now
an
extraordinary

with

Please

with
the

in
Gallup
police
standing
mainstaying

the

Mr
Speaker:
we
now
have
a
form
objecting
to
every
item
on
consent.

I
J
J
A
E
Thank
you,
Mr
Speaker
and
I
don't
mind
addressing
it,
so
we
had
changed
bills,
including
the
preparation
bill
in
this
chamber
to
in
a
different
posture
than
where
the
senate
had
them
in
hopes
that,
quite
frankly,
that
would
keep
us
in
special
session
for
longer.
We
could
continue
negotiating
between
the
two
bodies.
The
Senate
today
passed
those
bills
as
we
pass
them
without
any
changes
whatsoever.
Those
bills
are
not
coming
back
to
us
and
they
have
made
it
clear.
They
are
not
taking
up
any
additional
bills.
E
Unfortunately,
we
have
no
additional
business
to
attend
to
in
this
particular
body
we
can
and
by
the
way
I
wish
we
did,
and
in
four
short
months
we
will
be
back
here
on
this
floor
and
I
hope.
We
continue
the
work
that
we
began
in
this
special
session.
But
again
the
Senate
has
passed
the
bills
that
we
passed
and
the
version
that
we
passed
them
in
and
there
are
no
additional
bills
to
consider
for
this
special
session.
Luger.
A
J
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
Mr
Speaker,
it's
interesting.
We
give
a
hoot
about
what
the
Senate
is
doing
now
all
week.
The
Senate
is
the
Senate.
The
house
is
the
house.
We
don't
care.
What's
going
on
in
the
city,
let
the
Senate
do
their
Vision,
but
now
we
give
a
Who
about
that.
I,
hear
you
Mr
leader.
Secondly,
we
did
have
a
calendar
today
with
about
five
bills
on
so
there
was
work
to
do
since
it
doesn't
matter
if
it's
laid
on
the
table
in
the
Senate.
J
Let's
just
keep
taking
up
bills,
but
now
we're
not
taking
up
the
calendar
of
the
day.
We
don't
know
you
know
which
bills
you're
referring
to
was
it
three?
Was
it
12?
Is
it
seven
and
and
I
just
think
it's
it's
unfettered,
his
body
to
the
people?
That's
watching
and
streaming.
Let's
just
have
a
real
deliberational.
What's
going
on,
lyric.
A
K
K
C
K
L
You
have
a
parliamentary
inquiry
with
these
new
excited
rules
and
procedures
that
are
happening.
One
would
be
the
this
is
to
the
clerk
to
the
parliamentarian.
When
is
the
appropriate
time
for
me
to
make
a
motion
of
no
confidence
in
Cameron's
sex
and
as
a
Speaker
of
the
House?
L
A
C
L
We
proceed
with
representative
Cochran's
motion
to
adjourn.
Will
I
have
an
opportunity
to
make
this
motion
of
no
confidence
or
do
I?
Do
it
now
before
this
motion
to
adjourn
I
believe
that
the
people
of
Tennessee
deserve
to
hear
this
vote,
that,
if
you've
confident
in
your
leadership,
take
the
vote?
Mr
Speaker
take
the
vote
of
no
confidence
and
stand
on
your
leadership.
Mr
Clark,
Mr.
C
L
It
be
appropriate
to
the
parliamentarian
to
make
a
motion
calling
for
a
vote
of
no
confidence
prior
to
any
vote
to
adjourn
I
believe
that
is
there
a
way
for
us
to
make
sure
that
we
have
a
vote
of
no
confidence
before
adjourning
and
to
have
democracy
played
on
this
house.
Or
has
the
determination
already
been
made
that
we're
ending
session
without
doing
anything
and
not
allowing
members
to
voice
motions
that
you've
been
informed
of
for
days.
A
H
Thank
you,
Mr
Speaker
I,
move
that
the
Journal
of
the
House
of
Representatives
and
the
proceedings
there
be
approved
from
the
first
to
the
fifth
legislative
days
of
the
first
extraordinary
session,
with
objection.
