A
And
so
what
we
want
to
do
is
basically
come
at
a
bunch
of
different
aspects
of
what
it
means
both
to
be
a
fellow
and
to
collaborate
within
the
Fellowship's
tier
and
we're
going
to
do
that
in
three
phases:
we're
gonna
do
it
in
a
somewhat
hopefully
bought
interactive
minutes.
Then
we're
actually
gonna
do
an
inventory
of
what
some
folks
minds
around
being
a
fellow
collaborating
with
other
fellows,
getting
the
most
value
out
of
your
fellowship
and
then
from
there.
A
Well
actually
try
to
move
to
the
practical,
which
is
to
say,
develop
some
recommendations
for
ways
in
which
the
fellowship
individual
fellowships
of
the
fellowship
program
writ
large
can
be
hacked
adapted,
evolved,
improved
fill
in
the
bur.
But
the
idea
here
is
that
this
is
a
working
session
this
morning
to
really
go
straight
at
optimization
and
improvement
of
fellowship
experience
and
sort
of
fellowship
leverage.
Just
as
Todd
was
alluding,
those
who
have
survived
an
aspiration
led
event
will
recognize
some
of
the
guidelines.
I
wanted
to
lay
down.
First
guideline
is
really.
A
There
is
not
a
useful
role
for
debate
in
today's
proceedings.
It's
fine
to
disagree,
but
once
two
parties
have
stated
their
view,
the
minute
it
becomes
a
tennis
match
we're
wasting
time
that
other
people
could
be
spending
sharing
a
new
better
of
a
different
thought
so
humbly
invite
folks
to
disagree
just
to
feel
like
no
one
needs
to
win
an
exchange
and
part
of
why
I
say
that
is
we're.
A
Gonna
set
things
up,
so
people
will
argue
so
we
just
want
to
bow
to
that
and
we'll
do
a
rolling
schedule,
so
we'll
honor,
the
10:30
cop,
it
will
probably
take
breaks
of
other
times.
So
the
humble
request
is,
we
say,
10-minute
break
that
the
people.
Won't.
You
check
your
voicemail,
your
email
have
a
cigarette
and
and
go
outside
and
check
the
weather.
Those
things
be
what
we
call
front-loaded,
so
they
they
are
hopefully
done
by
10
minutes
to
some.
A
What's
dictatorial
protocols
for
the
morning,
the
rule
of
one
and
the
rule
of
in
when
you
speak
just
throw
it
out
at
one
point.
So
none
of
this
I
have
17
things
like,
say
11.
Just
you
know
when
you,
when
you
make
sort
of
think
about
fine-grained
interaction.
Just
make
your
point
yield
and
let
somebody
else
respond.
I
had
their
thought
and
in
this
circle
of
in
people
and
modelers
your
bandwidth
as
talking
about
one
inch
of
the
time,
and
we
will
have
a
fun
collaborative,
inclusive
little
Smackdown
I.
A
A
A
I
love
that
so
hey
goofy
go
around
just
to
get
everybody's
thoughts
engaged
in
the
moment.
One
thing
that
you
see
that
you've
noticed
since
you
woke
up
this
morning.
It
could
be
the
showerhead
on
your
shower.
It
could
be
the
dead
bird
by
the
side
of
the
road,
but
one
thing
that
you
have
noticed
since
you
started
this,
find
a
dr.,
sermon
and
I
invite
you
and
you're
running
legs.
A
A
Thank
you
all
LG&E,
vocal
warmup,
so
what
we
would
love
to
do
now?
There
is
a
format
again,
those
of
you
that
nobody
know
know
how
much
I
love
the
format.
I
call
spectrogram
and
the
idea
is
literally
walk
this
out
and
what
you
also
imagine
across
this
part
of
the
room,
a
spectrum
of
opinion,
so
I
will
try
not
to
be
blocked
by
the
column
that
end
of
the
room
represents
a
location.
A
Well,
what
you
want
to
do
is
to
source
controversial
statements,
and
so
they
can
be
philosophical
statements.
Open
will
never
work
or
they
can
be
operational
statements.
It
really
sucks
to
have
to
submit
a
report
every
12
hours
or
they
can
be
qualitative.
It
is
hard
to
be
a
fellow
and
also
be
a
parent
of
14
children,
and
so.
A
A
So
like
an
example
when
I
would
prefer
not
this,
maybe
you
know
it
would
assertion
about
reproductive
rights
Palestine
in
the
death
penalty
right
now,
but
if
it
is
in
any
way
germane
to
the
philosophy
of
fellow
spirit,
shuttleworth
foundational
work
as
in
what
is
working,
what
is
not
working,
we
spend
too
much
time
on
X
or
there
is
not
enough
attention
page
of
why
things
like
that.
It
is
basically
trying
to
see
how
that
is
in
some
way
important
relevant
to
your
experience.
