have
any
personal
orders?
Okay,

none?
We

do
have
a

recognized
sir.
You
have
a
motion
in
a
second.
C
Brandon,
both
myself
and
the
speaker
he's
a
fixture
and
bledsoe
in
cumberland
counties,
he's
practiced
law
for
close
to
50
years
and
throughout
the
upper
cumberland
east
tennessee.
I've
been
on
the
electric
board
for
forever
and
it's
a
nice
man,
a
family
man
and
he
says
excellent
judgment.
He'll
be
a
good
member
of
this
board
and
I'd
appreciate
your
support.
A
A
Thank
you
very
much
and
I
apologize
that
goes
to
calendar
and
rules
members
any
other
business
before
the

today,
seeing
none,
oh,
I
I'm
being
told
we
have
a
a
group
here
from
the
tennessee
bar
association.
Is
that
correct?
If
y'all
could
please
stand
up
so
we
could
recognize
you,
please
man.
A
D
Thank
you,
mr
chairman,
would
is
there
anyone
in
the
group
that
would
like
to
come
up
and
address
the

you're
doing
today
and
surely
there's
someone.
E
Sir,
could
you
please
state
your
name
for
the
record
yeah.
My
name
is
brandon
smith.
I
actually
work
for
the
attorney
general's
office
as
an
assistant
solicitor.
This
is
the
tennessee
bar
association's
class
of
2022
leadership
law
program,
we're
a
group
of
young
ish
lawyers
from
across
the
state
and
about
every
corner
of
the
state.
You
can
imagine-
and
we
spend
this
year-
doing
various
leadership,
development,
learning
about
the
practice
of
law
and
government
across
the
state
so
we're
in
nashville.
Today
some
of
us
got
up
at
5
15
to
drive
in
from
memphis.
E
Some
of
us
just
got
to
drive
in
from
down
the
street,
and
then
we
will
do
tours
through
knoxville,
chattanooga,
memphis
and
franklin
a
few
other
places
but
yeah.
This
is
the
group.
Today
is
our
issues
and
law
and
policy
day
so
we're
following
a
state
government
and
just
getting
to
know
more
about
how
everything
works
here
and
here
in
nashville.
I
appreciate
you
all
letting
us.
