Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Good
morning,
good
afternoon,
good
evening,
wherever
you
are
and
welcome
to
team
meeting
number
55
today,
we're
going
to
be
discussing
some
new
classes
next
week
will
then
something
very
cool
we
should
want
to
talk
about.
We
have
some
questions
from
the
group
a
little
oh
there's,
another
specialist
would
come
here
so
many
special
announcements
and
where
course
numbering
for
transfer
Roberts
course
numbering
for
transfer.
B
All
right:
well,
let's
we'll
start
off
also
by
welcoming
anyone
who
is
watching
from
startup
study
group,
that
is
a
online
collaboration
on
slack
that
Daniel
and
I
are
members
of,
and
it's
a
group
of
both
investors,
investors,
entrepreneurs
and
other
interested
parties
who
are
working
on
all
kinds
of
different
startups.
So
it's
on
slack
on,
but
it
has
a
website
which
is
a
start-up
study
group
and
we'll
do
we
have
what's
the
exact
link,
Daniel
and.
B
Ssg
SSG
space
and
check
it
out
on
it's
a
great
website
in
a
really
great
organization
and
excellent
discussions,
so
we
might
have
a
few
people
who
are
participating
from
there
because,
as
you
know,
all
our
online
meetings
are
open
to
anyone
who
wants
to
take
a
look.
So,
let's
start
off
with
new
classes
dan.
Can
you
tell
us
about
any
of
the
new
classes
that
have
been
approved
and
or
are
also
under
development.
C
A
So
I'll
start
suffer
if
you'll
see
it
here
with
I'm.
Actually
working
on
that
currently
is
one
of
our
hours
at
one
of
our
new
features,
allowing
people
to
send
out
invitations
to
the
air
to
people
and
incentivize
that
they
come
in
a
come
on
board
by
giving
them
I
was
either.
What
was
it
a
lot
of
credit
for
to
use
in
the
storm
to
using
the
marketplace.
B
Yep
we're
going
to
add
what
basically
is
happening.
Is
that
one
of
the
ways
in
which
you
can
get
scale
when
you
can
start
to
attract
students
or
other
businesses
on
to
use
a
plan
up
and
also
help
faculty
is
to
offer
incentives
for
people
in
terms
of
recruitment
who
are
already
members
of
the
of
the
community?
So
what's
going
to
happen,
is
that
if
you
recruit
a
student
to
join
a
plan
on
successfully
complete
course
we're
going
to
be
offering
you
a
credit
on
the
next
class
you
take
and
what's
going?
What's
really
great?
B
Is
those
credits
can
stack
so
if
you're
short
of
cash-
and
you
want
to
pay
for
in
a
plain
old
course,
you're
going
to
be
able
to
help
us
recruit
students
and
have
that
have
those
credits
build
up
enough
credits
to
pay
for
a
course
or
series
of
courses?
That's
part
of
our
commitment
to
lower
the
cost
of
high
red.
There
are
going
to
be
some
guidelines
about
how
you
include
students
that
we're
going
to
be
publishing.
But
it's
all
you
know
the
above
for
peace.
B
You
know
remember
that
our
courses
are
able
to
be
transferred
for
credited
another
university
if
it
chooses
to
accept
them.
We
also
are
really
clear
about
about
the
what
funds
that
are
available.
You
can
refund
your
entire
course
on
the
course
costs
up
to
the
first
two
weeks
of
the
class
and
the
marketplace
and
the
faculty,
so
we
don't
want
to
over
promise.
B
We
also,
though,
really
want
to
make
sure
that
people
understand
that
word
of
mouth
advertising
and
activating
your
own
social
networks
is
really
really
important
to
on
the
growth,
and
one
of
the
reasons
why
we're
using
this
strategy
versus
let's
say
buying
a
bunch
of
Google
Adwords
or
on
SEO,
is
to
deal
with
one
cost.
If
our
user
acquisition
costs
are
very
very
high,
we
then
we'll
have
to
transfer
that
cost
to
the
faculty
and
to
the
students,
and
we
don't
want
to
do
that.
A
Yep
I
wants
to
add
us,
especially
fair,
and
that's
was
that's
one
of
the
reasons
why
we
should
were
only
the
reasons
that
I've
I
personally,
like
the
incentives,
is
because
it's
also
imitate.
It
allows
not
just
not
just
students
but
also
faculty
to
be
able
to
watch
it
to
be
able
to
send
other
invitations
to
ask
people
to
come
to
their
course
and
to
say,
if
you
come
to
your
faith.
B
A
B
C
We
have
a
new
approved
course,
pirates,
Jack,
tars
and
sea
dogs,
a
history
course
covering
the
times
of
pirating
around
the
world
and
then
some
others
that
we
never
I
never
announced,
but
folks
will
likely
be
able
to
use
and
would
be,
in
my
opinion,
strong
transfer
courses,
collaborative
statistics,
college
writing,
101
introduction
to
political
science,
one
that's
a
little
more
specialized
cyber
defense
for
managers,
and
we
also
just
approved
employment
law
for
business
from
Brad.
Not
who
was
one
of
the
attendees
and
quotes
students
in
Rob's.
C
First
round
of
the
plan,
Oh
building
four
screws
me
course
building
for
a
plan
of
faculty
and
I.
Guess
that's
a
good
segue
into.
We
just
got
the
heads-up
from
our
new
instructor
that
she
has
finished
linda
kaiser,
dr.
Kyser.
She
has
finished
up
building
the
Mo's,
so
now
we
will
go
in
give
those
their
their
check
over
and
do
any
final
tweaks.
C
But
we
should
open
those
for
enrollment
today,
and
you
know
if
any
faculty
watching
want
to
jump
in
the
courses
are
going
to
be
in
pet
there's
two
levels
of
pedagogy
and
then
there's
two
levels
of
course
design
pretty
much.
It
had
been
a
beginner
intermediate
and
advanced
levels,
so
those
will
be
open
today
and
we'll
get
them
all
polished
up
for
I.
Think
we're
going
to
do.
It
may
first
start
so
that
gives
everyone
a
couple
weeks
to
to
get
involved
and
of
course,
there's
always
the
opportunity
for
private
time
sort
of
private
essence.
C
Clinics
with
dr.
Kaiser
I,
think
my
personal
advice
to
anyone
interested
in
that
is
to
take
a
two-week
course
for
one
hundred
fifty
dollars,
which
will
provide
you
with
the
orientation
needed
to
then
be
ready
for
the
private
lessons,
because
if
you
don't
take
the
two-week
course
and
then
you
want
to
do
private
lessons,
there
still
an
orientation
and
of
course,
dr.
kaisers
time
is
worth
worth
good
money.
So
you
would
have
to
pay
for
that
orientation,
so
I
say,
might
as
well
jump.
C
In
take
a
course,
then
you're,
free
and
kind
of
approved,
pre-approved
for
the
technical
aspects,
and
you
know
knowing
how
to
use
Google
Hangouts,
knowing
how
to
navigate
canvas
efficiently.
All
that
stuff
would
be
covered
and
you
could
just
jump
right
into
private
tutoring
sessions
or
clinic
sessions.
However,
you
want
to
describe
them
so
yeah,
that's
exciting.
I
do
think
essentially
what
what
Rob
and
I
have
sort
of
decided
is.
You
know
we.
We
are
here
to
provide
feedback
for
your
courses
as
faculty.
C
C
Kaiser
to
provide
what
she's,
trained
and
so
I've
become
an
expert
in
and
then,
as
the
faculty
member
you
win
because
you're
getting
the
most,
you
know
efficient
direct
instruction
from
the
right
people,
and
then
we
can
approve
your
class
and
just
we're
all
moving
forward
firing
on
more
cylinders
again.
But
we
are
happy
to
give.
We
can
give
you
know
initial
feedback,
just
like
we've
been
doing.
If
any
of
the
instructors
who
experienced
kind
of
the
course
development
and
approval
process.
C
You'll
know
that
you
know
we
do
I'll,
go
through
your
course
I,
don't
videocast
my
screen
and
kind
of
show
you
what
I
think
would
be
some
good
tweaks,
but
that's
about
the
level
that
we
can
provide
at
this
time
and
dr.
kaisers
opportunity
so
keep
an
eye
out
for
that
will
send
out
an
email,
a
good
announcement,
email
with
links
to
enroll
and
a
little
more.
Perhaps
you
know
quick
blurbs.
So
you
can
just
pick
what
you
want
and
jump
in
now.
B
One
of
the
I
want
to
highlight
a
couple
things
that
Dan
was
saying.
One
of
the
reasons
why
we
did
this
is
because
Linda
is
a
much
better
on
online
pedagogical
guide
and
instructor
than
we
are,
so
why
wouldn't
we
provide?
Why
wouldn't
create
an
opportunity
where
one
of
our
faculty
members
can
earn
more
money
by
helping
out
and
supporting
our
community?
B
And
you
know,
linda
kaiser
is
excellent
so
by
having
her
take
on
that
role
on
directly
we're
helping
out
one
of
our
faculty
members
with
with
employment
with
a
job
and
also
with
support
for
us,
which
is
all
about
what
gun
community
should
be
about
on.
The
second
piece
is
some
of
you
may
say:
well,
why
not
offer
this
stuff
for
free,
okay,
number
one?
It
is
a!
It
is
a
time
issue
for
our
small
team.
You
know,
we've
got
our
teams
growing,
but
it's
small,
and
so
it's
time
for
us.
B
It's
also
its
quality
and
the
really.
The
third
piece
is
that
remember
that
all
faculty
own,
the
IP
of
everything
that
they
produce?
Okay.
So
when
you
produce
a
class,
it's
yours
and
it's
yours
forever
and
the
amount
of
money
you
know
175
dollars
to
take
a
class.
If
you
don't
have
there's
some
people
need
that
level
of
support.
Okay,
because
what
we've
noticed
in
terms
of
faculty
recruitment
is
that
people
come
to
our
planner
with
all
kinds
of
different
skill
levels.
We
don't
want
to
have
happiness.
B
B
So
we
wanted
to
provide
for
them
a
gateway
to
enter,
improve
their
skills
and
start
on
developing
classes
and
getting
the
support
they
need
in
a
much
more
sophisticated
level
than
what
you
know.
What
Dan
and
I
can
provide
given
our
time
constraints.
So
that's
why
we're
doing
this
and
please
I'm
you
can
email,
linda
kaiser,
I'm
with
any
questions.
Remember
that
when
you
register,
for
course,
at
a
plano,
you
can
contact
the
professor.
You
can
review
the
syllabus
ahead
of
time.
B
All
those
particular
things
before
you
pay
on
on
your
money
and
remember
the
courses
are
two
weeks
long.
We
realize
that
six
weeks
was
too
long
for
for
the
course
that
I
taught
that
they
can
be
broken
down
into
much
smaller
segments
of
two
weeks.
Those
courses
are
non-credit
bearing
okay,
so
they
they
don't
count
in
terms
of
a
certificate
or
a
or
transfer
credit.
But
if
you
know
one
people
can
you
know
our
faculty
or
Outsiders
can
take
this
class
on
you
know
without
Linda
and
and
learn
quite
a
lot.
B
Okay,
dan,
do
you
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
course
numbering
for
transfer
credit,
yeah.
C
Sure
so
we
have
been
starting
to
look
at
what
it's
like
to
transfer
credits.
You
know
it
is
a
straightforward
process
and
I'm
sure
you
know
over
half
of
the
people
who
are
involved
in
the
player.
Don't
have
taken
part
in
this
process,
but
essentially
a
lot
of
universities
have
a
pre-approval
webpage
and
it's
very
simple.
It's
usually
about
I
would
take
you
four
to
eight
minutes
to
fill
out,
but
they
do
ask
for
more
traditional
course,
numbering
system
so
I'll
plan
on.
We
were
not
trying
to
break
everyone
out
into
stuy
load
groups.
C
We
were
sort
of
excited
to
have
just
an
institutional
level
of
openness
to
designate.
You
know
we
don't
have
a
statistics
department
or
you
know,
sociology
department,
so
to
speak,
because
that
just
creates
bureaucracy
and
wastes
time
a
lot
of
the
time,
not
that
it
could
be
efficient
to
it's,
not
knock
it
holy,
but
so
in
with
realizing
that
and
understanding
that
you
know,
we
really
do
want
to
do
everything
we
can
to
help
students
transfer
these
credits.
C
We
know
that
the
quality
of
the
course
is
comparable,
because
these
are
real
instructors
who
have
taught
at
the
college
level
who
have
the
credentials
and
experience
and
who
have
gone
through.
You
know
our
review
process
to
a
point
where
we're
all
comfortable
with
the
quality
of
the
delivery.
So
we
want
to
start
numbering
courses
now.
This
might
be
something
that
we
could
include
in
an
email
to.
We
don't
have
to
I,
don't
think
where
there's
a
huge
time
crunch
on
it,
but
we
should
get
it
done.
C
You
know
soon
and
I
don't
know
what
we
want
to
do
if
we
want
to
break
it
down
into
super
specific.
The
designations
like
we
have
a
few
future
studies
courses.
Do
we
have
a
future
studies
department
or
are
we
gonna
be
more
like,
and
this
is
kind
of
my
vote.
Initially,
we
have
sort
of
like
humanities,
Department
quote
department
or
numbering
preface
prefix.
C
You
know
social
science,
humanities,
fine,
arts,
physical
science,
language
or
whatever
computer
science.
You
know
just
if
it
fits
under
sort
of
what
a
college
level
would
be,
or
even
a
multi
department,
level
I
think
that's
the
best
way
and
then
individual
other
other
individual
schools
who
are
reviewing
the
credits.
They're,
not
they're,
all
going
to
have
different
departments
anyway.
You
know
not
everyone
has
like
you.
C
Vm
has
community
development
and
Applied
Economics
I
only
heard
of
one
other
of
those
departments
in
the
world,
so
that's
not
always
going
to
transfer,
but
those
generally
transfers
like
econ
or
social
science
credits,
and
so
I
was
kind
of
thinking.
If
we
keep
it
broad
that
will
give
an
indication
of
what
where
the
course
might
fall
on
the
traditional
sort
of
structure,
but
it
will
also
allow
the
receiving
college
to
sort
of
pop
it
into
their
appropriate
department
without
having
to
go
through
too
much
trouble.
A
C
And
I
yeah
I'm-
maybe
this
merits
you
know
doing
some
calling
around
but
I've
also
seen
credits
come
in.
As
you
know,
a
and
B
transferred
as
be
two
different
departments.
Oh
and
like
again,
some
some
colleges
have
four
numbers.
You
know
like
humanities,
1642
and
then
some
have
three
and
then
some
use
zero
level
with
some
use.
You
know
400
level
or
4000
level.
So
I,
you
know,
I
think
we
have
the
freedom
to
do
it.
I.
B
You've
got
the
professor's
CV
and
then,
of
course,
if
the
student
gives
us
permission,
we
can
pull
any
data
on
from
canvas
that
they
want
to
prove
the
academic
rigor
of
the
course
and
then
send
that
to
the
Registrar
of
the
department
chair
for
approval.
So
each
institution
has
its
own
particular
stick
with
this,
and
we
will
be
working
with
all
of
the
institutions.
B
You
know
whenever
a
student
wants
to
transfer
credit,
you
know
we'll
be
on
the
phone
with
that
educational
institution
and
making
sure
things
go
well
and
if
you've
got
questions,
if
you're
a
student-
and
you
want
to
register
for
class
about
getting
pre-approval
on,
send
us
an
email
on
land
contact
us
so
that
we
can
help
you
along
with
that.
Okay,
it.
B
C
/
canvas
has
a
place
for
all
courses
to
have
a
short
hand.
Number
so
I
think
that's
where
we'll
do
this
I
don't
know.
If
we
want
it,
we
can
talk
about
putting
it
on
the
website.
I,
don't
want
to
sort
of
pigeonhole
a
course
in
someone's
mind
before
you
know,
I
think
the
course
title
should
stand
alone
and
then
the
secondary
supporting
feature
is
its
numbering.
You
know,
I
wouldn't
want
someone
to
jump
in
and
be
like.
Oh
that's
designated
under
humanities,
I
don't
like
humanities,
but
they
might.
B
Agree
and
besides
the
siloing
thing
is
a
real
problem:
yes
Lucian's,
and
so
this
you
know
we
will
have
course
numbering
a
faculty
out
there
who
are
listening
to
the
team
meeting.
You
know
tell
us
what
you
think,
how
we
should
navigate
this
I
think
it's
you
know,
probably
you're
not
going
to
be
hidden,
but
it's
not
going
to
be
prominently
displayed
like
happens
on
all
these
catalogs.
B
Okay,
all
right
arm
questions
I've
received
one
question
from
a
faculty
member
and
it
was
regarding
num
the
American
with
Disabilities
Act
and
the
idea
of
us
closed
captioning
having
to
close
caption
on
all
of
our
videos
and
even
Electra
formats.
So
let
me
talk
a
little
bit
about
on
the
how
we
handle
a
DA
requests
that
come
in
to
a
plateau
if
someone
needs
a
closed
captioning
for
a
particular
course
and
help
in
taking
that
class
on
we're
going
to
do
everything
possible
to
convert
and
to
have
that
class.
B
That
course
done
we're
going
to
be
really
upfront
about
the
cost
of
that,
but
there
are
all
kinds
of
different
technological
fixes
that
we
can
do
in
terms
of
making
courses
accessible
for
people
who
are
deaf
and
hearing-impaired.
So.
B
If
that
comes
up,
you
know
we
have
in
the
student
contract
procedures
of
who
to
contact
again
as
the
CEO
and
chief
academic
officer
right
now
on.
B
If
you
have
an
issue
like
that,
you
need
to
contact
me
and
but
that's
pretty
clear
about
pretty
clear
in
the
contract
and
that
hasn't
come
up
yet
and
when
it
does
we'll
deal
with
it,
I've
got
a
bunch
of
different
experience
in
terms
of
dealing
with
those
types
of
requests
and
have
always
you
know,
we've
always
been
able
to
accommodate
those
needs,
because,
after
all,
accessibility
to
education
is
what
we're
all
about,
and
you
can't
be
excluding
people
because,
on
of
you
know
some
physical
disability,
okay,
a
great
question:
okay,
unless
somebody
else,
unless
there's
let
me
just
check
slack,
maybe
there's
something
that's
come
through
with
that.
A
B
B
Great
hey:
we're
going
to
keep
the
meeting
a
little
bit
a
little
bit
shorter
today,
because
we've
actually
got
a
lot
of
stuff
that
we're
going
to
be
going
over
in
a
closed
meeting,
which
will
tell
you
about
in
the
next
couple
of
weeks
on.
So
thank
you
all
very
much
for
attending
again.
You
can
contact
us
at
questions
at
our
plan.
Oh
calm!
You
can
check
us
out
on
slack
sorry,
you
can
check
us
out
on
slack.
If
you're
a
faculty
member,
you
can
join
our
faculty
slack
page
on.
