for
yourself

finding

the
podcasts

we're

way

views

the
context
of
a
broader
kind
of
community
and
decentralized
organizations.

very
exciting.

meetup

productive
in
the

Hall
and

we

We
were
small
group
of
people
and
we

thinking

think
status
stands
for
or
should
stand
for,
and
specifically
we
used
this
approach
where
we
thought
about
all
the
things
we're
doing
right
now
and
how
we
are
lacking
in
some
ways,
and
this
led
to
sort
of
a
wall
of
shame
and
so
on.

initially
it
was
just
a
small
group
of
people
of
jet
we've
had
about
a
month
where
everyone
have
been
able
to
comment
and
there's
been
some
good
debate
in
discuss
and
so
on
and
ideas
that
we
won't
have
disagreement
as
early
as
possible,
because
these
are
our
principles
since
our
culture
and
supporting
it.
We
all
believe
in
these
and
that
we
stand
behind
them
and
if
there's
disagreement,
it's
it's
healthy
to
bring
that
out
as
always
possible.
So
it's
actually
something
that
we
all
stand
behind.

Guess
it's
like
an
interpretation
and
ideas
that
anyone
can
add
things
here
as
we
stuff
game
in
our
collective
understanding,
and
these
this
also,
they
are
not
meant
to
be
sort
of
lofty
principles.
They're
meant
to

instrumental

a
way
like
they
should
be
things
that
impact,
how
we
make
decisions
and
have
differences
of
consequences,
and
it's
a
way
to
decentralize
decision
making
by
having
a
shared,
shared
cultural
norms
and
so
on.

are
listening

the
most
important
thing
is
to
review
and
also
actively
help
us
reach
consensus.

propose

sort

reached

shared
sort
of
agreement
about
these
things.

across
collaboration
on
projects,
not
just
people,
ups,
wider
team
members,
but
I'll

upon
with

main
areas
of
focus
and
that
different
members
of
the
team
would
active
owners
for
each
area.

resourcing
might
look
like
in
all
those
sort
of
standard
planning
documents
in
the
next
one
or
two
months.

would

great
to
get
feedback

thinking.
