Councilman Bobby Henon (6th District) tried to trip up Chief Clerk Mike Decker with a "wacky" ordinance but Decker remained unflappable.

And in ordinance amending title 14 of the foot off a code entitled zoning and planning by many section, 14 207 definitions in section 14, 900 entitled signs to provide for wacky waving, inflatable arm-flailing two persons and to further provide for wacky waving, inflatable arm-flailing to persons sold by al harrington of al harrington's, wacky waving, inflatable arm flailing tube man, Emporium and warehouse.
