We
have
a
couple
of
options
on
motions
here,
but
I
think
motion
three
is
gets
us
to
the
points.
I'd
moved
that
the
council
override
vetoed
line
item
appropriations,
as
shown
on
the
motion
sheet,
except
for
veto
to
be
and
veto
2d,
which
will
be
considered
separately
and
that
the
council
uphold
veto
three
okay,.

D
D
It's
come
to
our
attention
this
week
that
the
250
thousand
dollar
line
item
for
house
20
included
one
hundred
and
twenty
five
thousand
dollars,
which
we
had
appropriate,
which
we
appropriated
in
last
year's
budget.
That's
existing
programming
and
and
I
know
that
it
was
never
the
intention
of
the
council
to
discontinue
existing
programming.
D
This
hundred
and
twenty
five
thousand,
as
we
understand,
will
allow
the
people
who
are
both
eceived
receiving
rental
assistance
and
case
management
today
to
continue
on
July
1
to
have
that
assistance,
and
then
we
can
have
the
discussion
about
the
roommate
or
the
the
potential
for
us
to
expand
the
program
by
another
125.
When
we
get
into
that
unappropriated
holding
account
policy
discussion,
great.
A
Thank
You
councilmember
Mendenhall
any
other
discussion,
Oh
council
member
Johnston's,
back
welcome
back
council
member,
so
I
just
I
just
want
to
say
on
this
that
you
know
I
appreciate,
council
member
men
for
making
that
motion
in
the
work
that
the
council
had
done
in
the
regular
in
our
regular
budget
process,
the
intent
was
always
to
create
a
more
transparent
and
streamlined
process.
We
had
requested
information
from
different
departments
when
we
didn't
get
that
information.
A
That's
you
know
why
the
council
move
forward
with
with
putting
things
in
the
Reserve
account
just
until
we
had
that
information
that
we
needed
subsequently
to
the
original
action
with
councilmember
Mendenhall
mentioned
we
heard,
and
we
received
information
that
that
one
of
our
actions
could
potentially
put
a
program
at
risk
and
the
individuals
who
were
receiving
that
as
councilmember
Mendenhall
mentioned.
That
was
never
the
intent
of
the
council.
Had
we
received
that
information
before
the
budget,
we
could
have
moved
forward
with
that.
A
You
know
without
doing
the
budget
the
way
that
that
we
did,
however,
better
lay
better
late
than
never
so
now
that
we
have
that,
were
you
know
at
least
able
to
ensure
that
that
program
continues,
so
that
we
can
move
forward
with
our
our
streamlining
and
transparency
initiatives.
Any
further
discussion,
seeing
none
all
in
favor
all
right.
A
Counts:
a
motion
from
Council
member
Mendenhall,
second
from
councilmember
Fowler
and
now
any
discussion
hearing,
none
all
in
favor
aye
any
opposed,
and
that
is
passed
unanimously.
We
will
that
that
concludes
the
override
work
that
that
we
have
today.
We
do
have
one
other
item,
which
is
a
closed
session
briefing
for
the
purpose
of.
