Banking on OpenShift Panel at OpenShift Commons Gathering Red Hat Summit 2018 Introductions and FINOS Update after Case Study Lightning Talks - moderated by Alessandro Petroni (Red Hat)
A
Thank
you
guys,
thank
you
for
any
of
you
here
and
I'm
so
happy
to
see
a
lot
of
people
at
the
panel
and
thank
you
for
our
guests.
I'll
just
introduce
their
name
and
then
we'll
have
a
lightning
discussion
with
each
of
them
for
five
minute
age.
We
want
to
make
sure
we
timing
them
with
signals.
Okay
be
short
because
then
the
fun
part
is
the
panel.
We
have
a
nice
discussion.
A
We
have
an
interesting
background
from
operation,
business,
development
and
also
software
development,
so
a
nice
panel
and
also
what
I'm
very
pleased
that
you
know
this
planet
is
around
the
world
from
New
Zealand
to
UK
to
Italy.
So
we
have.
Basically,
all
the
continents
are
kind
of
kind
of
all
the
countries
I'm
just
missing
Asia
next
time.
All
right!
Thank
you,
I'll
do
it.
A
We
further
do
I'll,
introduce
the
name
and
then
eventually
you
come
over
and
you
have
your
own
presentation:
Flavio
Fasano,
banking,
tazer,
Italy,
Roger,
Donaldson,
Banco,
New,
Zealand,
steve-o
de
Clydesdale,
Bank
and
I
mean
from
Nordea
bank
and
hernandez
philippe
from
something
there
Sontag.
Thank
you.
A
First
of
all,
let
me
just
I'm
very,
very
honored,
actually
to
do
a
quick
update
to
all
of
you.
I
think
is
something
do
probably
a
week
ago,
if
not
to
the
clicker.
Is
here
perfect
you
go
so
I
just
want
to
mention
something.
A
new
newly
formed
organization.
Finis
is
probably
the
first
time
ever
that
we
have
an
open
community
foundation
that
only
is
only
dedicated
to
financial
services
and
open
source.
So
many
banks
are
now
finally
joining
to
contribute
into
the
open
source.
A
What
is
all
about
finis
is
a
great
idea
is
United
the
open
source
community
and
the
financial
service
community
to
start
together
to
collaborate
on
creating
solution
for
our
financial
services.
As
you
know,
historically
bank
had
been
consuming
open
source
for
quite
a
while,
probably
couple
decades,
probably
the
biggest
open
source
project
they
they
consume.
A
It's
an
open
source
community,
but
it's
led
by
requirements
and
by
use
cases
driven
by
the
top
banks
very
interesting
opportunity
and
reddit
is
being
asked
to
join
and
thank
you
to
to
finish
executive
director,
which
is
here
if
you
guys
want
to
know
more
Gabriella
and
Peter.
The
executive
directors
are
here.
If
you
want
to
know
more,
they
can
explain
more
about
the
community.
A
What
is
in
this
is
why
I
brought
it
up,
because
we
just
launched
two
weeks
ago
together
and
the
open
shift
is
the
foundation
of
the
fee.
Nose
open
development
platform,
so
we
are
very
proud
that
the
community
is
using
the
technology.
Do
you
guys
are
expert
in
and
many
banks
have
been
already
contributing
to
share
their
code
via
Deutsche
Bank,
for
example,
that
offered
to
a
major
project
here
and
gonna
go
and
jump
into
the
banks.
