Presentations:
Councilman Kenyatta Johnson led a presentation welcoming the National Football League (NFL) Draft to the City of Philadelphia and commemorating the first ever NFL Draft, which took place in the City on February 8, 1936.

Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell (3rd District) led presentation acknowledging and commending the University of Pennsylvania, LF Driscoll, the School District of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Building Trades Council for their establishment of the PennAssist Program-Bridging the Gap from High School to Building Trades, an unprecedented effort to promote and support City youth in their pursuit of careers in the building trades.

Councilwoman María Quiñones-Sánchez led presentation honoring and recognizing the career of Judith Bernstein-Baker in service to Philadelphia's vibrant community of immigrants and refugees.

Committee on public property and public works to which is important uh number one: seven zero one: zero eight entitled an ordinance authorizing the director of the free library of Philadelphia and the Commissioner of public property on behalf of the city of Philadelphia, to enter into a sublease with the Philadelphia Authority for industrial development under master lease with the landlord for for space in the building located at 1500, Spring, Garden, Street, Philadelphia to house a library for the blind and physically handicapped and Bulova one-seven-zero 139, and cited an ordinance authorizing the commissioner of public property on behalf of the city, to enter into a sublease agreement with the philadelphia municipal authority for use by the city of a portion of the premises located at 1500, John F, Kennedy, Boulevard and beloved one 7 0 1 4 2 entitled an ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of public property on behalf of the city, to enter into a sublease with the Philadelphia Authority for industrial development for use by the city of the premises located at the Cala Hill Center 421 North, 7th Street and below 1 7 0 1 6 8 entitled an ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of public property to enter into a sublease agreement with the fluffy Authority for industrial development, for the use by the city of the premises located at 11:01, Market Street and bill number 1, 7 0, 3 0 9 entitled an ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of public property on behalf of the city so far, P simple title or a lesser real estate interest to all or a portion of a parcel of land located in the area bounded by east Bristol, Street, o street leaper street and Frankford creek, respectful reports that has considered the same and returns the attached Bills to council with a favorable recommendation.
