200662 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a sublease agreement with the Philadelphia Municipal Authority, for use by the City, of a portion of the premises located at 11311 Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, all under certain terms and conditions.

200677 An Ordinance authorizing the Department of Public Property to acquire, on behalf of the City, an easement in the area bounded by Chestnut Street, 12th Street, Market Street, and 11th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.

210076 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development a parcel of land situate at 2401 Chestnut Street, for further conveyance, and authorizing the plotting upon City Plan No. 307 a right of way for bridge repair, maintenance and/or reconstruction purposes and for stormwater sewer and drainage purposes, all under certain terms and conditions.
