encroachment

require

walking
zone
on
this
on
Point
Breeze
Avenue

verging
zone,
which
would

the
nine

encroachment
doesn't
leave
the
required
space
for
the
Complete
Streets
breakdowns.

streetscape

to

structure
and
take
away

building

we're
going
to
grant
authority
for
you
to
own
a
maintain
a
business
in
a
structure,
especially
if
the
building
installs
any
utilities
sinks
ovens
for
them
to
shut
down

everything

removed
