The Committee on Public Health and Human Services of the Council of the City of Philadelphia held a Public Hearing on Monday, April 2, 2018 to hear testimony on the following items:

171125 An Ordinance amending Section 10-602 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Smoking," by adding smoking restrictions at certain bus stops; all under certain terms and conditions.

180215 An Ordinance amending Chapter 6-800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Lead Paint Disclosure," to clarify an existing requirement that as a condition of licensing Family Child Day Care facilities built before March 1978 that such facilities be certified as lead safe or lead free, all under certain terms and conditions.

170651 Resolution authorizing the Committee on Public Health and Human Services to hold hearings regarding the provision of Behavioral Health services for people of color and the state of mental health and mental health awareness in the Black community and other communities of color.

170837 Resolution authorizing the Committee on Public Health & Human Services to hold hearings regarding board and leadership diversity among foundations and nonprofit organizations in Philadelphia.
