into
the
conspiracy

really

believe
that
binance
is
going
to
be
next
and
if
you

it's

there

more

Many
of
you
wouldn't
take
me
seriously,
but
what
happened
with
FTX
is
giving
us
a
front
row
glimpse
into
how
centralized
exchanges
can
inflate
the
Bitcoin
Supply,
unfortunately,
we'll
find
out
in
about
10
minutes,
because
it's
time
for
Chico
crypto,
what
makes
Bitcoin
so
special
is
its
limited
Supply.
Unlike
other
assets,
Bitcoin
is
provably
scarce
and
the
total
Supply
ever
created
is
21
million
Bitcoin,
but
centralized
entities
can
inflate
this
Supply
trading
on
fractional
reserves.

Jumping
to
the
leaked
balance
sheet,
we
can
see
they
had
over
1.4
billion
in
Bitcoin
liabilities,
AKA
customer
deposits
or
open
trades
on
their
platform.
Yet
they
didn't
hold
a
single
one.
There
wasn't
a
single
Bitcoin
in
the
asset
section.
This
means
FTX
worked
on
a
fractional
Reserve
model.
They
were
using
customer
funds
to
allow
them
to
make
risky
bets
in
the
crypto
markets,
and
it's
highly
likely.
Many
customers
who
bought
Bitcoin
or
other
assets
on
the
FTX
exchange
were
just
buying
and
it's
positive
yeah.

So
fractional
reserves,
as
I,
mean
like
if
you,
if
you're
into
crypto,
you
know
what
that
means.
That
means
basically
where
they
are
not
actually
holding
on
the
money,
you
think
is
there.
So
if
you
deposit-
and
this
happens
by
the
way
with
all
the
banking
systems,
if
you
look
on,
if
you
log
into
your
online
banking
right
now-
and
you
see
like
a
hundred
dollars,
that's
on
your
bank
account
guess
what
it's
not
actually
there.
They
have
taken
your
money
and
have
actually
sent
it
off
somewhere
else.

They
put
it
into
some
kind
of
investment
vehicle
the
same
way
it
was
done
with
FTX,
so
this
isn't
unique
to
crypto.
This
is
actually
how
the
whole
existing
Financial
system
works,
and
all
we
have
is
a
situation
here
where
people
from
the
traditional
Financial
system
came
into
the
crypto
space
and
decided
to
play
in
the
same
way
right
using
the
same
kind
of
rules
that
the
existing
system
works
on.
This
is
why
crypto
exists,
though,
is
to
get
away
from
those
rules
is
to
get
away
from
this
whole
fractional
result.

crypto

all
related
to
FTX.
These
guys
are
not
it
like.
This
is
like
somebody
crashing
your
party
and
then
saying
that
they're,
you

they
were
one
of
the
guests.
These
guys
did
not
operate
on
any
of
the
principles
of
what
crypto
is
really
about.
They
basically
hijacked.

I'm
wondering,
if
he's
trying
to
give
some
kind
of
anagram
to
this

knowing

There
is
something
to
that.
So
I
don't
know,
leave
your
comments

you
think
that
there's
some
kind
of
meaning
to
what's
going
on
in
the
background
with
Chico's
video
but
I
haven't
figured
it
out
yet

have
the
Reserves,
for
which
means
FTX
was
inflating
the
Bitcoin
Supply,
although
this
practice
of
fractional
reserves
goes
all
the
way.
Back
to
the
early
days
of
Bitcoin,
from
2011
to
2013
the
now
Infamous
Mount
gox
bitcoin's.
First
big
exchange
was
operating
on
the
fractional
Reserve
model,
which,
if
we
check
out
the
chart,
we
can
see
the
huge
discrepancy
between
their
actual
balance
and
what
they
should
have
had.
Look.

that
chart
that
is
brutal.
Yeah
simply
put
look
like
you
can
see
the
chart
where
everybody's
put
in
all
this
Bitcoin
in
the
system
they're
into
the
thousands
and
thousands.
Meanwhile,
the
actual
reserves
are
depleted
to
nearly
zero.
They
literally
were
just
taking
whatever
you
were,
depositing
and
taking
it
out
of
the
exchange
for
themselves.
That's
crazy,
and
this
is
exactly
what's
happening
FTX,
and
this
was
over
10
years
ago.

happening

ago,
and
here
somebody
else
comes
along
10
years
later
it
does
the
same
thing
unreal,
but
once
again,
greed
bit

the
ass
and
I
think
that
if
we
can
actually
move
technologically
in

right
direction,

avoid
this
kind
of
stuff
happening
and
we
can

again
not
your
keys,
not
your
crypto.
Everybody
from
the
mount
Cox
case
understood
that
lesson.
When
Mount
gox
went
down
magic
of
the
Gathering

what
that
stands

now

went

lesson

those
are
the
ogs

new
people
come
to

just
walking
right
into
typical

trap,

we

the
same
thing

kind

things

remove
from
the
space
we
need
to
have
rules
without
rulers.

need
to
have
stop,
having
centralized
exchanges
doing
this
kind
of
stuff.
So
the
only
way
to
do
that,
though,
is
for
us
to
have
better
options.

have
to
have
more
options.
We
have
to
have
more
choices
about
where
we
could
be
able
to
do
exchange
with
our
assets
right
so
yeah.
This
is
an
amazing.
This

just

hope
that
this

you
understand
this
is
what's
going
on
when
you
go
to
centralize
exchange,
this
could
be
what's
going
on
when
you
go
to
centralized
exchanges,
but
the
best
thing
to
do
is
simply
to
keep
keep
your
crypto
on
your
keys.
If
you
absolutely
have
to
use
an
exchange,
just
use
a
bare
minimum
of
whatever
you're
going
to
do,
don't
leave
it
there.

even
the
blood
of
the
crypto
markets
tether
has
been
proven
to
be
running
on
fractional
reserves
in
2021
the
cfdc,
fine
tether
operators.
For
this,
this
cftc
document
States.
In
fact,
tether
reserves
were
not
fully
backed
the
majority
of
the
time
as
found
in
the
order
tether
held
sufficient
Fiat
reserves
and
its
accounts
to
back
usdt
tether
tokens
in
circulation
for
only
27.6
percent
of
the
days.

what
he's
saying
is
true:
they
weren't
holding
their
full
reserves.
However
I
know
the
backstory
to
this,
because
I
was
there
in
terms
of
like
knowing
what
happened
around
that
time.
Right
about
that
time
is
actually
when
tether
had
a
huge
account
that
had
I,
think
it
was
180
million
dollars
or
160
million
dollars
seized,
so
their
actual
bank
account
that
had
these
reserves
got
seized
and
they
could
no
longer
access
it,
thus
not
being
able
to
back
what
they
had
in
circulation.
That's
a
banking
problem.

wasn't
because
of
tether
per
se
unless
the
bank
did
it
because
they
were
worried
about
what
tether
people
were
doing,
which
is
probably
likely
regardless.
It's
fair,
it's
more
fair
to
say.
If
you
were
to
look
at
this
it's
because
the
banking
system
actually
took
away
their
reserves.
It
wasn't
because
tether
was
just
printing
willy-nilly
out
of
nothing
right,
important
to
note
2016-2018,
that's
what
was
going
on
I
know,
because
I
actually
got
caught
up
in
that
at
one
time.

with
tether
at
one
point,
I
know
that
that
was
the
issue
back
then,
because
it
was
all
over
the
headlines.

then,

if
you
weren't
back

crypto
back,

you
didn't,
you
don't
know
it

thought
I'd
just
give
you
that
little
tidbit

when

approximately

of
institutional
crypto

in
2021

no
wonder:

is
now
going
to
be
filing
for
bankruptcy
soon,
as
this
FTX
contagion
spread
right.

they
did
there
I
understand
the
issue
with
over
collaborization.
So
essentially
back
from
the
days
when
I
used
to
like
where
I
started
in
bit
shares,
it
was
always
a
big
contentious
issue
with
the
fact
that
the
protocol
required
all
the
backing
for
being
able
to
generate
what
were
called
smart
coins
back
then
required
over
200
collateralization.

So
that
meant
that
if
you
want
to
be
able
to
create
a
smart
coin,
you
had
to
put
200
of
whatever
the
value
was
that
you
were
trying
to
create,
and
that
was
meant
for
when
the
price
would
go
up
and
down.
You
would
still
that
collateral
would
be
able
to
work
through
those
those
changes
and
it
was,
and
that
was
on
the
protocol,
so
nobody
could
do
anything
about
it.
The
result
nobody
was
making
smart
coins.

Nobody
would
want
to
put
in
that
much
collateral
because
it
was
just
too
much
to
be
able
to
create
these
smart
coins.
Meanwhile
centralized
entities
they're
putting
in
like

it

has
recently

the

The
only

being
is

they
get

decide
who
gets
to
play
in

game
right
in
this
case,
The
Regulators
don't
get
to
decide
who's
playing
in
this
game
in
the
regulator
markets
they
get
to
say.
Yes,
you
can.

No,
you
can't
right
at
the
end
of
the
day,
if
there
is
insider
trading
or
if
that's
what's
happening
with
with
binance,
that's
not
100
proof
of
what
Chico
crypto
is
claiming
that
binance
is
going
to
be
the
next
fractional
Reserve
exchange
right,
that's
not
100
proof
and
which
this
is
what
was
supposed
to
be
about.
This
seems
more
like
a
big
smear
Fest
at
this
point,
but
if
he
has
proof
of
insider
trading,
you
know,
CZ
just
said:
none
of
their
employees
would
do
that.

something

about
a
certain
crypto
project,
Walton
chain
message
to
insiders.
Specifically,
this
message
was
sent
to
a
strategically
important
person
to
the
V
chain:
ecosystem
Jackson
Foo.
As
we
can
see,
it's
a
screen
grab
of
a
conversation
with
yeehee
from
WeChat.
Now,
let's
see
what
Jackson
said
about
the
message
just
before
I
saw
this
on
Twitter,
it's
legit,
one
hundred
percent.
The
person
talking
to
Jackson
then
says
who's,
the
girl
of
which
Jackson
replies
yee-hee.

When
asked
about
what
the
message
says:
Jackson
replies
delisting,
WTC,
AKA
Walton
coin.
This
was
Insider
information
about
the
delisting
of
a
coin
on
the
binance
exchange.
Now,
why
is
this
so
important?
Well,
if
you
didn't
know,
in
early
September,
China
announced
that
they
were
Banning,
icos
and
Walton
was
a
Chinese
Ico
who
raised
funds
within
the
borders
of
China.

Thus,
there
are
rumors
circulating
that
Chinese
Regulators
were
coming
after
Chinese
projects
and
Walton
would
be
delisted
from
exchanges
like
binance,
which
even
prompted
Walton
Twitter
to
tweet,
that
this
wouldn't
be
the
case
and
putting
out
a
statement
to
their
Chinese
Ico
investors.
So
did
the
leaked
message
from
yeehi
have
an
effect
on
on
the
Walton
price?
Well,
here's
Walton's
price
on
September
14th.
Three
days
before
the
message
from
yeehi
was
leaked
on
September
17th
Walton
was
two
dollars
ranked
number
75
with
the
market
cap
of
nearly
50
million
dollars.
Here
is
Walton.

Just
a
few
days
after
the
he
message
started:
circulating
September
22nd,
the
price
dropped
from
two
dollars
to
1.26.
Walton
was
now
ranked
number
98
with
a
market
cap
of
just
over
31
million.
Now,
if
binance
would
conduct
themselves
like
this
in
the
past,
who
says
they
aren't
doing
it
today,
don't
trust
centralized
entities
with
their
funds.
They
aren't
sat
through
with
binance's
snafu's
cheers.

pretty
much
said
the
same
thing.
I
said,
which
was
they're
all
doing
it.
You
know
he's
he's
pointing
at
Finance
specifically,
but
the
truth
is
I
believe
this
is
happening
right
across
the
board
in
the
entire
industry
and
there's
no
reason
why
we
should
be
using
centralized
exchanges,
especially
in
2022,
going
into
2023
right.
We
should
be
using
decentralized
exchanges,
which
is
what
we
have
here
at
peer
plays.

that's
something
that
we've
focused
on
for
the
last
couple
years
to
make
sure
that
we
could
actually
be
able
to
have
Fair
markets
for
everybody
to
be
able
to
access
pby
and
be
able
to
trade
them
with
peer
plays
that's
part
of
what
we
do,
but
regardless
Chico's
proof
per
se
on
running
a
fractional
Reserve
didn't
make
it.
He
just
didn't,
have
the
proof.

say
that
it
is
and
if
you
notice
that
everything
he
said
in
regards
to
proof
was
maybe
or
could
have-
and
everything
was
question
marked-
is
not
a
definite
statement
of
proof.
It's
actually
a
good
way
to
kind
of
pose
questions
and
not
actually
have
answers.
Unfortunately,
for
Chico
he
didn't
quite
show
The
100
Proof,
like
he
claimed
in
this
video.
Fortunately,
though
it
doesn't
look
like
binance
is
in
a
position
where
it
is
actually
going
to
be
next
if
they
are
running
on
fractional
reserves.

Quite
possibly
I'm
not
like
I'm,
not
saying
that
they
aren't
okay,
like
I,
it's
quite
possible.
They
are
but
to
Chico's
point
and
what
he
pulled
out
of
cz's
tweets
was
that
they're
using
large
Reserves
it
may
take
way
way
more
to
be
able
to
cause
what
happened
to
FTX
to
happen
to
binance
the
reason
it
happened
to
FDX,
because
there
was
nothing
there
right.
There
were
full-on
scamming
everybody,
but
if
binance
has
fractional
reserves,
it
has
large
fractional
reserves.
The
possibility
of
that
happening
to
them
is
pretty
low
right.

got
to
think
about
it
in
terms
of
risk
probabilities,
so
yeah
binance
now
I
mean
this
and
the
proof
in
terms
of
the
insider
trading
2017.
Is
it
happening
now?
Probably,
is
it
happening
with
everybody
else?
Yeah

mean

I
got
to
them,
see
and
we
know
Chico
that
doesn't
like
CZ,
it's
fair,
but
it's
a
good
thing.

he
