Description

The Committee of the Whole of the Council of the City of Philadelphia held a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at 9:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items:

190975 Resolution appointing Greg Muller to the Board of Directors of the Center City District.

190976 Resolution appointing Clayton Mitchell to the Board of Directors of the Center City District.

190977 Resolution reappointing Kevin Michals to the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services District.

190978 Resolution appointing Carol Watson to the Board of Directors of the Center City District.

190979 Resolution reappointing Howard Wurzak to the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services District.

Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee of the Whole, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.

Copies of the foregoing items are available in the Office of the Chief Clerk of the Council, Room 402, City Hall.

My name is Paul Levy and president of the Center City District I'm here to testify in favor of resolutions, one ninety, nine, seven, five, nine seven, six and nine seven eight appointing greg, muller, clayton, mitchell and carol watson to the board of directors of the center city district.

Name is Clayton Mitchell I'm senior, vice president of real estate of facilities for Jefferson, been in Philadelphia for about eight months now: retired naval officer, 25 years of civil engineer, Corps officer, doing facilities, seven and a half years with Kaiser Permanente and now really have the privilege of helping Jefferson grow. Its footprint here within the Philadelphia area, from a real estate standpoint. So just really looking for opportunities to align our strategies with with those of the community as a whole. So we could make the community as a whole stronger appreciate the opportunity. Thank.
