fairly

process
to
get
to
the
stage
and
there's
been
an
awful
lot
of
effort
putting
over
the
past
several
months
in
a
fairly
tight
time
scale.

proposing
three

potential
options
to
proceed
and
in
order
to
scree
up
and
ref
can
be
established
and
move
into
and
develop
into
an
active
position
and
the
joint
can
mount
to
committee
members
are
invited
to
consider
the
options
and
agree
a
way
forward.

we're
keen
to
do
is
to
try
and
get
some
movement
so
that
we
can
actually
get
these
groups
established
and
start
having
them
contribute
to
the
deal
happy
to
take
any
questions.

space

be
complemented
by
a
program
of
business,
support,
skills
and
education
delivered
by
both
local
authorities

partners.

that
the

some
nice
diagrams

collaboration

hubs.
They've
got
nice
lines

between
them,

didn't
understand

actually
consisted
of.

is
the
collaboration?

it
technical
collaboration?

taken
by

logan
report
and
also
taken
by
the
way
in
which
communities
is
used
as
a
phrase
and
market
square
is
used
in
various
ways,
and

was
trying
to
understand
what
in
these
hubs
that
looked
like.
So
what
is
the
community?
Is
it
the
community
of
tech
businesses?
Is
it
the
community
again
of
support
businesses?

it
those
businesses
and
a
decent
coffee
shop?
What
actually
is
the
community
that
we're
building
there
and
how
does
that
add
into
a
coffee
shop?

chose
to
deliver
an
example,
because
how
does
that
add
into
what
we
might
think
about
in
terms
of
local
enterprise,
social
enterprise,
community
wealth
building
in
particular
parts?

all
of
that
sounds
negative,
some
great
stuff
in
there
some
good
things
in
there

really
like,
but
I
just
felt
that
level
of
explanation
for
that.

I'd
have
been
reading
that
from
outside,
I
would
have
been
quite
puzzled
about
what

being
put
forward,
and
that
was
really
my
point
about.
We
could
have
strengthened
this
and
made
it
much
more
dynamic.

interesting

we've
been
involved
earlier.

high

High
speed
connectivity
is
one
of
the
main
drivers
for
these
hubs
and
it's
been
recognized
as
a
big
barrier
within
the
rural
areas
and
to
access
that
high
speed
connectivity.

part

reason
behind
the
digital,
but
also
then
going
to
focus
on
the
sector
as
well.
This
is
a
rollout
phase,
two
of
the
digital
district
with
phase
one
being
would
be
so
there
is
a
kind
of
focus
on
supporting
digital
businesses,
but
digital
obviously
crosses
over
a
number
of
different
areas
as
well.
It
can
go
into
tourism
and
retail,
etc.

that's
really
the
kind
of
the
explanation
for
the

digital
hub
element
of
it
and
in
terms
of
the
the
collaboration
and
this
it's
one
of
the
reasons
why
I
think
it
took
a
couple
of

back

regional

want
these
hubs
that
work
together.

a
recognition
of
us
and
potential
collaboration

stilling

clacks

community

think

wide
range

the

covers
aspects

community
engagement

we
really
want
to
engage
with
employability

digital
hubs
are
going
to
be

space

across
a
wide
range
of

that-
and
I'm
probably
tied
into
that
as
the
point
around
space.

don't
just
want

create
spaces
with
these
hubs
and

big
focus,
hopefully

final
business
cases
is
a
real
program
around
these
spaces.

think
there's
a
recognition,
there's
a
lack
of
high
quality
business
based
within
these
locations,
but
we
want
it.

want
to
deliver
on
that,
but
we
also
don't
want
to
deliver
on
a
program
to
support
that.
So
it's
been
a
lot
of
engagement
with
codebase,
with
with
step
with
ceteris
the
university
of
the
college.

create
a
really
strong
program
around
these
spaces
as
well
that
the
individuals
can
access
for
skills
for
employability,
that
businesses
can
also
access
if
they
want
to
get
dedicated
business
support
and
etc.

what
we're
trying
to
combine?
It's
not
just
about
space,
it's
about
putting
a
program
in
place
around
these
hubs
as
well,
and
we
have
done
this
already
in
other
areas
and
through
the
dylan
council's
capital
program,
we've
invested
in
hubs
in
aberfoil,
drummond
and
balthron,
and
that's
worked
well
in
these
areas.
