If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Good
afternoon
my
name
is
joan
jennings:
it's
wednesday
may
12th
at
2
p.m.
I'd
like
to
call
the
meeting
of
the
public
art
committee
to
order
just
a
little
piece
of
housekeeping
because
of
the
date
of
noticing
preceded
the
emergency,
rescinding
of
some
of
the
coveted
regulations
by
governor
desantis.
A
C
D
A
Okay,
diane
received
over
the
weekend
an
email
from
miss
oberlander
tending
her
resignation.
A
A
I'll
take
that
as
a
no,
I
trust
you
all
had
a
chance
to
read
the
minutes.
I'd
like
to
request
a
motion
to
accept.
A
Second,
second:
trish,
any
comments
corrections,
questions
minutes
are
accepted
as
submitted.
Okay.
Next
item
on
the
agenda
is
chief
young.
He
is
not
able
to
make
it
today.
A
However,
I
did
talk
to
him
yesterday
and
he
has
been
in
touch
with
the
tarpon
springs
principal
mrs
fatalitis,
and
the
students
felt
that
there
was
just
not
enough
time
for
them
to
complete
the
mural.
You
know
as
they're,
going
into
exams
and
graduations
and
all
of
that
other
things,
so
the
project
is
still
going
to.
You
know,
go
underway,
but
they
requested
a
postponement
to
the
fall
semester
and
they
requested
that
we
reserve
that
space
behind
the
bandstand
for
the
tarpon
springs
high
school
project.
A
E
A
Don't
believe
so,
I
think
before
his
retirement
chief
cochin
was
acting
as
a
somewhat
of
a
liaison
between
the
pac
and
the
community,
and
I
think
chief
young
has
taken
that
on
to
some
extent,
and
I
think
he
was
asked
by
the
city
manager
to
make
this
outreach
to
the
high
school
to
talk
about
the
art
project.
A
But
I
don't,
I
don't
think
it's.
It's
got
a
connection
to
cops
and
kids.
I
think
it's
just
with
us
any
other
questions,
comments,
yeah
and
it
will
be
ongoing,
but
we're
just
not
going
to
get
this
this
senior
group
to
do
it
this
year,
so
it'll
be
done
next
year.
Is
everybody
okay
with?
Do
you
think
we
need
a
motion?
A
Okay,
can
I
get
a
motion
to
reserve
the
area
behind
the
bandstand
for
the
tarpon
springs
high
school
project,
trish?
Second,
david,
okay,
so
moved
diane?
Did
we
get
a
proposal
from
david
danforth
about
the
shark
mural?
We
didn't
happen.
We
sorry!
Thank
you
trish.
Is
anyone
opposed
to
the
high
school
project?
F
I
did
reach
out
to
mr
danforth
and
told
him.
You
know
your
decision
to
to
please
put
forth
a
proposal
for
the
golf
course,
and
I
believe
it
was
his
intention
to
do
so,
but
I
have
not
received
it
by
the
meeting.
A
F
Do
diane?
May
I
comment
one
of
the
things
when
I
went
out
to
take
photographs
of
her
doing
the
original
mural.
I
did
get
a
phone
call
from
one
of
the
residents
asking
why
it
was
just
baseballs
and
not
softballs,
and
I
said
not
knowing
anything
about
baseball.
I
said.
Well,
I
didn't
realize
there
was
a
difference.
Excuse
my
ignorance
and
so
she
said
the
artist
actually
said
that
a
lot
of
people
came
up
to
her.
F
While
she
was
painting
over
the
few
days
and
had
asked
the
same
question
and
everything
and
apparently
they're
larger
balls,
they
could
be
white
or
they
could
be
the
neon.
And
so
since
she
had
so
many
requests
there
she's,
you
know
she
was
saying
right
there.
They
do
play
softball
in
that
very
same
area,
a
lot
which
is,
I
guess
why
they
had
so
many
comments.
F
F
H
A
A
F
I
C
My
only
comment-
I,
this
kind
of
leaves
me
a
little.
The
other
side
is
really
really
nice
and
it's
striking
and
a
lot
of
people.
It
catches
a
lot
of
people's
eyes
as
they
go
down
mirrors.
So
I
think
that
was
a
great
place
to
put
it
and.
I
C
A
great
graphic
piece
of
art
all
right.
A
E
This
design
struck
me
more
as
signage
than
a
mural
and
I,
if
it's
to
be
accepted
by
the
committee,
I
would
have
two
pretty
important
questions.
E
The
first
is:
do:
does
the
little
league
organization
use
the
sponger
logo
yeah,
I
I
don't
know
and,
and
second
there's
been
in
the
last
year-
a
lot
of
facebook
comment
about
the
sponge
helmet,
that
is
on
splendor
field
at
the
high
school,
and
apparently
it's
not
a
sponge
diver's
helmet.
It's
a
navy,
diver's
helmet.
E
D
D
Is
there?
Is
there
it
yeah?
It
is
very
effective
and
it
would
be
very
simple.
I
think,
to
throw
a
couple
of
softballs
in
there,
but
I
don't
know
I
mean
there's
a
lot
of
design
after
the
fact
that
goes
on,
but
you
know
it
wouldn't
be
too
hard
for
the
artist
to
do
that.
Maybe
I
don't
I
don't
know
I
mean
because
she
painted
it
directly
on
the
wall.
Am
I
correct.
D
This
yeah
the
basic
draft
yeah,
so
I
mean
I,
I
think
it
could
be
modified
to
include
some
softballs
in
there,
but
you
know
I
don't
think
little
kids
play
softball,
though
do
they,
I
think
little
kids
play
play.
Little
league.
E
I
think
maybe
the
high
school
team
does
I
drove
by
there
on
my
way
in,
and
there
are
medallions
about
this
size
in
the
shape
of
a
softball
and
they
say
sponge
or
softball
and
have
different
kids
names
on
it.
So.
F
A
A
You
know
the
the
the
slow
pitch
it's
called
yeah,
but.
F
If
you
were
pleased
with
her
first
attempt,
you
know
with
the
softballs
and
we
could
always.
You
could
always
tell
her
that
you'd
like
her
to
submit
a
few
other
designs.
A
D
It's
called
sisler
right,
so
I
think
that
was
the
reasoning
behind
the
baseballs.
Exactly
in
the
first
place
right
I
mean
sisler
didn't
put,
no,
he
might
have
played
softball,
but
you
know
it's
a
it's.
A
baseball
field.
D
A
Well,
yeah-
and
you
know,
as
diane
said
this,
is
you
know
the
the
baseball
mural
I
think
has
been
well
and
favorably
received.
We
got
a
nice
article
in
suncoast
news
about
it,
and
but
we
did
also
get
a
you
know
a
lot
of
comments
about.
You
know
adding
a
softball
feature
which
I
think
we
could
do.
You
know
we
do.
We
still
do
still
have
four
more
walls
there.
So
I
don't
know
if
we
want
to,
you
know,
do
four
more
walls
or
just
do
them
one
at
a
time.
I
I
B
C
D
Would
like
that
you
know
the
thing
is
about
the
difference
between
a
softball
and
a
baseball
they're
structurally
the
same
it
would
just
look
like
some
of
the
baseballs
are
closer
to
you
than
some
of
the
softballs
are
closer
to
you.
It's
kind
of
hard
to
do
that
in
in
just
with
just
the
the
the
difference
of
the
softball
and
the
baseball.
A
D
A
Well,
I
I
do
think,
though,
the
general
content
consensus
is
that
this
design
is
a
no
can.
I
can
I
take
that
as
a
show
of
nods.
A
Okay,
so
I
think,
as
diane
suggested,
we
can
go
back
to
her
and
ask
for
some
alternate
designs
day
in
sure.
A
Right,
I
don't
know,
well,
we
could
add
them.
You
know,
as
I
said,
we
have
other
walls
right,
but
I
I
I
think
lucian
hit
the
nail
on
the
head.
It's
signage,
it's
not!
Yes,
it's
not
art.
So.
A
A
Well,
I
think
possibly
what
I
was
thinking
since
the
baseball
scene.
You
know
the
baseball
in
the
euro
seems
to
have
gotten
so
much
attention,
maybe
put
the
call
out
again.
D
Yeah,
I
think
so,
I'm
I
mean
the
sign
could
be
more
about
george
sissler
in
some
way
yeah.
That
was
just
I
mean.
That's
the
thing
who
is
he?
You
know
you
got
to
stop
and
read
this
little
plaque
or
something
like
that.
Why
can't
it
be
on
the
wall
there,
somehow
somehow
honoring
george
sissler,
you
know
what
a
tarpon
spring
zone.
A
Yeah,
I
was,
I
was
kind
of
hoping
we'd
get
something
that
incorporated
him
in
this
okay,
but
I
think
the
I'm
going
to
ask
everybody
individually,
but
I
think
for
the
most
part,
it's
back
to
the
drawing
board
david.
A
Agree:
trish
lucian,
robert
okay,
back
to
the
drawing
board;
okay,
but
well,
you
know
you
can
call
miss
swartly
and
ask
her
to
submit
some
other
designs,
but
I
think
we
should
put
the
the
call
out
again:
okay,
okay,
I've
mentioned
a
couple
of
times
that
this
was
very
well
received
and,
as
a
result,
we've
got
more
work
to
do.
A
It's
been
suggested
that
we
look
at
some
other
baseball
and
recreational
fields
as
possible
sites
for
some
murals.
Basically,
with
the
same,
you
know,
thousand
dollar
cap
on
the
fees
with
reimbursement
for
materials.
Basically,
the
same
kind
of
thing
and
diane
sent
me
a
list
of
the
different
fields.
A
So
can
I
get
some
volunteers
to
perhaps
take
a
field
and
go
out
and
take
some
photographs
of
possible
mural
sites.
A
A
Yes,
it
was
the
sports
complex,
feels
and
discovery
playground,
yep
the
rotary
field.
Also
that's
the
boys
and
girls
club
sisler
field,
because
we
have
other
things
there:
rivers
well,
that
would
be
a
low
priority
for
the
photographs,
because
I
think
we
already
got
that
riverside
fields
and
door
set
fields.
E
A
But
I
think
you
know
not
having
raised
kids
in
town,
I
I
think
we
just
need
to
need.
A
A
Okay,
I
think
we'll
move
on
the
illuminated
art
boxes
diane
over
to
you.
F
Well,
the
call
has
gone
out
and
we've
got
about
33
entries
so
far.
I
think
they're,
very
high-end,
very
nice.
You
know
artwork,
that's
come
in
for
this
one.
Actually,
it's
mostly
paintings.
There's
not
there
aren't
the
majority
of
photographs
like
last
time,
so
great
we
still
have
one
month.
So
I'll
put
it
out
again
just
to
remind
people
but.
I
A
You
have
a
nice
selection.
Diane
also
told
me
we're
still
waiting,
for
this
is
of
special
interest
to
you.
The
weight
load
limits
for
the
historic
acorn
polls,
solar
versus
hard
wires
in
the
weight
jeff
from
porter
board,
just
responded
to
diane
this
afternoon,
so
we
haven't.
Obviously
she
hasn't
had
time
to
you
know,
do
anything
with
the
information
which
I
guess
you'll
share
with
tom
function,.
F
C
As
far
as
locations
and
just
to
get
a
handle
on
on
what
we're
looking
at,
I
know
I'd
sent
an
email
to
diane.
Are
we
looking
to
get
five
additions?
We
were
talking
about
five
to
the
north
of
tarpon
avenue
and
stafford
and
five
to
the
south
and
to
locate
those.
Now
we
look,
we
have
five
that
we
have
in
inventory
right
now,.
C
F
frame
because
of
the
weight
and
different
things,
even
if
they
hardwired
it
in
there.
So
I
gave
jeffrey
three
different
sizes
that
were
smaller
to
accommodate
that
and
from
what
I
saw
on
the
email
today,
like
the
weight
just
for
the
frame
alone
was
like.
I
think
it
was.
I
think
the
first
one
was
like
18
by
18,
then
22
by
22
and
then
24
by
24,
and
it
was
like
50
60
70.
So
it
was
like
added
10
pounds
to
each.
F
A
Right
and-
and
they
are
solar,
the
other
thing
that
we
could
consider
is
obviously
the
sponge
docks
have
no
problem
dealing
with
solar
because
there's
you
know
bright,
sunlight
there,
all
the
time.
A
So
I
think
that's
something
else,
but
depending
on
technically
you
know
what
weight
they
can
handle.
I
think
I'd
be
loath
to
go
below
the
20
by
24,
because
they'd
just
get
lost,
I
mean
20
by
24.
Is.
F
20
24
by
24.,
you
said
you
wanted
the
squares
yeah.
A
A
I
C
I
did
identify
four
or
five
particular
ones
in
on
on
the
sponge
docks
that
are
in
conflict
with
either
canopies
coming
out
or
the
direction
that
they
are
towards
the
street
that
just
didn't
look
as
good
or
got
lost,
yeah,
that's
great.
Some
of
them
are
beautiful,
though
we
have
a
stretch
of
them
going
down
right
along
the
actual
docks
there.
That
are
just
you
know
very
nicely
positioned,
but
I
think
there
are
four
or
five
that
could
you
know
possibly
find
a.
I
A
C
C
Yeah,
I
mean
it'd
be
neat.
If
we
we
got
that
layer
that
identified
those
locations
that
could
you
know
based
on
what
light
they
have
there,
what
could
handle
what
and
then
we'd
be
able
to
to
position
things.
I.
F
Think
what
tom
was
trying
to
ask
me
to
do
is:
let's
find
out
the
the
all
the
specs
so
that
they
can
all
determine.
You
know
what
would
be
viable
you
know
or
not,
for
those
particular
posts
and
then
kind
of
go
from
there
based
on
what
they
find
so
since
they
just
got
it
today.
I'm
sure
that
I
can
probably
give
you
I
can
send
out
an
email
to
you
all
after
the
you
know
the
meeting
between
your
meetings
or
something
like
that,
but
you'll
have
to
discuss
it
at
your
june
meeting.
Then.
A
Right
there
is
a
new,
relatively
new
organization,
the
greek
town,
historic
and
preservation.
Is
that
correct
lucian?
I
think
you
might
be.
A
Right,
thank
you.
The
you
know
I
had
a
discussion
with
tina
buccavales
and
you
know
they
seem
to
think
that
some
of
the
art
boxes
down
around
athens
street
kind
of
intrude
on
the
historic
nature.
So
maybe
that
might
be
some
of
the
thinning
out
area
and
in
the
second
cult
artist
I
included
a
culture
category.
So
hopefully
we
can
get
some
greek
topics
for
the
boxes
that
that
would
fit.
C
I
can
I
just
need
some
I
mean
that's
where
the
gis
comes
in,
if
they
have
those
marked,
which
I'm
sure
they
they
probably
do,
but
I'd
have
to
have
access
to,
at
least
that
layer
or
a
pdf
of
that
layer.
I
A
I
C
I
C
I
I
C
G
From
and
distract
drivers
is
there
any
down
at
craig
park.
A
G
A
A
Okay,
moving
along
current
project
updates.
Christopher
still,
I
think
he's
just
continues
to
put
some
finishing
touches
on
the
advent
health
mural
and,
of
course,
the
construction
itself
is
still
underway.
So
I
think
we
should
be
seeing
something
from
that
pretty
soon
and
then
bingo
we
have
our
biggie
elizabeth
indianos
has
finished
her
mural
and
in
your
handouts,
is
a
picture
of
the
completed
mural
with
the
identification.
F
This
is
from
elizabeth
as
the
artist
she
wanted.
These
things
identified,
so
I
think
we
need
to
go
with
what
her
her
preference
is
and
she
did
want
to
identify
hibiscus,
because
it
is
a
major
florida
flower.
I
A
Everybody
think
yeah.
I
agree
I'll
delete.
A
D
D
D
E
F
Did
you
want
to
bring
up
the
metal
piece
that
you
had
found
for
the.
A
Oh
yes,
diane-
and
I
were
talking
about
this
key-
is
going
to
be
on
the
wall
in
the
cultural
heritage
center
and
it's
going
to
be
24
by
36
and
I've
used
a
company
called
aluminize
which
prints
things
on
aluminum
panels,
and
I
thought
it
might
be
an
interesting
idea
to
put
the
key
on
aluminum
instead
of
on
a
canvas
or
on
a
board
or
something
like
that,
and
I
priced
it
out
and
it
was
310
with
shipping
mounting
everything
you
know
it's
you
know
got
the
mounting
on
the
on
the
back
of
the
aluminum
david.
G
A
A
A
A
A
A
Okay,
great,
so
I
guess
we'll
have
you
know
more
about
this
project
at
the
june
meeting.
A
Okay,
this
thing
moving
along
item
4a
the
timeline
to
review
new
unsolicited
artist
proposals;
okay,
there's
a
handout
in.
A
A
A
F
Joan
yes,
one
thing
that
has
come
up
is
the
sustainability
committee.
One
of
the
members
on
the
sustainability
committee
has
approached
the
city
asking
if
the
girl
scouts
a
local
girl
scouts
troop,
are
interested
in
doing
an
art
project
with
storm
drains.
I
F
I
F
I
told
them
about
this
form
and
I
also
gave
them
a
sample
of
monica
schwartzley's
proposal,
so
they
could
see
how
they
can
simplify
right,
but
that
kind
of
came
up
out
of
the
blue.
F
A
A
A
E
What
what
are
what
are
the
points
for
deferring
again,
no.
A
No,
not
the
form,
but
I
I
noticed
that
the
master
plan
diane
submitted
that
with
a
lot
of
questions.
Unless
you
think
we're
up
to
discussing.
E
I
think
they're
related
if
I.
B
E
E
I
think
we're
going
to
be
continuing
to
disappoint
people
who
look
at
the
website
and
say:
oh,
I
can
submit
a
proposal
for
any
cost,
any
location
on
any
subject,
and
then
they
get
a
rejection
for
whatever
reason,
so
my
idea
was
to
tie
it
into
the
budget
process,
so
we
knew
how
much
money
we'd
have
available
for
things
right
that
didn't
originate
here
and
then
I
tried
to
tie
it
to
the
master
plan
locations.
E
That's
that's
why
I
put
those
two
pages
of
the
master
plan
in
this
we've
already
eliminated.
Some
of
the
locations
that
we
adopted
last
year,
like
in
a
spark
right,
the
water
tower,
and
there
are
others
that
are
questionable-
that
we
haven't
gone
ahead
with
so.
E
A
A
A
I
was
at
the
commission
meeting
last
night
and
tina
buchovales
read
at
the
very
end
of
the
meeting
very
interesting
statistics
from
the
census
and
she
did
send
it
to
the
selection
panel
and
it's
going
to
be
included
in
an
appendix,
so
you
know
it.
It
gave
me
some
real
insights
as
to
you
know
who
was
here
first
and
you
know
how
how
tarpon
evolved,
and
I
thought
it
was
brilliant
for
just
to
go
to
the
census
numbers.
A
I
G
I
A
Okay,
okay,
so
going
back
to
the
application
form.
Okay,
I
think
that's
great
that
you
added
the
budget
year
scope,
the
2021-22.
A
A
A
A
A
You
know
by
the
way
I
have
some
good
news
at
the
commission
meeting
last
night
they
discussed
a
new
development
on
route
19,
big
dan's
car
wash.
A
E
Of
the
by
the
west
lake
animal
hospital,
thank
you.
I
A
Unfortunately,
we're
also
using
losing
an
adult
store,
that's
going
to
be
torn
down
so
but
it's
a
it's
a
huge
project
and
they
are
giving
us
the
cash
not
not
opting
to
do
an
art
artwork.
A
So
we're
looking
at
you
know
an
infusion
into
the
budget
if
the
project
goes
through,
so
keeping
my
fingers
crossed.
I
A
A
F
E
I
A
Yeah
scheduling
proposed
start
date,
completion.
A
A
E
I
F
F
E
F
A
Right,
that's
why
I
think
we
put
at
least
a
week
prior
to
the
scheduled
pac
meeting
to
be
considered
and
the
second
wednesday
of
the
month.
Marissa.
You
can
clean
that
up,
make
it
grammatically.
I
A
I
H
Trish
yeah:
we
need
it
in
there.
Okay,
bill.
I
A
A
Something
like,
if
approved,.
E
F
There,
based
on
what
tom
trask
gave
me
for
the
artist
requirements
I
can
put
that
on
the
website
and
also
on
this
form.
You
know.
F
We
could
go
ahead
and
add
it,
you
know
or
have
it
you
know
see,
because
it's
going
to
be
in
the
contract
anyway,
you
know
it's
because
we
have
their
proof
of
insurance
as
required
by
the
city
of
tarpon
springs.
F
A
F
A
D
Just
employee,
if
you
have
employer
representatives
of
you
and
all
that.
D
D
Case
and
you
work
out
all
that
kind
of
detail
stuff.
If
it's
that
complicated,
you
know
so,
cities
like
to
have
boiler
plates
and
so
that
boilerplate
saying
you
have
to
have
liability
insurance.
I
F
Yeah,
that's
the
basic.
F
Right
way
back
when
we
hashed
all
this
out,
remember
we
all
did
we
all
did
research
on
different
cities
and
what
they
required
were
from
their
public
art
committees.
As
far
as
insurance
goes,
and
we
found
that
we
were
pretty
much
right
along
with
the
rest
of
them.
You
know
they
all
have
very
high
requirements.
You
know.
D
D
There
are
things
like
if
you
use
your
vehicle
that
needs
to
be
insured
right.
If,
if
you
have
employ,
if
you
have
assistance,
do
you
have
workers
comp
or
whatever?
That
is
I
mean.
I
D
Think
you'll
be
running
into
too
many
people.
That
way
with
this
budget
that
we're
dealing
with
on
this
and
and
anybody
who
solicits
something
that's
going
to
be
complicated,
is
probably
going
to
do
all
their
their
their
homework
first
right
in
order
to
and
and
and
with
the
idea
that
they
they
might
be
shooting
for
the
moon,
while
you're
you're,
not
you
know,
and
they
need
to
know
that
right
away.
D
I
D
I
A
E
G
A
B
H
These
are
just
yeah
since
they're,
just
not
solicited
by
us.
H
G
A
D
Going
to
sort
of
self
you
know
you're
going
to.
A
D
E
I
A
I
I
A
F
H
A
A
A
Okay,
so
can
I
entertain
a
motion
to
accept
this
form
and
materials
as
modified
stan?
You
did
it
okay,
david.
Second,
second,
okay,
david,
do
you
approve.
F
That
on
the
website
city
covered
under
the
city
policy,
we
can
put
so
that
no
no
additional
insurance
required
right.
A
G
I
have
one
other
question,
this
proposal
that
came
in
at
1300
that
we're
not
going
to
go
through
with
is
there
any
way
that
we
could
like
say
1300.
Obviously
it's
over
a
thousand.
I
think
we've
had
this
discussion
before.
Could
we
pay
for
the
materials
say,
the
materials
are
300
and
then
pay
the
artist
a
thousand,
or
is
it
just.
G
G
A
A
Okay,
anything
else
we
want
to
discuss
in
in
june.
Lord
it's
june
already.
G
G
F
A
Okay,
we
are
forewarned
and
forearmed
okay
and
with
miss
oberlander's
absence.
If
there
is
a
an
absence,
we're
gonna
need,
robert
to
step
in
because
of
somebody.
A
Okay,
do
I
hear
a
motion
to
adjourn
lucian?
