president,
we're
proud
of
being
able
to
join
Penn
in
honoring,
the
Penn
Relays
and
gentlemen,
who
will
stand
next
to
me,
Glenn
Brian,
whose
vice
president
of
government
and
community
relations
I've
known
so
long
that
we're
like
brothers
and
sisters.
So
in
spite
of
my
opponent,
who
thinks
knowing
a
developer,
is
just
about
the
wrong
thing.
I'm
proud
of
my
relationship.
So
take
that
and
twist
that
too.

be
it
resolved
that
Philadelphia's
City
Council
hereby
proclaims
April
21st
2019
Penn
relay
carnival
day
in
honor
of
its
one
hundred
and
twenty-fifth
anniversary
and
FURTHER
RESOLVED.
An
engrossed
copy
of
this
resolution
be
presented
to
depend
relays
at
the
University
of
Pennsylvania
in
honor
of
the
Penn
relay
carnival
gratulations.
Everyone
who
keeps
this
great
tradition
going.
