Mike
stack
lieutenant
governor
Commonwealth
of
Pennsylvania.
Thank
you.
Congratulations.
Q
Thank
You
president
Clark
and
Thank
You
Councilwoman
Blackwell
for
this
resolution.
I
am
honoured.
I
am
grateful
and
I
am
thankful.
Most
of
you
city,
council
people,
I've
worked
with
way
before
you
became
city
council
members,
we've
worked
in
the
community
and
making
our
communities
a
better
place
and
empowering
other
people
to
make
a
difference.
As
I
said
the
evening
of
my
retirement.
That
I
am
very
clear
that
everything
that
I've
done
I
haven't
done
it
alone.
So
thank
you
to
the
members
of
the
college
family.
Q
So
those
of
you
who
are
here
from
the
various
boards
that
I
know
there's
a
joke.
How
many
boards
is
she
and
my
friends
and
my
fellow
government
relations
folks
who
lead
on
these
walls
and
in
this
room
on
Thursdays,
together
and
I,
can't
forget
to
thank
all
the
staff
people
for
the
council
people
because
we
know
you're
the
ones
that
helped
us
to
get
our
work
done.
All
of
you
have
touched
my
life
in
some
way
and
you
have
enriched
my
life.
Q
These
lessons
helped
me
understand.
The
common
bond
between
all
of
us
and
I
will
forever
not
get
what
Harding
William
says
instilled
in
me.
I.
Thank
all
of
you
for
your
support
and
I
hope
that
you
will
continue
to
support
me
as
I
transition
back
into
LM
Brown
Management
Group
Marketing
play,
and
thank
you
for
this
affirmation,
affirmation
that
I'm
doing
what
I
was
here
to
be
put
on
this
earth
to
do
and
I
want
to
just
say
that,
as
he
said,
I'm
not
going
anywhere,
I'm
gonna
continue.
Q
The
fight
I'm
gonna
keep
on
working
with
all
of
you
to
make
our
community
better
I
want
my
legacy
to
be
a
list,
a
list
of
all
the
people
that
I've
helped
all
the
organizations.
I've
helped
live
their
mission,
all
the
legislation
and
pet
and
policies
that
have
open
access
for
people
who
look
like
me
and
they're
for
other
people.
So
I
appreciate
all
of
you
and
I
appreciate
you
appreciating
me.
Thank
you.
