This
one,
you
have
people
saying
bye
as
we
start
the
stream,
which
I
think
we
are
like
thanks.
Everyone
for
joining
this
week's
open
chaos,
Foundation
cross-project
council
meeting
today
is
September
24th
and
we
had
started
a
little
bit
late
here.
We
have
15
minutes
left
the
hour,
but
we
have
a
short
agenda,
so
we'll
jump
right
into
it.
Do
we
have
any
I
guess
before
we
do?
Do
we
have
any
announcements
or
anything
that
we
want
to
share
a.
B
Scheduled
standards
working
group
meeting
this
afternoon
and
it
seems
like
in
our
standards
channel
on
slack
the
group-
is
it
really
going
to
have
I'm
super
great
attendance
today
so
and
that
is
probably
going
to
be
postponed.
So,
if
you're
planning
to
attend
not
meeting,
we'll,
probably
talk
about
hunting
that
for
next
time,.
A
A
C
Do
that
okay
I,
can
add
my
two
cents,
like
my
understanding
from
a
previous
discussion
like
the
discussion
or
previous
CPC
meeting,
was
that
we
weren't
comfortable
committing
to
a
specific
time.
Instead,
we
agreed
to
commit
to
an
initial
response
in
48
hours,
aiming
to
make
it
24
and
then
a
weekly
update
from
the
champion
and
I
think
that's
covered
in
the
update
to
the
to
the
project
progression,
which
is
320
polls
or,
of
course,
321.
So
I
think
that
would
close
this
out.
A
C
A
D
A
D
D
Do
we
want
to
take
like
a
similar
approach
for
for
trying
to
reach
consensus
in
that,
like
you
know,
after
a
set
period
of
time,
if
there
are
no
objections
or
concerns
or
anyone
requesting
for
more
time
that
it
kind
of
just
goes
forward
because
otherwise
I
do
can
I
do
worry
that
we
I'm
stuck
in
kind
of
a
holding
pattern.
I
guess.
C
C
A
C
That
is,
that
is
actually
in
the
what's
written
up
there
in
terms
of
you
know,
basically,
once
we
think
we
have
consensus,
email
goes
out,
has
the
application,
the
fit
checklist
and
it
says,
like
you,
know,
any
of
any
final
object,
any
objections
yeah,
we
written
it,
I
think
at
that
point.
Unless
there
are
objections,
then
it
can
move
forward.
Great
yeah.
D
C
D
That
makes
sense
here's
my
guess
my
gut
would
be
that
the
timer,
if
we
want
to
have
a
timer,
should
start
from
when
the
initial
application
comes
in,
because
that
is
when
you
know
people
should
be
aware
of
it,
because
if
we
wait
and
number
of
days
to
then
have
you
know
the
fit
application
come
in
and
then
n
number
of
days
after
that
process
dragging
out
quite
a
bit,
but
I
could
see
an
argument
either
direction.
I.
C
C
C
I
think
that
makes
sense
to
just
basically
say
and
we'll
wait
a
certain
amount
of
time
like
if
there's,
if
you
know
as
it
is
now,
there's
no
requirement
to
wait.
If
we,
if
everybody's
chimed
in
plus
one
like
on
him
on
one
of
the
applicants,
then
we
could
just
move
before,
but
you're
probably
I
think
would
be
good
thing
to
add.
In
yeah.
C
D
C
A
A
A
B
B
A
C
A
D
Myself
as
well,
but
I
guess-
maybe
maybe
this
as
well
as
the
conversation
that
we
were
thinking
about
regarding
like
timing
and
just
in
general
confidentiality
like.
Perhaps
we
need
a
explicit
section
on
confidentiality
and
what
the
expectations
are
in
different
parties
and
in
the
conversations
that
are
having
that
are
had
yeah
I
agree.
D
I'm
personally,
the
application
like
I
guess
this
falls
into
things
like
I
am
fine
with
the
application
remaining
private,
but
I
think
that,
if
you
know
either
party
is
interested
in
making
a
public
in
both
parties,
consent,
there's
no
reason
not
to
I.
Think
specifically,
if
we
want
to
like
put
together
examples
of
like
canonical
applications
that
were
successful
may
be
really
helpful
to
people.
C
C
A
A
A
C
C
D
I
guess
we're
at
time,
but
I
was
also
really
interested
in
seeing
you
know
specific
tools
that
we
could
adopt
to
kind
of.
Keep
us
honest
on
this,
like
I,
want
to
the
equivalent
of
an
SLA
and
I
want
some
sort
of
automation.
That's
bothering
us
or
letting
us
know
for
doing
well
and
I
would
also
like
it
so
that,
like
at
the
end
of
a
quarter,
we
can
go
through
and
you
know
evaluate
how
we,
you
know
how
we've
done
against
how
we
claim
to
want
to
want
to
do.
It
really
only
seems.
