plan

the
bridge

the
lease

used
by
a
delval
realty

to
sublease
to

storage
of
new
vehicles
through
the
gas
Commission's
review

lease
itself,
the
language
of
the
lease
was
modified
from
what
was
originally
proposed
to
the
Commission.

clarifying

was
originally
proposed.

does
incorporate
review
by
the
city

law
department
as

Commission

changes

tenant

commission

Aviation
Administration
greatly
prefers

airports

runways

building
the

building
your
own
way

simply
done
in
order
to
stretch
out
the
cost
of
it

a
period
of
