A
Is
that
the
broadcast
all
right,
martin.
B
C
B
Well,
members,
please,
okay,
thank
you,
there's
no
declaration
about.
Is
there.
B
B
Are
we
content?
That's
a
correct
record:
yep
yep!
Okay,
thank
you
for
that
move
on
to
item
five,
which
is
the
joint
committee
rolling
action,
log
pages,
five
to
six
any
question
points:
clarification
are.
D
It
was
to
just
get
a
bit
of
an
update
on
where
we
are
with
the
the
recruitment
for
the
regional
economic
forum
and
the
the
other
one.
The
economic
advisory
board.
E
There
had
been
planned
to
be
a
meeting
last
week
to
go
through
the
eight
applications
believe
to
help
select
for
the
meetings
which
were
meant
to
be
occurring
yesterday
and
a
result
of
storm
ireland.
We
could
not
actually
get
all
the
people
together
virtually
to
actually
do
the
shortlist
and
therefore
it
was
deemed
not
appropriate,
and
also
there
was
a
slight
challenge
around
the
fact
that
we
hadn't
got
all
of
the
types
of
applicants
and
members
we'd
wanted.
D
D
Can
I
just
ask:
does
that
does
that
have
any
impact
on
the
other
time
scales
which
are
indicated
in
here?
I'm
thinking
specifically
with
regards
to
number
32
there
and
the
information
thematic
board,
but
then
also
just
in
terms
of
getting
the
advice
back
on
in
terms
of
some
of
the
other
projects
which
were
coming
forward.
E
D
E
And
what's
missing
is
the
the
represent
is
an
appropriate
representation
across
both
the
councils.
There
was
more
from
stirling
councils
and
also
the
type
of
applications,
not
sorry,
not
the
type
of
application
to
take
the
criteria
of
the
people
who
were
there?
D
D
Yeah
right
that
that
makes
sense.
So
what
is
when?
What
is
your
revised
timetable?
When
can
we
expect
it
to
be
an
economic
forum
and
advisory
board?.
E
We
always
have
to
convene
the
meeting,
that's
the
first
thing,
but
I'd
be
hoping
that
we
would
be
able
to
give
a
positive
update
at
the
first
of
february
joint
committee
meeting.
I
mean
I'm
not
going
to
guarantee
now
that
everything
will
be
resolved
by
then,
but
I
do
hope
we
would
have
good
progress
and-
and
also,
as
I
say,
the
challenge
is
this
consideration
of
the
type
and
designation
of
the
members
which
is
possibly
the
most
challenging
element
of
this
at
the
moment.
E
B
Okay,
thank
you
right.
5.2,
a
forward
forward
plan,
a
page
of
78..
Is
there
any
questions?
Are
we
happy
to
note.
E
Yes
well,
this
is
this
is
a
good
news
story
that
this
is
now
come
to
conclusion:
we're
hoping
to
onboard
these
projects
into
the
appropriate
areas
within
within
the
deal
and
clearly
at
that
point
they
fall
within
the
normal
deal.
Governance
and
in
terms
of
where
we
are
with
both
of
them.
E
Japanese
gardens
is,
is
more
advanced
and
there
has
been
spending
at
risk
and
they
are
working
on
their
business
justification
case
and
we
would
be
expecting
to
bring
that
to
joint
committee
in
february
or
march
and
ilih
will
be
brought
when
more
detail
is
there
and
according
to
timelines
and
milestones
and
financial
profiles.
E
B
Okay,
thank
you
for
that
I'll,
not
a
for
questions
about
clarification,
no.
D
Yeah,
it
was
just
on
the
intergenerational
living
innovation
hub.
I
remember
this
kind
of
at
that.
That
kind
of
outline
stage
and
discussions
about
it
was
terrifically
exciting
what
what
what's
the
type?
What
what
is
the
timeline
when,
when
can
we
see
this
worked
out
more
in
terms
of
knowing
exactly
what
we're
going
to
spend
money
on
and
what
the
outcomes
are
going
to
be
and
and
all
of
those
bits?
Can
you
talk
us
through
that?
Please,
john.
E
And,
to
be
honest,
no
it's
too
early
it's
fairly
in
the
process.
To
do
that,
I
mean
clearly
this
has
just
been
announced,
and
hopefully,
if
approved
by
ourselves,
then
further
progress
can
be
made,
but
I
would
be,
I
would
be
foolish
to
add
a
huge
amount
of
detail
and
at
this
time
clearly
in
terms
of
annual
conversations
that
will
be
updated
within
there,
but
I
also
see
a
person's
hand
up
who
will
know
far
more
of
the
detail
than
I
in
terms
of
dr
rogers.
E
F
Thank
you
john
chair.
For
me,
you
can
just
give
a
brief
update
to
joint
committee
members
subject
to
joint
committee
approval
to
onboard
the
intergenerational
project
to
the
deal.
We
will
then
begin
the
detailed
planning
working
closely
with
colleagues
and
click
manager.
Council.
We
are,
as
joint
committee,
knows,
considering
a
joint
development
of
this
project
alongside
the
second
phase
of
scotland's
international
environment
centre
and
we're
obviously
working
very
closely
to
ensure
that
they
investment
in
the
inter-generational
hub
is
fully
supportive,
often
enabling
off
the
click
manager.
F
Council
be
the
future
transformation
program,
so
we
will,
after
today's
meeting,
commence
the
the
planning
and
development
work.
Obviously,
the
original
proposal,
as
submitted
was
pre-covered,
so
in
common
with
other
projects,
we'll
be
reflecting
on
the
on
the
the
impact
of
covert
on
project
delivery,
but
very
much
looking
forward
to
getting
going
with
retail
planning
work
and,
of
course,
we've
been
doing
a
significant
amount
of
background
thinking
working
with
colleagues
in
click
manager,.
D
Can
I
just
follow
up
on
that
john
you
mentioned
there
that
you
were
hoping
to
develop
around
about
the
same
sort
of
time
as
the
environmental
innovation
center
phase
two,
and
I
know
that
I
know
that
you
told
us
kind
of
roughly
I
I
I'm
not
asking
for
a
detailed
timeline
and
dates,
but
does
that
put
it
into
the
second
half
of
the
deal
or
does
it
put
it
into
the
middle
of
the
deal
just
to
kind
of
get
an
idea
of
when
or
likely
you
know
just
roughly
when
we
would
like
to
see
delivery
on
this.
F
We're
doing
the
the
preliminary
scoping
and
site
evaluation
work,
starting
now
on
the
second
phase
of
scotland's
international
environment
centre
and
we'll
obviously
consider
some
of
the
implications
of
finch
generations
in
the
same
context,
and
the
view
is
that
in
march
of
next
year,
we'll
be
in
a
position
for
a
club
manager,
council
and
the
university
to
take
a
decision
on
the
timeline
for
the
development
of
the
business
case
for
one
or
both
of
those
projects,
so
that
that's
the
process
that
we've
agreed
that
we're
working
through.
C
Yeah
just
coming
in
on
this
one,
the
financial
profile
that
was
agreed
by
the
committee
a
while
ago
and
you
know,
had
the
club
manager
fund,
which
is
what
this
kind
of
project
comes
under,
I
suppose
coming
really
into
force
it's
supposed
to
towards
the
middle
and
the
end
of
the
deal
so
that
that's
kind
of
the
timeline
I've
kind
of
got
in
my
head
for
things
and
but
obviously
things
change
around
and
as
projects
shift
and
priorities
change
that
there
is
the
the
kind
of
opportunity
for
that
that
to
move.
C
B
Are
we
happy
to
agree
the
recommendations
which
is
to
have
the
inclusion
of
the
inter-generational
and
innovation
hub
under
the
innovation
theme
of
the
deal?
Agree:
the
inclusion
of
the
japanese
gardens
under
the
cult
to
our
heritage
and
tourism
theme
of
the
deal,
and
to
note
that
we
will
now
report
on
the
specific
approved
projects
going
forward
rather
than
the
fund
itself.
Are
we
agreed
okay
agreed?
Thank
you.
Is
there
any
other
business
before
closed?
