
I,
was
really
looking
forward
to
it
right.
It's
December.
It's
a
month
of
Happiness
a
month
of
festivities.
You
know
month
of
getting
together
with
families
enjoyment
and
then.
H
H
With
with
covet
and
everything
else,
during
my
day,
job
as
I
like
to
call
it,
I
was
working
from
home.
That
day,
I
was
on
the
conference,
call
and
then
about
one
o'clock.
I
think
everybody
is
aware
of
what
happened:
12
55
to
1
o'clock,
everything
started
to
happen.
My
phone
rang
at
about
102.,
as
my
youngest
daughter
calling
I,
did
not
answer
it.
H
H
103,
my
oldest
daughter
called
she
was
at
work,
didn't
think
anything
of
it
right,
okay,
she's
looking
for
something
or
needs
me
to
do
something
for
her
Etc
plus
that
morning,
I
had
to
replace
her
Tire
on
her
car
because
she
had
a
flat
tire,
so
I'm
like
okay,
she
had
an
issue
with
her
car.
Again,
maybe
I
have
to
come
fix
it
all
right
at
105,
my
wife
called
didn't
answer
it
I'm,
like
oh
crap,
something's,
going
on
right.
H
She
was
out
of
town
on
business,
so
I
immediately
called
my
youngest
daughter
back
at
106..
She
informed
me
there
was
an
active
shooter
at
Oxford,
High,
School
and
I
said.
Are
you
safe
she's,
like
yes,
Dad
I'm
out
of
the
school
I'm
heading
south,
on
Oxford
Road
towards
town
great?
Who
are
you
with
she's
with
one
of
her
friends
and
a
few
others
I'm
like
great
okay,
keep
going
get
someplace
safe,
I'll
call
you
back
I
called
then
I
hung
up
the
phone
and
called
my
oldest
daughter.
H
H
H
H
That
was
tough,
so
we
worked
in
a
range
for
her
to
get
on
the
first
flight
home
as
we
could,
so
she
could
be
home
that
night
I
then
immediately
called
my
youngest
daughter
back.
Where
are
you
your
sister's
on
your
way,
wait
for
until
she
gets
there
right
and
then,
of
course,
I
flip
onto
TV?
What's
going
on
in
the
press?
Nothing
nothing!
Yet
from
a
press
perspective,
so
I
had
no
other
idea.
H
H
All
the
rumors
and
speculation
were
coming
out
some
of
the
stories,
as
you
could
imagine,
we're
not
even
close
to
being
accurate,
not
even
close
I
took
it
as
a
teaching
moment
for
my
daughters
and
said
hey,
you
know,
as
many
of
us
soon
realized
being
in
this
being
in
this
business.
Not
everything
that's
out.
There
is
accurate
at
all
right
bits
and
pieces
of.
What's
out,
there
is
accurate,
so
I
explained
to
them.
Let's
wait
to
see
what
happens.
H
Let's
watch
the
news.
Let's
talk
to
a
few
people
and
we'll
see
what
happens
so
during
my
conversation
with
under
Sheriff
McCabe.
The
first
report
was
four
to
six
injured.
I'm,
like
that's
terrible,
but
okay
nobody's
dead.
No
deaths
was
about
what
I
was
thinking
at
the
time.
I'm
sure
we
got
some
injuries,
I
hope
everything
goes
well.
Let's
move
on
about
an
hour
went
by
I.
Had
my
second
call.
H
H
It
was
devastating
all
right
and
I.
Don't
it's
it's
hard
to
explain
to
two
teenage
daughters
what's
going
on
they
for
them
to
understand
and
then
again,
of
course,
social
media
goes
rampant.
Trying
to
figure
out
who
the
three
victims
are.
Everybody
was
trying
to
figure
it
out.
Speculation
all
over
the
place.
H
And
I'm
sure
all
of
you,
just
like
without
every
tragic
event,
will
remember
exactly
where
you
were
when
you
found
out
this
happened.
I
will
always
remember
and
for
that
reason
I
think
we
need
to
remember
all
the
victims,
not
only
the
four
that
unfortunately
lost
their
lives
and
will
never
ever
go
home
with
their
parents
again,
we'll
never
ever
be
at
school
with
their
friends
again.
H
H
Evil
struck
Oxford
in
Oakland,
County,
Michigan
and
the
world
on
November
30th
I.
Ask
that
you
please
bow
your
heads
I.
Ask
you
Lord
to
please
continue
to
guide
us
through
these
difficult
times
and
give
us
all
the
strength
to
grieve
and
to
welcome
Tate,
Hannah,
Madison
and
Justin
into
your
kingdom.
Grant
them
Eternal
rest!
Oh
Lord
and
may
Perpetual
light
shine
upon
them.
May
The,
Souls
of
all
the
faithful
departed
through
the
mercy
of
God
Rest
in
Peace,
amen,
amen.
C
C
C
C
H
We
must
all
remain
strong
and
I'm
sure
you've
all
seen
this
Oxford
strong
in
one
form
and
another
and
from
some
of
you
may
know
me
and
I
know
William
knows
me
very
well
a
little
view
on
the
lower
left
hand
corner
this.
Lapel
pin
that
I'm,
having
made
for
all
the
kids
and
the
athletes
to
put
on
their
leather
jackets,
so
hopefully
we'll
have
that
in
a
few
months.
But
let
me
finish
my
story.
H
H
If
some
of
you
have
seen
the
videos
online
of
what
happened,
we
were
in
the
middle
of
that
when
everybody
scattered
my
wife,
my
daughter
and
I
I
grabbed
my
daughter
moved
her
to
the
side.
You
know
the
visual
I
didn't
know
what
was
happening
and
we're
looking
to
see
the
crowd
coming
dust
was
coming
up,
I
didn't
know
if
a
vehicle
was
coming
through
there,
an
animal
was
coming
through
there.
A
shooter
was
coming
through
there,
so
we
quickly
moved
everybody
deciding,
as
you
saw
in
the
video.
H
H
You
talk
to
my
daughters,
they
would
laugh
at
me
if
I
said
I
was
strong,
they
said
Dad,
you
cried
during
Frozen
for
God's
sake,
which
is
true.
I
did,
but
when
it
comes
to
kids,
I
am
not
strong
in
any
way
and
seeing
what
happened
to
not
only
my
daughter
but
all
those
kids
in
that
District
that
day
breaks
my
heart.
H
We
as
parents
need
to
take
control
of
our
families,
our
children
and
our
lives.
We
should
be
talking
to
our
kids
every
day.
What
is
going
on
in
their
heads?
What
do
they
need?
How
can
we
help
them
so
I?
Ask
you
to
please
do
that
I
also
wanted
to
add
our
family
lost
our
family
dog
about
a
month
ago
we
had
to
put
her
down
for
a
disease,
so
we
didn't
have
the
one
thing
that
could
help.
H
H
Now
we
have
a
new
family
member
in
the
house.
That's
bouncing
off
the
walls
almost
like
having
a
new
kid
in
the
house,
but
I
wanted
to
thank
the
entire
staff
at
the
Oakland
County
Animal
Shelter
for
the
care,
support
and
being
able
and
willing
to
squeeze
Us
in
without
an
appointment
so
to
them.
I
thank
God.
H
I
also
want
to
thank
God
for
sure
Bouchard
under
Sheriff
McCabe,
all
the
officers
and
all
the
police
support
that
supported
Oxford
High
School
that
day
without
them,
things
would
have
gotten
been
much
worse.
I
also
want
to
thank
God
for
all
the
First
Responders
that
supported
that
day.
Without
them,
things
could
have
been
much
worse.
H
H
C
H
H
H
Dear
Lord,
please
provide
strength
and
guidance
to
all
of
our
First
Responders
teachers,
administrators
parents,
grandparents
and
especially
all
of
our
children,
priests,
protect
us
all
from
when
please
protect
us
all
from
for
when
we
heal
and
not
allow
this
evil
act
to
control
any
of
us.
We
look
to
you
for
the
best
way
forward,
amen.
H
H
H
So
I
would
like
to
close
with
one
final
prayer:
a
prayer
for
our
children,
completed
all
your
heads
one
final
time:
God
our
Father,
who
have
blessed
us
with
the
gift
of
children.
Thank
you
for
these
precious
gems,
which
Adorn
our
homes.
Their
laughter
gives
us
joy
and
brightness
and
brightens
Our
Lives.
They
are
the
expression
of
your
presence
in
our
homes.
Their
girls
shows
the
mysteries
of
Your
Love.
May
they
experience
your
love
and
your
presence
advance
in
wisdom
and
grow
in
your
love.
H
B
Thank
you,
commissioner,
spizz,
and
our
hearts
and
families
our
community
stand,
stand
United
strong
with
Oxford,
and
we
will
your
words
pull
us
together
tonight
and
the
web
in
which
this
terrible
tragedy
has
connected
everyone,
not
only
across
this
County
but
across
this
country.
Your
words
resonate
with
us,
we'll
remember
our
students
that
have
fallen
and
those
injured,
and
we
will.
We
will
move
forward
with
your
request.
B
C
B
C
G
B
Moved
by
commissioner
Jackson
with
that
request
to
take
up
the
items
that
were
taken
up
by
public
health
and
safety
before
is
our
second
seconded
by
commissioner
weipert.
Any
discussion
seeing
none
all
in
favor
of
approving
the
the
agenda
as
presented
with
the
waiver
of
rule
three
say:
aye,
aye,
aye
opposed,
say,
nay,
let
the
record
reflect
the
agenda
is
adopted
unanimously.
B
They'll
bring
us,
we
have
a
number
of
communications
and
we've
got
some
proclamations,
some
presentations
and
some
other
Communications,
we'll
start
with
a
proclamation
to
the
celebration
of
the
career
of
someone
who
has
been
at
the
front
lines
of
this
terrible
treasury.
We
talk
about
is
recognizing
the
service
of
undersheriff
Mike,
McCabe
and
I'd
like
to
call
on
commissioner
spizz
commissioner
ginjo
commissioner
gershenson
and
commissioner
Powell
to
help
present
a
proclamation
recognizing
the
long
service
of
undersheriff,
Mike
McCabe.
H
For
many
may
not
know,
I
know
I
mentioned
his
name
a
few
times
earlier,
but
Mr
McCabe
happens
to
live
in
my
district
also,
so
it's
very
near
and
dear
to
his
heart.
What
happened
on
November
30th?
Also
it's
just
down
the
road
from
his
home
he's
lived
there
for
many
many
years
and
has
de-proofed
over
20.
as
deep
roots
within
that
community.
So
I'm
sure
his
heart
is
broken
as
just
as
much
as
everybody
else
is
in
the
community
and
around
the
world
with
that
I
will
start
off
and
then
we
can
share
right.
H
We
have
an
a
proclamation
honoring
the
service
under
Sheriff
Michael
McCabe,
whereas
the
enforcement
of
Law
and
Justice
in
Oklahoma
county
is
essential
to
maintaining
the
quality
of
life
that
we
enjoy
in
all
of
our
communities.
We
all
owe
a
debt
of
gratitude
to
those
who
serve
in
law
enforcement
and
dedicate
themselves
to
maintaining
safe
communities
for
our
residents,
foreign.
I
Michael
McCabe
started
his
career
with
the
Oakland
County
Sheriff's
Office
in
1977
as
a
road
Patrol
deputy.
During
his
more
than
40-year
tenure
with
the
Department
he's
worked
in
every
division
of
the
sheriff's
office
for
eight
years
he
served
as
an
elected
Union
official
for
both
the
deputies
and
command
unions.
He
has
served
as
under
Sheriff
since
2003.
C
G
Whereas,
since
being
promoted
to
his
current
rank,
undersheriff
McCabe
has
overseen
the
day-to-day
operations
of
the
Sheriff's
Office
and
has
provided
and
has
provided
oversight
of
its
100
165
million
annual
budget.
He
has
honorably
served
as
the
chief
of
staff
to
share
Bouchard
managing
over
1400
employees
and
keep
going
okay,
whereas
in
addition
to
those
incredibly
responsibilities
under
Sheriff
McCabe's
duties
have
also
included
managing
labor
contracts
and
negotiations,
new
hires
disciplinary
actions,
lawsuits
and
more.
J
He
was
privileged
to
be
appointed
by
two
different
Governors
to
both
the
occupational
health
and
Standards
Commission
and
the
Michigan
auto
theft
prevention
Authority.
He
is
a
board
member
of
the
Michigan
high
intensity,
drug
trafficking
area
and
of
the
Detroit
and
Southeastern
Michigan
information.
Intelligence
Center
under
Sheriff
McCabe,
is
a
commissioner
on
the
Detroit
crime
committee,
where
he
is
Chairman
of
the
membership
and
security
committee
and
whereas
under
Sheriff
McCabe,
has
demonstrated
steadfast
leadership
throughout
his
career
and,
in
particular,
during
the
unprecedented
tragic
events
that
occurred
at
act.
J
Oxford
High
School
on
November
30th,
under
Sheriff
McCabe's
efforts
in
response
to
and
following
this
dark
time
for
the
community
are
recognized
and
applauded,
whereas
upon
his
retirement
We
join
with
undersheriff
McCabe's,
family
friends.
Colleagues
to
thank
him
for
the
many
years
of
dedicated
service
to
Oakland,
County,
Sheriff's
Office
and
to
the
people
of
Oakland
County.
Now,
therefore,
I
David
T
Woodward,
chairman
of
the
Oakland
County
Board
of
Commissioners,
along
with
the
entire
Oakland
County
Board
of
Commissioners,
do
hereby
Proclaim
Commendation
to
undersheriff
Mike,
McCabe,
attested
on
the
ninth
day
of
December
2021..
J
Now
I'd
like
to
just
take
a
moment
of
personal
privilege.
If
I
can,
because,
although
Mr
McCabe
under
Sheriff
McCabe
lives
in
Oxford,
we've
adopted
him
as
a
member
of
the
Lake
Orion
community,
and
we
all
know
that
dragons
are
number
one
but
I
want
to
say.
Okay
I
do
want
to
say
that
Mike
McCabe
is
known
for
his
dedication,
his
commitment,
his
service,
his
leadership,
his
foresight,
his
insight
and
just
overall
dedication
to
serving
the
citizens
and
protecting
their
health
safety
and
Welfare.
J
And
when
you
think
of
a
leader,
particularly
a
leader
in
in
this
line
of
work,
you
you
should
think
of
none
other
than
Mike
McCabe
and
I
can
tell
you
you're
going
to
be
so
sorely
missed.
You
have
done
an
excellent
job
and
at
the
end
of
all
of
our
services
someday,
we
all
hope
to
have
a
line
that
says
well
done
my
good
and
faithful
servant
and,
on
behalf
of
the
people
of
Oakland,
County
I,
want
to
say,
Well
done
our
good
and
faithful
servant.
Congratulations.
D
D
Anyway,
I'm
just
gonna
have.
L
H
B
I
A
I
Hello,
thank
you
I'm
already,
tennis
team.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Well,
thank
you.
Fellas.
We
have
a
flat
that
you
can
take
back
with
you
I'd
like
to
read
it.
The

One

during
the

on

at
Kalamazoo

the

accumulated
enough
points
to
capture
the

even
before
the

final

round
began,
edging
out
their

Thank
you
very
much.
I
H
You
thank
you
for
everyone
for
coming.
I
know
this
day
didn't
go
quite
as
we
hoped
for
and,
and
we
just
want
to
say
from
the
Troy
High
tennis
team,
we're
praying
for
Oxford
and
they're
in
our
hearts
and
that's
the
bigger
story
today
so
prior
to
these
guys,
they're
an
unbelievable
season,
they've
had
enough
enough
recognition,
I
think
tonight's
about
you
know
Oxford
strong.
So
thank
you
to
everybody
thanks
for
your
time.
C
B
Thank
you.
Next
up,
I
will
call
on
commissioner
Powell
to
recognize
the
tremendous
years
of
service
of
another
great
Oakland,
County,
employee,
Kathy,
Williams.
G
C
G
So
this
is
one
of
our
Dynamic
employees,
Kathy
Williams
and
I'm,
going
to
read
the
proclamation
share
with
my
Commissioners
and
you'll
know
why
so
I'll
start
it
off
and
I'll
close
it
out,
because
I
sponsored
the
along
with
all
my
other
Commissioners
and
they'll
help
in
assisting
in
between

Oakland
County
Board
of
Commissioners
Proclamation
honoring
Kathy
Williams.
G
Whereas
is
our
privilege
to
recognize
individuals
such
as
Kathy
Williams,
who
have
had
a
positive
impact
on
access
to
home
ownership
and
housing
in
Oakland,
County
and
Beyond,
and
whereas
Miss
Williams
has
worked
in
affordable
housing
industry
for
more
than
four
decades
and

the
lives
of
many
bringing
years
of
expertise.
Miss
Williams
joined
the
Oakland
County
housing,
counseling
and
homeless
service
homeless
services
division
in
1999
as
a
special
project
coordinator
in
2005.,
she
was
promoted
to
be
the
unit
supervisor,
and
this
role.
G
Miss
Williams,
has
leveraged
her
knowledge
and
experience
to
lead
a
staff
of
professionals
who
work
to
provide
information
and
support
on
preventing
foreclosures,
reverse
mortgages,
tenant
rights,
housing
discrimination
and
more
further,
her
specialized
understanding
of
the

program.
As
one
of
the
first
people
in
Michigan
to
learn
the
program's
procedures
when
it
was
known
in
Section
8
has
helped
residents
reach
and
retain
housing,
stability
and.
I
Whereas
Miss
Williams
has
worked
in
the
affordable
housing
industry
or
Miss,
Williams
brought
state
and
federal
dollars
to
Oakland
County
homeless
assistance
program
through
her
successful
grant
writing
applications
for
more
than
13
years.
Under
her
leadership,
the

also
provided
a
series
of
Resident
seminars
during
the
2008
to

foreclosure
crisis
saving
homes
and
protecting
families
from
becoming

G
G
She
was
also
the
first
in
the
country
to
pass
the
HUD
housing
counselor
certification
exam
in
2017
scoring
so
highly.
She
was
invited
to
assist
with
the
exam's
2018-19
review
and
rewriting
Miss
Williams
has
received
numerous
certifications
from
the

and
the

for
her

throughout

Oakland
County
employee
of
the
month
in
2015.,
and
we're
asked
as
a
recognized
housing
expert
Miss
Williams
has
assumed
a
lead
role
in
advocating
for
housing
initiatives
regionally
and
Statewide
through
various
organized
organizations.
She
is
the
board
secretary
for
the
alliance
of
housing,
a
collaborative
she
helped
form
in
2013.
G
She
also
helped
assemble
the
Oakland
County
task
force
on
homelessness,
which
she's
chaired
for
over
14
years
and
the
Michigan
Coalition
against
homelessness,
where
she
served
on
the
board
for
five
years
and
whereas
we
join
with
her
family
friends
and
colleagues
to
thank
Miss
Williams
for
her
leadership,
the
countless
contributions
to
our
counties,
current
and
future
residents
and
22
years
of
dedicated
service.
She
has
earned
and
respect
and
admiration.
Sorry
of
all
who
have
worked
with
her
I
mean
with
and
for
her,
and
she
will
be
greatly
missed.
G
I
am
going
to
say
she
is
going
to
be
greatly
missed.
Now.
Therefore,
David
T
Woodward,
chairman
of
the
Oakland
County
Board
of
Commissioners
and
commissioner
Angela
Powell,
together
with
the
entire
Oakland
County
Board
of
Commissioners,
due
hereby
Proclaim
special
kind
of
take
two
Kathy
Williams.
We
wish
her
all
the
best
in
her
retirement.
G
On
a
personal
note,
I
serve
as
the
chair
of
one
of
the
Departments
here
that
kind
of
deals
with
or
have
the
discussions
in,
regards
to
housing
issues
in
Oakland,
County
and
I
just
want
to
say
Kathy
Williams.
Thank
you
because
I
came
in
rookie
didn't
know
nothing,
and
this
lady
has
helped
to
explain
and
bring
understanding
to
things
so
that
we
can
move
forward
in
a
very
effective
way,
so
I.
Thank
you.
So
much
and
I
turn
this
over
to
you.
If
you
want
to
say
some
words.
C
B
P
But
we'd
like
to
thank
you
for
the
opportunity
of
making
a
little
presentation
tonight
from
the
Oakland
County,
Historical,
Commission
and
I
would
just
have
you
become
aware,
we're
actually
just
a
group
of
volunteers
but
volunteers
who
have
a
passion
for
history
and
an
interest
in
preserving
and
recording
the
history
and
I
would
say
on
a
night
light
tonight.
This
is
why
we
need
history.
When
we
have
people
up
quoting
individuals,
we
need
to
record
our
history
and
preserve
it.
So
we
can
learn
from
it.
P
Our
charge
was
to
I
think
oh
we're
trying
to
get
it
up
on
the
screen.
That's
a
good
idea,
but
our
charge
actually
was
to
our
charge,
came
from
the
Board
of
Commissioners
right
after
the
United
States
Bicentennial,
and
they
said
we
need
to
record
and
Preserve
and
so
and
so
that
charge
really
boiled
down
to
some
things
that
we
referred
to
and
we'd
like
to
say,
advocacy
and
that's
our
job,
we're
supposed
to
push
promote
and
encourage
activities
relating
to
Oakland
County's
history.
P
We
also
recognize
the
importance
of
collaboration
and
that
we
can't
do
it
all
any
of
us
by
ourselves,
and
so
our
goal
is
to
build
Bridges
between
your
communities
and
your
museums
and
your
libraries
and
your
historical
societies
and
pulling
us
all
together.
P
We
are
trying
to
reach
out
again
to
your
communities,
we're
pleased
that
Dave
Decker,
who
is
a
new
member
of
our
commission,
heads
up
the
Oakland
County
Historical
Coalition,
and
this
is
a
group
that
meets
on
a
monthly
basis
and
they
share
best
practices,
good
ideas
and
resources.
So
collaboration
is
one
of
our
activities.
We
also
are
interested
in
education.
P
P
Okay
and
in
education,
we
want
to
just
spread
things
to
to
a
wider
audience
and
to
let
people
know
about
about.
What's
going
on,
and
one
of
the
things
we
want
to
learn
about
is
new
technology
and
how
to
use
it
and
how
to
make
it
work.
So
it's
almost
like
trying
to
get
a
drink
of
water
in
this
building.
You
have
to
have
a
cup
before
you
can
get
a
drink
of
water.
P
P
It
was
up
in
their
attic,
they
said
nobody's
getting
any
good
use
out
of
it,
let's
donate
it
as
part
of
the
bicentennial,
and
so
they
did,
and
we
were
pleased
that
one
of
the
granddaughters
great-granddaughters
of
this
original
Pioneers
with
us
today
and
I
asked
her.
If
she
wanted
to
stand
so
we
could
clap
and
she
said
no,
but
I
think
we
can
clap
anyway.
P
P
But
they
made
the
point,
and
that
is
in
donating
the
book.
They
hope
to
have
it
preserved
and
enjoyed
by
the
people
of
Oakland
County,
and
so
we're
excited
to
have
that
several
libraries
within
the
county
have
a
copy
of
the
original,
but
a
book,
that's
a
hundred
years
old
is
rather
delicate
and
most
of
the
libraries
in
historical
societies
don't
make
it
available.
P
P
Also,
the
book
we
were
able
to
make
it
available
for
people
to
look
at
and
in
the
lobby
behind
those
closed
doors.
There's
a
nice
display.
Thanks
to
your
support,
we
were
able
to
get
a
museum
quality
display
container
and
display
case
and
to
put
together
a
nice
educational
display,
and
we
we
give
thanks
to
our
Representatives
Carol
Igbo
from
the
historian
for
the
county
parks.
P
And
yes,
it
is
Tony
Smith
from
Clarkston,
and
we
appreciate
their
efforts
in
putting
together
the
exhibit
now,
in
addition
to
the
the
book
the
display,
we
also
have
a
few
artifacts,
one
of
which
is
a
compass
that
was
used
in
surveying
Oakland
County,
which
previously
been
had
been
referred
to
as
the
Great
Swamp
north
of
Detroit,
and
of
no
value
but
surveying
using
things
like
this
Compass.
P
We
all
know
that
Eight
Mile
Road
has
another
line,
another
name
Baseline,
because
all
of
the
measurements
for
Michigan
come
off
of
Baseline
Eight,
Mile
Road,
so
we're
able
to
put
together
a
nice
display,
and
we
recognized
that
the
the
book
itself
again,
we
wanted
to
make
it
available.
P
He's
made
20
Publications
a
funny
presentations
to
the
libraries
also
Jim
was
instrumental
in
preparing
the
little
booklet.
That's
on
your
on
your
desks,
and
it
explains
a
little
bit
about
the
book.
The
way
people
looked
at
history
a
hundred
years
ago.
It's
changed
a
little
bit,
and
so
Jim
and
Carol
were
able
to
input
some
ideas,
and
these
have
been
then
distributed
to
the
libraries
and
museums
that
have
the
reprinted
copies
that
we
put
forth
and
we're
hopeful
that
this
little
booklet
can
continue
to
go
out.
P
As
Jim
has
gone
out,
giving
his
little
talks
and
lectures.
He
said
he's
given
out
over
300
already
to
people
who
attend
and
people
who
are
interested
in
this
kind
of
thing.
So
you
have
a
new
display
in
the
lobby.
Thanks
for
your
support
and
we
we
appreciate
your
your
support
in
this
activity
and
we
hope
that
the
the
new
exhibit
will
be
educational
and
that
it
will
help
us
in
our
efforts
to
Advocate
collaborate
and
educate.
Thank
you
enjoy.
B
Thank
you,
Dr
stamps,
and
the
work
of
all
the
members
of
the
Oakland
County
Historical
commission
I
think
it's
an
incredible
exhibit
out
there
looking
forward
to
additions
and
and
the
other
work
that
and
ideas
that
you
bring
forth
to
us
next
up
and
I.
B
Think
commissioner
spizz
said
it
well
I'd
like
to
bring
up
Richard
Bell,
the
president
of
the
kids
first
initiative,
a
reminder
of
someone
who
exudes
a
passion
excitement
a
similar
excitement
that
we
have
for
all
our
kids
and
thank
you
for
being
with
us
today,
so
Mr,
Bell
and
and
all
your
assistants
and
all
the
fabulous
students
that
are
here
today
ready.
B
B
Q
Q
Good
afternoon,
good
afternoon,
good
afternoon,
our
prayers
go
out
to
the
community
in
Oxford
and
I
want
to
thank
Mrs
Spitzer
when
I
called
them
up.
I
really
didn't
know
what
to
say,
and
then
so,
but
he
helped
me
along
to
help
him
along.
So
I
really
appreciate
the
opportunity.
I
have
my
mic
on
so
I'll
step
back.
My
name
is
Richard
Bale
I'm
here
on
behalf
of
the
kids
first
initiative,
should
I
cut
this
mic
off.
Q
Well
good
afternoon
my
name
is
Richard
Bill
I'm
here
on
behalf
of
the
kids
first
initiative:
science,
technology,
engineering,
arts
and
math
ignite
Steam,
and
then
so.
We
want
to
first
of
all
thank
the
wonderful
city
of
Pontiac,
not
just
because
of
what
they've
done
in
the
past,
but
what
they're
going
to
do
in
the
future,
with
the
wonderful
Grant
to
help
support
this
program,
we
found
out
that
young
people
are
attracted
to
activities
and
jobs
and
careers.
They
think.
Q
So
let
me
see
I
want
you
to
be
the
judge
of
that
you,
let
me
know
if
you
think
it's
exciting
or
not.
I'm
gonna
ask
Mr
Raymond
Payne
to
come,
help
us
out
so
Mr
Payne
he's
one
of
our
former
students,
so
many
of
you
guys
have
supported
this
camp
in
the
past,
and
so
he
was
in
elementary
school
when
he
started
at
the
camp.
Q
It's
been
a
long
time
a
long
journey
he's
in
high
school
right
now
he's
at
the
Lake
Orion,
High
School,
and
so
we're
going
to
see
right
now
if
we
could
help
to
bring
stem
to
Life
by
adding
some
art
to
it.
So
this
is
called
a
reaction.
Somebody
said
I
won't
say
the
council
person's
name,
but
they
said
we're
going
to
have
an
explosion.
Q
I
said
no,
we
don't
want
to
say
exposure,
you
want
to
say
a
reaction,
but
this
is
going
to
be
a
nice
reaction
right
here
today
and
then
so
I'll
get
some
nice
color
in
there
we'll
go
right
there.
It's
a
nice
color,
I'll
mix
it
up.
Students
can
do
this
at
home
with
hydrogen
peroxide
and
also
some
food
coloring,
we'll
get
a
little
bit
of
dish.
Soap
in
here.
Just
like
that
and
we'll
go
right
there
and
I
know
you're,
saying
Mr
Bell.
Q
Q
Q
Our
kids
didn't
like
is
actually
what
we
call
the
hook.
This
is
how
we
hook
them,
people
in
and
then
so.
Science
is
the
same
thing
and
we
said
it
couldn't
do.
What
they
didn't
like
to
do
is
actually
what's
hooking
up
man,
and
so
that's
the
first
step
up,
which
is
the
science,
so
we're
coming
right
up
as
soon
as
we
get
this
out
of
the
way
we
want
to
make
sure
we
do
it
in
a
safe
manner.
Q
So
if
you
bear
with
me
for
a
second
and
I
think
you
will
go
right
here,
so
this
is
a
chemical
reaction
guys,
and
so
they
have
their
safety
gloves
on
nothing
got
on
the
floor.
This
is
industrial
strength,
so
a
young
person
wouldn't
be
able
to
even
get
this
material
themselves.
They
could
hide
your
peroxide,
but
not
too.
This
is
37
percentile.
If
you
have
to
order
this
you'll
get
it
home
about
three
percentile,
so
you
won't
have
as
much
and
it's
not
as
moving
as
fast.
This
is
a
very
fast
reaction.
Q
A
very
good
educated
guess
and
you're
absolutely
right.
This
is
a
chemical
reaction,
we're
going
to
look
at
a
physical
reaction
here
pretty
shortly
I
think
as
soon
as
we
can
get
this
out
of
the
way,
guys
wonderful
job,
all
right.
A
couple
years,
I
came
before
you
about
five
years
ago
today
and
I
said,
according
to
the
U.S
transportation
department,
in.
C
Q
Drone
technology
would
potentially
add
89
billion
dollars
to
the
US
economy.
It's
about
five
years
ago.
I
said
right
over
here.
In
said
that
it
nobody
believed
me
and
I
didn't,
have
the
Drone
I
didn't
know
if
I
quite
bleeped
myself
but
come
to
find
out.
That
was
true,
so
right
here
in
our
own
backyards.
Now
we
have
Amazon
right
here
in
the
city
of
Pontiac
they're
thinking
about
using
drones
to
make
deliveries.
Walmart
right
here
in
Rochester
has
already
agreed
to
start
using
drones,
yeah
waiting
on
the
go
ahead
for
deliverance.
Q
Q
So
we'll
come
right
here
guys,
so
we
can
get
the
table
right
out
here.
You
ready
to
go.
You
can
get
the
table
right
out
here.
Keep
that
table
right
out
here
again.
I
want
to
thank
Mr,
Raymond
Payne
he's
a
student
at
Lake,
Orion,
High,
School
and
also
I
want
to
thank
Mr
Delvin
Nelson,
who
graduated
from
Auburn
Hills
Avondale
High
School.
He
moved
us
up
just
a
little
bit
and
bring
that
over
all
right.
Here
we
go.
Q
So
if
you
remember
from
school,
I
don't
but
Newton's
first
law
an
object
at
rest
tends
to
stay
at
rest
unless
acted
upon
by
outside
force
and
I'll
say
that
again,
an
object
at
rest
tends
to
stay
at
rest
unless
acted
upon
by
outside
force.
So
I'll
go
right
over
here
and
I
see
our
colleague
clerk
is
right
back
here,
she's
waiting
on
me
to
come
up
and
talk
to
her
and
the
Drone
is
going
to
take
care
of
itself
and
then
so
a
lot
of
times
we
use
materials
or
tools
like
this.
Q
Sometimes
in
safety
I
know
we
use
them
down
in
Detroit.
They
have
a
couple
drones,
they're
working
with
the
state
police,
I'm
sure
the
county
might
have
some
drones,
so
we
can
go
in
and
not
risk
the
lives
of
a
human
person
versus
some
Machinery.
We
use
it
for
surveys.
All
right.
Young
people
right
now
are
using
drones.
Q
Q
L
Q
Q
In
the
second
grade-
and
we
teach
them
to
bakes
and
supplying
the
drones,
so
they
leave
us
after
one
hour
they
can
fly
at
the
Drone
and
then
of
course,
they're
gonna
need
some
additional
training.
So
that's
our
drone
technology
right
here.
We
get
that
right
off
to
the
side,
all
right,
and
so
again
it's
great
that
young
people
are
engaged,
but
are
they
learning?
Are
we
moving
the
learning
needles?
Q
Q
And
can
we
I
mean
I,
know
you're
a
gentleman,
so
you're
gonna
move
the
table
off
the
mission,
so
they
can
come
right
around
all
right,
we'll
go
right
here,
one
of
the
first
things
they
cut.
Unfortunately,
when
we
had
some
of
the
big
cuts
back
in
the
day
with
the
Arts,
and
so
we
found
out
the
Arts
actually
are
what
helped
to
bring
stem
to
life,
and
so
we
don't
have
stem
anymore.
We
have
Steam
and
it's
because
of
the
Arts.
It's
that
creativity,
not
just
thinking
outside
of
the
box.
Q
That's
one
of
my
students
said
to
Mr
Bell.
What?
If
it's,
not
even
a
box
I
said
well
I
had
to
stop.
This
is
one
of
my
students
from
Lincoln,
Elementary
School,
so
I'm
dating
myself.
How
long
ago,
Lincoln
was
open
in
Pontiac
when
I
was
teaching,
so
not
just
thinking
outside
the
box,
but
totally
recreating
the
box.
So
we're
gonna
look
at
some
magic
milk
here
today.
If
I
can
get
Mrs
Joliet
to
come
right
over
here
and
actually
put
these
on.
Q
I
always
want
to
go
safety
first,
so
if
you
can
get,
you
have
two
pair
of
gloves
all
right,
you
don't
need
glasses,
but
I'm
going
to
give
you
some
because
you're
so
cool
all
right
all
right,
so
you
don't
need
glasses,
but
we'll
go
right
here.
I'll
go
this
right
here!
I'll.
Take
that!
Thank
you!
So
much
again,
you
don't
have
to
be
a
rocket
science
to
do
that
because
I
don't
have
a
degree
in
rocket
science,
my
degrees
in
criminal
justice,
history
and
that's
why
I
used
to
teach.
Q
But
we
found
out
that
young
people
didn't
want
to
learn
the
way
I
was
teaching
because
we
have
Gen
X
kids,
but
we
have
an
Antiquated
education
system
here
in
the
United
States,
so
the
kids
are
just
waiting
on
us
to
catch
up.
So
these
are
some
of
the
cool
things
that
we
can
do
to
engage
the
kids.
We
never
have
any
problems.
So
what
I'm
going
to
ask
Mr
Charlotte!
This
is
pick
three
colors,
your
favorite
colors.
Q
Q
Okay,
and
can
you
go
ahead
and
drop
three
of
those
colors
right
down
there?
A
little
bit
yeah
right
down
in
the
middle
three
drops
right
in
the
middle:
okay,
wonderful,
yeah!
No,
let's
go
okay,
oh
three
right
around
the
edge.
Q
Who
said
it
I'm
calling
them
next?
Okay,
I
got
you
right
here
right.
There
come
on
up
and
join
us,
so
we
need
some
help
up
bro.
We
need
all
the
help
we
can
get.
We
I
got
something
for
you.
It's
going
to
be
wonderful,
wonderful,
job
right
here!
Okay,
now
this
is
called
Magic
milk
for
reaction
and
we're
going
to
look
at
another
chemical
reaction
right
here.
So
if
I
can
man
get
you
to
take
this
right
here?
Okay,
dab
it
right
in
this.
Q
A
little
bit
more
shot
right
there,
wonderful
job,
good
job.
Can
you
drop
it
right
there
in
the
middle
so
just
hit
it?
Oh
wow,
isn't
it
that's?
Science,
I
I
saw
the
look
on
your
face.
So
now
imagine
you
said
you're,
not
very
science
in
crime,
but
you
are
adult.
You
just
cost
your
first
reaction.
So.
L
Q
Not
always
all
the
time
you
want
to
do
that,
one
more
time.
I
know
it's
kind
of
fast.
Was
it
okay,
you
missed
it.
You
thought:
okay,
okay!
So
let's
go
right
here:
let's
use
the
red!
You
can
drop
that
right
there,
man,
okay,
let's
hit
it
right
here.
Let's
use
the
red
this
time,
one
more
time,
we'll
repeat
that
reaction.
Q
So
again,
it's
state!
It's
okay!
Let's
do
the
red,
because
it's
the
holiday
season,
we're
looking
at
a
chemical
reaction
right
here
and
all
you
guys
know
when
you
have
a
chemical
reaction,
it's
a
whole
new
substance.
So
this
is
Joliet
just
curated
a
whole
new
substance.
You
can
call
this
substance
whatever
she
wants,
because
she
came
up
with
it.
Okay,
don't
forget
now,
when
you
get
paid
I
need
my
check.
Okay,
so
we
can
drop
some
around
here.
C
Q
We're
not
done
yet
can
I
slap
right
past
you,
man,
right
here.
Okay,
I'll,
come
right
here,
that's
pretty
cool!
How
many
times
have
you
heard
guys
it's
not
always
about?
What's
on
the
inside
some
outside?
Sometimes
it's
about
what's
on
the
inside,
so
let's
find
out
Mrs
Joliet,
what's
really
on
the
inside.
What
does
she
have
really
going
on
inside?
So
if
you
don't
mind,
can
you
pick
this
up
from
the
side?
Don't
spend
it
don't
blow
them?
Okay,
can
you
pick
it
up?
Okay,
I
emptied
it
in
there.
Q
The
outside,
sometimes
it's
about
what's
on
the
inside,
so
imagine
what
our
second
third
and
fourth
graders
are
going
to
feel
when
they
get
an
opportunity
to
do
this
demonstration
and
they
created
a
whole
new
substance
again.
So
this
is
called
the
magic
Mill.
Thank
you
so
much
Miss
Jolie
I've
been
wonderful.
Can
you
take
a
glove
back?
Thank
you.
Q
Q
Just
like
we
started
before
with
our
grand
finale,
so
I'm
going
to
ask
some
of
the
Commissioners
that
agreed
to
help
me
out
to
come
up
if
we
can,
if
we
can
grab
the
top
from
this
right
over
here,
Mr
Raymond
put
that
back.
Take
this
out.
Let's
take
all
of
this
right
here.
We'll
keep
this
right
here.
I
need
that
grab
all
the
discs
right
into
here.
Take
that
away
all
right.
So
we're
definitely
going
to
need
some
glasses
on
ma'am.
Here
you
go
to
Mr
joliet's
glasses.
Q
Q
We'll
come
right
here
now
we're
going
to
look
at
the
reaction.
Unfortunately,
this
is
not
a
new
substance,
so
they
won't
get
a
chance
to
name
it.
They
won't
get
the
royalties
from
it
or
anything
along
those
lines,
but
we
will
have
a
lot
of
fun
actually
doing
it.
We'll
come
right
over
here:
okay,
Miss
Debbie!
Can
you
step
out
and
us
let
the
commissioner
step
in
and.
Q
You
don't
need
gloves
you're
good
you're
good
for
this
one.
They
started
with
us
over
at
Auburn
Hills
at
the
camp.
We
were
doing
pre-pandemic
for
the
young
people
and
also
we're
teaching
them.
So
now
they
can
go
out
and
start
teaching.
Other
young
people
about
the
course
or
the
class
has
to
say
so.
We'll
come
right
here.
All
right
so
come
on
here
and
right
here.
You
go
right
over
man
right
here.
Okay,
so
we
don't
want
you
to
touch
her
here.
Q
Can
I
ask
you,
because
it's
so
cold
but
you'll
be
okay,
but
just
can
you
grab
it
from
this
point
safety?
First
always
right
here:
can
you
go
ahead
empty
that
in
right
there
see
if
we
can
get
it
all
in
okay?
Can
anybody
tell
me
what
this
is
it's?
Why
do
they
call
the
dry
ice
because
it's
dry,
Mr,
Bill,
you're
right?
Absolutely
because
it's
dry,
it's
about
minus
112
degrees.
It
can
burn
you
Mr,
Bill,
Hopkins,
dry
ice
burn.
You
it's
so
cold
because
remember
it's
going
the
opposite
direction!
Q
C
Q
Cold,
we
definitely
don't
leave
that,
though,
because
we
had
to
have
you
come
right
over
here.
Don't
leave
yet
okay,
so
we'll
come
right
here.
I
need
an
other
container
to
come
back
to
yes,
I
need
you
to
do
the
other
one
small
over
empty
the
stuff
into
the
bag
and
then
bring
me
that
one
back
all
right
right
here,
wonderful
job!
Now!
Can
we
go
ahead?
What's
your
favorite
color,
blue?
Okay,
here
we
go
there
we
go.
Can
we
drop
some
of
the
full
color
in
there?
Can
we
grab
something
red
A
little
bit?
Q
No,
let's
go
ahead.
This
is
Oakland.
County!
Listen!
It's
more
than
the
most
successful
top
counties
in
the
world.
We
got
the
money.
Let's
spin
it,
let's
spin
it
listen.
We
don't
spin
it
they'll.
Take
it
back,
run
up
the
job.
They'll!
Take
it
back.
We
gotta
act
like
we
need
to
go
ahead
and
drop
it
in
all
right.
What
a
green
right
here,
wonderful
job.
C
Q
G
L
Q
Is
what
we
call
dry
ice
remember
from
school
phase
about
three
stages
of
matter?
No,
one
cares
about
that.
It's
called
phase
transition
of
matter.
Can
you
go
from
a
solid
to
a
liquid
to
a
gas.
Q
Right
there
here
we
go
right.
There
take
a
high
excited
our
young
people.
Our
young
people
are
going
to
be
after
that
think
of
how
excited
our
young
people
are
going
to
be
after
this
we'll
come
back
right
here
and
I'll
go
right
here,
I'm
right
here,
a
little
bit
of
water
I'll
come
right
here.
Let
me
see
we
can
go
a
little
bit
in
here.
Q
I
think
we're
good,
we'll
go
here
and
I
know
what
you're
saying,
commissioner,
what
are
you
waiting
on?
What
are
you?
Let
me
give
you
some
science
today.
Now
there
you
go
right
there
who
needs
some
science
right
come
on
come
get
some
science
who
needs
some
science
right.
Look
at
the
science
right
here
now.
This
is
a
physical
change.
It
looks
like
a
chemical
change,
but
it's
actually
a
physical
change
and
then
so
what
we
notice
is
the
bubbles
seem
to
all
be
kind.
L
I
Q
That's
what
the
Arts
help
to
do
to
it.
It
brings
stem
to
life
and
it
turns
us
from
stem
to
steam
it.
So
this
is
what
our
young
people
will
get
and
so
again
I
said
we
wanted
to
start
off
by
thanking
the
wonderful
city
of
Pontiac,
not
just
because
of
the
grant
they
made
to
help
us
with
this
program,
but
also
we're
going
to
ask
the
County
Commissioners
in
Oakland
County,
so
we
can
spread
and
bring
this
program
to
every
young
person
in
the
in
Oakland
concert.
Q
Q
Q
There
we
go
so
this
is
a
draw
by
it's
called
a
steam
buy.
It
gives
the
students
an
opportunity
to
go
and
tinker
and
continue
to
build
and
they're
going
to
build
over
and
over
and
over
and
over
again,
and
so
we
want
to
put
this
in
the
hands
of
every
young
person
in
Oakland
County,
so
they
can
have
this
opportunity,
it's
okay.
If
it
falls
over,
we
got
good
material
with
him.
Q
We
got
great
Insurance
here
in
Oakland
County,
so
we
want
our
young
people
to
continue
to
build
over
and
over
and
over
again,
so
they
can
get
the
engineering
but
also
they're,
working
on
infrastructure,
they're
working
on
they're
building
infrastructure.
That's
what
they're
doing
here
this
program,
thank
all
of
you
guys
for
the
support.
I'll.
Take
any
questions.
I
think
we're
right
at
about
12
minutes,
we'll
clean
this
area
up
we'll
move
off,
so
any
questions
I'll
take
if
not
we'll
clean
our
area.
Mr
Bell!
Yes,.
Q
We're
going
to
on
Monday
send
some
information
out
to
everyone
in
this
room:
everyone
we
have
to
contact
for
and
so
about
more
information
about
the
program.
We
have
a
strategic
plan
where
we
have
identified
some
cities
here
in
Oakland,
County
and
I'll
name,
a
couple
of
them,
because
it's
public
information,
Pontiac
Oak,
Park,
Hazel
Park
and
some
parts
of
using
West
Bloomfield
that
are
high
poverty,
areas
that
could
need
a
stimulus
shot
and
that
stimulus
shot
in
the
arm
could
be
this
program
and
then
so
again,
we've
identified
those
cities.
Q
We
have
a
two-prong
approach
where
we're
going
to
go
to
the
actual
schools,
the
elementary
schools,
so
every
elementary
school
will
be
covered,
not
necessarily
every
student
depending
upon
the
funding
and
then
we'll
have
a
central
location
somewhere
here
in
Pontiac
Oxford
and
Lake
Orion
Central,
where
all
the
students
from
the
community
can
come.
Also
so
two
prong
approach,
so
we
shouldn't
miss
any
students
we'll
get
that
information
out
to
you
guys.
This
is
part
of
Workforce
develop
development.
Q
You
should
invest
in
this
program
because
we're
investing
in
the
future
workers
of
Oakland,
County
and
Michigan.
According
to
the
Department
of
Transportation,
67
percent
of
the
students
who
are
entered
they'll
get
that
for
you,
man
come
on
you're,
not
working
hard
enough
67
other
people,
students
who.
Q
Q
Out
of
high
school,
we
knew
what
the
job
was
going
to
be
they're
going
to
be
stem
jobs.
Our
students
love
this
kind
of
stuff.
Why
can't
we
get
together,
I
hope
we
can
get
together
and
you
guys
have
all
supported
Us
in
the
past.
We
don't
want
you
to
do
that
anymore
individually.
We
can
do
more
collectively,
as
it
grew
so
we're
going
to
send
that
information
out
to
you
ma'am,
so
everyone
will
have
it.
Q
We
have
a
strategic
plan
and
we're
going
to
share
that
with
you,
so
you
can
put
your
input
in
so
we
can
make
sure
we
don't
miss
any
student,
any
District
that
wants
to
participate.
We
can
bring
this
program
to
capacity
it'll.
Take
us
about
a
year
to
reach
every
school
district
here
in
Oakland
County
at
least
once
it
takes
about
a
year,
but
we
can
get
that
done
so
again.
Thank
you.
So
much
for
the
wonderful
questions,
any
other
questions.
Q
B
Give
it
up
again
to
Mr
Bell
and
all
these
incredible
students
and
assistants
that
inspire
and
I
mean
lift
up
the
best
in
all
of
us
all
right
and
look
at
that
and
how
quickly
that
was.
Like
I
mean
clean
up
all
right.
Let's
move
out,
we've
got
some
other
Communications
or
move
on
to
the
regular
agenda,
and
so
I
will
call
on
the
clerk
to
read
the
I
mean
the
other
Communications.
These
are
these
F
through
M
and
then
we'll
look
for
a
motion
to
receive
and
file
those
Communications
Madam
Clerk.
A
Okay,
sorry,
my
agenda
only
goes
to
so
I'm
just
seeing
which
one
is
different:
okay,.
A
Sorry
I
just
want
to
make
sure
I'm
on
the
right
one.
Okay,
so
the
first
one
is
dated
December
9th
2021
dear
Commissioners.
Please
accept
this
letter
as
notification
that
I've

A
The
next
one
is
also
dated

Ladies

gentlemen,
I
am

walls.
Your
confirmation
of
this
appointment
is
respectfully
requested,
sincerely
David
T
Woodward
chairman

of
Commissioners.
A
The
next
one
is
dated
December
1st
2021
honorable
Oakland
County
Board
of
Commissioners.
This
is
to
inform
you
that
I
am
tendering.
My
resignation
from
the
Oakland
County
Historical
commission,
effective
December,
31st
2021.
I,
greatly
appreciate
you
having
appointed
me
to
serve
on
the
commission.
It's
been
a
pleasure
presently.
Other
commitments
require
my
attention
and
I'm
unable
to
spend
the
time
necessary
to
effectively
continue
as
a
member
of
ochc
I
wish.
The
ochc
continued
success
in
helping
preserve
and
disseminate
Oakland
County's
history,
respectfully
Melinda
Hill.
A
The
next
one
is
dated
December
9th
2021
to
the
Oakland
County
Board
of
Commissioners.
Please
accept
this
letter
as
notification
that
I've
exercised
the
authority
granted
to
the
chairperson
of
the
board
to
approve
Grant
applications
in
excess
of
fifty
thousand
dollars
for
the
purposes
of
meeting
a
submission
deadline
due
to
the
grantor
deadlines
and
the
board's
Grant
submission
process
and
calendar,
it
was
not
possible
to
submit
the
application
for
full
board
consideration
in
accordance
with
our
normal
procedures.
I
have
authorized
the
submission
of
the
following
Grant
application.
A
Also
we
received
from
the
area
agency
and
aging
1B
their
blueprint
for
successful
aging.
It's
36
pages
long,
so
I'm
not
going
to
read
the
whole
thing,
but
but
we
received
it
I.
Don't
think
anybody
wants
me
to
read
on
that.
Next
we
have
four
reappointments
to
as
directors
of
The
Economic,
Development,
Corporation
and
I'll
I'm,
not
going
to
read
each
one
individually.
I'll
fill
it
in,
but
so
there
are
dated
November
23rd
2021.
A
A
And
Rebecca
Sorensen
senior
vice
president
wealth
management
at
UBS,
Financial
Services
Incorporated
as
a
each
as
a
director
of
The
Economic,
Development,
Corporation
EDC
of
the
county
of
Oakland.
The
appointment
is
for
six
years,
ending
April
30th
2028.
I
urge
the
board's
favorable
and
Expedition
expeditious
approval
of
this
appointment,
whose
confirmation
by
the
Board
of
Commissioners,
is
required
by
section
4,
sub
5
of
Public
Act
338
of
1974
and
our
edc's
articles
of
a
corporation
sincerely
David
culture,
County,
Executive,
and
then
also
there
is
one
dated
November
30th
appointing
so
the
others
were
reappointment.
A
This
is
an
appointment
of
Chris
Jackson.
Vice
president
at
Huntington
Bank
as
a
director
of
The
Economic,
Development,
Corporation
EDC
of
Oakland
for
a
six-year
term,
ending
November
30th
2027..
So
they
were
all
I
want
to
make
sure
those
were
all
if
those
were
all
ending,
April,
30th,
2020
28
for
reappointments.
This
one
is
an
appointment
through
November
20,
November,
30th,
2027.
A
Another
communication
dated
December
9
2021
to
the
Oakland
County
Board
of
Commissioners.
Ladies
and
gentlemen,
I
am
hereby
appointing
the
following
individuals
to
the
Oakland
County
Personnel
appeal
board
for
a
term
ending
December
31st
2022,
commissioner
David
Woodward,
commissioner
William
Miller.
Your
confirmation
of
these
appointments
is
respectfully
requested,
sincerely
David
to
Woodward
chairman
Oakland,
County
Board
of
Commissioners,
and
then
the
final
communication
is
a
letter
of
symphony
sympathy
from
a
Mike
Dodd
from
Wisconsin.
A
R
B
I
mean
communication
moved
by
commissioner
Whiteford
second
by
commissioner
mcgilvery
I'd
like
to
also
call
on
commissioner
Nelson
just
again
to
speak
to
that
motion
and
think
specifically
to
the
Oakland
County
blueprint
and
successful
aging.
Commissioner
Nelson.
E
Thank
you,
Mr
chair,
I
I
appreciate
it
in
relation
to
item
K
under
Communications,
the
Oakland
County
blueprint
for
successful
aging
I'd
like
to
acknowledge
and
thank
Commissioners
Lubes
kowal,
mcgilvery
and
Moss
and,
of
course,
AAA
1B,
Jim
and
Katie
for
their
collaboration
and
their
commitment
in
the
creation
of
this
blueprint
for
successful
aging
here
in
Oakland,
County
I'm
happy
to
say
that
after
10
months
of
meeting
and
collaborating
the
healthy
aging
ad
hoc
committee
has
developed
as
Lisa
our
Deputy
clerk
had
said.
E
The
36th
page
document
blueprint
for
successful
aging
that
provides
the
top
10
in
recommendations
for
the
county
to
implement
to
help
close
the
gaps
in
existing
Services,
as
well
as
look
at
meeting
those
unmet
needs
and
opportunities
for
older
adults
in
Oakland
County.
So
I
look
forward
as
we
move
into
2022
to
jump
into
action
and
start
really
looking
at
how
we
can
Implement
and
put
a
lot
of
these
recommendations
in
motion
and
most
certainly.
E
E
So
I
just
I'm
so
happy
and
I'm
so
proud
of
the
work
that
Commissioners
have
put
in
so
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you
so
much
everyone
and,
as
we
hit
into
January,
we
are
planning
on
printing
at
least
500
copies
of
These
Blueprints,
so
you're
going
to
see
them
around
Oakland
County,
in
addition
to
we're
going
to
have
a
digital
copy
on
our
website
as
well.
So
thank
you
chairman
great.
B
Thank
you
very
much,
commissioner.
Any
other
question
discussion
see
none.
Let's
prompt
the
vote
to
receive
the
communications.
B
A
Okay
on
accepting
the
Communications
commissioner
Nelson:
oh
yeah,
okay,
sir
commissioner
kavel.
Yes,
thank
you.
B
Sufficient
number
voting
affirmative
the
communications
are
received
that
will
bring
us
to
the
first
public
comment
of
tonight's
meeting.
The
first
part
of
public
comment
is
the
opportunity
for
the
public
to
comment
on
any
item.
That's
on
the
agenda.
We
will
have
a
second
public
comment
at
the
end
of
the
meeting
for
items
not
on
the
agenda.
We
ask
that
you
I
will
start
with
a
list
of
people
who
signed
up
for
the
first
public
comment.
We
ask
that
you
keep
your
comments
to
three
minutes.
B
Direct
your
comments
to
me
and
we
ask
everyone
be
respectful
and
and
ask
the
audience
to
refrain
from
demonstration.
We
want
to
welcome
everyone
to
be
able
to
come
up
here
and
address
the
board
on
any
item
on
the
agenda.
If
the
three-minute
timer
gets
hit,
I'll
ask
you
to
wrap
up
your
comments
so
that
we
can
get
through
everyone
who
would
like
to
speak
this
evening.
So
I
will
start
with
Maria.
B
M
I
think
it's
a
little
better
all
right.
Let's
start
over
again
I'd
like
to
address
the
community
and
schools
program.
The
commission
has
decided
to
implement
in
Oakland
County
I
reviewed
information
about
this
program
and
I
do
not
support
its
implementation
in
our
schools.
It's
deeply
rooted
in
Dei,
which
is
diversity,
equity
and
inclusion,
also
known
as
critical
race
Theory.
The
program
mentions
diversity,
Equity
inclusion,
systemic
barrier,
systemic
racism
and
Equitable
outcomes.
There's
a
radical
harm
for
ideology
has
no
place
in
our
schools
and
shame
on
you
for
doing
this
to
our
children.
M
Before
you
go
off.
Judging
me
and
labeling
me,
a
white
supremacist
or
a
domestic
terrorist
know
this
I
come
from
an
immigrant
family.
My
parent
grandparents
came
here
as
adults
with
30
and
a
third
grade
education.
My
grandfather
worked
in
the
factory
and
my
father
was
raised
in
downtown
Detroit.
My
father
dropped
out
of
high
school
and
started
a
business
with
his
brother
at
age
15
to
help
support
his
family.
He
served
in
the
Navy.
He
became
a
successful
businessman
with
only
a
10th
grade
education.
M
He
got
married
and
had
three
kids,
but
unfortunately
died
when
I
was
only
two
leaving
my
mom
to
raise
us
three
by
ourselves.
Us
children
were
the
first
in
graduating,
high
school
and
college
before
going
on
to
all
get
master's
degrees.
I
worked
through
college,
as
my
siblings
did,
and
I
got
tuition
reimbursement
from
my
employer
for
my
Master's
Degree.
None
of
this
was
handed
to
me
because
of
the
color
of
my
skin.
So
let
me
ask
you
all
this.
Does
this
make
me
an
oppressor?
M
Should
I
be
paying
the
price
for
things
that
happened
in
this
country
before
my
family?
Immigrated
here
should
I
be
apologizing
for
my
life
and
the
hard
work
that
I've
done
and
my
family
did
for
me,
diversity,
Equity
inclusion
sounds
like
it's
a
good
thing
and
we
value
and
support
diversity
in
our
communities
who
doesn't
want
inclusion
for
all
people.
Equity
sounds
good
too,
despite
the
fact
that
it's
often
confused
with
the
word
called
equality,
which
is
very
different.
M
Dei
takes
a
bunch
of
positive
words
that
sound
good
and
uses
them
to
do
negative
things,
while
undermining
diversity
and
dividing
us.
People
are
put
into
ethnic
and
sexual
identity
categories
instead
of
including
all
people,
it
classifies
people
as
either
an
oppressor
or
an
oppressed.
It
then
implies
that
those
labeled
oppressors
should
be
negatively
viewed,
apologetic
and
punished
by
Society,
while
those
labeled
as
oppressed
deserve
any
benefits
they
can
get
even
at
the
expense
of
others.
It
doesn't
create
equality,
which
is
what
people
think
Dei
is
supposed
to
do.
M
For
our
point
of
view,
as
you
implement
harmful
agenda
dividing
in
our
community
in
our
in
our
schools,
you
can,
can
you
think
about
the
potential
problems
and
damage
you
are
creating
that
go
along
with
it
telling
a
child?
They
are
oppressed
and
can
only
Thrive
and
be
successful
if
others
are
torn
down,
is
not
okay
telling
a
child,
they
are
oppressing
others
because
of
the
color
of
their
skin
is
not.
Okay.
Have
you
thought
about
the
mental
anguish
and
emotional
damage
this
language
can
do
to
children?
M
C
B
D
So
my
topic
is
pretty
General,
but
it
really
touches
any
agenda
item
that
a
board
decision
requires
is
required.
So
if
I.
B
B
D
Okay,
well,
first
of
all,
as
a
father
of
twins,
my
sympathies
to
everyone
who
is
touched
by
the
recent
tragedy.
Nope
knoxford
so
but
I
think
that
there's
a
lot
of
decisions
being
made
on
this
board
and
elsewhere
that
are
creating
a
lot
of
unnecessary
chaos.
D
And
while
not
all,
chaos
can
be
explained
and
prevented
a
lot
of
it
can
and
I.
Think
one
of
the
root
causes
of
the
chaos
and
I
will
bring
this
to
an
agenda
item
is
that
we
have
forgotten
who
we
really
are,
as
a
man
of
faith.
I
believe
that
we
are
image
bearers.
Men
and
women
bear
the
image
of
God
equally,
but
we
bear
that
image
differently.
We
reflect
that
image
differently.
Women
are
being
made
and
designed
in
to
reflect
God's
Beauty.
D
As
the
last
in
creation.
You
were
the
Pinnacle
of
creation.
You
are
the
prize
to
be
pursued,
you're
not
just
help
mates,
you're,
Warriors
of
relationship
and
as
and
your
as
members
of
the
board,
you
have
a
unique
and
vital
role.
D
Men,
likewise
are
made
in
the
image
of
God,
but
as
women
were
designed
to
reflect,
God's
Beauty
men
were
designed
to
reflect
God's
power
and
where
to
use
that
power
and
the
same
pattern
as
our
creator,
who,
in
Genesis
1,
moved
into
chaos
and
created
order
and
Beauty
in
life,
so
that
we
as
men,
are
to
use
our
power
and
our
authority
to
move
into
the
chaos
of
Life.
The
chaos
of
relationships,
the
chaos
of
politics.
We
are
supposed
to
use
our
power
to
dispel.
B
D
Okay,
I
will
do
that,
so
we
are
not
just
image
bearers,
but
Fallen
image
bearers,
we
destroy
relationships
and
we
use
power.
You
know
poorly
fortunately
well,
in
the
case
of
in
context
of
a
board
meeting.
D
You
know
if
you're
using
if
your
decisions
are
made,
are
informed
by
a
desire
to
follow
the
toe
the
party
line,
as
if
you
will,
regardless
of
its
impact
on
the
community,
you
will
eventually
just
hurt
relationships
and
you
will
you're
misusing
power
and
so
I
think
if
we
remember
who
we
are
our
true
identity
and
lead
from
that
perspective,
instead
of
a
political
identity,
then
I
think
the
decisions
on
this
board
will
be
much
more
chaos
to
spelling
I
guess.
So.
Thank.
R
The
minutes
for
this
meeting
still
do
not
include
for
the
record
the
1874
pages
that
citizens
submitted
at
the
direction
of
the
clerk
that,
as
long
as
they
were
received
by
noon
on
September
3rd.
That's
an
awful
lot
of
people
that
voice
their
opinion
in
writing
in
a
very
short
time
on
a
business
day
by
noon.
R
So
clearly,
the
meeting
was
not
held
in
compliance
with
the
open
meetings,
act
and
I.
Can't
I
find
it
offensive
that
you
try
to
just
vote
it
away.
Instead
of
trying
to
follow
the
laws
that
are
supposed
to
be
in
place,
open
meetings,
Act
is
because
you're
dealing
with
public
money,
it's
our
public
taxpayer,
money
that
you're
making
decisions
upon
that
totally
help
or
destroy
our
communities.
R
It's
that
simple
and
when
you
violate
that
it's
a
violation
of
your
oath
of
officer
and
even
the
meeting
that
was
in
interjected
today
at
4
45
today
it
wasn't
there
the
day
before,
that's
no
notice,
that's
not
appropriate
at
all,
so
I
would
implore
all
ethical
Commissioners
to
reject
this.
It
is
not
okay.
This
is
the
same
I.
Just
can't
even
believe
that
it
was
even
attempted
it
saw
so
audacious,
because
we
any
of
us
that
were
here,
we
know
what
happened
that
day.
We
had
a
lot
of
citizens
completely.
R
R
So
that
is
number
one
Mental
Health
Grants
I
totally
still
am
adamantly
opposed
to
the
fact
that
you
don't
have
proper
accountability
and
I
even
volunteered
to
put
together
their
volunteer
citizen
Council
start
reviewing
I
think
it's
completely
inappropriate
for
United
Way
to
be
administering
the
grants
and
improperly
administering
at
that.
When
the
grant
oversight
committee
had
a
list
of
participants,
there
were
two
extra
that
actually
got
awarded
that
were
not
disclosed
to
the
board.
L
My
name
is
Heather
Smiley
and
I
am
from
Lake
Orion.
There's
a
couple
things
on
this
agenda
that
kind
of
tweak
my
attention
as
she
mentioned
in
regards
to
the
full
board
meeting.
Many
of
us
were
at
dismay
that
the
sprinklers
were
turned
on
us.
Indeed,
when
we
were
voicing
our
opinion,
I
do
see
a
lot
of
this
grant
money.
It
says,
for
you
know,
eligible
students
of
Oakland
County,
but
it
doesn't
necessarily
list
where
it's
residents
excuse
me.
Citizens
I
also
know
that
you've
got
the
airport,
which
is
a
fiasco
in
itself.
L
We
don't
know
who
owns
it.
Where
we're
paying
our
money.
I,
don't
know
who's
Joe's
Automotive
is
who
technically
is
getting
our
checks
of
12
grand
every
month
for
this
particular
location
at
the
Pike
Street
I
feel
that
a
lot
of
this
funding
with
the
you
know,
together,
Coalition
kind
of
thing,
is
really
just
a
way
for
immigration
to
sneak
them
into
our
County.
In
regards
to
the
mask
mandate,
there's
a
bunch
of
who
Nanny
that
went
on
that
particular
meeting
as
far
as
the
computer
is
not
worth
working.
One
vote
was
missing.
L
I
know
one
of
our
Republicans
went
out
for
a
snack,
they'd
snuck
in
a
vote,
so
he
wasn't
even
accounted
for
that's
kind
of
garbage
as
far
as
the
yeah
you're
transparency,
and
that's
just
laughable
really
in
regards
to
that,
it
is
very
difficult
to
keep
up
with
you
guys
when
we
have
a
full-time
job
as
well,
and
then
there
was
one
more
thing
so
much
stuff,
I
disagree
with
I,
don't
think
I
have
enough
time
for
a
lot
of
these
things
help
me
out
what
was
that
last
thing:
oh
yeah
I
think
we
covered
the
sheriffs
because
we
got
the
three
years.
L
I
was
a
little
concerned,
though,
when
I
was
in
the
meeting
prior,
that
it's
three
years
but
possibly
can
be
reduced
with
a
meeting,
I
I
think
we
still
need
to
figure
out
the
end.
Details
in
regards
to
that
I
feel
funding.
Our
sheriffs
is
very
important.
L
My
heart
goes
out
to
you,
know
your
community
to
my
community
as
well.
My
children
lost
friends
actually
in
Oxford
because
of
this
I
really
think
we
need
to
step
it
up
as
far
as
people
as
far
as
parents.
As
far
as
individuals,
I
think,
with
the
Dei
that's
being
brought
into
our
school,
there
are
three
and
three
things
that
need
to
be
brought
back
and
it's
God.
If
we
actually
abide
by
the
Lord
Love
Thy
Neighbor
honor,
their
parents
treat
others
as
they
would
like
to
be
respected.
L
As
they'd
like
to
be
treated
I'm,
a
Native
American
Seventh
Generation
Grandma
fought
to
free.
My
people
grew
up
in
Detroit
20
years.
It
is
not
a
race
issue.
It's
a
class
issue.
I
was
treated
like
crap
because
of
where
I
live
because
of
the
color,
my
skin,
in
schools.
Things
of
that
nature,
I
think.
If
we
just
get
down
to
the
fundamental
value
that
people
and
humans,
we
all
have
the
same
needs
and
wants
and
that's
to
be
happy
respected,
have
great
things
for
their
kids.
L
S
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
so
I
just
thought:
Mike,
Steger,
Berkeley
item
12T,
so
I
thought
with
Karen
and
then
Heather
said
was
very
effective.
S
I
mean
some
of
the
most
eloquent
and
detailed
comments
to
a
public
body
holding
things
accountable.
So
so
that's
that's
the
I
guess
the
help
mental
health
initiative,
and
so
on.
You
know
it's
a
big
difference.
This
meeting
between
that
one,
an
urgent
meeting
to
kind
of
rake
the
sheriffs
over
you
know,
nitty-gritty
details
being
counting
I,
don't
know
we're
bringing
Grover
norquist
and
the
dev
into
the
Democratic
parties
to
me
a
little
funny.
S
You
guys
can
have
them
if
you
want
them
so
the
you
know,
your
approach
to
mental
health
may
be
completely
opposite
to
mine.
So
if
you're
going
to
bring
in
a
bunch
of
psychiatrists
that
are
gonna
pop
pills
at
kids
or
or
try
to
deal
with
these
violence
issue,
I
think
you've
got
a
completely
fraudulent
diagnosis.
S
The
biggest
crisis
in
the
planet
today
the
biggest
crisis
facing
mankind
today,
which
is
what
children
think
about
it's
there
I'll
give
you
two
I'll,
give
you
one
guess
and
it's
not
covered,
and
it's
not
climate
change.
It's
actually
the
fertility
rate
it's
collapsing,
it's
collapsing.
The
biggest
crisis
is,
we
are
facing
not
enough
human
beings
on
this
planet
for
the
future.
Think
about
that
I'm
not
kidding
it's
very
real,
it's
collapsing
in
most
industrial
places,
including
all
over
Asia.
Okay.
So
what
does
that
mean?
It
means.
S
S
Are
you
allowing
this
idea
that
the
problem
is
overpopulation
implicitly
by
saying
there's
too
much
energy
or
industry?
We
got
a
shutdown.
We
got
to
build
these
ridiculous
windmills,
it's
ridiculous!
It's
a
complete
scientific
fraud,
but
if
you
push
that
for
decades,
which
it
has
been,
it's
a
cult,
it's
a
death
cult.
S
It's
pushing
depopulation
of
the
problem
of
overpopulation
when
the
real
problem
is
under
population,
and
then
you
introduce
a
new
fear
right
that
you
couldn't
scare
kids
enough
paper
bags.
Plastic
bags
paper
bags,
plastic
bags,
paper
straws.
This
is
Bizarro,
behavioral,
manipulation
Bizarro,
but
now
that
doesn't
seem
to
be
working
because
people
like
people,
they
like
their
families,
they
want
to
grow,
they
want
to
develop,
they
want
to
create
jobs,
they
want
to
do
something.
Then
you
introduce
covid
and
you're.
Scaring
the
kids
to
death,
masks,
don't
work.
Bangladesh
study,
complete
fraud
doesn't
work.
S
S
B
B
B
Sufficient
number
vote
in
the
firmative
the
items
of
the
consent
agenda
are
adopted
unanimously.
This
will
bring
us
to
the
regular
agenda.
First
up,
I
will
call
well
actually
I
was
going
to
call
on
economic
development
and
infrastructure
committee,
chair,
William,
Miller,
but
I
believe
all
those
items
were
taken
up
under
the
consent
agenda.
B
C
O
Evening,
everyone,
the
I'm
for
the
finance
committee,
I.
C
H
B
The
resolve
of
the
Rafaella
case
I
think
what
you're
talking
about
that
this
is
actually
separate
litigation
that
is
related
to
other
properties
that
were
are
not
part
of
the
rafaeli
case,
so
I
believe
I
mean
it
involves.
Lawyers
I
believe
that
involve
lawyer
fees,
that
are
would
be
part
of
this,
but
we
haven't,
we
haven't
settled
into
an
arrangement.
Yet
this
sets
the
money
aside
that
we
could
be
able
to
you
to
be
to
pay
such
a
settlement.
If
we
can
reach
it.
B
Right
these
are,
these
are
cases
that
are
part
of
the
foreclosure
instances,
but
they're
the
ones
that
opted
out
of
the
rafaeli
class
action
suit
right,
but.
C
They
filed
lawsuits
I'm
curious
to
know,
does
the
county
have
to
pay
above
and
beyond,
for
the
attorney
fees
or
of
the
two
million
250
000
of
these
people
receiving
back
because
it,
the
Supreme
Court,
ruled
it's
a
taking
when
they
foreclosed
on
them
for
their
property
tax
I'm,
just
wondering
if
there's
an
amount
above
and
beyond
this
for
the
attorneys
or
is
they're
gonna,
the
attorneys
will
their
fee
will
come
out
of
the
2
million
two
hundred
fifty
thousand.
B
You
want
to
come
up
I
think
we've
got
Chief
Deputy
Hillary
Chambers
here
that
can
more
directly
answer
that
question.
C
L
C
O
F
B
C
Is
basically
to
set
aside
five
million
dollars
from
the
general
fund
in
the
category
of
non-economic
budget
risks,
five
million
dollars
to
a
new
fund
to
be
used
for
Oakland,
County's,
Oxford
response.
C
And
that
is
being
set
aside
as
an
assignment
at
this
point
in
time,
four
million
four
hundred
thousand
dollars
is
being
set
aside
and
assigned
for
that.
Six
hundred
thousand
dollars
is
being
appropriated
tonight
by
this
resolution
for
the
prosecutor's
office
to
have
some
security
and
temporary
emergency
Personnel
expenditures.
So
we
will
be
appropriating
600
000
of
the
five
million
tonight
and
setting
aside
the
other
four
million
four
hundred
thousand
dollars
to
be
worked
out
in
the
next
few
weeks
in
more
detail.
C
But
I
just
want
to
say
this
I
want
everybody
on
the
commission
and
everybody
listening.
It
is
absolutely
Our
intention
to
provide
whatever
we
need
to
do
to
support
the
Oxford
Community.
B
Moved
by
commissioner
Markham,
supported
by
commissioner
Spitz
I
mean
I'll
just
comment:
I
know
that
there's
been
a
lot
of
work
to
figure
out
the
additional
capacity
the
prosecutor
needs
to
do
her
job
to
ensure
Justice
is
is
held.
A
lot
of
other
work
is
being
done
to
reach
out
to
see
what
additional
Community
needs
is
required.
B
Other
departments
have
pooled
together
and
that
4.4
million
dollars
I
the
finance
chair
will
be
convening
the
finance
committee
very
quickly
to
deliberate
on
that
map
out
the
plan
for
that
money
and
I
would
just
say,
expect
a
special
committee
meeting
before
the
end
of
the
year
to
appropriate
those
dollars
so
that
those
resources
are
available
to
be
spent
as
soon
as
possible,
and
the
six
hundred
thousand
dollars
is
enough
to
I
mean
get
those
things
in
motion
and
we
will
saddle
up
in
that
I
mean
I.
B
H
Yes,
thank
you.
Mr,
chair
I
would
also
like
to
make
a
request
to
this
commission
and
or
to
the
administration.
If
we
can
put
a
request
into
the
federal
government
to
see
if
we
can
potentially
reallocate
or
get
an
exemption
from
for
coven
monies
and
or
Arbor
Monies
to
be
used
for
this
versus
us
having
to
take
it
out
of
our
general
fund.
So
I'd
like
to
make
that
request.
Okay,.
B
H
I
think
guide
house
is
a
good
start,
but
I
would,
like
you
know,
to
use
some
of
our
political
I'm
going
to
call
it
leverage
for
lack
of
a
better
term
at
this
point
to
put
some
calls
into
our
congresswoman
women,
men,
our
Senators
and
potentially
President
Biden-
to
get
some
type
of
exception
on
this.
Certainly.
F
B
Sufficient
number
voting
the
affirmative.
The
amendment
is
adopted.
That
brings
us
back
to
the
main
motion.
Is
there
any
further
discussion
on
the
year-end
report,
which
concludes
really
the
first
quarter
of
our
fiscal
year?
How
does
Mr
cabal
s
see
no
further
discussion?
R
A
B
This
will
move
us
to
the
legislative
affairs
and
government
operations
committee
and
I
will
call
on
The
Honorable.
Commissioner
Kristen
Nelson.
E

I
agree:
any
further
discussion
see
none
Madam
clerk.
Please
prompt
the
vote
on
the
confirmation
of
Mr
Joss.
L
All
right
is
this
a
new
position
or
is
it
a
replay,
a
rehire,
a
replacement.
B
It
is
a
it
is
the
department,
the
exact
the
director
appointment
of
the
Oakland
County
Office
of
Public
Communication.
So
it
is
a
new
position
of
a
department
that
we
created
I.
F
B
A
division
number
voting
in
the
affirmative,
the
confirmation
is
confirmed-
the
appointment
is
confirmed.
Excuse
me,
commissioner,
Nelson
I
think
for
the
final
item.
E
Thank
you
chairman.
The
last
item
is
a
report
from
the
legislative
affairs
in
government
operations
committee,
which
states
the
legislative
and
government
operations
committee
having
reviewed
the
vacancies
for
the
boards
and
commissions
here
mentioned,
recommends
The
Filling
of
the
following
vacancies.
The
first
vacancy
is
Area
Agency
on
Aging,
which
is
a
two-year
term
ending
on
12,
31
23
and
the
individuals
run
mortgage
board
investor,
older
adult
representation
or
represent
representative
I'm.
Sorry.
E
The
second
appointment
is
the
Oakland
County
building
authority,
which
is
a
three-year
term
which
ends
on
12,
31
2024,
and
that
person
is
Eric
McPherson
and
the
last
Parks
and
Recreation
Commission,
which
are
three-year
terms.
We
have
two
individuals:
Amanda
Herzog
for
the
citizen,
member
with
the
term
ending
of
December
31st
2022
and
Ebony
Bagley,
a
citizen
member
and
Yolanda
Charles
as
a
Board
of
Commissioners
member
and
those
terms
are
ending
on
12
31,
2024.
Mr,
chair,
I,
move
the
acceptance
of
the
foregoing
report.

Very
much
that
will

us
to
the
public
health

committee
and
I
will

on
commissioner
lubes.
B
I

Second,
just
one
second:
here
there
will
be
no
Amendment
yeah,
there's
an
amendment
in
the
packet,
but
I,
don't
believe
the
amendment
is
going
to
be
offered
so
we'll
just
we
just
have
the
motion
before
so.
I

did
all
right.

Yes
and
I

it
also.
The
amendment
also
increases
the

L
Just
wondered:
did
Haven
ask
for
the
increase,
or
are
we
just
giving
an
increase
for
it?
I
mean
I
know
it's
very
important,
but
I
want
to
make
sure
that
they
came
to
us
in
the
45
000
and
wanted
to
renew
the
contract,
and
then
did
they
ask
for
more
monies.
Yes,.
B
To
that,
commissioner,
there's
been
a
number
of
conversation,
Haven
is
I,
mean
sadly,
expecting
an
increase
in
sexual
assault
and
the
need
of
these
exams.
There
hasn't
been
an
increase
for
the
reimbursement
rate
per
exam,
so
moving
it
from
250
to
275
helps
do
that
and
this
allows
us
to
gauge
is
this
is
a
cap,
so
we
we
pay
275,
it
would
pay
275
per
exam
and
then
and
the
report
on
it
regularly
and
if
it
is
exhausted
and
then
we
might
have
further
conversations,
but.
O
You
Mr
chair
I
just
wanted
to
qualify
that.
G
The
wording
that
you
talked
about
the
250
up
to
275
is
that
text
that
I
should
be
seeing
in
this
resolution,
or
is
that
captured
in
that
65
000.
B
G
B
So,
by
increasing
the
amount
I
mean
I
guess
we
could
I
mean
I,
don't
see
it
spelled
out
in
here.
Corporation
Council
is
going
to
renegotiate
the
account
and
redevelop
the
account
it
would
be
in
the
actual
contract
itself
on
the
rate
of
reimbursement,
which
is
currently
225
dollars,
I'm,
confident
that
it'll
be
able
to
be
reflected
in
that.
H
B
The
date
of
the
request,
I
mean
I,
know
I
personally
participate
in
a
conversation
trying
to
come
up
with
an
amount.
That's
I
mean
comfortable
with
I
mean
it's
been
brought,
I
believe
it
was
discussed
in
committee.
Commissioner
Covell,
can
you
enlighten
our
colleagues.
F
Yeah,
so
thank
you,
commissioner
Spitz
great
question
so
back
in
I
believe
it
was
October.
F
This
came
before
phns
committee
and
in
the
board
packet
they
gave
us
information
that
showed
that
there
was
an
increase
month
over
month
on
assaults
and
intimate
partner,
violence,
incidences
and
rapes
that
needed
to
be
examed,
and
so,
as
a
part
of
that
when
they
were
giving
their
presentation,
they
said
that
the
45
000
that
the
county
has
been
giving
them
for
the
last
three
years
was
nice,
but
that
they've
seen
a
huge
increase
since
covid
and
that
they
don't
see
that
subsiding
anytime
soon.
F
So
that
was
back
in
committee
where
they
noted
that
they,
you
know
that
there's
an
increase
in
need
and
demand
for
their
services
and
then
follow-on
conversations
happened
and
part
of
what
they
need.
Money
for
is
just
to
draw
a
little
too
deep
for
you.
If
this
is
but
each
exam
cost
roughly
1000
425
dollars,
the
state
offers
one
thousand
dollars
in
reimbursement.
The
county
offers
225
in
reimbursement
and
then
they
fill
in
the
Gap.
But
those
rates
are
all
automatically
behind
the
demand
because
it
is
a
reimbursement.
F
So
what
they've
seen
is
since
covet
has
increased
their
numbers
from
something
like
200
exams
need
to
be
done
to
know
what
they're
expecting
to
need
is
325
exams
need
to
be
done
this
coming
year,
they're
they're
falling
into
a
Lurch,
so
this
is
to
help
reset
this
contract
that
has
not
been
increased
in
several
years.
B
Thank
you,
commissioner,
and
I
may
just
add
that
this
is
a
this
is
not
a
grant.
This
is
a
fee
for
service.
This
is
a
reimbursement
of
a
partial
port,
a
partial
part
of
the
total
cost
of
the
forensic
exam
that
has
virtually
a
hundred
percent
conviction
rate
I
mean
a
law
enforcement
piece.
Commissioner,.
H
B
F
Just
yeah
I
just
wanted
to
say,
especially
since
Hillary
Chambers
is
or
was
in
the
room.
It
was
really
fun
working
with
her
and
the
team
and
I
appreciate
and
applaud.
Commissioner
chair
Woodward
on
helping
Shepherd
this
through
so
I
appreciate
the
teamwork
that
we
all
had.
This
was
this
was
very
worthy
and
I.
You
know
thank
you
for
making
the
time.
F
F
J

Sufficient

That
brings
us
to
the
main

which
was
the

with
Haven
to
provide
these
the
sexual

the
the

by
commissioner.
F
Yeah
I
just
wanted
to
say,
Big
shout
out
to
the
sheriff's
deputies
at
the
jail
who
I
spent
a
shift
with
over
a
night
on
a
Saturday
and
major
Childs
and
undersheriff
McCabe
for
helping
me
organize
spending
a
dozen
hours
with
them
and
then
also
the
ride
along
I
did
in
Pontiac
with
the
deputies
there,
because
it
opened
my
eyes
to
seeing
how
overtime
is
this
big
beast
so,
whatever
we
can
do
to
help
with
that
I'm
on
favor
of.
F
B
Sufficient
number
voting
affirmative
the
resolution
is
adopted.
That
leaves
one
left.
B
Yeah
so.
G
I
just
want
to
make
note
here
we
have
a
whole
new
mayor
and
Council
coming
in
in
the
new
year,
January
1.
and
I
have
had
past
discussions
with
our
current
Council.
There
are
some
things
that
they
were
concerned
with
in
that
contract
and
I,
don't
even
know
if
they're
going
to
pass
theirs
for
before
12
31..
G
So,
even
though
we
are
in
support
of
it
as
a
commission
today,
that's
why
we're
voting
I
just
wanted
to
put
that
on
note
that
that
new
Council
and
mayor
probably
will
try
to
discuss
things
moving
forward
and
I
just
wanted
to
put
that
on
all
our
notes,
and
it
was
asked
from
the
current
Council
and
the
future
Council
and
the
future
mayor
that
I
addressed
that
in
my
comments
tonight.
So
they
want
a
contract
they're
not
against,
but
they
want
to
discuss
certain
things
in
it.
B
Great
thank
you,
commissioner
Poway
commissioner
Nelson.
G
As
of
right
now,
I'm,
not
gonna,
I,
don't
want
to
do
that.
I
want
to
leave
everything
as
is
I
got
you
I'm
gonna
leave
everything
as
he
is
I
just
wanted
to
duly
note,
because
again,
when
we
were
in
committee,
I
asked
if
the
municipality
has
any
questions
moving
forward
because
of
the
changes
that's
going
on,
we
will
let
them
handle
it,
but
I
just
they
all
wanted
me
to
put
that
on
record.
G
G
You
for
asking
commissioner.
J
Thank
you,
Mr,
chair
I,
just
want
to
support
commissioner
Powell's
statements,
but
what
we're
doing
is
adopting
a
contract
language
from
the
County's
perspective
that
the
individual
municipality
I'm,
assuming
will
take
a
vote
of
their
Council
and
we'll
have
to
choose
to
enter
it
before
the
contract
becomes
binding
in
any
form
or
fashion,
so
I
mean
I,
think
they
have
the
ability
to
discuss
and
and
work
through
their
items
with
the
sheriffs
I
support.
Commissioner
Powell's
position,
it
makes
total
sense
to
me.
B
All
right
seeing
no
further
discussion,
Madam
clerk,
please
prompt
the
vote.
F
B
A
sufficient
number
voting
in
the
affirmative.
The
resolution
is
adopted,
commissioner
loops
all
right.
Thank
you,
commissioner.
Probably
the
longest
list
ever
all
right,
that'll
move
us
to
reports
of
reports
of
special
committees.
There
is
none
special
order:
business,
none
unfinished
business.
There
is
none
new.
C
Admissions
business
Mr
chairman
I'd,
like
commissioner
Moss.
D
Thank
you,
I'd
like
to
return
to
the
issue
that
I
brought
up
at
the
beginning
of
the
meeting
about
the
qualifications
under
the
open
meetings,
act
or
the
participation
of
commissioner
Cavell.
If
you
think
it
would
be
best
to
do
that
at
this
point
or
in
public
comment,
a
defer
to
your
judgment.
B
B
I
think
one
announcement
that
I'll
make
that
as
a
board,
we
will
need
to
schedule
a
special
another
special
board
meeting
so
that
we
can
appropriate
the
monies
that
we
set
aside
in
the
resolution
in
the
year-end
report
to
ensure
that
all
our
departments,
especially
the
prosecutor's
office,
has
all
the
resources
that
it
needs
to
move
forward,
so
be
looking
for
that,
hopefully
we'll
have
that
scheduled
no
later
than
Monday
and
we'll
work
at
a
time
that
works
for
everybody.
Any
other
announcements
see
none.
B
This
will
bring
us
to
the
second
public
comment
of
the
evening.
I'll
start
with
the
one
person
I
had
here
and
I'll
go
through
this
list.
This
is
an
opportunity
from
any
member
of
the
public.
Actually
I'll
come
back
to
the
order.
I'll
start
to
speak
on
any
topic,
Under
the
Sun.
We
ask
that
you
keep
again
your
comments
to
three
minutes.
Please
direct
your
comments
to
me.
This
is
our
practice
that
we
don't
engage
in
Q
a,
but
we
want
to
afford
every
everyone
the
opportunity
to
address
this
board.
B
We
have
a
clock
up
here
to
help
keep
the
timer.
If
you
hit
your
three
minutes,
we
will
kindly
ask
you
to
wrap
up
your
comments
so
that
everybody
can
speak.
I'm
gonna
call
on
commissioner
Moss
first
and
then
I
will
move
to
Ms
Williams.
Commissioner
Moss.
D
Thank
you,
Mr
chairman
I'm,
looking
at
the
open
meetings,
act
which
is
MCL,
15,
263
I'm,
looking
specifically
at
section
23
about
the
I
believe
the
circumstances
under
which
a
board
member
can
participate
remotely
I
think
the
pertinent
section
says
establish
following
procedures
to
accommodate
the
absence
of
any
member
or
the
public
body
due
to
military
duty,
a
medical
condition
or,
and
it's
a
very
long
paragraph
about
Statewide
or
local
state
of
emergency
disaster.
D
Etc
I,
don't
think
it
applies.
I
understand
that
you
know
there
are
members
of
us.
Who've
had
medical
conditions
and
they've
disclosed
it,
and
you
know
they
perfectly
perfectly
acceptable.
D
I
would
like
to
wonder
what
the
medical
condition
is
of
commissioner
Cavell
and
the
reason
why
is
that
there
have
been
a
number
of
votes
that
have
been
decided
by
one
and
I
would
certainly
hate
for
the
actions
to
be
invalidated,
as
a
violation
of
the
open
meetings
act
that
we
would
have
to
maybe
redo
another
redo,
our
vote
as
we
have
already
redone
the
vote
tonight.
I'll
have
to
redo
that
one
as
well
so
I'm
requesting
the
specific
medical
condition
that
necessitates
the
remote
participation
of
commissioner
Cavell.
Thank
you.
Thank.
B
You
very
much
for
your
request,
we'll
be
working
with
with
Corporation
Council
to
assure
that
we
are
in
compliance
with
a
reason
for
someone
meeting
remotely.
B
I
got
commissioner
Williams,
commissioner
William
Melissa
Williams.
E
Hello,
my
name
is
Melissa
Williams
and
I'm
from
West
Bloomfield
good
evening.
Commissioners,
as
you
may
or
may
not
have
heard,
federal
courts
have
ruled
all
OSHA
and
CMS
mandates
to
be
illegally
promulgated,
therefore,
are
not
enforceable.
E
County
Health
Department
that
is
enforcing
these
overreaching
and
unconstitutional
mandates
as
putting
themselves
at
serious
risk
of
liability,
as
they
are
100
percent
liable
for
any
illness,
injury,
death
or
damages
that
happens
to
any
individual
as
a
result
of
workplace
mandates,
and
they
do
not
have
a
legal
defense
for
enforcing
mandates
that
have
been
ruled
to
be
a
violation
of
an
individual's
constitutionally
protected
rights
and
liberties.
Commissioners
I
did
not
come
to
just
complain
or
bring
a
grievance.
I
also
came
to
bring
a
solution
tonight.
E
Administrative
Professionals,
like
those
in
the
education
sector
or
the
County
Health
Department,
have
the
ability
to
have
their
exposures
reduced
if
the
school
systems
would
Implement
engineering
controls
through
dilution
and
destruction.
Technologies
an
example
would
be
the
installation
of
a
product
called
the
iWave
air,
an
eye
air
ionizer,
which
is
installed
on
a
facility's
HVAC
system.
This
engineering
control
can
kill
up
to
96
percent
of
pathogens,
allergens
mold
viruses
like
covid-19.
It
is
to
be
installed
in
numerous.
E
It
can
be
installed
in
numerous
businesses,
schools,
prisons
around
the
country
and,
as
already
being
done
any
decisions
regarding
Financial
spending
in
the
pandemic
response
committee
this
morning,
we're
based
on
current,
ineffective
and
some
illegal
covid
protocols.
Some
of
the
Staffing
crisis
and
increased
spending
are
because
of
these
protocols.
E
We
as
citizens
of
Oakland
County,
would
like
to
request
that
an
industrial
hygienist
of
the
Public's
choice,
court
appointed
and
certified
in
PPE
an
expert
in
the
analysis
of
the
hierarchy
of
controls,
actual
PPE
experts
come
to
the
county
and
audit
what
we
are
doing
in
response
to
the
pandemic
and
determine
whether
we,
what
we
actually
need
and
what
we're
going
to
spend
money
on
I,
have
thought
out
two
such
PPE
experts,
and
they
have
been
involved
in
court
cases
around
the
country.
They
were
also
involved
in
this
federal
case.
E
One
is
from
the
military
and
one
is
from
the
industrial
complex
and
they
have
20
plus
years
of
experience,
I'm
happy
to
refer.
You
and
I
have
their
numbers.
We
request
that
an
Oakland
County
and
also
in
the
Oakley
County
Commission,
that
we
would
have
a
consultation
with
the
American
Frontline
doctors
who,
over
the
course
of
the
pandemic
last
year,
on
the
for
on
the
front
lines
and
have
developed
effective
preventative
protocols,
as
well
as
effective
and
successful
treatments
for
coven
19..
E
M
Okay,
I'm
Maria
from
Birmingham
I'm,
quite
fed
up
with
the
obsession
over
the
scandemic
and
with
the
fauci
manufactured
covet.
It's
time
to
all
of
you,
stop
this
diatribe
and
do
something
about
the
real
problems
in
our
County
Schools.
You
spend
so
much
time
and
money
to
push
the
clot
shot
and
mask
our
children.
We
have
much
bigger
problems
that
should
be
addressed
right
away,
you're
feeling
the
children
of
Oakland
County
in
a
very
big
way.
Your
commission
sets
an
example
for
the
rest
of
the
county.
M
Sadly,
my
school
district,
Birmingham
Public
School
certainly
follows
your
lead,
pushing
liberalism
and
getting
government
money
over
the
safety
and
well-being
of
our
children.
Cell
phone
towers
are
all
over
the
high
school
grounds,
despite
the
fact
that
5G
Towers
can
cause
physical
harm
to
people.
The
district
does
that
for
money.
Instead
of
preventing
the
exposure
to
our
kids,
my
son
had
to
read
a
book
in
his
English
class
on
an
intimate
relationship
between
two
boys
that
fall
in
love.
M
I
just
found
three
books
on
the
newly
added
list
at
his
high
schools,
library
that
include
topics
of
homosexuality,
transgenderism
and
social
justice.
When
the
law
doesn't
work,
the
bullying
is
so
bad
in
our
school
that
I
had
to
move
my
son
to
another
school.
To
get
away
from
the
bully
Administration
would
do
nothing
about.
In
fact,
I
was
told
by
the
school
that
no
one
is
bullying.
M
Your
son
I
removed
him
from
that
school,
and
two
days
later,
my
son
was
stocked,
followed
and
chased
in
downtown
Birmingham
by
the
same
bully
and
three
of
his
friends.
They
picked
him
up,
carried
him
to
the
back
of
a
parking
lot
behind
a
building
and
assaulted
him.
My
son
does
not
feel
safe
in
school
and
I
found
out
that
just
this
week,
that
particular
bully
was
transferred
to
my
son's
High
School.
M
There
is
not
equal
treatment
of
all
students
in
school
if
you're,
a
certain
ethnicities,
you're
permitted,
more
latitude
and
what
you
say
and
do
that's
harmful
to
others,
and
punishments
are
less
or
non-existent.
My
son
with
a
learning
disability
was
called
Stupid
Daily
by
a
student
in
his
class
and
was
called
a
stupid
cracker
in
another
class.
Both
students
were
of
different
ethnicities,
so
no
bullying,
so
no
building
was
permitted.
I'm.
M
M
That's
when
he
was
president
of
the
United
States.
This
was
two
and
a
half
years
ago.
This
is
what's
going
on
in
our
schools.
I've
decided
to
remove
my
son
from
your
government
and
doctrination
Center
for
Children.
Your
indignation
has
caused
emotional
and
physical
harm
to
my
child,
and
your
actions
play
a
role
in
this.
You
have
no
clue
what
goes
on
on
our
schools
and
because
you
were
worried
about
pushing
your
covid
scam,
harmful
inoculations
and
masks
and
liberal
ideologies.
You're,
sadly
Off
the
Mark.
Here
your
actions
are
so
blatant
and
wrong.
M
You've
definitely
woken
up.
The
sleeping
giant.
More
of
us
parents
are
opening
our
eyes
every
day
and
recognizing
the
harm
you're
doing
to
our
kids.
We
may
be
just
parents,
but
we
are
fierce,
especially
when
it
comes
to
protecting
our
children.
I
just
want
to
leave
you
with
one
thought:
you
are
at
the
trailer
park
and
we
are
the
tornado.
T
Bobby
rube
Oxford
I,
want
to
say:
I
lived
most
of
my
life
growing
up
in
a
trailer
park
and
I
feared
tornadoes.
T
All
that
to
say,
I
did
survive.
Thankfully,
but
yeah
man
I,
don't
know
what
to
say.
I
just
feel
like
I
need
to
be
here
tonight.
It's
been
a
long
tiring
week,
as
Mr
Spitz
said
been
in
the
trenches
a
lot
this
past
week,
just
trying
to
help
people-
and
you
know,
if
you
guys
remember
the
last
time
I
spoke
I
was
I-
was
just
saying
you
guys
just
listen
to
the
parents.
T
I
think
the
time
before
that
I
tried
to
talk
about
Crossing
these
aisles
a
little
bit
and
I
guess
the
only
thing
I
can
think
of
right
now
is
we
just
have
to
set
aside
the
politics
stuff.
Look
the
the
the
trauma
that
occurred
in
Oxford,
High
School
can
happen
anywhere
it
didn't.
It
wasn't
about
race,
it
wasn't
about
gender,
it
wasn't
about
politics,
it
was
about
nothing
other
than
just
hate,
and
you
know:
I,
just
I've
got
cousins
in
that
school.
I
have
friends
and
family
that
work
in
those
schools.
T
About
the
same
time,
he
received
the
text,
messages
and
calls
I
was
it
was
105
p.m.
I
got
a
text
from
my
wife
saying
that
there
was
kids
hiding
under
desks
fearing
for
their
lives,
that
there
was
an
active
shooter
and
all
I
could
think
of.
Is
my
little
children
and
and
just
and
I
know
that's
kind
of
selfish
of
me,
but
man.
This
is
a
reality
for,
for
whatever
reason
you
know,
and
it
can
happen
anywhere
and
all
I
can
say
we.
T
You
know
we're
going
to
this
Christmas
season,
as
Mr
Spitz
said
as
well,
we
should
be
joyful,
we
should
be
coming
together,
I
mean,
if
you
look
at
what
Oxford
that
just
it's
become
the
city
on
the
hill
of
just
the
outpouring
of
love
and
all
the
people.
It
doesn't
matter,
we
I
don't
ask
politics
or
or
age
or
gender
or
or
race
religion.
Anything
like
that.
It's
do.
You
need
help.
Yes
and
I
love
you
and
I'm
going
to
help
you
and
we
just
need
to,
and
you
guys
are
kind
of
the
leaders
right.
T
The
elected
leaders
in
this
County
and-
and
you
guys
are
the
ones
that
kind
of
pave
the
way
for
that
I
mean
we've
been
trying.
We
have
different
things
that
we
have.
You
know
agenda
items
that
we
care
a
lot
about
and
we're
asking
guys
to
listen
to
those
things.
We've
been
talking
about
mental
health
for
months
we've
been
talking
about
all
these
different
things
for
months.
Unfortunately,
we've
dealt
with
the
worst
of
it
and-
and
you
know,
I
hope
that
it
doesn't
happen
ever
again.
T
I
hope
that
there's
something
we
can
do
to
prevent
it
I,
don't
know
that
we
can.
To
be
honest,
it's
just
extremely
unfortunate
that
it
happened
to
my
people,
my
friends,
my
family
and
I
hope,
and
that
you
guys
never
never
have
to
experience
what
I
went
through
that
day.
Friday
night
I
was
there
at
the
the
vigil
as
well.
T
I
had
my
little
kids,
all
I
could
do
was
just
tell
them
to
lay
down
and
stay
still,
while
thousands
of
people
were
rushing
at
us
and
I
went
and
made
sure
everything
was
okay
and
I
came
back
and
looked
at
my
son,
and
he
just
had
tears
in
his
eyes
and
I
dealt
all
night
with
students
that
the
one
girl
I
want.
You
guys
to
think
of
this
and
I'll
be
done.
This
girl
is
a
high
school
student.
T
C
I'm
Gerald
Riley
from
Waterford
I
want
to
thank
you
for
letting
the
previous
gentleman
finish.
This
statement
in
the
minutes
allotted
to
me,
Mr
Woodward
I,
would
like
to
focus
on
one
subject
and
that
is
this
Board
of
Commissioners
under
your
direction
regarding
covet
of
the
vaccine,
I've
been
following
the
vaccine
issue
for
months
now.
C
So
it
would
be
fair
for
me
to
make
a
statement
that
you
and
your
commission
is
in
favor
of
a
vaccine
mandate
and
in
favor
of
medical
discrimination.
I
know
you
can't
answer
these
questions
or
statements,
but
if
this
is
not
your
stand,
please
let
us
know,
because
these
are
the
talking
points
that
I
will
be
using
when
I
campaign.
For
you,
it
doesn't
make
much
sense
what
is
happening
in
this
country,
state,
county
and
the
world.
C
We
have
been
subjected
globally
to
a
man-altered
virus
that
has
been
designed
to
eliminate
the
elderly
and
people
with
severe
comorbidities
40
years
ago.
I.
Remember
a
man
speaking
that
there
will
come
a
time
when
our
country
will
be
willing
to
do
a
thing
called
euthanasia,
basically
killing
the
old
people.
C
I
can
understand
communist
China,
eliminating
millions
of
the
elderly
population,
the
non-productive
people,
the
drain
on
the
economy,
but
I
am
stunned
to
see
this
happening
in
this
country.
Yes,
covid-19
is
real,
people
have
died
and
it
is
contagious,
but
when
99.8
percent
of
this
survive
this
virus
and
our
government
bans
known
and
proven
cures
for
the
virus,
there
is
something
wrong
with
this
picture.
C
Then
our
government
puts
out
a
vaccine
alleged
vaccine
that
is
supposed
to
make
everything
right,
a
vaccine
that
doesn't
even
work
what's
happening
in
New
York
I,
don't
want
to
happen
here.
The
mayor
of
New
York
Mia
de
Blasio
has
put
out
a
vaccine
mandate
where
184
000
private
sector
employers
must
get
vaccinated.
C
All
workers
must
get
vaccinated
and
children
under
five
and
above
must
get
vaccinated
just
to
go
into
a
restaurant
and
I
need
to
quote
from
Dr
Zeke
Emmanuel
one
of
billies
Blasio's
counterparts
quote
getting
the
unvaccinated
vaccinated
is
critical
to
us
getting
control.
We
know
they
won't
do
it
voluntarily,
unquote,
just
because
70
percent
of
Oakland
County
may
be
vaccinated,
it
doesn't
mean
70
percent
agree
with
any
Mandate
of
the
vaccines.
Please
rethink
your
view
on
the
vaccine
issue.
B
K
Let
me
start
by
saying
that
I
am
moved
by
the
motion
in
the
room
tonight,
but
to
get
to
the
point
then
comes
the
great
disconnect,
and
that
was
the
very
thing
that
this
gentleman
was
just
discussing
that
you're
wearing
a
steamroll
over
all
the
evidence.
So
enormous.
You
know,
as
though
you
don't
even
hear
any
of
this
said
before
you.
Essentially
our
words
fall
on
deaf
ears.
There
is
no
accountability.
K
There
will
be
another
way
to
go
at
this
if
we
can't
do
it
this
way,
When
I,
Was
Here
a
month
ago,
by
the
way
my
name
is
Moe
Winkler
Prince
I,
live
in
Troy
I
wrote
a
large
draft
that
I
had
to
re-edit
because
of
the
three-minute
rule.
I
was
hoping
to
ask
for
forgiveness,
but
when
I
saw
it,
it
wasn't
possible.
K
Commissioner
Woodward
invited
me
to
send
him
an
email
which
I
did
the
email
asked
again
for
five
minutes.
Instead
of
three
minutes.
You
merely
said
that
the
three
minute
time
allowance
had
been
in
place
for
years
and
that
it
was
ample
time
to
make
one's
point
all
right,
I'll,
let
that
go
for
now.
That's
it
for
another
time.
K
K
The
risk
of
mortality
for
that
age
group
as
good
as
nil
and
besides
there
is
no
emergency
use
authorization
for
almost
half
a
year
now
and
the
last
month
when
I
was
here,
you
may
or
may
not
have
noticed
somebody
placed
it
wasn't
me,
but
a
lady
here
placed
information
revealing
that
that
the
emergency
use
authorization
was
nullified
by
the
National
Institutes
of
Health
recognition
of
ivermectin
as
an
accepted
protocol
against
covid
under
emergency
use.
Authorization
rules
when
there
is
no
other
recourse
than
the
vaccinations
are
permissible.
K
This
matter
is
so
upsetting
to
me
that
I
can
barely
keep
my
composure
and
forgive
me
for
the
lapses
here.
I
know
times
are
wasting
I
thought
I
had
it
all
under
control
here,
as
far
as
the
order
of
things,
but
all
right.
A
month
ago,
no
early,
this
fall
perhaps
late
summer
a
woman
in
Illinois
went
before
the
school
board
and
she
pointed
out
for
another
time.
K
All
right
she
pointed
out
that
there
was
a
sir
and
you
got
to
wrap
up
your
point.
All
right,
I
will
yeah
a
strong
money
trail
that
had
infiltrated
the
scoreboard
system,
revealing
that
in
a
small
town
of
well
under
10
000
people,
almost
six
million
dollars
had
come
in
from
the
feds
and
the
state
in
order
to
keep
up
the
cdc's
restrictions
for
covet
enforcement.
K
B
K
I've
been
saying,
Walled
Lake
this
whole
time
and
I
was
I,
had
to
correct
myself,
so
I'm
from
Commerce
anyways,
so
first
off
I
just
wanted
to
take
a
moment
of
silence
for
Oxford.
The
whole
Community
is
in
my
thoughts
and
prayers.
I've
met
a
lot
of
people
from
Oxford
from
coming
to
these
meetings,
and
all
I
have
to
say
is
positive
good
things
about
them
been
coming
to
these
meetings
now
for
four
months.
K
Four
months
of
you
guys
just
not
hearing
us.
All
we
want
is
a
choice,
a
choice
over
my
children
that
I
bore
that
I
carried
for
nine
months.
They're
my
children
I'm
against
the
mask
mandates.
They
need
to
stop
the
mass
mandates
worked,
the
coveted
cases
would
be
going
down
and
they're,
not
I,
just
feel
like.
We
need
to
revisit
ways
to
make
sure
that
our
kids
are
safe,
especially
emotionally
I
can't
help
but
think
that
covet
has
played
a
role
in
the
most
recent
violence.
That
happened
in
Oxford
kids
already
have
to
deal
with.
K
K
Also
I
just
wanted
to
point
out
how
silly
The
Masks
are
so
the
Troy
tennis
team
was
here
all
messed
up.
You
guys
gave
their
little
plaque.
Oh
it's
picture
time,
take
your
mask
off,
so
why
can't
they
take
their
Mass
off
in
the
classroom,
while
they're
learning
instead
of
oh,
it's
a
photo
op.
Let
me
take
it
off
and
a
lot
of
you
on
this
side
too,
when
it's
photo
opportunities.
Let's
take
my
mask
off
I.
Think
I
saw
Markham
over
here.
K
L
K
K
Also,
let's
see
I
know
you
guys.
Probably
at
least
my
the
Democrat
side
isn't
going
to
agree
with
this
quote
from
Tucker
Carlson,
but
mass
strip,
people
of
their
identity
as
individuals
transform
people
into
drones,
of
which
we
also
had
that
drone
activity
happen
to
so
that
correlates,
or
you
know
they
isolate
us
and
alienate
us
to
shut
us
off
from
one
another.
They
prevent
intimacy
and
human
contact.
K
Just
recently
in
California,
a
teacher
was
bribing
a
kid
for
a
pizza
party
to
get
the
vaccine.
It
just
needs
to
stop
I
I
hope
you
guys
again
I'm
going
to
end
on
a
positive
I
hope
you
all
have
a
Merry,
Christmas,
happy
Hanukkah,
happy
everything
and
come
back
in
the
New
Year
refreshed
and
do
your
job
working
for
us.
The
people
thank.
K
N
This
includes
masks
harmful
ideologies
such
as
Dei,
and
you
must
have
all
heard
by
now
about
the
filthy
books
in
our
Public
School
libraries,
a
Detroit
board
meeting,
somebody
made
a
big
poster
and
they
put
it
on
a
tripod
and
they
held
it
up.
So
only
the
board
could
see
it
because
they
didn't
want
any
kids
to
see
it.
They
were
actually
asked
to
take
it
down
because
it
was
offending
the
board
members.
However,
we
have
this
in
a
library
in
a
public
school.
What
has
happened
to
our
schools?
N
It's
criminal,
so
this
week
I
was
trained
on
restraint
and
seclusion
from
the
district
attorney
where
I
teach.
It
was
clearly
stated,
along
with
other
crazy
things,
that
we
cannot
in
any
way
hinder
children's
breathing
with
a
restraint
for
whatever
reason
that's
being
ignored.
I
know:
y'all
have
heard
that
before
about
the
regulation
that
stops
that
and
I,
don't
know
why
it's
okay
to
hinder
kids
breathing
when
it's
in
the
law
that
we
can't
so
last
time.
I
spoke
here.
I.
N
Ask
that
some
of
you
go
into
the
schools
and
look
around
and
ensure
that
you're
comfortable
with
what
you're
advocating
for
with
masking.
Has
anyone
here
actually
been
in
and
walked
around
because
I'm
in
a
school
every
day,
with
little
tiny
kids
in
masks?
It's
very
creepy,
there's
really
not
another
word
to
describe
it
so
I'm.
A
reading,
interventionist
I
really
can't
often
hear
these
kids
talking
they're
muffled.
N
They
have
mass
plastered
to
Their,
Faces
Sometimes,
very
thick
ones,
I,
haven't
repeat
what
they're
saying
they're
spread
out
all
over
my
room:
they
used
to
be
at
my
little
kidney
bean
reading
table.
We
call
it
so
I
could
teach
them
with
little
props
and
talk
to
them.
Now
they're
spread
out
all
over
my
classroom.
They
can't
see
what
I'm
putting
on
boards
very
well.
They
can't
hear
me
I
can't
hear
them
we're
all
muffled
in
Mass.
How
am
I
supposed
to
distinguish
if
they're
reading
word
endings
or
not
when
I
can't
hear
them.
N
I
am
so
worried
about
these
kids
and
we
worry
about
them
falling
behind,
but
in
the
end,
nobody's
changing
anything.
Industrial
hygienists
experts
in
PPE
came
in
here
and
talked
to
you.
They
were
here,
they're
experts,
you're,
not
doctors,
aren't
regular
medical
doctors
are,
they
know
they're
trained
in
it.
They
told
you
Mass,
don't
work
they're
supposed
to
stop
droplets.
Well,
when
the
droplets
hit
the
mask,
it
breaks
them,
and
then
you
have
these
little
tiny
viruses
going
all
over
in
the
environment.
They
don't
work,
get
learn.
N
O
Okay,
I'm
gonna
take
this
off
because
I
want
you
to
see
me
and
I.
Want
you
to
hear
me.
Thank
you
for
supporting
Haven
personally
I'm
Laura
from
White
Lake
I
am
a
survivor
of
psychological
physical
abuse
by
an
ex-husband.
So
thank
you
for
supporting
that
actually
ties
with
what
I
wanted
to
talk
to
you
about.
Today.
I
wanted
to
talk
to
you
about
abuse
and
I'm,
going
to
quote
from
the
workplace
for
Mental
Health
Institute.
They
have
a
plaque,
you
see
them
in
your
offices.
You
see
them
at
the
airports.
O
So
these
are
not
my
words.
This
is
coming
straight
from
this
institute,
so
15
signs
that
you
might
be
in
an
abusive
relationship,
one
they
stop
you
from
seeing
friends
and
family
two.
They
won't.
Let
you
go
without
permission.
Three.
They
monitor
your
phone
and
email,
four.
They
control
the
finances
or
won't.
Let
you
work
five
control.
What
you
read
and
watch
what
you
say
monitor
36
is
Monitor
everything.
You
do
seven
punish
you
for
breaking
the
rules,
but
they
keep
changing
the
rules.
O
O
Twelve
Gaslight,
you
challenge
your
memory
of
events.
Make
you
doubt
yourself.
13.
dismiss
your
opinions.
14.
play
the
victim.
If
things
go
wrong,
it's
all
your
fault
and
15..
Tell
you
what
to
wear
okay,
so
I'm,
not
an
expert
on
abuse,
but
having
experienced
it
I
know
the
way
to
fight
it.
You
have
to
shine
a
light
on
it.
You
have
to
show
it
for
what
it
is.
O
O
O
D
D
It
really
does
seem
that
you
place
your
calmness
agenda
above
the
lives
of
everybody
living
in
Oakland
County
and
especially
our
children.
You
either
truly.
You
are
either
truly
committed
to
your
communist
cause
or
really
dumb.
I
have
told
you
before
about
your
oath
of
office
and
your
bonds.
It's
clear!
You
don't
care
about
those
office
at
all
and
I.
Will
you
know
make
my
job
easier.
D
You
will
be
first
Mr
Woodward.
We
have
between
four
and
six
hundred
parents
willing
to
file
notice
of
the
claims
into
the
county
for
the
crimes
associated
with
illegal
Mass
mandate.
You
have
been
perpetuating
I
understand
that
the
county
has
a
slush
fund
to
help
pay
for
your
breaches
of
oath
typical,
but
you
better
hope
that
fund
is
extremely
well
endowed,
because
here
is
some
math
for
you,
every
parent
who
has
removed
their
child
from
a
school
in
Oakland
County
because
of
the
legal
Mass
mandate.
D
Every
parent,
who
has
a
child
still
in
the
district
who
has
suffered
under
the
Mandate,
be
that
physical,
psychological
or
even
with
their
grades,
will
have
a
valid
claim
of
at
least
fifteen
thousand
dollars.
Parents
move
who
move
their
kids
to
private
school
can
pile
on
those
costs.
I
personally
can
bring
a
claim
of
excess
of
seven
hundred
thousand.
D
So
here
are
some
numbers
for
you.
500
claims
fifteen
thousand
dollars
per
that's
seven
million
five
hundred
thousand
dollars.
That
means
action.
Claims
might
rise
to
10
or
12
million.
Unless
we
can
get
600
parents
to
file
claims,
then
there'll
be
over
14
million,
and
that
is
just
for
the
first
claim
against
you.
D
Your
open
meeting
act
violations
and
other
total
disregards
for
the
law
and
people's
rights
will
give
us
other
opportunities
to
file
claims,
and
when
we're,
when
we,
when
you
were
gone,
we
will
file
claims
against
each
other
oath
of
office
violation
committed
by
members
of
this
Commission
notice
of
claim.
These
words
will
fill
your
nightmares.
J
M
Thanks
good
to
see
you
Tasha
shergin
from
Clarkston
I
have
so
Melissa
mentioned
the
industrial
hygienists
and
the
OSHA
safety
expert.
I
have
the
white
papers
that
they've
created
it's
13,
Pages
I'll
leave
it
here
for
you
guys,
but
I
do
want
to
outline
a
couple
of
important
items
from
these
white
papers.
M
This
document
serves
to
put
anyone
in
a
position
of
authority
who's,
attempting
to
usurp
the
settled
and
historic
rulemaking
process
legal
precedent
and
current
regulatory
standing
on
notice
that
they
are
in
violation
of
the
law
and
will
face
serious
liability
repercussions
if
they
choose
to
act
in
a
rogue
manner.
Implementing
self-proclaimed
user,
unsupported
mandates
on
their
own
authority
on
November
6th.
The
fifth
Circuit
Court
of
Appeals,
with
a
three-judge
panel,
issued
a
temporary
restraining
order.
M
Staying
the
approval
and
enforcement
of
OSHA's
emergency
temporary
standard
filed
on
November
5th.
The
ETS
was
found
to
have
grave
statutory
and
constitutional
concerns
with
the
Mandate.
The
ETS
covered
vaccination
testing
and
face
coverings
on
November
12th.
An
appeals
court
reaffirmed
this
day
on
the
Biden
administration's
push
for
this
mandate.
Therefore,
no
employer
in
the
United
States
is
legally
able
to
cite
OSHA's
recent
ETS
as
justification
for
forced
vaccination
testing
or
mandating
face
coverings
in
the
workplace,
neither
in
an
individual
State
ocean
I'm.
Sorry,
yes,
in
an
individual,
State,
OSHA
agency,
I'm.
M
Sorry,
neither
is
any
individual
State
OSHA
agency.
This
stay
applies,
Nationwide,
not
just
to
the
states
covered
by
this.
The
fifth
Circuit
Court,
legally,
no
individual
state
may
create
a
standard
where
no
federal
standard
exists,
so
no
state
within
the
United
States
May
legally
create
a
covid-19
standard
with
any
mandates
regarding
vaccines,
facial
coverings,
social
distancing,
Etc.
Until
there
is
an
approved
ETS,
there's
no
standard
and
when
there's
no
standard
there
can
be
no
enforcement.
M
There
is
no
statutory
Authority
on
to
implement
this
type
of
ETS,
as
OSHA
does
not
get
their
guidance
or
orders
from
the
Executive
Branch.
The
OSHA
Act
of
1970
places
OSHA
under
the
guidance
of
the
legislative
branch,
which
is
the
reason
this
ETS
is
not
not
legal
and
will
not
be
enforceable.
Osha
gets
its
Authority
exclusively
from
Congress.
In
order
for
regulatory
agency
to
promulgate
a
new
health
or
safety
standard,
the
regulatory
rule-making
process
must
be
followed.
M
An
emergency
emergency
temporary
standard
May
skip
the
normal
rulemaking
process
only
where
there
is
grave
danger
to
society
and
the
time
is
of
the
essence
in
order
to
reduce
or
eliminate
a
known
workplace
Hazard.
Even
then,
the
ETS
must
meet
certain
requirements
for
approval.
The
promulgation
of
the
kova
19
ETS
was
done
illegally,
so
none
of
the
mandates
contained
within
the
ETS
are
legally
defensible
or
enforceable.
Again.
13
Pages
they're
all
here
happy
to
email
them
to
anybody
that
wants
it
as
well.
That
includes
anybody.
That's
here.
M
S
Stager
Berkeley
every
time,
I
come
to
these
meetings
and
I
mean
anything
any
meeting.
I
wonder
why
am
I
going
and
then
I
get
there
and
I
just
love
the
principle
of
self-government.
It's
incredible
you
guys
should
be.
You
guys
should
feel
privileged
to
feel
these
kinds
of
comments
and
feedback.
S
You
know,
Melissa
Williams
gave
a
very
clear
proposal
that
I
would
say
you
should
I,
don't
think
she'll
cost
much.
You
could
actually
ask
her
to
set
up
a
committee
to
look
at
the
Frontline
doctors.
Look
at
this
HVAC
system.
These
are
constructive
proposals
that
seem
very
rational,
very
sane.
S
How
could
anybody
be
against
improving
ventilation
systems
in
all
of
the
schools
in
Oakland
County
as
a
safety
measure
for
many
different
reasons,
so
I
think
you
should
just
look
at
her
proposal
and
take
it
seriously
now,
but
I
I
think
that
for
many
of
you,
especially
the
ones
wearing
masks
and
I,
think
the
comments
were
very
thoughtful
about
the
mask
process
from
a
number
of
different
people.
S
I,
don't
know
if
you
realize,
and
maybe
some
people
other
people
don't
maybe
what's
actually
bugging
people
why
this
is
so
emotional.
Why
this
is
so
intense
what
it's
just
a
practical
thing
right,
it's
just
wear
the
mask,
be
safe,
get
the
vaccine
be
safe.
Why
is
it
such
a
big
deal?
Well,
1949
it.
There
was
a
an
article
written
in
the
New
England
Journal
of
Medicine
from
the
Doctor
Who
had
been
served
at
the
Nuremberg
tribunals.
S
If
we
were,
if
we
were
going
Communists
in
Marxist,
as
some
people
like
to
describe
you're
doing,
they
would
be
wrong.
You're,
actually
going
fascist
about
Pfizer,
moderna,
Amazon,
big
corporations,
how'd
the
small
guy,
do
how
the
small
businessmen
do
not
very
well.
Big
corporations
are
benefiting
massively
from
bailouts
to
Wall
Street
thank
Obama
for
that
or
Paul
Ryan
right.
S
So
what
deal
Dr
Leo
Alexander
makes
in
1949
he
says
already
happening
here-
is
that
the
ability
to
use
coercion
in
medicine
was
what
ultimately
led
the
Germans
to
accept
what
was
the
work
camps
which
were
cheap
labor
on
low
calories,
cheap,
labor
policies,
you
know
open
border
globalization,
lower
the
calories,
work
them
and
then,
when
they
couldn't
work
any
longer,
why
give
them
any
more
Medical
Care?
S
Why
do
anything
for
them?
And
eventually
that
becomes
the
extermination
camps,
but
it
was
at
the
beginning
in
the
early
30s,
with
individual
decisions.
The
Germans
didn't
do
this,
they
didn't
fight,
they
didn't
see
it
early
on.
They
didn't
challenge
people,
because
it's
just
practical.
Why?
But
the
American
people
can
see
it.
They
see
where
this
is
going.
They
see
who's
benefiting,
they
see
who's
harmed
and
they're
not
going
to
take
it.
If
you
think
this
is
bad,
it
literally
is
going
to
be
a
hurricane.
L
During
this
whole
process,
I've
been
coming
to
several
meetings
regularly
and
I'm,
really
not
good
at
talking
off
the
cuff
I'm
going
to
do
the
best
I
can
here
I
mean
the
main
thing
that
I
that
keeps
coming
back
to
me
is
it's
extremely
disappointing
when
you
have
extremely
intelligent
people
coming
up
here,
who
have
clearly
done
their
research
who
are
sharing
facts
with
you
and
we're
not
being
heard.
You
have
Catherine
Kennedy
about
out
back
here,
who's.
L
You
know
there's
going
to
be
some,
you
know
chaos
every
so
often,
but
I'd
say
the
last
few
meetings
have
been
very
Peaceable
and
it
just
the
votes.
Just
it's
like.
Are
we
just?
Are
you
just
here
for
to
sit
here
just
as
a
place,
and
just
because
you
know
it's
your
job?
To
my
understanding,
your
oath
is
to
follow
the
Constitution
and
listen
to
your
constituents
and
I.
Don't
see
you
guys
doing
that
and
it's
extremely
heartbreaking
and
it's
very
scary.
L
It's
getting
to
the
point
where
my
husband
and
I
are
talking
about
leaving
this
state
because
I
don't
even
know
if
we
have
can
continue
to
fight
this
and
I
don't
want
to
have
to
do
that.
I
have
two
young
kids.
I
have
one
in
heaven
and
I
fight
for
my
kids,
like
no
one's
business,
I
I
lost
a
child
in
2012,
and
let
me
tell
you,
you've
heard
the
term
Mama
Bear
there's
a
term
called
tiger.
Mom
of
parents,
who've
lost
children.
L
I
will
fight
to
the
nail
of
my
kids.
I
will
die
for
my
kids,
I
I,
don't
really
have
anything
more
to
say:
I,
just
I
I,
just
pray,
I
pray
for
all
of
you
that
you
just
listen
and
hear
us
and
and
try
to
find
the
common
ground
at
least
I.
Don't
expect
you
to
change
your
mind,
necessarily
My
Hope
Is,
that
little
bible.
It
excuse
me
bit
by
bit
and
little
by
little
the
light
from
the
people
here
will
start
to
shine
you
and
something
will
break
through
I.
L
N
This
letter
was
addressed
to
Dave
Coulter
by
a
dear
friend.
She
has
been
to
several
of
these
meetings
in
fighting
the
Oakland
County
Mass
mandate,
Dear
Dave,
as
I
am
here
working
day
and
night
to
help
my
children
process,
the
hell
they
went
through
six
days
ago.
I
too
am
trying
to
figure
out
how
we
adults
could
do
better
I
started
thinking.
How
could
we
have
seen
this
child
was
suffering?
How
could
we
notice
he
needed
help
because
his
parents
were
so
incompetent?
N
N
How
do
we
adults
gauge
how
a
person
is
feeling
tone
of
Vice?
Oh
that's
muffled
because
of
a
mask
verbal
Expressions.
Oh
can't
do
that
because
of
the
Mask
non-verbal
cues.
Oh,
wait
a
mask
it's
time
for
you
to
take
some
responsibility
for
this
heinous
act.
It's
time
you
say,
crap
I
didn't
allow
the
teachers
and
administrators
to
be
able
to
read
a
child
pick
up
on
any
cues
nope
you
stuff
them.
You
made
it
worse,
I'm,
not
mad.
At
my
district
I'm
mad
at
you
doing
an
agenda
instead
of.
N
What's
right,
you
have
no
idea
what
our
community
is,
what
our
community
does
and
you
took
the
power
away
in
mandated
mass
and
kept
it
in
place.
You,
sir
change
change
for
the
better,
do
better
stop
making
mandates
that
don't
allow
the
Professionals
in
that
profession
to
do
their
job
in
which
they
are
trained
for
regards
pound,
Oxford,
strong
parent
of
two
suffering
children.
N
So
I
ask
you
if
this
was
such
a
serious
virus
and
detriment
to
our
children?
Why
hasn't
the
health
department,
and
why
hasn't
this
commission
pressured
the
health
department
to
use
the
cares,
act,
money
that
was
granted
to
our
schools,
County
and
state
and
mandate
our
schools
to
put
in
I
I
wave
air
filtration
systems,
because
once
again,
this
is
not
about
the
science.
Once
again,
this
County
chooses
child
abuse
over
caring
about
the
health
and
well-being
of
our
children.
N
O
My
name
is
Jennifer
and
I
am
a
resident
of
Oakland.
County
I
would
just
like
to
Lodge
a
complaint
that
I'm
being
told
is
not
my
school
district's
fault,
because
they're
following
what
the
County
Board
is
telling
them
to
do
in
the
county
health
department
I
feel
like
my
kids,
are
being
discriminated
against
because
they
haven't
gotten
a
particular
vaccine,
my
kids,
if
they
get
exposed
to
the
first
of
all.
Let
me
start
by
saying
I'm.
Sorry
I
should
have
brought
this
up.
O
First
I
believe
my
entire
family
had
a
very
bad
case
of
covid
at
the
end
of
2019..
I
haven't
really
been
sick
since
then,
and
my
blood
was
recently
tested,
and
she
said
you
have
way
more
antibodies
than
any
vaccinated
person.
The
doctor
had
seen
okay,
my
kids
have
been
contact
traced
so
many
times
through
the
school
system.
They
have
never
come
up
positive.
O
Every
time
they
get
contact
traced,
I
have
to
take
the
time
out
to
go,
get
the
dumb
PCR
test,
which
supposedly
has
false
positives,
but
my
kids
still
aren't
even
getting
positives
because
I
believe
they
have
very
strong
immunity
because
we
were
all
sick
at
the
same
time.
So
now,
if
my
kids
had
a
vaccine,
their
counterparts
who
have
had
a
vaccine,
they
can
be
exposed.
The
administrator
at
a
school,
their
school
told
me
that
many
of
the
vaccinated
kids
are
coming
down
with
the
positive
tests
for
covid,
but
they
don't
have
to
do.
O
Go
through
this
whole
rigmarole
that
my
kids
and
I
have
to
do.
Vaccines
do
clearly
do
not
always
work.
Sometimes
Commissioners
who
are
fully
vaccinated
can
still
get
coveted.
People
can
still
get
it.
They
can
still
spread
it.
Why,
for
my
athletes,
do
they
have
to
get
accused
tips
stuck
up
their
noses
every
week
where
the
vaccinated
kid
right
next
to
them
doesn't
have
to?
Even
though
that
kid
is
still
at
risk
of
getting
it
and
spreading
it,
the
parents
are
starting
to
get
pretty
upset.
As
you
can
tell
I'm
a
calm
person.
O
I,
don't
give
a
crap
about
politics
generally.
It's
ridiculous
to
me,
though,
that
it's
something
that
should
be
all
about
science
is
become
just
about
politics,
so
I'm,
just
one
more
parent
trying
to
beg
you.
Please
listen!
Please
stop
the
discrimination
there.
If
my
child
had
chickenpox
I
do
have
one
who
had
chickenpox
I
chose
not
to
get
them
vaccinated
for
chickenpox
after
they
already
had
it.
My
whole
family
has
had
covid
I,
have
reasons
not
to
get
the
vaccine.
Some
people
think
it's
fine
and
I
support
your
right
to
think
it's
fine!
O
O
R
Good
evening
Commissioners
this
is
Catherine
Kennedy
from
Lake,
Orion
and
I
would
beg
you
to.
Please
read
the
Constitution.
The
schools
are
not
teaching
the
Constitution.
They
seem
to
think
there
are
things
that
they
already
have
a
guaranteed
right
in
our
constitution.
They
don't
even
know
that
they
have
that
right.
R
A
lot
of
the
arguments
that
are
going
on
politics
don't
make
any
sense
at
all.
There's
no
economic
logic,
there's
no
science
logic,
it's
politically
manipulated
for
a
motive
that
is
not
in
the
best
interest
of
the
people
of
this
country.
There's,
no
reason
why
we
should
feel
like
we
have
to
put
up
with
it.
Frankly,
everything
is
manipulated,
media
there's
too
much
of
it.
I
have
two
close
friends
who
have
green
cards
they're
here
from
China,
wonderful
people
they're
here
legally,
they
are
scared
to
death.
R
They
don't
know
it,
but
they've
both
independently
told
me
they
see
what's
in
the
street,
and
it
makes
them
look
like
what
they
saw
China
before
it
was
taken
over
by
communism.
They're
scared
to
death
and
I
actually
considered
bringing
them
here
to
talk,
but
I
didn't
because
it
might
be
sensitive
because
of
the
Chinese
government
is
very
malicious
towards
everybody
and
I
know
some
have
family
there,
so
you
don't
want
to
terrorize,
have
their
family
terrorized
in
a
communist
country
while
you're
over
here
the
open
border
situation
is
just
unbelievable.
R
R
Charities
is
what
they
call
themselves,
but
they
should
be
taxed
they're,
acting
in
a
political
motive,
they're
not
doing
charity,
they
shouldn't
be
allowed
to
have
our
tax
dollars
spent
to
house
them
in
hotels.
While
our
veterans
slept
on
the
concrete
in
the
capital,
how
offensive
did
you
know
we're
paying
monthly
debit
cards
for
them
to
survive?
Here,
too,
I
heard
it
was
coming
through
these
arpa
funds,
the
American
Rescue
Act.
R
This
is
not
okay,
Constitution
part.
One
Section
8
allows
this
to
be
taxed
for
two
reasons:
only
defense
of
the
country,
which
they're
doing
the
opposite,
and
the
common
General
Welfare
of
the
citizens
they're
doing
the
opposite.
There
too,
so
all
of
our
tax
money
is
being
taken
in
violation
of
the
Constitution
as
I
see
it,
because
it's
of
how
it's
being
used
everybody's
trying
to
say
oh
yeah,
we
need
all
this
build
back
better.
That
is
a
buildback
broke
agenda.
We
are
in
deficit
already.
R
B
Anybody
else
see
nobody
else.
We
will
adjourn
our
next
regular
schedule.
Meeting
is
January
20th,
but,
as
I
mentioned
in
announcements
earlier,
we
will
likely
have
to
call
a
special
meeting
to
appropriate
dollars
the
rest
of
the
dollars
to
support
the
Oakland
County
Oxford
response.
So
stay
tuned
up
for
that.
Thank
you
very
much.
Everybody
good
night.
