Seeing
that
no
confirmation
of
minutes
for
the
minute
meeting
of
September
6
2018,
that
was
carried
so
we
have
very
in-depth
meeting
here.
We've
got
two
items
on
the
agenda.
One
of
them
is
a
surplus
farm
segment.
So
let's
get
right
to
it.
So
this
is
a
public
meeting
to
consider
the
items.
Sorry,
the
proposed
comprehensive
official
plan
and
zoning
bylaw
amendment,
which
says
items
1
&
2
on
today's
agenda
for
the
items
just
mentioned.
B
Only
those
who
make
are
all
submissions
today
or
written
submissions
before
the
events
are
adopted,
may
appeal
the
matter
to
the
local
planning,
local
planning,
Appeal
Tribunal.
In
addition,
the
applicant
may
appeal
the
matters
of
local
planning
appealed
tribunal.
If
council
does
not
adopt
an
amendment
150
years
of
receipts
of
the
application
for
zoning
and
210
days
for
official
plan
amendments,
a
comment
sheet
is
available
at
the
door.
For
anyone
wishing
to
submit
written
comments
on
these
amendments.
B
Item
number
1
is
a
zoning
bylaw
amendment
for
part
of

the

for
various
subsequent
plans
of

The

the

B
Thank
you
very
much.
Chef
I
will
ask
just
Casey
wish
well,
our
our
speakers
are
Susan
Murphy
and
Catherine
Tramell
late
with,
and
so
as
well
as
natty
de
Santi.
Was
the
planet
representing
MIT?
So
did
you
want
to
speak
at
all?
I
mean
you
know,
I
started
to
have
to
you.
So
alright,
alright,
noise
I,
don't
believe
it
any
questions.
I
just
wanted
to.
We
did
through
the
public
consultation
process.
There
were
some
some
sort
of
minor
things
that
came
forward.
B
I,
say
minor
in
the
grand
scheme
of
things,
but
major
concerns
for
the
folks
that
brought
them
forward
just
with
some
some
of
the
lots
backing
on
to
potter
and
so
Watts
backing
on
to
Percival
and
those
concerns
were
addressed
through
the
process
and
are
addressed
through
this
report.
That's
before
us
today,
so
thank
you
to
the
applicant
as
well
as
to
staff,
for
that
so
I.
Don't
personally
have
any
questions
on
that
day.
Questions
from
there!
No,
so
let's
go
back
to
my
report.
B
Thank
you
so
just
that
to
would
be
that
