from

This
change
has
been
requested
by
residents
of
this
block
who
commonly
referred
to
the
street
as
lippincott
street
research
indicates.
F
This
matter
has
revealed
that
the

the
tax
accounts
for

site
the
name
of
the
street
as

even
though
the
official
name
according
to

has
always

This

Term

We
have
we're
at
the
end
zone
literally
of
a
memorandum
of
understanding
with
representatives
of
the
center
city.
One
condominium,
we
I
think
it's
fair
to
say:
we've
achieved
agreement
on
all
of
the
business
points
and
we've
we've
exchanged
the
last
version
of
the
documents
most
recently
last
night,
together
with
exhibits,
so
I'm
very
optimistic
that
we
will

In
addition,
we've
had
extensive
meetings
with
representatives
of
the
community,
including
five
separate
meetings
with
the
washington
square
west
civic
association
they've
been
very
good
about
facilitating
meetings
with
the
stakeholders

near

that
is
also
resulted
in
wash
Wes
issuing
a

the

which
has
occurred
as
well
as

We
will
continue
to
work
with
Washington

and
our
immediate
neighbors
as
we
move
forward
in
the
project.
H
Most
specifically,
we
will
meet
with
them
again
as
we
advance
toward
the
Civic
design
review
stage
of
this
exciting
project.
As
you
recall,
this

200
million

anchoring
the
Avenue
of
the
Arts

It
will
actively
employ

on

side,
and
it
will
involve
close
to
over

during

of

and
that
was
