few
remarks.

want
to
give
thanks
to
my
Councilwoman
Cheryl
Faulkner,
who
has
been
a
great
blessing
to
our
call
sematic
district
and
who
has
shown
great
visionary
leadership
in
terms
of
including
all
of
the
members
of
her
district
and
as
a
Muslim
I'm,
always
happy
to
know
that
people
see
us
as
partners
in
the
need
to
make
the
society
and
our
community
better.
I
also
want
to
thank
Councilwoman
Helen

who
has
come
up
and
helped
to
us.

proposed
development

police
headquarters

440
North
Broad
Street,

nephew

two
former
police
officers,
are
hard-working,

department
deserve

facility.

development

an
opportunity
for
a
significant
upgrade
in
public
safety
in
our
city.
Our
new
building
will
provide

new
headquarters,
a
combined
fire
police
communications
system
and
a
new
Morgan
toxicology
lab
further.
This
development,

major
economic
development
project
in
our
city,
as
opposed
as
proposed.
This
new
development
is
a
290
million
dollar
project.
