The
process
that
has
been
established
in
the
council
is
that,
prior
to
the
hearing,
there
are
opportunities
for
members
of
the
committee
of
the
whole
to
meet
with
individuals
who
are
being
confirmed.
So
there
has
been
prior
conversation
between
the
members,
so
I
just
want
to.
Thank
you
very
much
and
look
forward
to
working
with
you.
Thank.
B
A
Morning,
president
Clark,
as
with
the
previous
nominees
I,
do
have
testimonies
and
straight
through.
My
name-
is
Michael
Piper
I'm,
currently
serving
as
the
acting
chief
assessment
officer
for
the
office
of
property
assessment.
Again,
as
with
the
previous
nominees,
we
do
have
testimony,
but
it
has
been
previously
submitted
if
you
like,
I
read
it
otherwise.
I
would
request
that
it
be
read
into
the
record.
Thank.
B
You
very
much
or
any
questions
mr.
Piper,
there
being
none.
Thank
you
very
much
for
your
testimony
and
thank
you
for
your
willingness
to
continue
to
serve
and
look
forward
to
working
with
you,
as
we
continue
to
move
forward
in
finalizing
the
avi
process,
to
make
sure
that
everybody
will
never
be.
Everybody
will
be
happy
with
the
system,
but
the
overwhelming
majority
people
are
comfortable
with
the
way
we
move
forward
on
the
AVI
Thank
You
