So I had a chance to attend the golden beach 4th of july independence day parade.

A

Let me tell you: it was great to actually be at an event in person.

A

Shaking hands, saying hello, seeing everybody and it's the largest parade that they had um in.

A

Well, they said in history, so yeah I don't. I don't mess with the uh the mayor of golden beach.

A

If that's what um mr antos says mayor antosh, then so be it, um but no, it was a great event.

A

It really, it really was seeing seeing everybody out there, the golf carts and four-wheelers and.

A

Fire department, ems- I mean um it really shows that you know saint mary's county is resilient and that.

A

Regardless of what's going on they're going to be out there and that everybody was really ready to.

A

Just get back into the swing of things after the pandemic and timing was perfect. For that event,.

A

It is getting uh significantly hot out the more humid days, be careful, be careful out.

A

There make sure you're drinking water if you need a cooling center, find a cooling center.

A

um For those of us um that have our parents here make sure that you're checking on your parents.

A

And your neighbors and you know ensuring that they're not suffering from the heat.

A

And, uh of course, if you need your uh heating and air conditioning fix, make sure you uh you go local.

A

I mean that's, that's always the way to do it, but thank you very much.
