Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Hey
everybody
morgan
is
not
around
today,
there's
a
holiday
in
canada,
canadian
thanksgiving.
So
I
will
try
this
meeting
okay.
So
let's
jump
into
that
and
as
always,
if
you
haven't
added
yourself
yourself
to
the
agenda,
please
do
so
okay
specification,
yeah,
there's
not
we
haven't
had
any
release
other
than
the
one
that
we
did
last
week
metrics.
I
see
some
some
items
there,
please
anybody
from
the
metrics.
B
So
one
specific
ask
is:
there's
a
blocking
pr.
We
try
to
add
min
max
to
the
matrix
sdk.
Currently,
it's
it's
blocked
and
I
I'll
ping
button
offline,
but
we
need
more
review.
There
are
other
two
aprs
that
we
we
need
to
review
the
higher
level
message
that
we're
trying
to
get
the
sdks
back
to
visual
freeze
as
soon
as
possible.
So
ideally,
I
would
hope
that
napr
we
could
have
a
quick
turnaround.
A
Perfect
thanks
so
much
for
that.
Okay,
moving
forward
logs,
hey.
A
C
Yeah,
I
just
just
wanted
to
know:
I'm
expecting
some
renewed
involvement
in
logs
I'll
be
attending
this
meeting
going
forward,
and
I've
got
some
folks
at
my
company
that
will
be
making
some
contributions
again
to
the
log
collection,
repo
anticipate
to
push
forward
with
some
spec
work.
So
nothing
concrete
just
yet,
but
hopefully
going
forward.
We'll
have
some
more
items
for
you,
fantastic.
A
What's
that,
what's
the
company
by
the
way
observe
iq?
Okay,
we
don't
know
thanks
so
much
for
that
yeah
looking
forward.
Thank
you.
Okay,
yeah
php.
A
Yeah,
hopefully
yes,
yeah,
please
so
in
case
you
have
anybody
who
knows
php
in
your
company.
Please
ask
them
to
consider
joining
efforts
and
help
us.
Okay,.
E
Java
yeah,
so
as
written
there,
we
released
one,
that's
7.0,
the
kind
of
the
I
guess.
The
only
real,
significant
big
news
is
that
we
have
moved
the
publishing
of
the
otlp
protobuf
bindings
java
bindings
to
a
new
repository
linked
to
there.
We
are
no
longer
going
to
be
publishing
these
as
a
part
of
overtime
to
java.
E
We
don't
use
them
internally
anymore,
so
we're
no
longer
going
to
be
publishing
those,
and
it
would
be
really
great
for
the
people
who
have
been
clamoring
for
this
to
happen
to
actually
step
up
and
help
maintain
the
repository
there's.
A
couple
like
we've
got
java
maintainers
on
there
right
now,
but
I
don't
think
we
necessarily
care
about
it
very
much.
So
the
people
who
actually
care
about
it
would
be
great
if
we
could
actually
get
their
help
and
and
have
them
step
up
and
be
maintainers
on
this
project.
A
Thank
you
so
much
for
that.
Javascript.
F
Sorry
I
was
muted,
we
had
a
lot
of
maintainer
vacation
last
week
and
with
kubecon
this
week
we
have
kind
of
a
slow
update
today,
but
metrics
work
is
definitely
ongoing.
There
are
several
open
pr's
that
I'm
reviewing
today.
A
Perfect
by
the
way,
is
it
my
imagination
or
you
you
release
1.0.
A
Okay,
good
to
know,
I
probably
missed
the
part,
sorry
for
that,
but
it's
good
that
you
know
that
yeah
it
happened.
Thank
you
so
much
yeah
yeah,
actually,
probably
that's
a
good
reminder
also
that,
like
kubecon,
will
probably
have
all
the
attention
or
a
lot
of
attention
from
this
community
this
week.
So
let's
see
what
we
can
do.
A
Nice
yeah,
if
I
understood
correctly
it's
most
of
the
effort
at
this
moment,
is
in
the
metrics
portion
right.
B
A
B
A
Okay,
go.
G
Yep,
so
we
are
as
well
having
some
people,
including
myself,
come
back
from
a
vacation
in
other
vacations.
Kubecon
has
also
taken
some
of
our
development
velocity
down
a
little
bit,
but
we're
underway
in
identifying
a
lot
of
minor
issues
that
are
coming
up
now
that
we
have
a
lot
more
use
with
the
1.0
looks
like
we're
getting
some
really
great
feedback,
so
yeah
plan
on
addressing
those
this
week.
The
metrics
work
is
also
progressing.
There's.
G
Definitely
some
great
prs
progressing
that
so
that
should
be
about
the
activity
for
the
week.
A
Great
sounds
fantastic,
yeah
really
looking
forward
to
the
metrics
for
their
yeah.
Hopefully,
after
the
once
considerable
release,
there
will
be
some
cycles.
Okay,
c,
plus
plus.
H
Yeah,
so
the
matrix
works
is
ongoing,
and
probably
this
would
continue.
We
will
have
the
same.
This
will
continue
for
next
couple
of
months.
It's
a
bit
slow.
As
of
now
we
we
do
welcome
new
contributors,
the
experience
you
play
plus
developers
to
come
forward
for
the
long
term.
I
mean
support
for
this.
H
We
do
plan
to
have
1.1.0
beta
one
for
traces
this
month,
we're
working
for
the
specs
changes.
Whatever
the
deltas
are
there
trying
to
incorporate
in
the
traces
implementation
we
have
written
a
blog
post
for
the
medium
for
the
one
dot
1.2
trace
release,
so
do
look
into
that
and
review
it.
This
is
supposed
to
be
posted
in
that
open,
telemetry,
walk
in
medium.
A
Oh
nice
yeah.
Thank
you
so
much
for
that
yeah,
it's
very
good
to
have
actually
an
actual
entry
there
to
know
what's
happening
yeah.
I
will
review
that
myself,
hopefully
austin
at
this
from
like
step,
but
probably
there
are
contributors
who
review
the
documentation
they
can
check
it
out.
Thank
you,
okay,
ruby.
I
see
no
notes,
so
probably
no
updates
this
week,
similar
to
swift
collector.
I
guess
no
update
this
week.
A
Okay,
moving
forward
erlang
needs
a
pc
review
for
ga
yeah.
We
already
know
that
in
dtc
we
were
trying
to
decide
who
will
take
on
this
review.
I
think
joshua,
who
is
not
here.
He
he's
he
said
that
he's
happy
to
do
that,
but
he
needs
to
coordinate
with
you
in
the
airline
community.
So
hopefully
he
will
be
poking
you
very
soon.
A
D
Can
you
hear
me
now:
yeah
yeah,
okay,
okay,
yeah?
I
was
trying
to
talk
earlier,
so
I
wasn't
sure
what
was
going
on
no
yeah.
So
this
came
up
september
20th.
Why
I'm
bringing
it
up
in
this
meeting?
It
was
in
the
maintainers
meeting
that
the
sampling
decision
passing
a
resource
or
instrumentation
library.
It
was
decided
against.
D
D
So
really
I
mean
I
think
this
belongs
more
in
the
spec,
but
since
it
was
respect
since
it
was
brought
up
and
discussed
before
in
the
maintainers
said,
I
figured
I'd,
throw
it
out
and
just
check
if
there's
any
quick,
you
know
thoughts
on
this
and
whether
I
should
write.
I
mean
I've
already
started,
writing
something
up,
but
want
to
make
sure
that
I'm
not
going
down
a
path
that
people
had
already
decided
is
not
at
all
like
the
right
path,
and
then
I
can
bring
it
up
again.
Tomorrow.
A
Yeah,
I
do
suggest
you
bring
that
up
tomorrow.
I
think
that
the
changes
were
postponed.
Essentially,
we
wanted
to
go
back
to
the
you
know
the
boards
and
decide
how
we
wanted
things
to
to
actually
happen,
but
actually
christian
mueller
mentioned
that
he
was
afraid
that
this
could
take
forever
or
people
would
forget.
So
probably
it's
a
good
time
now
to
remind
everybody,
and
if
you
have
something
in
your
mind
or
a
prototype,
please
bring
that
tomorrow.
D
A
A
Okay,
that's
all
in
the
agenda.
Does
anybody
have
something
to
talk
about?
