Hello and welcome to humane touch, I'm hope, Woodson. The department director for the st. Charles County Department of Public Health that manages the division of humane services are humane touch program, introduces you to the wonderful animals available through our st. Charles County Pet Adoption Center, located at mid rivers, mall drive across from the community college, the pet adoption center features, dogs, cats and other animals seeking a forever home with you.

If you're looking for a new furry friend, the pet adoption center is a great place to start all of our animals are spayed or neutered microchipped vaccinated, license and checked by our veterinarian.
