Strategies
being
implemented,
they
still
were
not
in
a
position
where
they
could
sustain
long
periods
of
time
in
class
and
a
lot
of
the
problems
we're
surrounding
surrounding
the
children's
emotional
and
social
and
mental
well-being.
It
was
very
clear
from
the
very
start
that
the
children
who
were
suffering
distress
had
really
low
self-esteem,
sometimes.
A
A
E
We
came
up
with
French
arts,
where
each
child
had
their
own
colored
door.
I
was
able
to
check
when
the
children
were
needing
assistance
or
when
they
were
under
stress
a
memorandum
to
be
removed
from
the
situation
and
was
able
to
track
as
well
when
they
were
captain
in
the
rest
of
the
learners
aim
and
the
classes
will
aim,
and
so
from
that
we've
been
able
to
look
back
and
see
specific
areas
that
they
need
M
assistance
and
thought.
It
was
really
good
to
see
the
visual.

Definitely
say
that
having
had
the
resilience
groups
going
on
has
meant
that
I've
been
able
to
do
a
lot
more
in
teaching
in
class.
The
children
have
been
able
to
concentrate
more
than
their
teaching.
It's
been
a
lot
more
focused
and
they've
definitely
improved
him
and
their
learning
as
well
and
as
the.
A
D
Behavior
first
became
an
issue.
We
started
having
regular
meetings
in
the
convenient.
Maybe
once
every
six
weeks
worth
the
oldest
staff
involved
was
Keith
in
everybody
would
have
a
C
on
what
they
thought
was
going
on
and
how
to
help
that
association
and
it's
definitely
helped
the
relationships
between
family
life
and
school
life.
It's
nor
our
theme
and
us
as
everybody's
involved
in
that
together
I
know.
Everybody
is
focusing
on
Keith.
We.
F
About
this
project
is
really
the
measuring
the
impact
that
it's
had
on
the
specific
children,
but
taking
that
forward
into
next
year
and
looking
how
that
can
impact
on
what
we
do
within
our
school.
So,
for
example,
we've
seen
that
the
resilience
group
has
had
a
positive
impact
on
a
small
group
of
children.
What
that
will
mean
from
next
year,
as
as
they
come
in
to
primary
ones,
the
children
will
actually
have
an
assessment
based
upon
their
surface,
to
identify
specific
children
that
could
then
benefit
from
the
resilient
group
next
year.

A
Early
use
collaborative
has
definitely
changed
my
practice
beforehand.
When
I
used
to
implement
strategies
and
new
initiatives
at
the
end,
we
would
reflect
and
see
you
know,
that's
had
an
impact
and
it
would
be
professional
judgment.
However,
whether
the
model
of
change
and
improvement,
we've
got
hard
facts
and
we've
got
really
hard
evidence
which
dinners.
