Be
with
you
heavenly
King,
we
thank
you
for
this
opportunity
to
gather
tonight.
We
thank
you
for
our
city,
Tarpon
Springs.
We
pray
that
you
would
help
us
to
be
good.
Stewards
of
all
that
you
have
given
us.
We
pray
that
you
bless
our
leaders
with
your
wisdom
and
be
with
all
those
who
live
and
reside
and
visit
our
town.
May
he
strengthen
them
unto
your
purpose.
We
pray
your
blessing
tonight
in
the
name
of
the
Father
and
of
the
Son
and
of
the
Holy
Spirit
amen.
A
Welcome
to
our
Commission
meeting
I
would
thank
you
all
for
being
here
tonight.
We
will
start
our
meeting
tonight
with
the
public
comments
on
the
items
that
will
not
be
discussed
this
evening.
If
you
have
any
comments,
please
come
forward
state
your
name
and
your
address
for
the
record.
You'll
be
given
four
minutes.
D
D
We
had
a
church
in
Charleston
about
a
year
ago,
crazy
man
went
in
shot,
nine
parishioners
and
ironically,
I
was
father.
Kurtz
church
on
Sunday
and
I
spoke
about
the
same
thing
and
what
I
want
to
speak
about
it's
right
now
in
the
state
legislature.
There's
a
bill.
That's
be
7030,
going
through
they're
wanting
to
put
more
guns
in
the
classroom,
teachers
to
have
it
voluntarily
now,
I
have
to
say
I'm,
proud
of
chief
coaching
and
then
city
manager,
Merkel.
Of
course,
over
the
years,
we've
built
a
school
resource
officer
program.
D
Second,
to
none,
but
I
want
to
show
you
leadership
within
a
week
Jacinda
a
turn.
The
prime
minister
of
New
Zealand
got
her
people
together
and
said
no
more,
no
more
and
they
bend
assault.
WifeĆs
and
all
those
are
sundry
things
that
do
that,
and
here
we
are
we're
spending
all
this
money
on
the
side,
issues,
bulletproof,
glass
and
metal,
screeners
and
and
more
people
with
guns
in
the
school.
But
we
don't
deal
with
the
problem.
Why
is
it
that
we
cannot
get
rid
of
these
weapons
that
are
military
and
assault
style?
D
E
F
You
very
much
for
this
Proclamation
we're
very
excited
to
be
celebrating
Library
Week
on
April
8th
through
13th.
We're
gonna
have
special
activities
all
week
long,
including
crafts
for
children
in
the
middle
of
week,
we're
going
to
have
a
special
performance
by
Dan
Colton
of
doing
Mina,
Miller,
Ellison
and
she'll
be
talking
about
what
it
was
like
to
be
the
wife
of
the
famous
inventor
Thomas
Edison.
F
We
will
also
have
a
special
senior
information
center
day
on
3rd,
on
that
Thursday
will
will
have
a
coffee,
social
from
11:00
to
2:00,
with
games
and
puzzles
and
prizes
and
activities,
refreshments,
all
that
included,
and
then
we're
going
to
be
highlighting
all
our
different
resources.
We
have
educational
tablets
for
children
to
check
out.
We
now
also
have
a
musical
instrument
collection
that
people
can
check
out
not
only
Mizuki's
and
ukuleles,
but
guitars
and
violins,
and
snare
drum
drum
pads,
piano
keyboards.
F
All
you
can
check
out
with
your
library
card,
and
only
can
you
get
the
instruction
book
that
comes
with
it,
but
with
your
library
cards,
you
have
access
to
free
online
music
lessons
and
we
also
have
the
career
online
high
school
program
where
adults
19
over
can
get
their
created
high
school
diploma,
as
well
as
a
career
certificate
available
through
the
library,
and
we
have
the
seed
library.
Where
can
people
check
out
and
take
seeds
home
and
start
growing
their
own
gardens
or
contribute
to
community
gardens?
F
A
A
A
The
top
Apple
Award
program
was
originated
down
to
st.
Petersburg.
It
was
not
adopted
here
in
tarp
ranks
and
has
been
my
honor
as
the
mayor
to
continue
this
program.
This
is
one
way
to
not
only
to
recognize
the
the
school's,
the
staff,
the
teachers,
the
administrators,
but
also
to
say
thank
you
for
all
the
hard
work
that
you
do
and
you're
preparing
the
students
for
the
future.
A
In
order
to
qualified
for
the
top
Apple
award,
the
schools
have
to
move
up
one
grade
or
they
have
to
maintain
an
eighth
based
on
the
state
accountability
system
and
now
I
like
to
take
this
opportunity
to
introduce
some
of
the
special
guests
that
we
have
here
with
us
tonight.
We
have
the
Pinellas
County
Commissioner,
Dave
Eggers,.
A
A
Proclamation,
the
seat
of
sorrowful,
Springs
Florida.
What
has
the
seat
of
Tarpon
Springs
has
made
education
a
top
priority
by
supporting
and
advocating
these
public
schools
and
what
has
a
seat
of
time
for
spring
six
to
recognize
area,
public
schools
for
their
outstanding
academic
achievements
and
accomplishment,
and
were
asked
for
the
2017
2000
piece
school
year.
The
Harbor
Springs
area
schools
excel
on
the
earth,
Florida
standards
assessment
scores.
A
B
While
the
mayor
and
the
Board
of
Commissioners
make
their
way
to
the
front
of
the
dais
this
evening
will
be,
we
will
recognize
thirteen
school
based
administrators
from
six
local
area.
Schools
have
an
A
grade.
Each
principal
and
assistant
principal
receive
a
customized
engraved
marble
apple.
Each
school
receive
a
proclamation,
a
personalized
banner
to
display,
with
pride.
A
A
G
H
A
I
Good
evening
Council,
my
name
is
Kristen
Sanders
and
I'm.
The
troop
leader
for
troop
six,
one
seven
were
brownies.
We
meet
weekly
at
the
Allegro
assisted
living
facility
on
East,
Lake
Road,
we're
here
today
to
tell
you
about
a
special
event.
We
hosted
a
December
for
the
residents
of
the
Allegro,
we
invited
other
Girl
Scout
troops,
friends
and
family,
to
join
us
in
bringing
some
joy
to
the
seniors
holiday.
I
We
teamed
up
each
senior
with
a
child
to
work
together
to
paint
and
decorate
an
unfinished
Nutcracker,
and
then
this
the
resident
got
to
keep
the
Nutcracker.
The
feedback
we
received
was
really
positive.
The
Allegro
staff
said
it
was
one
of
the
most
well
attended
events
that
they
had
seen
by
residents
that
whole
year,
so
I
brought
some
of
my
brownies
with
me,
who
want
to
tell
you
a
little
bit
more
about
the
event
and
our
troops
ongoing
project
we're
doing
for
the
seniors.
So
Ava.
J
J
J
J
Hi,
my
name
is
Zoey
and
I
am
crazy
for
cookies,
because
everyone
had
such
a
good
time.
We
decided
to
continue
doing
nice
things,
for
was
it
in
Tsavo
oleg
well
full
sample.
We
handed
out
Valentine's
and
chocolate
and
February
this
month
we
crafted
flowers
to
put
on
the
front
desk.
They
like
to
make
them
feel
special,
because
they
all
special.
A
A
A
H
A
L
You
know,
you're
doing
great
things,
and
the
community
and
great
things
with
your
school,
where
you're
at
we
as
tarpon
springs,
are
proud
of
what
you're
doing
as
well.
So
thank
you
for
being
a
leader
and
where
you're
at
in
your
school
on
your
football
team
and
everything
you've
done.
There's
a
couple
accomplishments
that
I
want
to
highlight
that
over
the
past
year
and
he
has
set
some
records
as
well
with
the
USF
he
set
the
season
record.
L
He
is
a
seasoned
record
holder
from
tight
ends
and
reception,
yards
and
total
receptions
and
then
also
that's
for
an
annual
basis.
And
then
he
holds
the
career
record
for
receiving
yards
by
tight
end
as
well,
and
then
he
was
a
Macky
Award
candidate
for
2017
and
2018
and
2018
first-team
all-conference.
L
L
Just
to
continue
its
I
know,
the
girls
are
just
leaving
from
the
brownie
group,
but
it's
you
never
know
what
you're
gonna
do
when
you
grow
up,
but
it's
also
didn't
remember
to
dream
big,
no
matter
what
age
you
are
where
you're
at
in
life
set
your
dreams
high,
encourage
the
ones
that
are
around
you
to
set
their
dreams
high
and
you
never
know
where
we
could
go.
So
we
don't
know
we're
gonna
go
next
year.
A
H
A
G
G
They
includes
moving
to
deejay
from
hope
and
Athens
to
Athens
and
Dodecanese
the
moving
of
the
stage
to
the
middle
of
kosis
parking
lot
lower
the
sound
move,
the
porta-potties
from
the
alley
in
between
coasters
and
parking
at
their
location,
no
light
show
and
make
sure
the
police
are
aware
of
the
residents
who
need
to
have
access
to
Hope
Street
in
the
alleyway.
So
from
talking
to
some
of
the
people
or
complaint.
These
are
the
additions
that,
if
you
approve
the
special
event,
these
will
be
conditions
of
those
special
events,
and
it's
for
your
decision.
G
A
A
H
You
definitely
I
support
the
Merchants
Association.
It's
a
small
group
of
people
who
do
so
much
for
our
community
to
bring
visitors
at
Tarpon
Springs
and
make
tarpon
a
little
more
fun
for
our
residents
as
well,
and
we
also
had
people
and
a
petition
signed
for
people
who
were
for
this
event
and
and
wanted
at
on
Athens
street,
because
Athens
Street
doesn't
have
as
many
visitors
as
Dodecanese
does.
H
I
would
ask
for
those
business
owners
to
be
open
that
night
so
that
they
can
take
advantage
of
this
event
and
show
that
they're
interested
in
having
on
Athens
Street,
so
I
think
it
would
be
nice
if
you
ask
them
to
stay
open
that
evening,
but
I
support
this
event
and
I
support
everything.
Y'all
do
because
you're
a
great
asset
to
tarpon
springs
in
our
community.
Thank
you.
E
A
H
A
E
H
L
Everybody
know
that
we've
got
to
continue
to
push
this
forward
as
a
whole
from
a
boards
perspective,
and
thank
you
for
supporting,
obviously
we're
all
on
the
same
board
for
supporting
this
moving
forward
and
trying
to
finish
finalized.
This
last
piece
of
funding
to
figuring
out
where
it's
going
to
come
from
so
excited
to
to
continue
to
push
this
forward
from
a
commissioner
standpoint.
A
Sunday
March
31st,
we
have
the
a
Greek
independence
parade
that
begins
1:00
p.m.
on
Pinellas
having
you
down
through
all
the
deck
in
this
boiler,
Thursday
April,
the
4th.
We
have
the
Sunset
Beach
concert
from
7
p.m.
to
9
p.m.
and
Friday
April
5th.
We
have
the
popular
first
Friday
event
from
6
p.m.
to
10
p.m.
when
you
start
on
Avenue.
This
is
an
event.
Nobody,
nobody
can
miss
it
excellent!
