The committee is reconvened and agenda item number seven approach to the committee's inquiry. The committee has made some decisions during their private session committee, noted the sub judice e requirement relevant to this inquiry, but agreed to have an initial meeting or an approximately two weeks time to receive background briefings. The committee also agreed to write to Scottish government, with this expectation of full cooperation regarding information being passed to this committee with relevant documentation retained by the Scottish Government for transmission to this committee when requested.
