Welcome everybody to today's weekly town hall, meeting May 29 2023, almost halfway through the year. Today's agenda project and development updates, documentation, updates marketing updates and collaborations Robinson. Please start us off with project and development updates.

Sure, thank you, the first one here the paper is one blockchain updates, so the last week, uh in fact, for the last couple of weeks we've been uh we first of all, we did a release, uh that is a Beta release and um we have been verifying various functionalities and the most important one we are having challenges is really Bitcoin support and with libitcoin uh we've been verifying this with a local uh desktop connected to the internet where in the internet we have. The fitness note running uh so what's happening uh lately.

Is that uh we're seeing uh the TCP packets with the Bitcoin blocks uh they're, not getting acknowledgments uh when we are using this in the van or in the internet, uh but at the same time we are receiving the blocks and TCP confirmations when we are using the bit lip Bitcoin based setup in the uh inside the line.

So we are investigating this uh further, but uh we don't have the necessary environment that is we're still lacking a an environment where we have uh the both early, Bitcoin and witness node is running uh in in the in a in the internet, uh certainly in a van environment, uh so we have still having uh challenges due to the environment uh limitations, but at least we know uh what's happening, uh the TCP or the TCP level there's something uh going on.

So it looks like when there are larger Bitcoin blocks on the at the TCP stack level. uh The packets are split into multiple packets or or recent after failure, but they're not getting uh delivered. So it looks like the blocking router in this home setup was uh blocking these uh TCP packets. So that seems to be the reason why we are not uh receiving these recent TCB packets.

In any case us had indicated earlier, we are planning to go ahead with the release without the Olympic coin support, and for that the prerequisitors there is a testament being set up uh like a local Tesla testment. But anybody is welcome to join this, so this local. This.

Tested actually it's actually a public test net and correct it. uh So this public testing we are planning to have a hard Fork on June 5th and if the hard folk goes fine with all the uh functionalities, that is uh primarily the sun functionality, including uh ethereum Sun. If all this goes well, uh we will plan for a mainnet release uh immediately afterwards.

So I would uh assume that this would uh this definite upgrade goes fine and we'll uh we'll plan a main net release with a hard work date around June 15th. So that's a on the two major update from the blockchain team.

uh Okay, now, let's go to the next slide for the pay Place 2 updates, uh so the updates on P plus 2 is minimal, because uh we've been working primarily on the Bitcoin again uh because we somehow wanted to uh release it, because we have not done any uh release in this last two quarters on the storage side, uh so we need uh as an indicator previously. We are looking for a means to uh store Text data on the chain and we are exploring the uh efficient mechanisms uh for the same.

So we have a test smart contract in solidity uh deployed and uh which it stores a small amount of text, so we are trying to access it through uh various means and trying to find out the uh best method now, I think uh from this week onwards, uh most of the team will switch to a peer Place 2 uh and uh we will have more development happening on paid plus two from uh this week for uh next.

So on the next we have a small uh bug fixes happening in addition to it, the major workers on the Explorer uh feature so where we are adding few screens and extending uh some of the screens uh to support or give a full-fledged Explorer like capability.

uh So this also adds support for uh new pages like rich list, which will give you a list of uh ownership of various tokens. So this support is being added and in addition to the UI changes, uh there will be an API also be uh made available. So the release uh so then so, and we're also planning a next release uh with us, with support for the uh changes in the maintenance, so that would be planned uh sometime uh by mid Zone.

That is, after the main net uh completes the uh hard folk so, but these explore features may not get live by then, because only we are only one person, one resource working on it, uh but some of the related uh bug fixes like enhancements to the uh uh account page or um individual account, Pages Etc that may or that way that will go, live.

That's uh next updates and.

Slide on together we have we made uh I. Guess we've made a lot of progress, uh I think the most interesting one was uh we have. uh We have some of the pocs uh primarily for the open, AI uh integration which we are, uh which we managed to test.

um So there is a content being generated based on the input uh being given so the quality of the content and how to make it uh EC for end users Etc. So we are exploring uh this with the POC, so that POC, which uh shown or Hilton's POC, which looked uh uh really good. Apart from that, we have also completed the our designs of most of the designers are done and we have a theme identified.

So the next work, which is happening with the uh from the UI team or the UI, the interaction design team, is that we're working on the UI kit. So we have uh we're working on a UI kit, which is uh which uses and design components so that workers uh in progress on the development side, the database schema design. Those aspects are going really well, uh in addition to it uh we're trying to do some of the initial screens so that we can.

uh We get more clarity on how to do the user management uh and various other permissions group permissions Etc, which is also going uh really well so we're using graphql or on top of postgresql, for this uh particular application. So the configuration and setup of all those compound lenses, uh that's also in uh in progress. So in general, the application is looking uh pretty good and now that we have most of the items figured out like uh the UI design Etc in the upcoming weeks.

So we'll have a lot more progress on this as well, and we're also trying to something else. That's happening in this context is: uh we need a. uh We need to host certain apis, primarily apis, which will give uh data regarding elected officials uh so those apis. We have identified some apis uh for the us. We may be planning to use the Civic API, but for Canada we wanted.

Any readily available apis from a SAS provider. So there's a we found a uh an organization called uh open note, so they have a. They have published an API so we're trying to uh use it, but we may not be uh using their API directly, but uh rather we'll be taking their uh data and uh code base and trying to host it on our end, so that we can provide the necessary uh uptime and make sure that it's available when it's required.

So um that's update on together. So in general, uh this is looking really good and I. Think in the next few weeks we may be able to share some screenshots as well. So that's the major updates from the uh development team. Thank you. So much.

Hello, thank you. So a quick update for our documentation, our in progress. We have our ethereum Sun's flow diagram, which will look much like what we have on the right here. um This one is the hive Sun's flow diagram, but we're creating one for ethereum Suns, uh also upcoming. We have libitcoin documentation and, um as always, we have our ongoing together MVP and our peerview, um designed with working with GBC, and that's my update for today. Thank you.

Thank you, um so I've been posting on all socials uh YouTube shorts have been performing the best out of all our channels, lately um with sir SMG we're going to focus on kickstarting together socials this week. uh So this involves defining the key audience, maybe creating some new visual content that we'll be reviewing.

uh We also have to review exactly which CTA we want. This was pretty much defined last week, but um I think we need to exactly Define like do. Where do we want people who convert exactly in the first um first launch?

um We finished reporting product specifics to them, so they're done with their Discovery phase. uh We shared the designs that we have so far that we're ready to be shared they'll, probably be more being shared this week and.

Week we want to start with 300 users per municipality in Nova Scotia, uh so that's like 15 000 users, so that's sort of like the first kpi, so we may get an IOS app for Zone. Soon uh we're still testing the APK I think I'm hoping to release it this week. If we can um but yeah I heard, we might get an IOS app soon um and yeah as usual.

uh The initial web ages is ready and uh soon going to be developed. Pages like welcome page Vision, page career contact, blog and others who are created in Adobe, XD and right now is on the process of development by Dave, um with additions of virus interactive illustrations for the users to have a better experience. We are making continuous tweaks to existing graphics and pages, to make them as creative and relevant as possible. So peer Place website will be fully customized to align with The Branding position and how we want to represent it um next slide.

Next slide, thank you, so some of the animations that we can see here and some of the small treatments that we would make just to make it all look interesting and interactive as possible. Next slide, please so also in the various places we are using card systems that are having better scrolling rates and bring more impact than lists. So UI cards are very adaptive and would look good on any screen sizes. So we decided to use them as much as we possibly can next slide.

Please- and this is another demonstration of a mock-up of a witness page and some of the illustrative um interactive designs that we are creating just for the demo purposes, so that is for me and from Dave as well. Thank you so much thank.

You uh so these are the collaboration updates for this week with peer Place. uh We had a a brief call with government blockchain Association in regards to decentralized ID. um It was relatively short, I think that it got pushed out to this coming week, so we may have more updates on that.

um There hasn't been any other uh collaboration meetings in this past week, so nothing to update on those. As far as dedicated team updates go, uh we are still seeking out a part-time devop. uh We've had a few candidates that were um uh almost there, but not quite and we're still seeking them out. So if you know anybody uh please be sure to send them to the pure plays LinkedIn page where you can find the listing there, and that is the updates for this week.

The first question Jonathan: these will both be for you. The first question: are there any plans to release trading of ppy on hive engines.

So, in regards to Hive engine I'm, not aware of any plans uh to do trading of ppy and high uh uh on on high on hive engine.

um If anyone is working on this, though um they're welcome to reach out and for any technical help, though, if someone is working on it um like uh this is being asked because someone is actually mentioned something about it, um then I'd suggest High. Science would be a good place uh uh to start uh I.

Imagine you would want to be involved in Hive Sons if you were going to be doing something with high Vengeance, so um yeah be good to get involved, uh and that would help with uh any kind of technical aspects while providing a steady supply of ppy to support operations uh for uh trading in high vention. So that's that's all the info I have on that.

Thank you. A follow-up question to that is, is together going to incorporate ppy.

Good question so um tldr of it is yes, it will um so uh uh to to give a little bit more um perspective, though, following what will happen is following the MVP uh release. There will be multiple uh go to market tests that will take place, at least for a couple of months, once the brand and the go to market approach is identified from these tests. We will then start to incorporate more elements like at the addition of cryptocurrencies, including ppy, in a way that makes sense with a mass Market.

um It's important to understand that together is not designed for the crypto Market. I know that in the crypto space uh apps that that are in games that are created are generally created with, um you know, really trying to uh put it onto people who are already into crypto together. It doesn't take that Approach at all. So um this this essentially is a tool designed to support the the game of governance with current Real World Systems. uh When crypto elements are incorporated into it, um it won't, it will need to be appeared and it'll.

It will not appear uh uh like what we see in typical crypto apps, so there will certainly be the combination of nfts of coin type assets, but they will need to be used in such a way that it supports what people are looking to achieve through together.

So while we have some ideas on how this might work or how this might look, uh it's only after we do the market tests uh in the release and that we will be able to best identify the approach that will be optimal for the enjoyers of together. So that's essentially the long version of it. But the short answer is yes:.
