200353 An Ordinance amending Section 17 109 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Local Bidding Preferences,” to amend reporting requirements to require the establishment of local business usage goals and reporting on reaching such goals as a way to assist community businesses recover from the COVID 19 pandemic, all under certain terms and conditions.

200382 An Ordinance amending Chapter 17 500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Goals for the Participation of Disadvantaged Owned Business Enterprises in City Contracts,” by adding a new requirement that City Council be notified of certain changes to existing City contracts valued over $1 million to ensure expansions adhere to participation goals and standards, all under certain terms and conditions.

200544 An Ordinance amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions,” by adding a new Chapter, entitled “Residential Property Wholesalers,” to regulate the solicitation of purchases of real property and require certain disclosures by property purchasers to homeowners, and amending Chapter 9 1100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Fair Practices Ordinance: Protections Against Unlawful Discrimination,” to provide protections to homeowners from solicitation and related problems, all under certain terms and conditions.

200574 An Ordinance amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code to address matters related to commercial leases and provide eviction and financial relief to restaurant businesses that operate on leased premises, all under certain terms and conditions.
