Know
I
do
so
just
want
to
encourage
anybody,
who's
interested
in
getting
involved
in
planning
the
next
collaborator
summit
to
to
to
check
out
the
summit
repository-
that's
still
under
the
nodejs
organization,
but
we're
starting
to
get
organized
for
for
that
event,
which
will
of
course
be
the
couple
of
the
two
days
following
a
node
plus
J
s
Interactive
later
in
December.
So
that
is
that's
one
announcement
and
dang
the
other
one
I
had
another
one
and
I
totally
totally
just
lost
it
I'll!
Think
of
it,
though,
yeah.
A
Take
a
moment
to
think
about
it.
I'll
just
say
really
quickly.
For
anyone
who
hasn't
attended
the
collab
summit
is
fantastic
and
it's
even
better.
Now
I
think
that
it's
opened
up
to
open
J
s.
You
know
folks,
but
not
only
the
open
to
a
stuff,
but
the
tc39
folks
were
at
the
last
collab
summit
in
Berlin
and
I
thought.
It
was
really
great,
so
I
encourage
people
to
get
involved
and
I.
A
C
That
Rachel
and
Tracy
over
what
I've
been
working
on
a
number
of
different
marketing
ideas
and
one
of
them
is
doing
a
series
of
AMAs
and
we
just
want
to
make
sure
that
the
any
any
person
affiliated
with
a
project
who
might
want
to
do
an
AMA
type
format
thing
to
talk
about
stuff
going
on
in
their
project
or
how
to
get
involved.
That
kind
of
stuff
for
the
open,
Jas
social
media
channels
definitely
reach
out
to
Rachel
or
Tracy
or
myself.
So
we
can
start
planning
some
stuff
for
you.
That's
it.
D
A
Great
yeah,
maybe
we
should
just
plan
on
mentioning
it
each
week
for
a
few
weeks
to
prod
folks
and
get
anyone
else
who
you
know,
may
miss
this
meeting
over
the
next
time,
thanks
Emily
Thank,
You
Jory.
Anyone
else
great.
So
the
agenda
is
issue
number
257
and
the
cross
project.
Council
repo-
and
the
first
agenda
item
is
who
can
be
an
observer
issued
number
234.
A
Let's
see
so,
the
PR
is
issue
250
or
pull
request
to
55
that
jory
had
opened.
Originally,
it
was
in
the
governance
or
the
Charter
I
mean,
and
we
moved
it
to
the
readme
and
I
see
that
Myles
just
made
a
comment
six
minutes
ago
that
he
was
one
of
the
impression
that
we
wanted
to
go
even
more
liberal
or
with
this.
So
do
you
want
to
comment
on
the
smiles,
we'll
have
all
chat
and.
E
Yeah
I
was
under
the
impression
from
the
prior
conversations
that
we
weren't
limiting
observers
just
to
people
who
contributed
to
open
GIS
projects.
So
I
offered
a
suggestion
to
make
the
language
a
little
more
liberal.
If
that's
not
the
direction
we
want
to
go,
you
know
I'm
kind
of
on
the
fence
about
it
myself,
but
just
wanted
to
clarification
on
that.
Yeah.
A
E
A
E
C
A
Yeah
I
I
am
I'm
an
agreement.
I
wanted
to
add
something
that
I
was
thinking
about
when
I
was
I,
put
a
tweet
together.
Ten
minutes
before
the
meeting
that
was
kind
of
encouraging
people
to
get
involved
and
something
that
stuck
out
to
me
is
the
term
observer
seems
a
little
awkward
and
that
we've
had
recent
discussions
around
wanting.
You
know
observers
for
lack
of
a
better
term
to
be
involved,
and
perhaps
not
just
observed
so
I
just
want
to
maybe
throw
that
out
there
too
or
discussion
or
for
thoughts
that
may
be.
E
A
A
Moving
on
the
next
issue
you
is
in
the
agenda
is
issue
199
and
before
we
kind
of
got
things
rolling,
we
briefly
talked
about
this
because
this
has
been
around
for
a
little
while
this
is
approved
charter
changes
for
nodejs
charter
and
that's
we've
discussed
it.
We
landed
some
language
to
be
clear
about
it.
The
TSC
charter
has
been
merged.
The
change
has
landed,
I,
believe
community
committee
changes
in
the
works,
but
this
issue
is
closed,
and
so,
unless
anyone
has
anything
else
to
add,
we
can
move
on.
A
Great,
the
next
issue
is
129.
This
is
my
favorite
issue.
This
is
review
meeting
times
and
I'm
being
sarcastic.
This
has
been
open
since
March
25th,
when
we
were
still
I
believe
the
bootstrapped
committee,
or
maybe
we
just
started
doing
the
you
know,
gave
birth
to
the
cross-product
council,
and
this
is
something
that
we've
been
trying
to
work
through
for
a
while.
We
have
a
spreadsheet
that
is
linked
to
from
this
issue,
where
people
who
are
involved
in
this
work,
to
whatever
degree,
are
sharing
the
times
that
work
best
for
them.
E
E
A
So
the
1600
time
slots
gots,
you
know
the
most
votes
on
both
of
those
two
days,
so
I
tried
to
pare
times
with
those
time
slots
just
giving
some
thought.
You
know
some
background
context,
and
so
why
I
chose
these
times.
All
of
these
ones
are
the
above
80
points,
time
slots,
except
for
the
one
kind
of
wild
card
there.
A
E
A
D
A
F
C
In
here
and
I'm
sure,
Chris
and
Brian
can
as
well,
so
the
bot
that
we
have
currently
is
obviously
from
the
Jays
foundation,
and
we've
been
talking
with
an
asking
project
for
input
as
to
whether
they
want
to
keep
using
a
CLA
whether
they
want
to
switch
over
to
DC
o
or
whether
they
want
to
use.
You
know
nothing
at
all.
That's
actually
valid.
B
H
So
this
is
some
there's.
We
had
a
discussion
last
week
with
open,
J's
foundations,
council,
and
this
was
one
of
the
topics
that
came
up
how
to
handle
clas
and
so
forth,
and
it's
maybe
worth
doing
a
deeper
dive
on
here.
Once
we've
had
a
little
bit
of
time
to
to
get
some
guidance
together.
The
main
thing
that
would
leave
right
now
on
this
topic
is
that
it's
something
that's
you
know
actively
under
discussion.
H
F
F
H
B
E
H
Yeah,
so
here's
the
way
that
I
see
this
playing
out.
We
do
have
a
legal
mailing
list
now
for
member
counsel,
which
we
had
had
with
both
both
foundations
previously,
but
I've
gone
through
I've
refreshed
that
so,
essentially
the
order
of
operations
here
is
I'm
working
with
the
outside
counsel.
Right
now
to
figure
out,
you
know
what
what
a
policy,
what
a
draft
policy
would
look
like
at
that
traffic
policy
would
then
be
reviewed
by
the
various
attorneys.
H
H
F
I
know
it
doesn't
have
to
be
the
text,
but
just
like
here's,
the
thing:
here's
what
we're
working
through
and
you
know
that
and
keep
that
updated
so
that
when
people
are
wondering
if
it's
progressing,
they
can
look
there
and
say
yeah.
Okay,
it's
move
two
steps
forward.
Therefore,
I'll
wait
a
little
longer
yep.
A
A
So
that
is
the
the
the
the
going
over
this
project
board
is
the
last
agenda
item
here
and
we
were
able
to
close
out
a
number
of
issues
last
week,
which
was
exciting
the
looking
at
the
project
board
the
only
in
progress
and
outside
with
the
JSF
CLA
bought
to
in
progress.
If
discussions
are
being
had
and-
and
you
know,
we're
just
kind
of
waiting
for
guidance,
I
think.
C
That
would
be
a
great
idea
and
actually
thought
that
just
popped
into
my
head
for
folks
on
the
collar
listening
who
are
interested
in
helping
you
know,
improve
and
make
better
Jays
foundation
like
infrastructure
or
hope
use,
foundation,
infrastructure
stuff.
There
is
an
infra
channel
and
you
should
join
it
and-
and
we
should
can-
we
can
have
like
more
ongoing
conversations
about
moving
some
of
these
projects
forward
because
they're
onerous
and
tricky,
and
we
need
lots
of
people
lots
of
eyes
on
it
and
and.
H
H
H
Let's
see
so
I
think
actually
one
of
the
things
I
had
on
my
to-do
list
here
was
to
set
up
a
something
on
the
open,
JSF
torgue
domain,
where
we
could
put
links
to
both
the
channel
and
the
sign
up
link,
so
I
think
I
can
create
that
page.
I
actually
I
had
that
much
to
do
list
and
two
weeks
ago
and
I
forgot
about
it.
H
H
H
H
A
A
And
let
me
see
if
you
I'm
going
to
assign
it
directly
to
you
and
the
project
so
now
that
has
your
name
and
face
on
it.
Thank
you
great
and
just
for
folks
who
are
new
to
this
issue.
Jonah's
gonna,
look
through
the
way.
This
is
documented
and
executed
from
previous
years
and
the
node
foundation
and
throw
together
a
proposal
for
having
this
at
the
open
gas
level,
and
we
can
go
from
there.
So
thank
you.
Does
anyone
have
anything
to
add
on
on
that
or
to
talk
about
that
in
any
way?
A
Great.
The
next
item
in
the
to
do
column
here
is,
was
added
by
miles
I
assume
a
while
ago.
This
is
at
entry
point
for
projects
wanting
to
join
on
raid,
meet
and
review
project
progression.
Joy
will
help
with
this
one
is.
This
may
be
another
good
opportunity
to
kind
of
dive
into
the
expression,
progression
and
and
I
don't
know
if
we
should
take
and.
C
So,
just
kind
of
following
up
from
last
week's
discussion
I
have
a
couple
of
meetings.
This
project
I'm
start
their
applications,
which
is
really
exciting,
so
we
should
be
seeing
some
emails
from
some
maintainer
soon
about
formally
starting
this
process.
Super
rad
and
I
think
this
particular
issue
was
raised
quite
some
time
ago,
where
we
thought
geez.
C
It
would
be
great
for
folks
who
are
navigating
to
this
page
as
potential
as
potential
project
members
of
the
foundation
to
figure
out
how
to
start
that
process,
and
given
that
our
current
progression
proposal
is
at
at
stage
380
right
or
yes,
I
think
it's
probably
settled
enough
that
we
can
propose
some
language
for
the
readme
for
this.
For
that
audience,
that's
my
two
cents
on
it,
but
I
would
be
curious.
What
other
folks,
how
other
girls
feel
about
that
I?
Definitely.
E
Would
say
the
one
thing
like
I
emailed
to
the
board
last
week,
I
would
like
to
ensure
that
the
board
has
a
chance
had
had
a
chance
to
review
and
be
+1
on
it
before
we
make
it
to
discoverable.
There
is
the
other
PR,
that's
open,
that
improves
the
documentation.
So
perhaps
what
we
could
do
is
add
us
to
that
PR,
because
that
has
all
the
instructions.
So
if
you
go
to
248
5500
that
one,
so
this
is
the
one
that
actually
updates
the
project
regression
doc
to
include
like
the
whole
whole
process.
E
E
165
I
just
draw
yar
into
the
chat.
So
basically,
when
the
stage
3
proposal
lands,
it
introduces
the
new
file,
which
is
the
which
is
like
the
form
to
be
filled
out.
The
the
kind
of
a
got
on
my
brain
stopped
working
so
I'm
going
to
just
before,
but
then
that
gets
paired
with
this
change
for
the
progress
project
progression
doc,
which
includes
the
whole
application
phase
and
the
incubation
process.
E
E
That
makes
sense
and
for
what
it's
worth
I'm
about
to
go
on
vacation
for
the
next
two
weeks,
so
I
won't
be
around.
So
if
anyone
wants
to
just
kind
of
pick
that
up
and
move
with
it
for
ir2
board
reps
from
the
community,
Michael
and
Chris,
if
you
want
to
take
this
on
and
just
kind
of
make
sure
for
that,
you
know
it's
followed
up
with
the
board
I.
Think
from
last
week's
meeting
or
saying
you
know
a
week
or
two
of
the
comment
is
like
you
know,
pretty
reasonable,
so
I
think.
G
C
F
A
A
C
Let's
pretend
that
somebody
comes
along
and
they
discover
the
open,
J's
Foundation
and
they
don't
already
know
somebody
on
the
CPC
that
they
can
reach
out
to,
because
in
practicality,
that's
what
happens
right.
You
know
somebody
we
know
from
the
community
says:
hey
I'm
interested
in
this,
and
they
go
approach.
Somebody
on
the
CPC
and
that's
sort
of
how
the
ball
generally
gets
rolling,
but
in
the
event
they
they
don't.
C
We
hope
that
this
provides
them
enough
guidance
to
start
to
fill
out
that
application
and
then
submit
it
to
the
new
projects
email
list,
which
is
the
or
directors
the
regular
and
voting
CPC
members
are
all
on
that
list.
We
would
love
to
at
that
point
find
somebody
from
the
community
to
be.
Basically,
you
know
a
champion
or,
like
you
know
it's,
you
know
a
support
person
to
help
make
sure
that
the
application
is
proceeding
that
we're
helping
the
the
project
you
know
address
any
issues
or
uncover
any.
C
You
know
potential
problems
or
whatever,
and
we
that
that
person
is
making
sure
that
the
diligence
is
being
done
for
the
for
the
project
before
we
take
them
into
the
foundation.
As
an
incubating
project,
so
we
had
for
while
a
champion
as
part
of
this,
and
we
included
that
in
the
application.
But
we
decided
I
think
that
that
was
possibly
confusing
to
new
projects,
especially
projects
that
may
not.
You
know,
understand
what
we
mean
by
that,
and
so
that's
rather
something
that
this
EPC
should
endeavor
to
a
point
for
each
new
project.
I.
F
Ideally,
if
you
volunteer
to
be
the
champion,
you'd
be
nice.
If
there
was
like
a
handbook
of
like
what
do
you
need
to
stick
handle
everything's
rude
as
the
champion,
so
I'm
like
it
sounds
like
unless
we
had
like
something
like
that
from
the
open
Jessa
or
from
the
Jazz
foundation.
Maybe
we
just
need
to
try
and
create
one
as
we
go
through
the
first
and.
A
A
So
I
want
to
say
that
that
was
a
great
way
to
ask
Michael
like
a
true
Canadian,
using
the
terms
hockey
reference
I'm,
looking
through
and
I'm,
not
sure
where
these
were,
and
forgive
me
if
I'm
taking
us
off
on
wherever
but
I,
remember,
Toby
raising
some
questions
in
a
PR
that
I'm
not
seeing
now
and
I'm
just
kind
of
generally
curious.
If
those
were
addressed,
there
were
a
number
of
things
that
he
was
concerned
about
a
larger
project
potentially
having
issue
with
so.
C
C
A
Yeah
kind
of
jog
my
memory
there,
my
only
concern
was
that
I.
Remember
we
worried
about
this
going
to
stage
three,
where
it's
board
approval
when
we
had
some
outstanding
questions,
but
we're
comfortable
moving
forward
and
addressing
those
questions
as
we
dog
food
for
lack
of
a
better
term,
this
project
progression
precious,
but
the
correct.
A
C
Correct
I
mean
from
from
the
conversation
that
I
had
with
Toby.
This
has
been
at
the
end
of
June.
They
didn't
feel
like
anything.
You
know
that
they
were
raising
should
block
this
from
advancing
through
our
process.
It
was
just
more
these.
They
felt
that
these
were
more
detailed
questions
that
would
be
beneficial
to
have
figured
out
before
Percy
of
any
application
from
a
very
large
project.
So
more
of
the
you
know
that
kind
of
thing
and.
C
F
F
A
A
C
Definitely
I
think
this
is
something
that
that
any
CPC
you
know,
especially
the
voting
members
and
regular
members,
students
should
feel
comfortable
with,
especially
because
we
know
that
the
like
new
projects
and
new
participants
are
going
to
come
to
us
from.
You
know
our
network
of
people,
and
so
this
should
be
something
that
everybody
feels
and
reasonable
natural.
You
know
not
too
much
overhead,
you
know
so
that
we
can
help
our
peers
on
board.
A
A
F
Might
want
to
push
on
it
a
little
bit
more
once
the
other
one.
Once
the
the
process
actually
hits
stage.
Three:
okay,
like
I'd,
be
like
one
side
lands.
Then
it's
like
okay,
we're
ready
to
go.
How
do
we
do
we
open
an
issue
in
each
of
the
projects?
Saying
like
here's,
a
checklist
or
or
you
know,
there's
a
few
volunteers
at
least
have
references
to
issues
where
we
can
see
that
the
first
projects
are
starting
to
go
through
that.
J
Why
we
go
ahead
I
raised
shortly,
for
this
meeting
was
at
two
five.
Eight
I
think
yeah
two
five
eight,
which
is
kind
of
related,
but
I
just
want
to
call
out
explicitly
guidance
on
updating
legal
statements
in
the
projects
like
license
and
cadre.
Write
statements
yeah,
it's
good
to
help,
make
sure
the
read
needs
point
to
the
right,
URLs,
but
I
think
getting
the
licenses
and
copyrights.
J
A
G
A
J
F
I
forget
in
the
project
progression.
Do
we
already
asked
for
a
PR
at
some
point?
I
know
we
start
with
an
email,
so
it
can
be
done
without
disclosure,
but
then
do
we
accept
because
we
are.
We
already
asked
for
a
PR
at
some
point.
It
would
be
a
natural
thing
to
just
add
that
PR
into
the
board
right,
I.
C
Was
gonna
offer
slash
suggest
so,
as
Chris
and
I
are
gonna
be
meeting
and
tomorrow
to
to
do
this
for
architect
and
I,
think
we
gonna
volunteer,
Chris
and
I
her
work
here
we
could
go
and
create.
We
could
take
a
stab
at
creating
that
that
template
as
that
initiative,
template
for
for
all
the
projects
and
publish
and
share
that
and
get
a
ribbon
thoughts
on
it.
Just
to
start.
C
A
Would
be
great,
that
would
be
great,
so
can
Joey
or
Michael
you're
really
gonna
kicking
out
issues
really
quickly.
Somebody
great
something
so.
A
All
right,
so
we
have
10
minutes
left.
All
I
can
continue
going
through
the
to-do
list
here
in
the
project
board,
review
foundation,
infrastructure
and
rethink
how
we
manage
it.
This
was
created
by
miles
I
assume
some
time
ago
as
well
miles.
Are
you
still
on
the
call?
Do
you
want
to
talk
about
your
thoughts
on
this
one
and
we
can
kind
of
expand
from
there
I?
Don't.
E
Think
there's
much
to
do
on
it
today,
to
be
honest,
I
think,
there's
some
other
things
that
are
more
pressing
but
I
think
a
lot
of
it
is
about
going
through
resources.
Different
groups
need
figuring
out
if
there's
a
way
for
us
to
collaborate
together,
like
you
know
whether
this
is
CI
infrastructure
or
even
stuff,
like
zoom
I,
don't
think
it's
you
know
the
best
use
of
the
time
right
now,
yep.
A
Make
sense
make
sense.
Thank
you.
Next
item
here
in
the
few
column,
is
project
directed
funding.
This
is
an
issue
that
jewelry
opened.
This
was
January
28th.
This
is
something
we've
kind
of
talked
about
over
the
the
time
that
we
did
the
bootstrap
work
and
do
we
have
any
updates,
or
you
know,
context
or
thoughts.
We
want
to
show
us
so.
C
Just
share
some
context
about
this:
the
creation
of
this,
so
this
was
create.
This
issue
was
created
to
keep
track
of
the
need
and
the
concern
to
make
sure
that
we're
addressing
supporting
projects
who
want
to
use
tools
like
open,
collective
or
patreon,
or
you
know
those
kinds
of
those
kinds
of
fundraising
platforms
to
direct
to
self-direct
funds
or
for
whatever
activity
they
they
may
want
to.
Do.
We
don't
really
have
a
great
set
of
guidelines
or
principles
or
anything
like
that
that
projects
can
look
to
to
understand.
C
You
know
how,
when
and
where
they
can
be
using
these
things,
especially
since
we
need
to
make
it
clear
that
the
foundation
doesn't
isn't
accepting
these
funds
on
behalf
of
the
project
that
it's
something
that
can
confuse
potential
so
that
that's
one
set
of
kind
of
things
we
want
to
be
able
to
to
address
for
projects
and
for
potential
projects.
I
think
this
is
something
that
really
needs
to
come
from
the
board
in
terms
of
strategy.
F
From
my
understanding,
it
was
also
the
other
aspect
was
some
companies
had
expressed
that
they
might
want
to
direct
funding
to
a
particular
project?
So
you
know
this
was
they
also
cover
some
sort
of
not
going
to
consider
some
sort
of
mechanism
where
you
know
you
could
join
the
foundation
but
then
also
direct
some
portion
of
your
funding
or
some
additional
funding
to
a
particular
project.
C
And
then
I
talked
to
it,
actually
not
all
that
long
ago,
with
Brian
and
Mike
Dolan
about
this,
because
it
was
an
interest
from
another
potential
project
we
currently
can
do
that.
It
company
wanted
to,
you,
know,
come
in
and
donate
some
money
so
that
a
project
could
have
like
a
project
specific
event
and
something
they
can
do.
So
it's
just
not
very
clear,
but
that's
something
that
is
possible
and
you
know
exactly
how
that
works.
So
that's
part
of
documentation,
I
think
yeah.
A
H
I
I
can
confirm
that
the
board
is
already
aware
of
this
and
is
already
working
on
it,
and
it's
something
that's
you
know
just
it's
under
active
discussion
great
they.
Definitely,
though,
the
the
board
definitely
recognizes
that
there
are
projects
asking
for
clarification
and
you
know
I
think.
Certainly
everybody
wants
to
act
in
good
faith
on
all
this
stuff
and
big
part
of
that
is
just
understanding
what
the
what
the
guidelines
are
and
they're
very
aware
of
that
does.
H
A
G
A
So,
okay,
yeah
I
mean
I,
guess
I!
Guess
we're
we're
official.
So
should
we
since
we've
been
meeting
at
1600,
should
we
start
with
1800
next
week.
