in

proposed
FY
23
spring
transfer,
ordinance

allocate

departure

dollars

young
people
meet

new
high
school
graduation
requirements
for
ACT

about
providing
students
or
stipends
to
students
who
participate
in
City
internships
at
the
cost
of
450
000
will
for
the
spring
and
the
fall
for
this
year.
I
just
wanted
to
know
for
clarification
if
any
of
those
dollars
were
also
allocated
to
council,
so
that
we
could
also
compensate
our
high
school
interns.

I'm
looking
at
that
from
a
pay
Equity
standpoint
that
I
too
started
here
in
Council
as
a
high
school
intern
when
I
was
15
years
old
and
obviously
that
was
an
unpaid
position.

it's

part

meeting
the

requirements
and
we
are
providing
compensation
in
other
City
departments
for
young
people.
Yet
if
they
work
in
city
council
cannot
be
compensated,
then
I
think
that
that
would
potentially
be.

last
transfer
we

We
got
10
million
dollars
over
to
the
library
which,
from
our
understanding,
met
their
capacity
through
the
end

fy24,

they
have
additional
funding
in
the
24
budget
in
the
25
program.
So
we
are
very
mindful
of
that
and
making
sure
that
you
know
they
have
funding
to
meet
their
needs.

about
the

I
care

relative
to
the
forty
five
thousand
dollars
to
the
board
of
Ethics
to
fund
an
executive
search
for
Council
I
wanted
to
know
from
an
overall
perspective,
how
many
executive
searches
have
we
done
as
a
city
as
a
whole
and
how
much
has
that
cost
us
to
to
sort
of
Outsource
an
executive
search
for
executives,
which
are
people
that
we
hire
all
the
time
in
the
city
of
Philadelphia
I
wanted
to
know?

it
be
more
cost
effective
for
us
to
just
hire
someone
who
has
the
expertise
in
conducting
executive
searches
instead
of
as
each
position
comes,
you
know
vacant
that
we
then
have
to.
You
know,
send
out
another
contract
for
an
executive,

just

to
know
how
many
of
them
have
we
done
this
year,
and
how
much
has
it
cost
us
total,
and
would
it
be
more
cost
effective
for
us
to
get
someone
in
HR
where
their
sole
function
is
to
deal
with
executive
searches.

it

work

no
session
scheduled
