From YouTube: OpenJS Foundation Board Meeting
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Great
should
be
live
streaming.
B
A
All
right
welcome
everyone.
Today's
meeting
we
have
present
members
of
the
open.js
foundation
board
of
directors
we
do
have
quorum.
Thank
you.
Everyone
for
attending
today.
A
Here's
our
agenda,
we're
going
to
approve
last
meetings,
minutes
and
get
a
certification
update,
a
cpc
update,
a
marketing
update
and
then
a
last
minute
update,
update
addition
to
the
agenda
is
the
standards
working
group
update?
Are
there
any
other
additions
or
corrections
to
today's
agenda?
A
A
C
Thanks,
I'm
I'm
gonna,
take
it
this
time.
So
just
start
with
the
the
the
project
related
updates,
we
had
some
announcements
that
that
were
shared
around
the
open.js
world,
but
I'll
repeat
them
here
in
case
people
missed
that
we
had
loopback
who
entered
the
incubation
stage,
and
we
had
mvm
and
nativescript
graduate
to
to
be
full
members
of
the
project,
which
is
great
in
terms
of
the
collaboration
network.
C
You
know
the
we
had
a
great
pre-recorded
talk
at
opengs
world
on
the
package,
vulnerability
management
reporting
collaboration
space
and
you
know
I
really
encourage
anybody.
Who's
interested
in
that
topic
to
go.
Take
a
look
at
that.
You
can
learn
some
more
and
then
get
involved
in
in
the
ongoing
work
of
that
collaboration.
Space
next
slide,
please,
we've
had
some
elections
since
the
last
board
member.
The
voting
members
which
are
chosen
by
the
regular
members
and
those
chose
by
the
non-impact
projects
have
was
a
was
time
for
the
elections.
C
I
myself
and
toby
were
re-elected
in
their
their
previous
positions
and
emily.
Who
was
you
know?
One
of
the
voting
members
chosen
by
the
regular
members
has
actually
moved
over
and
was
elected
as
one
of
the
members
which
is
chosen
by
the
non-impact
projects.
C
We
on
the
the
sort
of
charter
project
charter
front
there
as
you'll
see
on
the
next
page.
There
were
no
cpc
charter
updates,
but
we
did
have
a
minor
update
to
the
node
tsc
charter,
but
nothing
really
substantive,
changing
there,
just
tightening
up
the
language
so
that
it
it
was
clear
and
that
it
wasn't
conflicting
in
some
cases.
C
As
I
said,
no
changes
to
the
cpc
charter
that
didn't
require
anything
to
the
board.
Well,
actually,
no
changes
at
all,
but
we
report
here
on
ones
that
we
we
changed
because
they
were
just
changes
in
like
typos
or
those
kinds
of
things
and
there
weren't
any
of
those.
This
week
in
terms
of
the
ongoing
work,
there's
been
some
great
working
sessions
going
on.
We've
now
switched
if
you
remember
to
have
a
working
session
every
other
week,
instead
of
a
a
full
regular
meeting
every
week.
C
So
we
alternate
between
the
two
we've
had
some
good
sessions
on
the
technical
project
strategy,
slash
vision
and
we're
still
working
working
on
that
the
last
session
we
had
was
on
the
community
fund.
We
mentioned
that
you
know,
we've
we've
moved
from,
you
know
the
travel,
you
know
strictly
having
a
travel
fund.
That's
that's
managed
by
the
cpc
to
having
a
community
fund
that
could
be
used
for
other
purposes
and
we
started
to
just
have
the
discussions
on.
You
know
what
might
be
some
of
the
potential
programs.
C
What
would
the
scope
be,
and
you
know
we're
going
to
continue
to
work
on
that
in
in
the
next
working
session
and
then
finally,
just
you
know-
we've
mentioned
that
in
the
past,
the
coc
and
cocp
reporting
process,
and
we
have
a
pr
open
and
that's
going
through
the
review
process
to
get
those
changes
landed
and
that's
all
I
had
in
terms
of
a
cpc
update.
Of
course,
people
are
always
welcome
to
come.
E
Yep,
hey,
hey,
y'all,
just
a
quick
update
on
our
certification,
as
we
had
been
in
discussions
about
a
pricing
increase.
As
you
know,
decision
was
made
to
increase
that
to
375
dollars.
We
did
announce
that
in
may
first,
so
you
all
will
see
some
more
communications
leading
up
to
that
as
well,
and
you
all
may
remember
that
we
had
implemented
a
new,
an
environment
preview,
it's
sort
of
like
a
an
exam
simulator
for
folks
who
are
you
know
not.
E
You
know
not
quite
comfortable
with
that
vm
proctor
experience,
so
we
gave
folks
a
little
flavor
of
what
that
would
look
like.
So
we
had
a
beta
of
that
for
the
lf
and
what's
cool?
Is
this
environment
previous
going
to
be
in
all
lf
certifications?
E
So
thank
you
for
our
folks
over
in
china
who
are
helping
with
that
and
still
a
lot
of
interest
in
our
free
training
that
we
have
and
also
increasing
interest
in
our
corporate
subscription
service.
So
if
you're
interested
the
linux
foundation
has
a
subscription
service
for
some
of
the
larger
corporations,
like,
I
know,
ibm
and
microsoft,
for
example,
if
you're
an
employee,
you
can
tap
into
the
to
the
learning
services
at
your
company
and
others.
So
if
you
have
interest
in
that,
please
let
us
know
we'll
help
you
out.
E
So
fun
kudos
to
jory
for
launching
this
great
website,
that's
integrated
with
the
crowd
credly
badging
system
at
openjs
world.
I
know
there
was
a
lot
of
interest
from
folks
in
real
time.
So
george,
you
want
to
give
a
quick
update.
A
Sure
we've
been
really
really
excited
with
the
you
know,
the
adoption
and
the
excitement
around
this
this
project
we
we
launched
in
december.
Of
course
it
was
a
very
small
launch.
We
just
had
one
badge
and
we're
offering
other
benefits
as
well
other
than
badges,
which
shouldn't
be
discounted
like
the
newsletter
and
discounts
on
certification
and
other
things
which
are
planned
for
the
future,
but
for
openjs
world
we
launched
a
new
website
that
gives
everyone
in
the
program
their
own
page,
to
display
different
badges.
A
A
Way
there
any
questions
or
additional
commentary
on
the
javascript
landia
update.
A
Okay,
hearing
none,
I
will
move
us
to
the
marketing
update
rachel.
Would
you
like
to
take
this.
D
Yes,
so,
first,
first
and
foremost,
thanks
to
everybody
who
participated
in
our
open,
js
world
event,
it
was
a
great
success.
All
of
the
sessions
are
still
available
on
our
youtube
channel.
So
if
you
weren't
able
to
watch
it
when
they
posted,
they
are
still
there.
They
are
all
in
playlists
and
we
invite
you
to
take
a
look
at
those
also.
We
just
wanted
to
let
you
know
that
we
do
have
dates
for
openjs
world
2022.
D
We
will
be
in
austin
texas,
on
june
7th
and
8th
so
head
over
to
the
event
site,
and
you
can
sign
up
for
updates
there
on.
You
know.
You
know
when
registration
opens
and
all
of
that
stuff
here
are
our
blog
metrics.
We
had
a
really
great
may.
I
think
we
can
attribute
that
to
you
know
all
of
the
great
content
that
we
pushed
out
leading
up
to
the
event.
D
You
will
see
that
there
we
did.
We
did
a
special
offer
for
folks
who
registered
for
the
event.
As
always,
the
certification
content
did
very
well
driving.
You
know
driving
us
up
past,
that
4000
mark.
D
And
then,
since
we
did
miss
our
our
may
board
meeting,
I
kind
of
condensed
all
of
the
website
traffic
into
one
slide.
You'll
see
a
nice
spike
right
around
the
event,
which
is
always
nice
to
see,
but
also
not
necessarily.
You
know
we
expected
that
so
we
did
see
a
nice
bump
due
to
the
event,
which
is
great,
also
wanted
to
thank
all
of
the
projects
who
participated
in
promoting
the
event
on
their
website.
D
E
Yeah,
that
was
super
great.
I
know
node.js
and
jquery
some
others
posted
banners
on
their
home
pages,
so
that
really
helped
us
reach
our
goals.
That
was
awesome,
yeah,
absolutely.
D
So
next
up
we
have
twitter
for,
for
the
april
may
time
frame
we
do
have
new
reporting,
so
we
are
now
using
hubspot
versus
our
previous
provider.
I
wanted
to
just
call
out
that
we
are
in
the
middle
of
getting
a
sentiment
analysis
tracker,
so
that
is
missing
from
this
month's
reporting.
D
I
am
working
with
our
internal
teams
to
get
that
resolved
as
quickly
as
possible,
so
for
now
we
will
be
looking
at
impressions
and
engagement,
so
this
is
so.
We
did
get
an
increase
in
interactions
during
this
month.
You
know,
I
think
that
we
put
a
lot
of
information
out
around
the
event,
so
this
is
probably
you
know.
D
We
can
probably
attribute
that
you
know
some
of
this
uptick
to
that
and
then
I
think
the
next
slide
kind
of
just
showcases,
some
of
our
top
some
of
our
top
performing
tweets.
So
it
was,
you
know,
super
awesome
to
get.
You
know
potential
impression
of
over
1
million.
For
for
that
for
that
red
hat
panel.
D
Moving
on
this
is,
for
this
obviously
includes
how
we
perform
during
the
event,
so
a
big
uptick
in
impressions,
lots
of
lots
of
interactions
with
our
posts.
So
I
think
this
I
think
we
could
expect
to
see
this
kind
of
this
engagement.
D
You
know
during
the
event
and
further
down
we'll
kind
of
get
more
into
event
specific
metrics.
D
So
here
are
the
top
our
top
performing
tweets
lots
of
lots
of
great
impressions.
You
know
happening
around
the
event.
Loot
back,
you
know,
was
a
huge
driver,
so
that
was
great
to
see
next
we
have
linkedin.
D
So
what
I
have
here
is
a
side
by
side
comparison
again,
because
we
did
miss
the
readout
for
last
month.
I
just
wanted
to
show
you
know
month
over
month
how
we
were
doing.
I
did
want
to
just
note
that
our
published
post
did
go
down
in
the
month
of
june
and
really
that
is
attributed
to
a
lot
of
our
time
around
the
event
was
more
on
twitter,
so
live
tweeting
and
all
of
that
stuff.
D
So
we
really
used
linkedin
to
to
drive
awareness
of
the
event
and
then,
of
course,
when
you
know
when
we
had
announcements,
those
things
were
posted
on
linkedin,
but
we
really
spent
a
lot
of
time
on
twitter
for
the
actual
for
the
actual
event.
D
And
here
are
just
some
you
know
some
top
top
posts
from
you
know
from
linkedin
over
the
last
few
months.
D
And
then,
finally,
we
do
have
youtube.
This
is
over
the
last
28
days.
You'll
see
a
giant
spike.
You
know
right
around
the
event,
so
we
will
see
actual
day
of
metrics,
but
I
did
want
to
just
share
that.
You
know
by
putting
all
of
that
content
on
youtube.
You
are
really
you
know.
Folks
are
still
watching
that
content.
I
mean
we
are
still
seeing
sort
of
the
long
tail
of
you
know,
of
people
coming
and
watching
those
things
it's
the
the
top
performer
was
our
keynote
live
stream.
D
It
had,
you
know
over
2000
views,
so
you
know,
I
think,
that's
just
super
awesome
to
say
that
people
are
still
kind
of
coming
back
and
taking
a
look,
we're
also.
We
also
got
a
nice
pickup
in
our
subscribers.
D
Any
questions
before
we
jump
into
the
actual
until
we
look
at
the
event
side
of
it.
D
Fantastic,
so
we
just
wanted
to
share
in
the
public
section
a
little
bit
about
how
our
event
did
from
a
marketing
perspective.
First
and
foremost,
here
are
the
overview
of
the
demographics.
We
did
have
over
2000
registrants
from
114
countries,
which
is
fantastic
and
then
again
just
a
little
bit
here
around.
You
know
who
was
attending
the
event,
so
very
technical.
You
know,
which
is
always
great
to
see.
E
D
Is
a
very
that's,
a
very
good
point
of
clarification,
so
so
that
we
could
remind
people
that
it
was
happening.
We
wanted
to
make
sure
that
we
had
a
mechanism
to
get
it
on
folks
calendars,
so
we
did
ask
people
to
pre-register
so
that
you
know
they
could
put
things
on
their
calendars
and
be
aware
of
it.
We
actually
we
had
way
more
viewers
than
just
this
2000,
so
that's
reflected
in
the
next
slide
on
our
youtube
slide.
D
So
during
that
week
you
know
on
the
on
the
channel
we
had
over
7
000
views,
so
a
lot
of
people
were
interacting
with
our
open,
js
world
content
and
then,
as
we
saw
in
the
28
days,
that's
actually
up
to
almost
13
000..
So
people
are
you
know.
People
are
still
interacting
with
this
content
during
the
live
stream,
we
did
have
over
2000
folks,
interacting
during
the
during
the
time
the
live
stream
was
happening,
so
live
with
us.
D
D
This
kind
of
just
shows
the
engagement
on
twitter.
So
we
did,
we
did
reach
1.5
million
impressions
in
that
in
that
time
frame,
which
compares-
which
basically
is
a
250
increase
over
previous
weeks
and
then
our
hashtags
performed
very
well.
You
know
we
we
had
kind
of
two
going
in
tandem
and
you
know
both
were
being
used
being
tweeted
retweeted
things
like
that.
So
lots
of
great
engagement
for
the
event.
D
And
if
there
are
any
questions,
please
feel
free
to
chime
in
these
are
just
some
top
tweets
and
notable
mentions.
We
got
really
great
feedback
about
the
types
of
content
that
we
you
know
that
we
had
in
the
event
you
know,
analyticals
analyticals
keynote
was
very,
very
warmly
received.
It
was
just
so
great
and
you
know
so
yeah
I
mean
I
think
overall,
just
a
lot
of
really
good,
not
just
engagement
but
good
feedback.
D
I
think
people
were
really
excited
about
the
types
of
the
type
of
content
that
we
were
putting
out.
The
types
of
you
know,
people
that
we
were
that
we
were
putting
it
forth.
D
D
Okay
and
then,
finally,
our
our
slack
at
engagement
so
for
this
year,
instead
of
going
with
an
event
platform,
we
kind
of
went
with
a
a
different
approach,
using
tools
that
our
community
was
already
familiar
with,
and
so
we
did
use
slack.
D
For
you
know
just
for
the
engagement
side
for
the
chat
side,
we
did
get
an
increase
in
the
weeks
leading
up
to
the
event
as
well
as
a
you
know,
a
nice,
a
nice
increase
in
just
general
engagement
and
activity
within
the
community,
and
I
don't
know
jory
if
you
wanted
to
chime
in
here
with
anything
specific.
D
E
We
can
put
an
event
survey
up
on
on
our
slack
channels
as
well
for
sure.
A
Definitely
the
the
thing
I'll
add
is
here
is
that,
as
always,
the
the
slack
community
is
very
welcoming,
and
so
those
who
may
be
watching
us
today
or
should
head
on
over
to.
A
Slackdashinvite.Openjsf.Org,
where
I'm
really
thrilled
and
grateful
to
the
community
there
for
all
of
the
conversation
and
the
news
and
the
things
they've
been
posting
and
the
questions
they
were
asking
throughout
the
event,
and
I
hope
I
hope
everyone
feels
welcome
enough
to
to
stick
around
and
you
know,
participate
in
some
of
the
fun
things
that
we
do
there
like
book
club
and
you
know
amas
and
that
sort
of.
D
Thing
I
believe
that
is
the
end
of
my.
E
You
had
mentioned,
we
didn't,
have
a
sentiment
measurement
tool
in
place
right
now
with
the
two
or
switching
tools,
but
we
had
moderators
all
teed
up
and
we
were
just
so
blown
away
by
the
positive
nature
of
the
conversations
on
slack
twitter
and
everywhere.
There
was
no
code
of
conduct
violations
generally,
even
on
youtube.
It
was
just
really
really
a
positive
experience.
D
A
Any
other
questions
or
discussion
on
the
marketing
topic
for
today's
agenda.
A
The
second
priority
is
to
help
foster
and
and
strengthen
that
that
feedback
loop
between
the
community
input
that
may
come
from
our
open
source
ecosystem
to
the
specification
and
proposal
development
process.
To
achieve
those
priorities,
we
have
a
couple
of
different
strategies
that
we
are
undertaking.
A
One
is
the
development
of
a
learning
resource
website
to
be
to
be
named
with
curated
materials
that
are
being
offered
by
a
number
of
different
experts
and
people
sort
of
sharing
their
favorite
favorite
things
that
helped
them
along
the
way.
We've
also
got
some
collaboration
opportunities
going
with
the
w3c
specifically
this
this
the
specification
editors
community
group,
which
is
an
open
group.
So,
if
you're
out
there
watching,
you
feel
free
to
go
check
that
out
and
join
up.
A
A
Web
standards
would
like
to
be
able
to
report
more
directly
on
on
some
of
that
impact
that
we're
having
so
kind
of
measuring
that
and
tightening
the
feedback
loop
between
our
working
group
and
our
community
members
and
other
tcs
are
clear,
clear,
clear
goals,
also
exp
expectation
setting
and
providing
more
support
for
those
folks
from
our
community
who
are
going
to
be
delegates
to
the
web
standards
committees
out
there,
the
learning
resource
center.
We
had
really
hoped
to
be
able
to
launch
as
part
of
openjs
world,
but
other
other
things
did
take
priorities.
A
A
So
if
you've
got
a
very
clever
idea,
please
let
me
know
we're
all
ears.
You
can
tell
me
in
slack,
but
if
you're
interested
in
getting
involved
with
that
effort,
it's
it's
now
at
a
new
repository
which
is
under
our
foundation,
github
org
under
standards-ed-site,
and
there
we're
gathering
resources
so
do
share
anything
that
you've
used
in
the
past
any
videos
tutorials
blogs.
A
You
know
books
anything
that
that
you
feel
are
helpful
to
understanding
this
space
and
the
other
thing
that
we're
developing
is
a
kind
of
list
of
personas
or
kind
of
user
stories,
so
that
we're
making
sure
that
we're
answering
questions
for
real
people,
real
developers
who
may
want
to
know
such
things
like.
How
do
I
read
a
spec?
A
How
do
I
report
what
I
think
might
be
a
spec
bug
that
kind
of
thing,
so
I
excited
to
to
get
this
off
the
ground
and
start
sharing
these
materials
and
all
of
this
collective
knowledge
with
with
more
developers.
A
And
last
but
not
least,
I'm
going
to
give
some
highlights
from
within
our
community
over
the
last
month.
Congratulations,
jordan,
who's.
The
nvm
maintainer
recently
this
week
actually
received
the
2021
ecma
special
recognition
award,
which
is
much
deserved.
Much
much
deserved
for
his
work
as
an
editor
of
ecmascript
spec
for
for
quite
some
time,
also,
congratulations
to
miles
and
guy
of
the
node
community
and,
of
course,
many
others
as
well
who
participated
in
the
development
of
the
top-level
weight
proposal.
A
This
is
now
stage
four
at
tc39,
which
means
it's
part
of
the
the
sp.
Now
congratulations
miles,
guy
and
and
many
others
on
that
achievement
takes
takes
quite
a
bit
to
get
all
the
way
to
the
top,
and
you
did
it
and
last
but
not
least,
definitely
not
least,
tyranny
we're
so
excited
and
proud
of
you
for
your
advancement
of
the
accessible
object.prototype.has
own
property
to
stage
three.
A
I
think
this
is
tierney's
first
proposal,
along
with
james
kyle,
to
to
make
it
so
congrats
on
that
accomplishment
as
well
and
we'll
be
reporting,
of
course,
on
other
successes
from
the
community
as
they
happen
in
the
future.
In
the
meantime,
if
you
are
watching
and
you're
interested
in
getting
involved,
please
come
come
start
participating
in
the
standards
channel
on
slack
or,
of
course,
our
bi-weekly
meetings
are
on
tuesdays
at
1
pm
eastern
and
you
are
welcome
and
that's
it
for
the
standards
working
group
update.
E
All
right,
thanks
jory,
I
know
all
of
those
meetings
that
we
mentioned
from
cpc
and
standards
they're
on.
You
can
add
them
to
your
calendar
from
our
collaboration
page
on
our
website,
cool.
A
I
believe
this
brings
us
to
the
end
of
our
agenda
unless
there's
any
other
business.
E
Just
thank
our
new
members
who
joined,
I
think
we
may
have
missed.
In
the
last
month.
We
had
some
new
members
come
in
stream
and
coinbase
bloomberg
american
express
coming
on
board
node
experts,
so
you'll
see
them
featured
on
our
blog,
so
welcome
to
openjs
you're
watching.
