From YouTube: 20211102 FPGA Standup
Description
Weekly FPGA stand-up meeting at ORI. This week we talk about Remote Lab repairs, and Andre successfully completed LDPC work and is starting on more GSE blocks.
A
All
right
welcome
to
the
fpga
stand
up
at
open
research
institute
for
november
2nd
2021.
This
is
a
stand-up
where
we
do
what
we've
done
over
the
past
week,
what
we
have
planned
to
do
over
the
next
week,
if
there's
any
resources
needed
or
any
roadblocks
that
need
to
be
removed,
and
you
have
the
floor.
Paul.
B
B
So
we've
replaced
those
with
two
new
drives
and
two
more
new
drives
are
coming
in
to
enhance
the
array,
so
we'll
be
back
to
we're
already
back
to
where
we
were
to
start
with,
with
two
discs
in
the
area
plus
the
two
cache
drives
and
when
we're
done,
we'll
have
four
disks
in
the
array,
plus
the
two
caster
eyes:
double
parity
and
twice
as
much
storage,
so
that'll
be
a
nice
upgrade
that
should
be
done
by
the
next
time
we
meet
here,
maybe
even
sooner
than
that,
and
we're
working
toward
doing
the
the
video
demo
again
this
time
on
video
for
a
zoom
call
for
a
local
club
and
that's
about
all
that's
going
on,
I
don't
have
any
any
roadblocks
or
anything
really
planned
for
next
week,
except
finishing
that.
A
Okay,
yeah
and
I'm
all
in
on
the
demo,
and
look
forward
to
giving
that
presentation.
It
will
be
tomorrow
evening,
u.s
time
and
then
that
recording
will
also
be
be
published
to
to
youtube
and
the
that'll
conclude
the
demo
for
this
particular
incremental
product
and
we'll
be
packaging
up
by
a
beacon
for
southern
california
and
anywhere
else
that
wants
one
the
design
will
be
be
published
and
the
goal
is
to
make
it
reproducible.
A
Okay.
That
concludes
my
report
as
well.
I
don't
have
any
any.
I
don't
know
of
any
roadblocks
or
any
resources
that
that
are
needed.
Moving
forward
yeah,
I
think
we're
in
we're
in
good
shape
for
tomorrow,
night.
