I'm

Scott,
and
this
is
news
from
Sterling
council.
The
council
is
set
to
sieve
31
million
pounds
over
the
next
30
years
by
installing
energy-saving
streetlights.
The
council
is
borrowing
9.87
million
pounds
from
the
green
investment
bank
to
install
LEDs
in
12,000
street
lights
over
for
financial
years
sterling
is
expected
to
cut
it
straight
like
power
consumption
by
sixty-three
percent
and
reduces
greenhouse
gas
emissions
by
the
equivalent
of
14,000
tons
over
the
lifetime
of
the
project.
The
energy
saved
each
year
would
be
equivalent
to
the
total
electricity
consumed
by
over
850
homes.

whereas
LEDs
have
more
of
our

cleaner
base,
eliminating

let's
gets
improve
conditions
for
circulars
drivers
and
pedestrians.
The
way
also
improve
security,
because
CCTVs
came
back
up
and
just
better

So
it
means

It
means
there's
less
light
pollution
into
gardens

and
also
into
the

It
shouldn't
be
our
criticism,
because
that's
more

of
energy,
which
is
