Just
the
council
is
authorized
under
state
law
to
do
temporary
zoning
regulations
and
those
can
only
last
six
months
maximum.
The
council
did
a
temporary
zoning
regulation
to
allow
for
the
operation
of
the
airport
inn
as
an
overflow
shelter,
so
to
speak,
but
it
was
only
for
a
four-month
period.
That
means
that
the
council
is
allowed
under
state
law
to
extend
that
for
two
more
months.
So
the
issue
before
you
tonight
would
allow
that
use
to
continue
for
for
for
two
more
months
for
a
total
of
six
months
allowed
under
state
law.

I
know
it's
late.
Can
I
take
a
moment
of
personal
privilege,
real
quick,
of
course
it
might
be
the
week
I've
had
but
and
the
stuff
we've
talked
about
tonight,
the
complexity,
but
I
just
want
to
say
thanks
to
all
of
you
all,
for
trying
to
tackle
such
a
wide
variety
of
very
difficult
issues
every
week
for
the
last
year
or
two,
I'm
just
thankful
for
you
all
tonight.
So
since
we're
not
too
too
late,
I
wanted
to
say
that
publicly
and
appreciate
all
your
help.
Thanks.
